While I was out last night about 6:00 or so I was on Elvis Presley near Bellvue Inn and aw a thick ass bsw in tight denin jeans. I then took a tour of the northend (Nutbush) and nearly walked into some LE action. I noticed a unmarked squad sitting near the corner of Orchi, east of the tracks. There was a guy that was shabbily dressed near the tracks, and it looked like he was talking into a microphone in his jacket. As I got closer to the light at Jackson, a large white SUV pulled out of a parking lot and headed toward the tracks. I clearly saw the jackets these dudes were wearing: P-O-L-I-C-E spelled across their chests.
I never stayed around to see what was going on, but there was some kind of bust going down.

The monger in this case was lucky because he was able to pull in the notel lot as she was right by the driveway. Otherwise, it would have required a stop in the middle of the long stretch.

Now, by my reading, since no other user publicly challenged the pix in the forum, the only legitimate justification for "admin" to remove these pix would if the webmaster of the Shelby County Sheriff's Department's website actually contacted them and asked that the pictures be removed.
Nobody likes a self-appointed moderator, but it DOES seem that in this instance "admin" is inflicting his/her own personal views of what he/she considers appropriate content. And since the photos were hardly "deleted without comment", this particular "admin" could even be seen by some as proselytizing their own point of view, which is itself a violation of the forum's posting rules.
Now, I don't know who "admin" is, since Jackson generally signs his name when he takes some sort of action, such as editing or censoring a post. But this one was done more or less anonymously using the nebulous "admin" moniker.
I searched and searched the SCSD's website and NOWHERE did I see any sort of claim of a copyright of any materials published on the site. In fact, mug shots, arrest records, ect, ect are by definition public information freely available to all comers.
I also cannot think of anything that is more pertinent to "assisting people in obtaining commercial sex services" than photos of known providers are to someone cruising the stroll looking for a prostitute and looking NOT to get busted in the process.
The whole thing smacks of hypocrisy to me. I expect this post to be deleted by "admin" as soon as they see it, so someone PLEASE click on the "report post to moderator" button immediately to bring this matter to Jackson's attention.

Yep. Good call. This is the girl I saw standing near the Garden Inn the other day (see my post # 1612). I had a little a time to spare so I went down Lamar 5:30-6:00 yesterday evening. I saw 2 fine ass bsws walking near the Mapco headed in the direction of Lamar and Democrat. Don't know her name either, but she stays in a room at the Budget. I've seen her out some days in blue jeans, then go change into a mini-skirt when the weather warmed up at midday. I've also seen her bringing take-out food back to her room, then hitting the stroll again after she ate lunch.
She has one of the finest bodies on the track and, as CD said, often wears the white boots.
Don't confuse her with the BSW Angel, who walks the same stroll. She also has a hot body, and often has her t*ts or a** hanging out, as she dresses a bit more provocatively, and changes her hair (or wig) color frequently.
Well 45 went down on Getwell and ran into your girl Mandy. We went to the Notel. I needed a crash helment in case I got throwed off. She told me in advance she liked to have fun. Said I would go away a happy camper. She was right.

I rode the track about 10:30 - 11:30 am. Brandi and Angel were working the area between the southern notels and Knight Arnold.
Also saw the hot BSW arrested the other day (Post # 1660). She was wearing a mini-skirt and tights, and walking the whole length of the track. There was another BSW by the union hall and the WSW in Slove's second pic (Post # 1661) was picked up by a monger in the liquor store lot.

What a beautiful day yesterday was! Breezed into town and thought I'd take a drive up hwy 78. I took a noontime run down the Lamar track. There were two WSW's that I didn't recognize that were hanging out between the union hall and the Motel 6. One has light brown hair, was on the thick side, wearing a blue top and blue jeans. The other was taller and skinny. She was wearing a white jaket, blue jeans and white boots.
A pimp in a gold four-door sedan was hassling them in the Motel 6 parking lot, but they just moved on up the street.

She was tall, fairly thin (not toothpick thin like Peaches/Jordon), long blonde hair. She was wearing tight jeans, heals, and a cream colored sweater. She looked a little older than most on the track, I'm guessing 30ish (but I could be wrong, I didn't have my glasses with me-dang it). Anyway, IMHO I thought she was really hot, hell - she looked nice and classy enough to take home to momma (LOL). However, I didn't pick her up as my spidey senses were going off for several reasons. Normally you won't see SW with large purses...instinct says large purse makes it easier to hide things in (ie wireless microphone, gun, etc). Additionally, this was not you run of the mill SW on Lamar. Her long blonde hair was blowing freely in the wind, meaning it was very clean, conditioned, and styled not stringy or pull back or whatever. She did stop for about 2 seconds and talk to some guy who pulled up near the college. But other than that, this girl walked all the way from Mapco to Knight Arnold without no one picking her up. She started west on Knight Arnold and then I lost sight of her. I drove the track a few more times and again later in the afternoon, but I never saw her again. I tried to rationalize that she worked in the area and walked to Mapco for something. But after I thought that, I realized how stupid that would be. So either this girl was leo, or she was an out of town SW because she sure didn't fit the profile of a typical Memphis girl, or this girl was just damn crazy and had no idea what she was doing on Lamar.
If anyone has any info on her, I know I sure would appreciate it. (Where's Slove's camera when you need it!?!)

Be careful when going to the sws rooms trying to do dates. I went to a sw room yesterday at Motel 78 and once in the room the pimp wanted a tip. I gave him a tip and he left. Then I proceeded to undress and the bsw asked for the donation. I gave it to her. She then went into the bathroom saying her period was on. She then said I may as well leave. I asked for my donation back but didn"t get it. She told me to meet her downstairs to get my donation back but I just left. I knew I was not getting anything back.After I left her pimp came behind me. He was in the room next door. He said he wanted another tip. I explain to him I didn"t have aother tip. He then said for me to wait on him while he go to someone room and serve a package(sell dope)and we would go to the ATM together. Just a thought as we have discussed by PM that the girl was not Roxy. She has a little more beef on her than the girl you describe.
However, it is unlikely that LEO would allow a decoy to roam up and down Lamar. In my experiences, the sting is usually set up at a specific location so that the decoy can lure you around a corner into the waiting arms of the rest of the vice team. This way they can keep close tabs on the decoy's safety, as she will usually not enter your car.
They also may, once the deal is agreed upon, have the decoy call into a radio and the squads then pounce on you from a nearby hideaway.
It would be logistically difficult for the squads to "move in" if the decoy is on the move, IMHO.
You were prudent though, as the big purse does send off a bad vibe. It is entirely possible that this is a new vice tactic and until we resolve the identity of this "newbie SW", kudos to you for showing restraint.

Taking an infrequent Saturday trip down Lamar, it was a slow start, but picked up when it was time for me to leave.
I got out there about 11:30 am and there was no action despite some really nice, warm weather. I ran a couple of errands and then returned for another look about 1 pm -- they were coming out of the woodwork.
There were four WSW's, none of whom I recognized, walking between the Notel 6 and the liquor store. One was skinny with short dirty blonde hair. She was wearing a white jacket and had on white boots. The second girl had reddish hair and tight jeans with a black t-shirt. She had a big gut sticking out, too.
The third girl was petite girl, wearing a leather jacket and jeans. She was talking to a guy in a pick-up in the liquor store lot. As I turned around to get another look, another WSW emerged to join the group, she had shoulder length light brown hair and was wearing a black jacket. They looked like they may all be part of the same crew.
Moving up the street, there were three BSW's standing at the corner by the Gent's Club.
As I was driving, Brandi called me, but I couldn't stop today. I saw both her and Angel walking toward the Gent's club on my final pass.

I'm not sure if we saw the same girl or not, but on today while crusing around at lunch, I drove past this one girl up near the Mapco walking south. She was tall, fairly thin (not toothpick thin like Peaches/Jordon), long blonde hair. She was wearing tight jeans, heals, and a cream colored sweater. She looked a little older than most on the track, I'm guessing 30ish (but I could be wrong, I didn't have my glasses with me-dang it). Anyway, IMHO I thought she was really hot, hell - she looked nice and classy enough to take home to momma (LOL). However, I didn't pick her up as my spidey senses were going off for several reasons. Normally you won't see SW with large purses...instinct says large purse makes it easier to hide things in (ie wireless microphone, gun, etc). Additionally, this was not you run of the mill SW on Lamar. Her long blonde hair was blowing freely in the wind, meaning it was very clean, conditioned, and styled not stringy or pull back or whatever. She did stop for about 2 seconds and talk to some guy who pulled up near the college. But other than that, this girl walked all the way from Mapco to Knight Arnold without no one picking her up. She started west on Knight Arnold and then I lost sight of her. I drove the track a few more times and again later in the afternoon, but I never saw her again. I tried to rationalize that she worked in the area and walked to Mapco for something. But after I thought that, I realized how stupid that would be. So either this girl was leo, or she was an out of town SW because she sure didn't fit the profile of a typical Memphis girl, or this girl was just damn crazy and had no idea what she was doing on Lamar.
If anyone has any info on her, I know I sure would appreciate it. (Where's Slove's camera when you need it!?!)

Given the 2 incidents quoted below, plus the bizarre incident at the Garden Inn where a drug dealer shot "through" the SW known as Red the Scammer to wound a cop in the face (www.usasexguide.info/forum/showpost.php?p=612276&postcount=1652), and finally the incident where 2 SW's lured 2 guys back to the Motel 78 and 2 different guys burst in and shot them to death (couldn't find the link), I've come to the following conclusion:
Use motels, not hotels.
My definition of a motel is where you immediately enter the room from the outside environment whereas a hotel you must enter a lobby and go down an enclosed hallway before reaching your room. Add stairs or an elevator if you're not on the 1st floor.
The hotel layout provides too much coverage for the criminal element; whereas a motel the criminal element would typically be outside in the open environment, exposed to potential witnesses. If there was a pimp already in a motel room, you'd typically see him upon entry and not have to battle a hallway, lobby and potential stairs / elevator upon fleeing.
All 4 examples cited in this post involved a hotel setup: 2 at the Garden Inn, 2 at the 78 Motel. Note too that if 78 Motel is the actual name, it's setup as a hotel by my definition despite motel being in the name.
Obviously the criminal element exists in both setups but the risks and actual reports of criminal activity appear to be higher with hotels when on a known SW strip.

I just hope they get Motel 78 next. Thats where most of the activity is. As soon as you get on either floor there is a skanky looking black guy with bloodshot red creepy eyes that asks do you get high. Then he offers to take you to the dope man so you can score and he can get something from him for bringing you to his room. Its totally embarassing if you have a guest with you. The clerk never checks folks coming in going to the rooms. This is just a disaster waiting to happen.
I remember some nights seeing the manager (?) of Motel 78 standing in the parking lot telling mongers who were making u-turns to get off his lot. Looks like he needs to be more concerned about whats already in his building. I've never been inside 78 and from these reports, never will. Thanks!

a few observations from a trip down lamar between 11 am and 12:30 pm. first, a couple wsw’s standing up the driveway by the dreaded 78 motel. one had blonde hair down her back, drinking a coke. the other had darker brown hair, pulled up, wearing a white coat. she could have been one of the wsw’s i saw the other day by the union hall. there was also a bsw wearing a brown coat, sticking close to the building by the driveway.
also, sabrina apparently has “opened up” her territory. she was way south of the first tennessee bank and actually made it to showgirls when she got picked up. she told me earlier that she only went as far as prescott on lamar and then back to the garden inn. i imagine she wants to stay as far away from that place as possible right now.

i was able to snap a couple pics of another wsw walking between the union hall and the liquor store lot. she has a great body, and her a** looked great in the blue jeans. she looked familiar and realized that this was daisy from cl. you know, the one that someone was accusing to be ****. i’ve included a close up of the sw and one of daisy’s recent cl ads. she crossed the street by the grocery store and a monger picked her up. i hope he checked her id to make sure she was of age.

also, sabrina apparently has “opened up” her territory. she was way south of the first tennessee bank and actually made it to showgirls when she got picked up. she told me earlier that she only went as far as prescott on lamar and then back to the garden inn. i imagine she wants to stay as far away from that place as possible right now.

another sw told me that at least three of the notels located on lamar north of i-240 were spooked by the sting operation and are not taking hourly visitors. i swung by the first of these on the northside, and the lot was completely empty. this can’t be good for business.
both the garden inn and royal inn had big signs posted in the first floor windows. i didn’t pull in to check them out, but they must have referred to the recent sting operation.

Scottish Inn I walk in wanting to know prices of rooms. 1st thing guy says to me is"You cannot be bringing in sws into my establishments I do not want them here. I got mad and left. I went to The Crown and was told only room for the whole day and now sws welcome. Same thing at Budget.
The same SW I talked to yesterday told me the other Budget Inn (north of I-240 and just east of Lamar off the beaten path a bit) wanted a full day rental as well. Seems that the notels are reacting to the big sting right now. I imagine this should change soon when the hoopla dies down. They will just be losing too much business without 1-hr rates, unless they think they'll be able to make it up by getting full day rates.
Here's a solution, reduce the full day rate to $.25 and give a $.05 deposit back for turning the key in for "early check out". Then they can recycle the room for additional "full day" guests.

The way I am looking at this is if we pickup a girl (which I always set out to get at least 2 or 3) and just get the room for the whole day then we don"t have to worry about looking for a spot for each pickup and don"t have to worry going over an hour. Usually I get a girl I am familar with and we sit back and talk and may drink for a while before we ever do anything. It works out better for plus whenever I have one of these stray hoes I have control over the scene. It you really look at it this is more cost efficient. Whats"s $45? I usually mess up that riding around town buying snacks and beer. I really need a low end apartment for this hobby for about $200 month.

Yep. Saw the purple "pimp-mobile" on Lamar again today. He was cruising in and out of the Budget and Crown lots.
Also, I got into the Garden Inn lot and snapped a pic of the signs up all over the place. I was told that they're going to bulldoze both the Garden Inn and Royal Inn.

Dreampt of CFS with Sabrina yesterday afternoon for $.5. If you're into spinners, which I am, her body is near perfect. I was surprised the condom didn't break though, as she was dry as hell. The story that follows was more interesting to me than the CFS.
According to Sabrina, here's the real story about what happened in the Garden Inn when an armed drug dealer supposedly used Red the scammer as a shield and shot through her and wounded a cop in the face. After opening fire and Red went down, the drug dealer grabbed "Sabrina" in hopes to use her to fend off Leo, which is why Leo didn't return fire. Somehow Leo was able to quickly get to the drug dealer anyway. Leo beat the drug dealer to death; died of excess fluid in the brain. Note how the sheet covers him from head to toe, implying he was perhaps already dead from the beat down before transport to a hospital.
Sabrina says minimal harm was done by the bullet that hit Red and that Red was back working the streets 3 days later; mongers beware! Sabrina now stays and works out of the Motel 78 since the Garden Inn was shut down, which is why you see her on the south end of Lamar lately.

Like CD said earlier, that pit is next to likely be shut down. I was in there only once, a couple of years ago when Tabitha was staying there and had an encounter without incident. I just remember that I couldn't move fast enough to get out of the building when I left.
I haven't seen Red on the stroll the last couple of days. In fact, I only saw Kimberly and that real thick BSW with short hair on the track yesterday. Kimberly was by the union hall and the thick one (she always has her big boobs hanging out) was up by the pool hall. Interestingly, she was walking right past Uncle LEO, who was parked looking streetward in the pool hall lot.
