It looks like it's probably a Graphical Interchange Format (GIF) image. It just makes it where all or part of a picture will play a looping graphic. That one was probably pretty easy, some getting really complicated. It looks like he went to a site that did it for him. He just had to choose the graphic.

Yep, somehow it is split into two sections. Look in the lower half of the screen under the dark blue line where the best of and previous years post are. I agree they do need to be combined back into one.....

I had a dream this week that against my better nature I called the young lady listing as Codi.
