I went down to Lamar and checked things out last night. I was curious to see a good number of vehicles at the Crown Inn and Budget Inn. I know they were shut down by MPD late last month and, as part of the deal, any guests who already had rooms booked could stay on but I can't imagine all of those people had rooms pre-booked. So, I'm guessing they are still renting rooms. Overall, it was pretty quiet. I did see one semi-surprising thing. A BSW way farther north on Lamar than usual. I was coming back from Ark and thought I would give Queen another shot. This is the white. 19 yr old spinner that's all tatted up and has red hair. The Memphis cops are famous for spending all their time in strip clubs, going after prostitution, and other "easy" law enforcement duties to take up their time. They like to spend their time in strip clubs while people's houses are being robbed, cars are being stolen, businesses are being robbed and people are getting mugged. They don't do ANYTHING about that. But if a girl in a strip club takes off her top - Oh hell no we can't have that in Memphis call in the SWAT team!

Was out and about last evening and decided to check out the stroll right at 11:00. Initially not much activity but about 11:15 a wave showed up. Most of the action was on the north end. Come on gentlemen, we've gotten way off track with this legal limbo about the right to bare arms. I'm fresh out of retirement and I come to this board to pass on info and obtain info about getting down to business!
