About the only action you will find down here is at Christie's Cabaret in the Champagne room but that will cost you a hell of a lot ($500 per hour for the room and it includes a bottle of Dom Perignon and if you want special service from the girl you are going to have to tip her another $500 so you are looking at $1000). What an expense!My understanding is that at a minimum, the helicopter has thermal imaging but I'm sure there is more to it. Usually, it is called in when feet on the ground need help locating a fleeing suspect, especially when they jump fences and hide in back yards.

The camera technology is used extensively to track and record all vehicles by the license plates along with GPS data so they know where that vehicle is at when the plate was recorded. A huge database is maintained of this data. The premise is that when they use this, it is primarily to run plates for vehicles that are stolen or belong to people with warrants. What they don't come out and say is that they will drive through parking lots of malls, strip malls, movie theaters, etc. To see if anyone of importance is parked there.

Local agencies are using this technology, a lot.

Over several days, mostly mid-afternoon, had the opportunity of driving around the area. I've never picked up a girl off of VB, most of them I'd be a bit weary of, as the recent article on a robbery indicates. Did see a hot BSW spinner down there. Hi Guys,

Just came back after cruising Bell road for more than 40 minutes. A couple of round trips between 7th Ave and 35th Ave where most of the action occurs, but today was a dead evening. Could not find anything that closely resembled a working girl. Just saw one female holding a big bag outside Mc Donalds on 19th Ave and Bell crossing. Didn't look like something for which I would stop, considering that she was no beauty. Then I saw a couple of LEO vehicles on bell road going north on 7th Ave. And then there was a police chopper as well in the air soon and I could see that there were police cars flashing lights in a nearby area. Anyway, so the bottomline of this story is, no girls, bell road seems to be dead these days, but still uncle LEO is active in this place. Be careful guys..

Cruised down 27th around 3:15 am yesterday (well actually today LOL) and it was pretty much dead besides 2 schizophrenic SW's.One WSW (Had a nice juicy ass) and one LSW.

Wht do you think??That pretty much fits the exact description of the girls I have suspected were Vice decoys. Hot, younger, clean, and nicely dressed; precious, as you put it, yet walking alone with no backpack or phone through track streets.

Every time I see them there are no other girls around (probably because the LEO clear them out so their decoys don't have to mix with them) so I end up trying to pick them up like an idiot.
Without fail, these girls always walk past my car without even a glance or a change in walking speed, and then disappear off the face of the planet. Usually, girls who are working but not interested will stare for a few seconds then move on, and girls who aren't working will react with curiosity / anger / fright.
And if memory serves, I also see a lot of LEO around whenever they are out.
They could just be local sluts on the way to the bars and clubs who are used to being taken for streetwalkers, as I have never heard of anyone being busted by them, but I have a feeling they are at the least, decoys who are wired up if not LEO themselves.

Wht do you think??Real hookers give you that knowing look. If a girl just acts tough and is taking drags off a cig but never gives that knowing look then stay the hell away. My first report here but been "hunting" for about 20 plus years along VB, 24th, IS, Thomas etc. After finding this forum I discovered the Bell Road area.

Today, I literally drove for about 4-5 hours total starting from about 8 am to about 4 pm coming up for air in the way of lunch and a few errands I had to run.

I guess I'm getting old because I was having a harder time than normal figuring out who was just walking getting somewhere and who was "walking". I tried to approach them but seen how there was too much traffic activity I abstained, less I get bitten by a hidden LEO. Got to McD, and did a you turn north. Got to where the Club "P" is and spotted a spinner type BSW sitting by the little plaza. Made an attempt by going into that little store next to the club and managed a Hi but as soon as I turned I saw a marked LEO driving by so I got in my vehicle and left the immediate area. I drove around for about 15 min then headed back to where I saw her. I was in luck in this dream. She was walking by a bit further north and I offer her a ride. Other than the main drags, some of the side streets that are within a block or two are good places to check out. Also keep an eye out if you're in a gas station or convenience store parking lot, or near a motel in certain areas of town. Sometimes nice surprises can be found.

I would add, as for VB. East of 32nd to the Hilton or 40th St. Also often has some action.

I LOVE latinas myself. Best area I've found some consistently is along Buckeye from 35th Ave to 7th St. Latinas are everywhere, but sometimes you just got to drive around heavily Hispanic areas of town.

I haven't tried that far south, just along VB east and west of 27th Ave. Without much luck. I have seen a few Latinas along VB and 32nd St. , but there seems to be fewer these days. I think this could be a new hotspot, at least for a little while. The light rail construction makes picking up on Main more difficult than in the past. Concentrate on the area between Mesa Dr and Gilbert Rd.

In the past I've had success picking up random chicks who just happen to be out. It amazes me how often women put themselves in not so good situations, especially at night and on the weekends. There are some real gems out there. Sometimes you just have to be lucky. It was pretty dead out there along Thomas /32nd / VB this evening from after sunset for about an hour. Had a chance to cruise around though I was quite reluctant given the news reports of crackdowns. Having given up after cruising up and down a few times I was heading north on 32nd, just south of Thomas, I did spy a young BSW. Figured, what the heck. Picked her up on a side street. She looked kind of young, so was going to pass, but on closer inspection she was around 20, which is how old she said she was. Kind of quiet and a little vague, which was actually quite refreshing. Not highly enthusiastic CBJ for. 4, but she got the job done. She wasn't aware of any increased police activity but also admitted there weren't too many girls on the streets of recently.

And recently Dave has posted about aggressive males. It turns out that is true, and that there are many unheard victims. So if you have a provider you keep in contact with, tell them to be extra cautious. LE is using any and all advantages to stop "trafficking". And everyone else, be safe.

That would explain a lot. Spent the late afternoon, early evening cruising up and down 27th and there was very little to observe except a lot of LE around. 4 of them were swarmed around one car with a guy standing outside it. Not sure if he was a hobbiest or not, but he had certainly better days.

Deprived.1) They usually take cell phone looking for all contacts to trace. LE has had female cop pretend it is the arrested gal and followup with guys trying to set up appointments and bust them if she can get them to agree to money for a sex act. Also for gals on web boards have had LE use phone taken to verify other providers with gals and set up sting.

Money is kept along with a purse and of course they are also looking for illegal substances like weed to add additional charges. Property is booked and usually not released until conviction or a plea deal. Sometimes anything of value can be taken under RICO even if all charges dismissed. I know escort that lost their $10 k in cash when busted found in home which had since was going to buy a car for cash. Another well known Phoenix escort had to buy her home back for the equity when it was siezed. In both cases charges dismissed but per attorney almost impossible to defend against a RICO asset forfeiture action.

2) BP ads are most targeted including the underage entrapment scam that has resulted on over 100 arrests in Phoenix of guys seeking adult companions on an adult only site, advertising as adults, with pictures of adults (one with a wedding ring in picture).

However other sites also targeted. On Project Rose stings piles of TER reviews seen in police cars when gals arrested and various sites I've seen named in police reports (not this site yet). In other cities TER aggressively gone after a a human trafficking site since new laws in AZ and many states include consenting adult prostitution as "human trafficking. ".

3) May not have $3000-$5000 to get bond or assets as collateral for bail bondsmen. Escorting without a license, not having an escort permit, soliciting and prostitution all can be charged separately. Conviction is mandatory 15 days in jail on most counts but can be much more if aggregate charges. If fight charges can be a very long process sometimes years. In the Phoenix Temple bust of 39 almost 4 years ago case ongoing with 3rd judge and 4th county prosecutor. Trial probably not till mid to late 2015 (may get to 5th year since SWAT team raid with assault weapons, on women with dangerous breasts as weapons). Bond for Tracy originally $1 million, she was $55,00 behind in rent etc will no assets. Spend 1-year in jail unable to raise bond while case pending (still is pending) but then got reduced to I believe $50 k and friends pledged homes / car as collateral.

4) Most of above. Also cops may get bonuses based on how many can bust in a night (escort when arrested overheard cops discussing.).

Phoenix manifestation law. Illegal and can be charged with a crime if ask a cop if a cop. Silly question since will always deny which they can do and you can be charged with manifestation. That law is coming up for oral arguments in Appeal last week of November. I will be in court (Monica case).

All of this is based on the lie that gets huge funding from Hunt sisters groups (as in oil), Disney etc and in AZ McCain Foundation (as in ran for Pres) and many other organizations with the scam of "children and sex trafficking" when 90%+ of arrests are consenting adults. Recent $1. 2 million grant based on the scam and lies.
