All I can say is wow. Best time I have had at a strip club since December. Sat with a girl named Cash. She was awesome. She was very nice and attentive. 2. Dancers cannot have cell phones out on the floor.
3. Payout for the dancers is dropping to $25, but the club will get $5 per dance.
4. Dance prices are going up to $25.
And some of the fat dancers are being fired.

Gold Club has been my go-to since moving to Memphis, but I've been having less fun every time I go in because of all the rules they've been adding. The Pony is on the other side of town, but I decided to give it a shot Friday night. I know everybody has different tastes, but there were 4-5 girls there that were hotter IMO than any I've seen at GC. The dances were great and I had a great time. I'll be back there.

Seen them go back and forth from totally nude on the stage and floor to totally covered several times. From extras galore to none whatsoever. What I will say about Epic is, the girls can give a lot of mileage with just alittle money (my experiences anyway). I never pay for lap-dances in the back, I just tip (slowly but steadily enough to keep her attentive and the girls will almost always pull the thong to the side, down or even off. Plenty of grinding on jr and I'll say about half the time they will pull jr out and give alittle bit of a HJ (to try to get you to pay for the VIP extras anyway).
I know that the number of girls has diminished since this summer, but if you want to avoid the thug crowd, try thurs nite around midnite, or Friday evening around sunset, or Sunday late nite, that should be the time where there is enough there to keep you entertained and the girls work a little harder for the money.
I've only been to Orchid twice, not enough to be a good judge. The first time I had a good time with Attractive (known her from NYNY) the second time was a weekend, club was packed but I wasn't impressed with the talent. Not enough big butts, not that nite anyway.

Haven't been in Memphis clubs in forever. Felt like a newbie all over again. Thought I'd share some of my experiences from over the last few nights.
Thursday night stopped by showgirls. Micah immediately came up to me. This girls body is killer."Whooty" forreal. Ended up getting a few dances from her then took off. If you like tall thick white girls with ass ass ass ass, stop by and see her. She'll take care of you. Other than her tho the club was boring.

Probably drummed up a nice amount of business. Ty was memorable hot little spinner I've def put on my "to do" list. Leaving Beale and instant urge hit me when I saw a WSW in front of the bus station. Hit epic and it wasn't bad. 20-25 girls, not as many guys. Got a few VERY high mileage dances. Just what I've always remembered getting and have come to expect from Memphis clubs. OTC was available from several. Picked one and went to the notel. Not wanting to give too many details (publicly) or name names, but, we spent a few hours really enjoying each others company. Dropped her off. I didn't go back inside but judging from the parking lot, its was 3 times as crowded as when we left. Headed back to my room satisfied.
As I drove past, For shits and giggles thought I'd stop in NYNY. I know its called something else now I just don't remember the name. Anyway, at 3am they were still charging 18. 50 for entry. I just wasn't motivated enough to pay so I passed. Said they closed at 4 anyway.
IMHO, fun can still be had in the Memphis clubs. As much, or little, of whatever you're looking for is available.

Like always, they will promise to make you see heaven if you go to VIP. A lot of pimps were in the billiards area. Anyways, I tipped some ass, got a few digits, and rolled out. Check out Mariah if you do go, she's tall, light brown, and shaped like a coke bottle.
Next stop was Black Orchid. The club will tax you at the door with $20.50 entrance fee. They will allow you to BYOB, but you must buy the cups, mixers, and ice from the bar. There were at least 30 girls. Most of the girls from Yellow Rose moved there, including (Wait for it. 24 k. Before you get your hopes up too high, I must warn you guys that she put on some lbs. I recommend you guys check out Treasure, Cum-a-lot and Love. VIP dances are at least 25 a song because the girls have to give the house 10 per song. Overall, the girls were awesome but I'm not feeling the how the club is managed.
Last stop was Showgirls. I don't understand this club. They have some nice talent, friendly staff, but something is missing. I think it's because the room is so small and the DJ was horrible. Got back in the country one day last week was on Summer headed to a well known gun store to pick up a transfer from Berryville, AR and some glass for my new Savage 110 BA. Had a little while to kill so dropped by gold club this afternoon. My island girl introduced me to couple of her.

I had not been to the pony in over 2 years an I went buy last Sat. Night at 4 am and had a good time there were about 15-20 attractive ladies young and up to 35 maybe. Got bored tonight and decided to check out the Gold Club again tonight. I went there early for my standards and was pleasantly surprised but the number and quality of the girls. There were a few of the old regular girls and a good sprinkling of hot new talent. Some really hot younger girls were all around- almost sensory overload. Still here visting. Friday went to black orchids with a few friends. We all scored.
Went to private area for .40 and got drained. Doggy style was best ever.

This is my first time in Memphis. I read about Black Orchid so decided to give it a try. Went on Saturday night. I think I got there too early at 11 pm. The place was empty. They told me it closes at 6 am so things don't get going until after 1 am.
A few ladies walking around. Upon entering one lady decided to sit next to me at the bar and chat away. Actually I'm more of the person who likes to sit, have a beer, look at naked women and maybe get a private dance but not required. Anyway this lady was chatty and would not shut up. If she was my type it would have been different but she was not. She was nice -- don't get me wrong. And I hope I was being polite. But she wanted to tell me her life story -- all I wanted was a beer and to look at the ladies.
One disappointing fact -- they don't dance nude. Not even topless. I did not realize this about Memphis. So this was a bummer. But the beer was cold. I asked about the VIP room. But I decided not to stay. I thought about going back later in the morning but it had been a long day. So maybe later this week I will give it another try.

The nudity thing is a serious matter for me, but still if the dancers know you, you can get some serious action on just a regular dance in any of the Memphis clubs. The takeout in Memphis is among the best as well, matter of fact, just last month I smashed a dancer that I've been tryin to hit for like the last 3 years.

Got the "free entry" coupon from their facebook page. Of course, at first they acted as if they didn't know where it came from and whatnot, but finally honored it. Actually, it's a $5. 00 off discount. I arrived at about midnight. The place was dead as a doornail. A few ladies, all ebony, were sitting and standing around. I posted up in the back and, as usual, the girls I DID NOT want to approach me came over. Even my best "chick-be-gone" line didn't work. LOL. I tipped a couple ones to get them off of me so I could peep the "new rules" scene.
Noticed right off that there is no nudity, and I didn't see much action on the floor, either. I did see a couple dudes head to the VIP, which is now just some couches out in the open.
The sign at the entry says "Dances $40 - No Exceptions. " And I didn't see a whole lotta contact happening from my field of view. I was just about done until Vanity came from out the back. Damn. Nice long, legged caramel with a pretty face. She came over and ran it down to me about the VIP. When I balked at $40 per song, she asked me why I had a problem. I told her that other than a club on Bourbon in New Orleans, that was the most expensive single dance price I'd ever heard of. Vanity is definitely one of the better dancers at Epic or any other club in memphis. Also like your choice of Rose and Candy as well. If you get chance try out Star and China Red as well. Thursdays are slow for all the clubs as most of people go to Pure Passion for the slap a hoe contest. That's why you saw the long lines.

A lot of dancers were posted up strong with their regulars. The feel is that of a neighborhood bar where everybody knows each other. I kinda felt like an outsider. The crowd is ages 30 and up and up also. If you want to avoid the young, thug, gangsta, thundercat types, this might be your spot. Very laid back and relatively safe. I got a $20 dance from one of the two veteran dancers. Turned out to be a scam. She asked for my $$ up front, took her sweet time putting it away, then took time taking her shoes off. When she finally started to dance, she spent half the time trying to chat me up about getting a second dance. LOL, right. That ended my time at Catwalk. Rolled back over to Epic for more "interactive entertainment. ".

It is like giving a BP girl or escort your money totally up front. You basically forfeit any control over the situation. There are some quality, legit dancers who will ask for the money up front. They are in the minority, though, and I don't give in to their demands.
If a dancer won't accept me paying after the dance, I pass and move on to the next girl. There is always another dancer that will do it my way. I get dances from multiple girls when I go to a strip club, so the first dancer is likely to see me going to get a dance with one of the other girls. After we come back from that lap dance, the first dancer will likely either notice that everything went fine (ie the other girl that gave me a lap dance isn't yelling at me about money) or she may ask the other dancer how it went with me. Either way, there is a decent chance that she changes her mind and approaches me again willing to accept the money for the dance afterwards this time. They don't like to lose out on money.

Just out of sheer curiosity, I was wanting to compare some notes on take out in some of the strip clubs. Generally I've found there are plenty of girls out there willing to play for a rate that is as good or better than what alot of escorts on Backpage offers. That and you actually get a little sample of the merchandise before hand rather than taking a blind risk if you catch my drift. I was just curious if anyone else was having the same luck or opinion. The experience wasn't half bad actually. Pros- friendly personnel (dancers and the guy in charge), cute dancers 6-8 on the stripper scale, they allow touching and while they didn't get nude, they still show EVERything.
The cons- the club is like a basement at someone's house- a tiny stage in the corner for 1 girl and the rest just dance on the carpeted floor (I don't know how they plan on keeping that carpet sanitary) , hardly any parking, they don't serve alcohol, but byob,(cool, you can drink more for less).
I had a good time, I don't think they offer extras yet with the VIP corner only covered by a thin curtain, but maybe in the future, who knows. 3 dancers last night which was cool for about 5-6 patrons, they say they've had like 7 on the weekend. Drinks and water are $3 bucks. VIP dances are behind a curtained section of the club for $50 per 3 songs. Table dances are $10. Parking in the front is very small but they do have a very large parking lot in the back.
Now for the girls. Over the 2 visits I saw about 12 girls and got table dances from 10 of them. Only one girl was pushy as trying to get me to get a VIP dance and hanging around for tips after I stopped tipping. Table dances had good contact. On a scale of 1 to 10, all the girls ranged from 6 7 8 with two that can be ranked maybe 9. Also saw a couple of vets from orchid and passions coming in as I was leaving. Didn't see any girls with large tits like 24 k or gansta booty like Tasty. All in all a good variety to fit most tastes.
Club is small! Currently 12 chairs surround the stage in a you shape. VIP has I think 3 chairs behind a sheer curtain. Club has potential. Not sure how they would handle a large crowd or party. Will definitely be going back to check progress and quality of girls. If you see me, have a drink!

Stopped by Candyland today after reading about it here. I really like and prefer the smaller clubs like this. Being the only white guy within a few miles (LOL) and the club being where it is, takes some courage to go. But, I felt very welcomed by the patrons and appreciated by the staff. Just keep your head up and pay attention outside the building / in the parking lot.
The girls at Candyland were awesome. That's something I've found to be true in the smaller clubs. The girls just seem to enjoy the work more and don't get as pushy about selling dances, etc. I enjoyed the trip. There were 3 or 4 girls there when I arrived. One very good looking blonde and 2 or 3 very hot black girls. There were no subpar girls in the building in my opinion. They were all looking pretty darn good. I like the color myself, so I played with one of the black girls most of my time. The blonde was tempting though, she knew her way around and she was a solid 8 or 9. I left her to the others though, she didn't seem to be having any problems getting attention. LOL. Hopefully, the owner can get started here and either move into a more suitable building or add to this one. Or something. They are off to a good start in my opinion. As far as menu, etc. Nothing more than table / chair dances and basicly the same thing in VIP since it is fairly viewable from the main floor. I'm sure there could be some extras happen, but none were offered or asked for. I enjoyed my time just the same. My problem at Orchid is that there is usually quite a few girls and I like to play with them all and I like to be sure they all get a chance to make a little cash while I'm there. And it just makes most of the girls even less willing to do anything but screw you over on the prices for shit. I was told $100 for *a* song at the pony once. I'm not much of one to confront people on their bullshit and that forced even me to say something. And there was 0 chance of extras.
Now, they're not all like that but as cutthroat as you have to be about it now, it's driving away all the talent but those with the worst attitudes. At least among those that do it as their primary source of income.

Don't expect to get much in the club, though some of the girls will let you play a little bit and show a little bit in the back. I did takeout with a Pony dancer probably a year or so ago. She isn't at the Pony anymore, though I think she might be at the Gold Club. I found out later that she moonlighted on Backpage in addition to dancing. Of course, that is why takeout was easy to get with her.
I personally believe that takeout is possible in any strip club. Not every girl will do it and the girls in some clubs will be tougher to get than girls in other clubs but it is possible. With right approach and the right amount of cash it is possible with a decent percentage of dancers. The posters on the Dallas section of a competing website are pretty well-versed in getting takeout from strip clubs; I have generally found some of their advice to be worthwhile.

Strip clubs are the second biggest waste of time when it comes to pussy and the hobby (right behind massage parlors). Maybe its just the fact that there is Soooo much readily available, decently priced pussy around that the hassle and games played at the strip clubs either bore me or piss me off. Stopped by the new club on Lamar yesterday. As always pretty laid back place. The daytime crew was just 2 girls. But for a long time I was the only one. One of the girls said that they may stop daytime hours. Not picking up like they would like.

I stopped by the Gold Club just to check things out. It had been over a year since I had been by. Not much has changed. There were probably about 10 dancers or so and not enough customers spending money. So, the girls weren't making much money. It wasn't surprising, as it was New Year's Day, a Thursday and BCS football games on. Even so, business was definitely slow.
Dances are set at $25 dollars per song, though they do a Showtime from time to time where you can get 2 songs for 40 dollars. The private dances are still done in those wide open booths on the side, so there is no privacy whatsoever and no ability to get anything resembling an extra. They have added curtains to some of the booths, so they do have some ability to make it more private. However, they will only close the curtain if it is a timed dance, which is like $150 for 15 or 20 minutes. Not a good deal just to see some tits and pussy. Even then, it isn't a guarantee that more will happen than a little flashing, as there are cameras in the booths. It isn't worth it, IMO. Still no real nudity in the club other than the ocassional flashing. Business wasn't good and one of the girls offered takeout and said the majority of the girls were available for takeout.
Overall, I can't recommend it. I keep going once a year or so to see if things loosen up but they really haven't. Still no real nudity other than some flashing in private dances. I still can't understand why they made the dance booths so wide open. No one wants to get a dance in a wide open booth with the entire club watching, so it makes getting dances pointless. Like I said, they added curtains to the booths but they are only using them to allow the girls to upsell to higher priced dances. Management needs to loosen up a bit if they want to ever make this club worth visiting, as they need to rework the booths to make them more private for dances and they need to look the other way and allow some nudity, even if it causes them issues with the city.

I don't know what for or if this girl did anything to deserve it but it was classless to let this happen (and being encouraged by the female manager). Never have I seen this kind of behavior at a Steve C's affiliated clubs. This was very awkward and uncomfortable for the patrons and the staff that did not participate. Not sure if I ever want to go back and see gang land activities again. On the positive side the girls not doing the beat down were pretty damn hot! So I went to the gold club on my break. And it was dead as hell. They were some nice looking girls there. Admission was pretty cheap, 5 bucks. I was planning only spending like 20 dollars, then I saw her, Cherry aka Sara cherrypie. She got on stage and worked her magic, and she got on stage and got 20 out of me on stage and another 25 in private. We talked for a second, she told me she just had a kid, and works in the day because of it. I told her you are to good to work day time. She also assured me, this the ONLY thing she is doing. Which is sad because she looks too good. But I understand, the ONLY reason why I would go again is because of her. This was my first time in a club since 2011. I would have stayed longer if it wasn't my break time.

Cherry is there and she's very friendly, easy to deal with and just talk to and just looks perfect to me. There are a few other girls there I like as well. But it seems like it has the reputation for being the "high class" club among some circles, and the girls just get the GPS and expect you to throw money at them just for looking like whatever their definition of hot is.
The just flat out ignoring thing I don't get at all though. GC is the only one I've experienced SO MUCH of it. Hell there's a redhead in there I still have yet to talk to. I've seen her there 3 times and she just flat refuses to talk to me. Second time I was at the stage during her dance and she ignored me. Third time I just left a tip nearest where I was sitting (no one else around me) and she seemed really surprised and gave me an "oh. Thank you!" She had to walk by me to get off stage, I was looking at her as she walked past
It's pretty strange how often I go there with money burning a hole in my pocket and I can't even find a girl to take it. It's happened probably the same number of times the lame as hell dancers stick to me like flypaper. Even when I tell them no thanks they just won't go away. Which usually ends up with the girl I want passing me by until I just get too annoyed and leave.

A nice clean club with mostly young, skinny girls, not wanting to dance so much as hook up later. Not bad IMHO. Jenny is like that. Don't worry. You are not missing anything. She is attractive, but I would not waste your money on her. It would be the worst dance of your life.
She mainly sits with her regulars and random old white dudes. If you are young and / or not white, she is not coming to you.
If you still want to dance with her, I recommend just walking up to her and asking for a dance. She might still turn you down, but it might work.

Went to the catwalk on lamar ave and got full service everything. Several girls went completely nude onstage. One dancer did say they are encouraged to do so by their club manger who also supplied me with alittle nose candy to keep me going all night. Just ask for. Sam or jason and they will hook you up in that department. FS all night in VIP.Dr. Feel is full of shit. Probably a fired employee or a customer that got banned.

I went to the Gold Club as I do many nights and saw something I never hope to see again. They had a "girl pillow fight" which was just a rouse for some of the more ghetto girls (they were more like white trash) gang up and beat the shit out of a girl they did not like. It was a brutal beat down with many girls using the pillows and their fist to waylay this one girl. I don't know what for or if this girl did anything to deserve it but it was classless to let this happen (and being encouraged by the female manager). Never have I seen this kind of behavior at a Steve C's affiliated clubs. This was very awkward and uncomfortable for the patrons and the staff that did not participate. Not sure if I ever want to go back and see gang land activities again. On the positive side the girls not doing the beat down were pretty damn hot! I pray that I never end up being someone that they dislike- some of these girls are evil and ROUGH (ugly to boot).

I have been here in Memphis for about 8 years now, and get to strip clubs about once a month or so. For the ladies you want I would suggest the Pony, many young ladies, no extras and VIP dances are 40.00 a song. Gold club also nice, for what you are looking at.
Have fun, can't remember when I was 18, over 4 decades ago.

It had really died down as a strip establishment. Gold Club and The Pony are the only clubs I'm aware of that still cater to that demographic, but are both a lot stricter. If you're interested there are a couple of primarily black clubs that are available too after the Platinum / Yellow Rose was shut down.

I realize I'm reporting on an out of state activity, but it's worth it.
First, went to a club called Racers. Looks like a barn from the side of the road with a racing car out front and a gravel parking lot. Wasn't sure what to expect inside. Walked inside and presented ID's and walked on in. Yes, no cover! I'm thinking, must be not that great of a club if they aren't charging cover. Anyways, after walking inside, I made my usual trip to the restroom to do a little recon and scan around. I counted a least 3 - 4 hotties and a few girls with a little extra padding. Beer was cheap! $3 a bottle. Mainly had some light stuff, Budweiser and some cider. The bar is in the middle with a game area on one side, such as darts, pool table, arcades and other half is the dance area. After being to the memphis clubs I was worried about rules and shit. Well guys, not here! After the second song, the girls get topless and interact with the customers from the stage. Friend and I sampled only one each in the VIP. $50 for two songs. $10 to the house and rest to the dancer. Get this, full nude and contact. No extras for me, but I enjoyed every inch of her. She was roughly 7 or 8. That's where I'm not sure if it's YMMV or if most of the girls are like that. We got there kinda late and they close early.
After leaving there, we headed back and decided to drop by the Pony in Doniphan, which is outside of Poplar Bluff off of HWY 67 South. Don't rely on Google Maps, because you will not find it. Now, it's has plenty of neon blinking goodness to get your attention from the highway, so you shouldn't miss it. Apparently, the Pony closes early as well. We got there about 1:30. However, next door is a club called "One the Wide Side. " Hot damn, almost every girl in that place ranged from 8 -10+. Quoted 50 per song for topless or around 80 ish per song for nude. One of the girls did offer to do 2 for 1, but figured she was being too desperate and that set off a red flag for me. (Cheap girl = cheap ass dance). Wasn't prepared to drop that much cash so I didn't get to sample the quality of the dance. Had one big stage area with 3 separate poles with the typical rotation. The chairs in front the stage area was packed. Typically contact from the stage area. We didn't stay long since it was getting late and we had to intention of getting dances. Cover was $10. Apparently, no drink minimum.
All in all, if you don't mind driving roughly 2. 5 hours to leave Memphis for some quality strip club experience, I highly suggest making the trip.

I didn't have a problem parking, there's plenty across the street. It' feels like your stepping back into the 70's into a juke joint or something,. , only saw 2 dancers and they were ok. The sound system is way too loud and the stupid dj called me out the whole time for not buying drinks, I never saw any drinks behind the bar so I'm guessing there's something back there. Never got the stripclub vibe in this place so I just bounced.

Everybody there thinks that just having a club or showing up to dance makes money fall from the sky.
There were two booths for dances that were very open and there is no privacy although there is a rumor that xtras are available.

Driving down Brooks Road this past week I noticed the sign at the Black Orchid said that is was reopening this past Thursday, July 16. I have not been there yet and have no info as to whether the owner is new, hours, or anything else.
