To be fair, BOTH Thompson Lane AND the Office offer boring, overpriced service with a shitty attitude.I agree with your assessment 100%. Both places are high on the hype but low on delivery. That's my personal opinion.

I have been to studio 22 a couple of times. I'm am unaware of any recent legal issues with permits etc.
For a while they were not allowing you to bring your phone into the room.
As a customer, I can attest to the high prices and the upsell. Expect 3-400 after the upsell.
Additionally, they have lockers they make you put your clothes and belongings into before going into a room.
This was a new policy and seemed a little sketchy.
Cleanliness is reasonable. Its definitely not a luxury location.
I agree in that it is a rushed service. Daisy was the best provider they had of the 3 I've worked with.
Unfortunately, the providers in the images are not always the employees.
Some providers will constantly text during session. Nonetheless, It has been a reliable location over the last 2 years.

I may have started a much overdue conversation (for me at least), what are people paying these days? I agree 300 is crazy to me as well. Here in Nashtown, after you do the entry fee + tip, it is closer to 250 for a decent rub + ending. I know, there's some that will give you 15-30 minutes for slightly cheaper. If you have providers that deliver for a good value, do share! (& yes, at these rates, I'm better off getting FS).

Honestly, I kinda want to fly to Tampa, but I don't think I could get away with it.Asheville NC is really good and Greenville SC is very good too.

Louisville?.Atlanta is awesome but more than a day trip. Louisville is good too. A lot of fun to be had there and could be done in a day trip.

Honestly, I kinda want to fly to Tampa, but I don't think I could get away with it.If you willing to go to St Louis the East St Louis side in Illinois has good FS AMP's. In Centreville IL there are 4 or 5 clustered together, practically on the same property. Not all are grannies. You can ask for a line up, don't like what you see go to another one. I recently had a great time with Sunny at Fugi Spa. Got the full hour. I'm going back in a couple of weeks.

I was only offered L1 at $150 upgrade. Total $330. Way better options available. Paige was thicker than I like. I won't be going back to visit this place.
