1. Pics. Yes, w / o trying to be scientific about how many I think we'd all agree: A lot! Legit reason other than rip off or being misleading is to protect identity.
And yes I have met some that, while not them in the pic, it is representative. I suggest two tactics: a) IN A POLITE, NOT-CONFRONTATIONAL WAY, suggest to her that the pics in the ad look like a professional model shoot and you doubt they are her and see what she says be) inform her that if she is not what is in the pics you will leave and she will not get paid.
2. Lot's of VM recordings is the norm. She is likely answering her own phone / an independent provider. She is either busy or not available when you call. This isn't a bad thing. Move to the next one. If you really want to see her, don't need your itch scratched immediately and can accept a return call leave a message.

El GOOG is not the end all be all of all searches and just because its not indexed on there doesn't mean its non existent. I seem to notice that those that like the young, spinner types run into fake pics more than those that do BBW or thick-girl types. Others experience may differ but if spinners are what you're into then be extra careful when looking at pics.
