I was arrested in 91. They didn't take my car, but I did 3 days in jail. Mandatory. I did hotel time though. In for 12 and out for 12, but it is just so damn humiliating.

Not only that but I was doing my boss at the time and I had to call in for work and tell her why I couldn't work the night I got busted. She had my social and birth date and all, and she got all the info by calling the PD while I was inside. That majorly sucked. She laughed at me about my mongering too, and that only made it worse. If I get popped again then it's 30 days. I don't know if they are taking your car now, is so, that is something new.

When they bust you for this they give you a list of streets that you can't even drive on (VB, McDowell, and a bunch of others) but that list only gave me new places to monger.

Just thought I would aleviate everyones fears. I got busted back in May of 09' by a Mesa sting right on Main, they set up a mobile command unit right behind the old walmart. First off I will tell you that they wont impound your car unless you have anything else illegal already in it such as weed. Now for the bad part, thanks to governor dyke before she moved up to the white house she signed into law that if you get busted for mongering its a minimum mandatory 15 day jail sentence. They got me mid afternoon on my way to a doctors appointment. They will arrest you, book you, fingerprint and mugshot you then release you as long as you dont have any other outstanding warrants. I totally agree it was extremelly embarassing. The embarassment should be punishment enough. Easiest way to avoid this guys dont even speak a word until she is actually in your car, I got busted because she opened my door and kinda leaned in. Ask her if she needs a ride and if she wont get in keep your mouth shut say have a nice day and drive off. They may still stop you but they dont have you for solicitation. They didnt give me any roads I couldnt drive on anymore but they did warn me about getting caught again back on main. All in all just becareful guys, after getting busted it scared me away from mongering for a few months. Make a few loops around the girl and the area around her and if she looks out of place or to good to be true she is and get the hell out of there ASAP. If you look up the actualy state code in the state of Arizona the first time you get caught for solicitation its a minimum mandatory 15 day jail sentence, second if 30 days mandatory with a fine. Trust me you do not wana get caught, I have been there and done that. Just be smart and be safe, dont say a word about what you want or $$$ or anything until she is in your car, you have LE checked and your down the road. If you do get caught in the middle of the act dont speak a word, they dont have you on anything but indecent exposure. Cops are tools and liars and will promise you that you wont get in trouble if you talk and this is not the case.

Anyway, we quickly concocted a story about how WE got into the argument, gave real names and she was clean (that helped) Are story was congruent when we were separated so they let us go. But that was no sting. They saw her walking and were following and I picked her up. I saw them following so we knew we were getting lit up soon. I have to hand it to her, the story was all hers and I did a great job of acting.

I haven't heard of a street sting in a while. When I drove a cab, I would see everyone they ever had. I'll admit to being a bit out of the loop now.

I've always thought that a good track would be halfway streets. Instead of Bell, it would be Grovers. Don't stroll camelback ladies, go to Missouri. I've picked up a few girls on Osborn before. I thought that would be a great stroll. Highland wouldn't be a bad choice,

As for seclusion, you just have to be creative. Use Google earth or your gps. Try not burn a good spot. (IE: don't leave your "candy" wrappers on the ground guys.)

If I were an SW I would just walk. Just walk till ya get picked up. Do the date and let him drop ya off on his way. Stroll again wherever you are. You WILL eventually get picked up. This new track could be a Prank or undercover LE. But if it were LE coming on as like members they would try to bait everyone and it would have to be a certain time to catch everyone. I can not imagine them having bait girls on a new track 24hrs a day. Because with them they want numbers so they would try to do it at there time and setup a situation so many members get caught to make an example like in Houston. Keeping the new tracks among senior members is fine by PM and a good idea.
But since that post had a quote from me and if anyone thinks I am LE, you can PM me and I can probably show enough info that I am not I can give you my name if we seen a common provider we may have seen and she can verify me. And have a date check verification etc. But as with anything caution is always good. In any case it does not matter to me.

Look at CS, he's posted some great reports and I even had the pleasure of meeting one of his gals based on a report; but his is not a senior yet. Ok guys, I took Y.R.K. with a grain of salt and went to both "supposed" tracks last night. There wasn't anything there. Both tracks are immediately in the area of the 51 freeway and I saw absolutely nothing. Y.R.K., if you remember awhile back, had posted he was doing a paper from school about hookers. Now he is a pimp? Whatever, but the track doesn't exist.

I did however find action at 19th ave and Peoria. There was 1 hooker walking who used to work the streets off of Bell some time back. About 5'3, fat, with glasses and brown hair. She not only refused to get in 1 monger's car who beat me to her, but she refused my request as well. This is the same hooker that refused me back when she was on Bell as well. She isn't worth a .40 head job, but I needed it done last night.

My intention was to just make everyone a little aware that we need to be more careful about this kind of stuff and not blow it out all over the board. I was curious about this new area so drove around 32 and Cactus about 11pm and saw 2 girls on opposite sides of the street. One over in front of the Churches Chicken and the other at the bus stop in front of the Circle K. Both were latinas and both talking on phones. The one I picked up looked about 19. Long dark hair, nice huge rack and big butt, not fat at all. Face a 9 and body a 10. She looked so hot I couldn't wait and thought to my self that I hit the jackpot. She said for 200 hundred she would rock my world and all I had on me was 100 so I got to the drive thru ATM at the Chase Bank across the street and get another hundred. I wanted to get a motel room but she said no that she didn't feel comfortable enough to do that but if I saw her again maybe we could get a room. She suggested we do it in my truck over behind this abandoned Kmart across the street. She said it was safe and nobody would even know we were there. She was ready to get out but I said it was cool, I didn't want to pass this hottie up. Soon as we got over there she started unzipping my pants and befor I knew it 2 guys came out of no where when we were parked behind the building. My door was unlocked and some black guy stuck a gun in my face and told me to get out, pulling me by the shirt collar. The other guy came around from the back and had a gun also. The told me to give them all my money or they'd have no problem shooting me right there. I just handed over my wallet and told them I don't want any trouble.

Then a truck pulled up, looked like an Tahoe or Navigator, it was either black or blue I couldn't tell because of the dark. It had shinny big chrome wheels. The 2 guys and girl got in and drove off with my wallet and money. I was so affraid these thugs were going to shoot me. Now I'm worried they got my info that was in my wallet. I can't report it to the police, I don't know what to do.

Everybody should be very causious in that area. YRK might be the one who robbed me and trying to set us all up to get robbed. I think I'm done with the street scence for good now.

2. Never, Ever, Ever go to "their" place, you already know why. Scout the area ahead of time before you even attempt a pickup, know where you are going to take her, not the other way around.
3. Always be thinking with the big head but especially on the street. You comment that you didn't want to pass this hottie up lets you know which head was engaged that night.
4. Report as stolen any credit cards you may have had in your wallet right away (look on your monthly bill or the bank website for the phone numbers) I wouldn't worry too much about your DL info, they probably tossed your wallet as soon as they got the cash, they were in it for the quick buck. In case they were in for more nefarious purposes learn about identity theft. (see links below)
5. Was your Social Security card in your wallet? Just in case you may want to put a fraud alert on your credit reports, and pull your credit reports and look for unknown activity.
6. You are going to have to file a police report to protect yourself if they try to steal your identity, be sketchy on the details, say it was just stolen out of your car; but do it.

I do not believe I have to carry a gun all the time.
When I think I will be bad area I do.
Keep in mind using it against someone can be a life changing event.

Yrk set me up too. He sent me a pm and told me he knew of a couple of girls that were friends of his that were escorts. There was even a link to a Backpage add he sent me. The add looked legit and I totally fell for it. Called the number and set up an appointment to see a girl at some townhouses off of 7st. And Thunderbird last week. When I got to the area she gave me the number to the building. I got to the complex and everything appeared fine so I parked my car got out and started walking towards the building just as I walked past a black SUV 3 guys got out (2 black and 1 white dude) and they demanded I give them all my money or else I would get hurt. They took all my money and jewelery and bolted.

Turns out nobody even lived at that building and the phone number was disconected. I was determined to pay these punks back for ripping me off and did a little investigating with the help of my friend who's a private investigator. We tracked down the owner of the cell phone to this girl and we read her the riot act. She was scared and told us of the whole operation. Turns out the stick up guys have been shaking down prostitutes, pimps, johns and Masage Parlors and even patrons of Masage Parlors for some time now. She claims to have helped them a few times out of fear for her life. She said she met one of the guys when he first came to the MP she used to work at and after befriending her and gaining her trust came up with a scheme to set up clients of hers, then it escalated from there to as far as shaking down the owner of the MP and the girls that work there. She says it is a major operation involving a large street gang. I left it at that, I figured it wasn't worth it to go any farther, it was a small amount of money and I'm not going to risk my life over it.

I had a squad car practically tailgating me the other day when I was driving up VB and I didn't even notice him until I saw the police lights in my rear view lit up by the reflection off my brake lights as I slowed down to check out a passing WSW.

Good thing I didn't make "the turn".

Luckily for me, the light ahead was turning red just as I braked. After I went the speed limit for a couple of blocks, he switched lanes and zoomed past me.

Between 43rd Ave and 15 Ave I saw about 12 SW's of all varieties on two loops through. The only problem was, that early in the evening there was so much normal traffic that it was near impossible to attempt a pick up.

After third loop I decided it was just too busy, even though I only saw one LE the whole time. I headed East all the way to 40th St. This was pretty dead with only one LSW. About 10: 40ish by now.

I decided to go back and check IS and 27th. That entire area was dead as could be without a single SW. Drove back down to VB and made the original loop. Unfortunately, only saw 2 and was unable to turn at the right times. The activity completely died off now by 11:30.

I ran back up 27th to Northern, crossed and did the Hatcher run where I saw one possible but LE was on a sidestreet so I just kept driving.

Saw a LSW with her man near 25th Ave and VB but I passed due to the man. Another near 21st, but another monger got her before I could make the block.

Now I was getting frustrated because the action seemed so promising at 10 oclock and now by 1 everything was dead.

I kept circling the wide pattern, 40th St to 43rd Ave on VB and then up 27th and 35th to Camelbak or Bethany Home and back for several more hours. Saw a few tweakers and a few past their prime workers but nothing of real value.

Finally, at about 5 am found a freckled BSW on VB near 28th St and agreed to in Motel Covered FS for. 6 I apologize to the monger who pulled over ahead of me in the little blue car, but after that many hours, I was going to get this one.

Between our Gov and that asshole Sheriff Joe everything they do is about making themselves look good. There has been studies that have shown that they have not actually done anything to reduce crime. It is a lesson that they learned from former Mayor Rudy Giuliani, that if you keep crime off the streets then people think the streets are safe when in fact crime could still be rampat throughout the city. The kicker is making people think the streets are safe.

I completely agree with that and I tried to make the same point in my case. 15 days in jail for a totally victimless crime. Do you realize I could have been caught with meth or commited assault and if it was my first offense the worst thing that would have happened would be that I would get probabtion or they might suspend my sentence if I dont get into any more trouble.
