I've used the Black Opal religiously. It works great for me but I can't find it anywhere. At the last shop, the clerk said he can't get it anymore. Can anyone recommend a replacement? I feel ridiculous staring at all the choices and not knowing which to buy.

The way they crawl for information from city to city is often different and requires a lot of maintenance when a site changes.
Since Knox is just one county, and they target the entirety of the US, it may be some time before they fix it.
Most likely a blacklisted IP (whether automatically triggered or done so by the third party the county pays to manage their site).
They've (arrests dot org) been notified about it.

You make some good points however, I would like to point out a couple things to think about. First, guys like me may not be new to mongering but are new to the area. I just moved here from Florida. I have had some memorable times up there over the years (blast from the past names mostly, LOL) but reading through the threads, it looks like things are pretty dead up there these days. I have MilfMan's rate inventory list from August, and way most of them are shown as not having active ads, and some who did then don't at the moment. While I'm sure that most guys here would love for someone else to spend the time and effort to set it up (plus the ongoing maintenance and publishing) so they can reap the benefits, I'm not sure that's the best approach. With the ebb and flow of providers (and their specialties, do / don't lists, etc) the content would easily become dated. Plus, not every hobbyist gets the same treatment from each provider. Each hobbyist has an idea what a head specialist is, but our lists will often differ. Some of the specialties will also require research beyond what is published online. So, while MM865 can get most of his base data from USAAC, the content many might be interested in is harder to obtain and maintain.
I've seen other attempts to create lists with various content or intent. It usually ended in a burning heap. Hobbyists couldn't agree on subjective characteristics, opinions differed on performance, or the upkeep was too difficult rendering the list out-dated.
Now, an over-looked consequence of having everything spoon-fed to you: your monger IQ goes down. There is value in you spending some time looking through provider ads and this board. It helps you select your providers more effectively. It helps you ensure a more satisfying experience. It helps you get the most bang for your buck. Finally, it helps you avoid safety and security pitfalls.
If hobbyists are looking for a certain "fetish", you might just find what you want on the board. If not, just ask (on the board or through PM). Having read the board, you will know which mongers you can trust.

I've seen other attempts to create lists with various content or intent. It usually ended in a burning heap. Hobbyists couldn't agree on subjective characteristics, opinions differed on performance, or the upkeep was too difficult rendering the list out-dated.
Now, an over-looked consequence of having everything spoon-fed to you: your monger IQ goes down. There is value in you spending some time looking through provider ads and this board. It helps you select your providers more effectively. It helps you ensure a more satisfying experience. It helps you get the most bang for your buck. Finally, it helps you avoid safety and security pitfalls.
If hobbyists are looking for a certain "fetish", you might just find what you want on the board. If not, just ask (on the board or through PM). Having read the board, you will know which mongers you can trust.

Ideally, it should work if everyone adds their piece into that database (blockchain comes to mongering). But it is too much work and I realize it takes a lot to maintain.
On the other hand, actively perusing and looking for leads somehow gives a certain sense of satisfaction (thrill of the hunt). I agree that this keeps one up on their toes.

Hey, Knox mongers. I will be in town this weekend for the football game, and was hoping to have a little late-night after the game fun. I have had some memorable times up there over the years (blast from the past names mostly, LOL) but reading through the threads, it looks like things are pretty dead up there these days. I have MilfMan's rate inventory list from August, and way most of them are shown as not having active ads, and some who did then don't at the moment. Last year on a game weekend, I was looking forward to meeting Vera Lynn (is she the one shown on the list as Vera-VixxenVera? Had everything all set up and even confirmed by text just about as the game was ending, then she cancelled last minute and I was left to just rub one out in my hotel room. Recent reports sound like she is still a risk to flake out, but if I had a good number for her I might be fool enough to try her again. I can't find an active ad for her, even though I read that she had one up the end of last month. It seems to be gone now though.
Any recommendations you guys could toss my way would be highly appreciated. Either on the forum or pm either one is good.
