Well let me start by saying that first and foremost, I am not the Dumbass posting my business openingly with exact details. Furthermore, SM is one of the finest and kindest ladies on this board and I can say I was wrong about her and admit that, but you. OH YOU, think you own this board and are so untouchable, well let me tell you. You own nothing, you sit upstairs in your house with the wifey downstairs doing your thing as though you are some kind of pimp belittling anyone that does not do what you say or says something you don't like. Well I got news for you, there are many of us that sit and laugh at your pathetic ass and never make a comment. There are several ladies that I know that laugh and refuse to see several of you because you lower your standards to the lowest of low and are scared to mess with your no concious ass. TTMemphisNutter made what I thought was an uncalled for comment on one of my photos of Jessica. BootyCall and I took exception and some creative name calling ensued. Jackson deleted all but one of the posts and redacted much of my remaining post. I have left it alone since then. Don't want to piss Jackson off. In a MemphisNutshell, that's it.

At least you will have an idea what she looks like and that the has not ripped a photo off from someone else. I get pm's complementing me about my photos from mongers from all over the country. I try to respond to everyone of them. I must be doing something right.

TT, I met Jessica at her notel today to pick her up. I was on time but had to wait on her. Then she comes out and jumps in my car, yelling that I was 30 minutes late. Horrible nasty attitude. Didn't even say Hi. Asked if she could smoke while lighting up, and I said no. She barked out loud "let's go" and I told her to just leave. Hell she stunk anyway. I repeated to get out and she tried to slam my door but I caught it. What a nasty girl with a terrible attitude. Didn't see her and won't call her back.This guy said he'd be pulling up shortly, so I go outside to waffle house to wait for him. After 30 minutes and 3 calls to bc he still hasn't showed. I go back into my room and continue to wait. Another 15 minutes pass, and still no call.
I go back out for one final look and there he his sitting by waffle house. Still never called. I walk up to the car smoking a cig, ask if I can smoke. He says no so I put it out. Then I get in, and say,"you know I've been waiting for 45min and it's hot as fuck outside". He says,"you know I don't have to do this. You aren't acting like you want to." So I said,"fuck it then," and got out. He drives off.

So, they have been charged with "Aggravated Prostitution" and essentially stand accused of soliciting a client while having HIV. Have they been found guilty of Aggravated Prostitution? No. Have we seen medical test results that indicate for a fact that either of them has HIV? No. Still, they are charged and accused of having it and still working and the burden of proof will be on them to prove that they don't have it or that a mistake was made on the tests or that the test results got mixed up, etc. The burden of proof to prove that they are innocent is on them (not any of us) and it is going to be an uphill battle. I'm not saying a mistake couldn't have been made by LE (as it is certainly possible) or by the medical lab but it still doesn't look good. So, if we want to be technical about it, then we will say that they've been charged with Aggravated Prostitution and are, thus, accused by MPD of having HIV (but not yet found guilty).

Her booking number is 12208707 . From the affidavit it looks like she was arrested for being too close to a school while working, the affidavit says this is "agg. Pros." we know its not, but that doesn't mean she can't be charged improperly. I would guess it happens all the time.
As to her disease status, I don't know, but he affidavit doesn't mention one way or the other.
Just my 2 cents.
