When I lived out there '99 - '02 there was very little SW action in Windsor, a few here and there, decent looking WSW but nothing like there is in different parts of Detroit. Most of the liscenced escorts worth seeing in Windsor advertise on ADULTM(essage)B(oard) <dot> COM with one or two exceptions. Other than tapering off the Paxil/ trying another SSRI or an antidepressant with different effects like Wellbutrin I don't know of anything. Trying googling increasing semen if that's what you're going for.
Your post though brings up the idea that taking both an SSRI (that makes it hard to ejaculate - but reduces sexual performance) along with Prosac or another erectile drug might treat premature ejaculation. You need a doctor who has actually read the literature about this stuff not just anybody.

The federal government even owned and ran a brothel (which it took for taxes) for a time. Who benefits from all this, I don't know-maybe, the local bar tramp who's getting more dates (and spreading just as many diseases).
