Personally I would have remained silent and not answered any of his questions. It is completely bogus that he is stopping you for slowing down for a SW.


Friday night I was driving down VB not even looking for anyone, I was just driving through on my way home from an event that I had went to. I saw a couple of Latinas working so I slowed down to take a look not intending to pick them up because I was exhausted and wanted to get home. I just wanted some eye candy. After I passed them I sped up again as I was travelling on my way home. A police officer then pulled me over. I was thinking to myself, WTF? I did not even pick up or talk to anyone! The officer came over and asked me what I was doing. I very truthfully told him I was travelling home as this time I legitimately was. He asked me where home was and I told him Tempe. He told me that the reason he was pulling me over was because I was going between 10 and 15 miles over the speed limit. He asked me if the only reason I was travelling on VB was to go home and I said yes. He asked me why I chose this route instead of using the freeway and I said that I do not like freeways. He then said that normal people do not travel through Phoenix on VB so he said that he found that odd. He asked to look at my driver license and registration and he saw that my name was Jon and that I lived in Tempe. He then told me that a vice truck had seen me slowing down to look at some girls earlier and that he was a vice cop. Knowing that it is not illegal to look at SW's I very frankly told him yes I did look at them. He then said to me "are you the famous Tempe Jon of the prostitution website usasexguide?" At this point I used my fifth amendment rights and said "Are you going to detain me or am I free to go now?" He then asked me why I was being so evasive and I again said "Are you going to detain me or am I free to go now?" He then said to me, "I know what you are up to, I do not have enough evidence to charge you with anything but I would suggest to you that you stay away from the streets here. We are now on to you so we will be watching you whenever you come down here!" I again said "are you going to detain me or am I free to go now?" He then said that I was free to go and I left. Be careful for sure now, the police are reading this website. I am going to stick to strip clubs and Tijuana where this is legal for a while.

I knew from my own research that Uncle LEO and the Vice Prosecution team knew the SW lanes better than 99% of hobbyists here, and had my suspicions they read this site, but that they do to this level is shocking to me.

Cheryl is only seeing people that she has seen in the past. Only working 9-2 M-F when her kids are in school. She has to be careful since she is on probation and wants her kids in her life. Be safe.
