First let me say my typing is piss poor. It would have taken me a hour or more to type everything you typed in your advice report. I can see where you are comming from so I will try to clear up some of the details that I left out. You pertty well gave a detail review of Trinity, Tammy-u, and, S. SMNo offence but you seem to be missing the point. This is about common courtesy an respect for your customers. If things have gone as far as you having confirmed a time and location ect. Then you should at least call or text if you have to cancel. I know guys cancel on you or show up late without calling and I don't agree with that either but thats just part of doing buisiness in almost all trades. You are the one advertising services and wanting to be payed for those services so you are the only one that loses when you treat people with this kind of disrespect and lack of consideration. As for your list of positive reviews from others outweighing the no shows, well if that were the case you never would have had to make this post to defend yourself and attacking Retskirs in order to deflect blame from yourself is a really bad tactic on this type of forum as he has made an honest report about this incident and didn't try to personally attack you. Just by making a phone call you can keep a potential long term customer, but by standing him up you will lose his buisiness plus that of his friends and other members who just don't have time to deal with that type of crap. Your reputation is all that you have to rely on and anything that causes a blemish on it has to be fixed immediately or you will lose the opportunity to fix it. Just trying to help you be successful here but you have to understand that this is a customer service type of an issue that can severly damage your future earnings. Take the time to call, life happens to all of us and we understand that. But having someone make a report about you standing them up and them others saying that they've had the same problem, darling that can literally cost you thousands of dollars of potential income lost and would be customers that will never return. As to her success I have no doubt that this young lady can do anything she sets her mind to but she still has to realize that showing that she cares about what she does and what her customers think about her will help her be more successful in anything that she does. Ask yourself why the best ladys around are considered the best. They are ontime or early most of the time. If they can't make it they let you know ahead of time. When you are with them they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. This is customer service and it's as important in this line of work as it would be in any other. Finally even though you may not think so, I absolutely was trying to help this young lady by trying to guide her and show her where in my opinion she was in the wrong on this issue. Slickcod has been a friend and client of mine for going 3 years. He is a complete Gentlemen and an absolute Sweetheart, as I said before.

I completly agree with almost all of your post. You and every provider deserve some respect and consideration from those that call on you. They should call as soon as they know that they aren't coming or are going to be late. I often call to confirm my appt. And I call if I even think I might be late so that the lady won't think I'm standing her up. These are business deals and when we set the appointment, that's a contract between the two of us.
