And then offer "something" which may be a dumpy old woman doing a mediocre massage and a HJ happy ending.

Disclaimer: I've never tried one of those ads in the Bay Area, so I could be totally off base here. I did try it once in Northern Virginia, with results like what I described above. Please report back if you try them!
