The Baltimore sub-forum here used to have a whole thread on UTR & Non-Pros where I got most of my tips when I started playing that game, but now the most active thread is about seeking arrangements and that sort of things. It seems most women nowadays prefer those websites to answering or posting ads on CL. I remember chatting with a CL hookup a couple of years ago who told me she received between 60-150 requests on seeking arrangements when she just joined. The reason she preferred CL was the fact that she likes to answer the ads that interest her and that allows her to be in 'control' (go figure).
Having said all these, the type of people who had (in the past) and are now answering ads are:

6) Old acquaintances (Previous hookups that like me never left the CL world).
7) Newbies. These are the only ones worth pursuing. They are your 30 or 40 something regular woman who is a bartender / part-timer, single mum, who is 100 short of rent or whose car just broke down. They will happily give you a whole GFE, multiple pops (even anal), and swallow your cum no questions asked. The only secret to get these is patience, have manners, and be able to make it happen within 24 hours of your first contact.

Again, CL is not for everyone but I treat it like mining. You might go months without a single find, but once you cross paths with that determined lady, everything is worth it (like finding a gold nugget).

And I word the ad carefully, not incriminating myself or making it seem too obvious but I still get flagged.
On the flip side I see women who post ads with nudes and making their offered services obvious but they never get flagged down.

Same conversation, same requirement:

There are lots of real people, mostly looking for money. If you're looking for a girl to hook up with for free, good luck. In three years of browsing Craigslist I've only found like four that actually lead to hooking up. I remember about 2 years ago I would post an ad on Backpage (m4 w) and get at least 5-6 real hits a day. I've posted ads and have gotten 1 real response and over 250 bots / spam. The one real responder didn't follow up though, she flaked out.
I put a suggestive ad stating I was looking for an "oral massage" and I attached a picture of a loaf of bread to the ad (to hint at donation).
What can I do to better my chances?
I also noticed that very late at night. Like around 3-4 am there are some outcall ads that pop up and get deleted my the poster by 6 am. (probably utrs that got the chips they were looking for then pulled the ad).
Late night not much flagging goes down either. Just a tip.Your ad is going to get flagged, it is just a matter of when. I try to put a very vague ad and it can be taken either way. I will get hits from girls asking if I am p2 p and I will get ladies just wanting to have a good time. 99.5% of the responses are bots but they are easy to pick out. It goes to a dummy email anyway and I don't get real "mail" there.
The true success rate is low but you will eventually find a winner or two. Just don't expect that to be your main source of action.

I got one real one out of 121 spam bots. And the one I got had GPS, so it was a total waste of time.

Thanks guys.It's hard to tell which posted ads are fakes / spam. However, it's easy to weed out replies that are spam / bots. Any reply that wants to link you to another website is a scam / boy. Any reply that tries to send you to another email address is a bot. Any reply that wants you to sign up for anything for any reason, is a bot.
Real women will just ask questions and have a back and forth with you, and exchange numbers.
A bot is trying to get you to sign up to a fake website and give your credit card info up. This is know as phishing.

Post that are very long and again end with you replying back with your email or number in the subject is also fake even though they are long.
