The short version is that I let down my guard- I let her choose where to park and gave her $ up front. Danielle probably saw me as an easy target, so she distracted me and bolted with the cash. Her move was incredibly quick and well rehearsed, so very likely she does this routinely.
Afterwards I chased her down and was able to claw back some of the funds. She pulled a reverse cooky and threw money on the ground so she could run away while I was picking it up. Had she done this shit to a different guy, things could have ended very badly for her.

There are definitely good and bads to Philly. There are definitely trash people who drive like maniacs on trash filled streets. But I'd say there are some good mongering activities.
K ave is probably the cheapest option. It's like eating out of the trash. Sometimes you can find something good for cheap but most of the time it is trash.
AMPs are probably the best overall option and better than many other cities I've been to. In most Philly AMPs, its pretty much guaranteed, no haggling, pretty reliable good service. It's pretty much a brothel. There are dozens of good options all over.
Spotting walkers is definitely a skill you have to hone. If you have trouble spotting walkers, just checkout some of the YouTube videos. Most of the walkers openly admit to doing it. At night, most of the females walking alone are walkers.
Many people have different strategies to go about it. It's basically trial and error.

1. Sedgley, between K and Castor.
2. Jasper, from Sergeant to Huntingdon.
Girls in either of those spots are 100% guaranteed to be a SW, and will approach anyone that pulls over.
As a general rule, any girl who makes eye contact as you drive thru K can be picked up.

Which streets are more dangerous that I shouldn't go to pickup?

If you have been mongering awhile, then you know there is no substitution for direct hands on experience. I could write chapter and verse about which street corners yielded some action but its largely irrelevant for the day you arrive as the traffic patterns of the K Ave SW are random and without much logic. Just take the drive, the excitement of the hunt rivals the BJ you will be getting, trust me on that one.

2- the closes hotels are on Roosevelt BLVD (like 15-20 minutes away).
3- 98.9% of them are addicts. You prob just want to find the ones that aren't in shambles or the one that don't do tranq. But the northern part of the ave is better (Westmoreland to Erie). And try the side streets like Jasper, Sedgeley, Castor.

If you are coming from north jersey, you might as well make a few laps in Camden. I would say its pretty similar to Kensington but slightly worse and emptier.
1. I would say out of state plates are no problem. There is a guy living out of his camper van with Florida plates that drives up and down K ave all day. It is very noticeable. I'm guessing that's his retirement plan. Spend all his social security on cheap bjs. Many people drive with their plates obscured in some fashion. Some have stolen plates. Some even have hand written plates on card board.
2. Most of the notels are a considerable drive away and the SW would probably not want to venture out that far in fears of being stranded out there without drugs. Also, it would probably cost more than the SW unless you are planning to do an extended session. There are some third party houses that open up a room for quickies in the 10-20 range that are right off the ave. But these are pretty rare and personally risky. I've only done that a small number of times, but they were all safe. Some SW live in tent communities and I heard sometimes they go back to their tent to do stuff. I've never tried this.
3. I'd say the south west side is often better in my experience. There is a bunch of construction in the middle section with huge trash piles and homeless people so its pretty difficult in the middle. The north east side also has some good ones from time to time, but there are a number of trannies up there.
4. there is really no best time. Some SW only come out at night to avoid being seen. Some only come out at day time to avoid the crazy mongers. Some come out at all hours of the day when they are out of money and drugs. During the day, there are a lot of civilians doing normal stuff so it makes things slower and SW are less likely to make obvious moves. And undercover cops also mainly work at day times to do stings. Also probably wise to avoid party times like weekend nights. Lots of crazy drivers.
If you have the funds, it would probably be better to go to AMPs. Lots of reliable options in Philly and probably in NJ and NY. Its a lot less risky, and you waste less time driving around.

-YES! Strike force are always on the lookout for out of state addicts coming to the biggest open air drug market in America. NJ, Maryland, Delaware, NY, etc all beware. Plus, Kensington don't exactly have shopping centers and office buildings and such. So it's much easier for a cop to ask what you doing all the way from east Bumblefuck Delaware buddy?? Strike Force is only in Kensington to my knowledge because I've never seen them in other parts of North Philly like Olney, in the northeast, or south Philly and they'll pull you over for anything if they think you're buying drugs. I had friends that used to buy drugs down there and there's alot of bad cops there as well. My buddy actually got the shit beat out of of him all body shots and ripped his 20 bill and laughed and left. Was around the time when those 6 cops that were robbing drug dealers and doing all types of foul shit like hanging a guy off a balcony(Link below you guys should remember this) If you are out of state just say you got stood up by a Latina chick on Tinder. Or if you have to see the same cop car again do what I did and drive right up to the cop first asking for directions to 95 South or North because they WILL pull you over for circling the block being shady.
2) I say just Google Maps it but I don't think there are any in the remote area. One important word of advice- Do NOT go if the SW keeps insisting to go to a particular spot, I almost got set up this way a couple times but refused. They will say that's right down the street from where I live so you won't have to drive me back. Not saying it's all a set up but you pick the spot and leave the money on the dash. Friend of mine got set up by a BSW he said she said her name was Shawna before Covid around 2018-19 went to the spot of her choice and a Dodge Charger blocked him in and robbed both of them. Obviously a set up.
3) Huh?, I mean these chicks are struggling crack heroin coke meth xanax fentanyl tranq addicts and not enjoying what they're doing to barely feed their addiction(s). As for roads, the main bigger roads and the ave are always better only because you're not in the blocks where all the drugs are at, sorry I don't know exact corners but depending on what time of the day you go, you'll see them around. Kensington is like no other place and it seems like you are pretty picky... well just letting you know if Bissonnet St was a 9 in terms of the SW scene(Damn I wanna visit there one day), Kensington would be a 1.67 these days(just my opinion don't hate) I Dunno what you're used to but let us know how things went!
4) No matter what time of the day it's the same SW. Less of an addict and looks better on afternoons around Tioga Station or more of an addict after midnight around Tioga Station it's the same. Later at night they definitely stand out more though so easier to snatch one imo but its 24/7 on the ave.
One more thing, don't tell the SW you're out of state, just say you moved to Philly. SWs are like any other business and trying to get regulars so you want to put it in her mind that you are a potential return customer.

It looks like you are 1. 5-2 hrs away. So round trip driving would be 4 hrs. It would probably take 1-2 hrs to find someone suitable and do the deed. So that would pretty much take a big chunk out of your day for a gross kensington SW.

Lots of people driving uninsured dirt bikes and ATVs. If they hit you, I'm sure it would be their fault but I am also sure they will all gang up on you and you will not make it out alive.
Cops are not anything to worry about as long as you are just doing peaceful mongering. If you are violent or involved with drugs, the cops will pay attention.

Safe mongering to everybody.I monger in kensington because it is cheap and close. I eat my own cooking because it is cheap and close to me. I would not advise you drive two hours to eat my cooking. Each time I eat my own cooking, I run the risk of food poisoning and getting the runs. Same with each time I pick up a kensington SW.
And personally, I don't have much to risk in life. If you are worried about out of state plates, you might have a little too much to lose.
I couldn't care less about out of towners. I actually get my fill from all the options philly has to offer. Its not the drug dealers or shootings you need to worry about. It is the drivers. Drug dealers and shootings are pretty targeted in most situations. There are random shooting but it is pretty rare. There have been one or two instances where I was close enough to a shoot out that I could see people ducking for cover. Car jackings are also a common occurrence on the local news.
Been noticing a lot of bad drivers out. I'm in many close calls each time I go out in the stroll.
The other day I was driving down a two way road. A guy in the incoming lane was trying to pass a car by driving on the wrong side (my lane). The guy he was trying to pass wouldn't let him pass so there were two cars speeding down the road. I had to swerve into a parking spot to avoid a head on collision.
Some dude decides to go driving with tinted up windows that were also fogged up. There was a sudden buildup of traffic because a lane was closed and he ends up going full speed into the car next to mine. Both cars totaled. If I was in the other lane, I would have been f-ed in the a.Cops in philly don't do anything to stop these bad drivers. I was even almost T-boned by a cop running a red without his sirens on. Part of it is because the local government prevent them from doing anything.
If you were to drive all the way here, you might as well just get a hotel room and do an overnight thing or week end thing. There was a Motel 6 on Roosevelt I used to see some escorts at a couple of years ago. They might have also had a bar where you might be able to pick up some floozies. Not sure if they are still open but it might be a good option if you decide to do that.

The options here are not that great. I would say most are missing some teeth. Some are missing part of their fingers. Yesterday I saw a girl trying to get picked up without an arm. Lots of amputees. Most have open wounds or are dripping blood from a recent drug injection. It is really not uncommon to drive for hours to end up with something "mehhhh or decent or ok"
In the end, do what ever you want. I couldn't care less. I was just offering you a sage wisdom. But personally, I don't think you have a full accounting of all the risks that are involved. And if things do go south, you would be far from home without any help.

You still might want to check Camden out too but the cops actually pay attention to mongering over there while the cops in Kensington only care about shootings and major drug bust. The only other city in the Mid Atlantic region that has as big a selection of SW as Kensington is Baltimore.

Yeah, one can drive loops for hours and not scoop anything (been there, done that), it goes with the territory.
That is one reason why I learned to expand my fishing, not sticking solely with one hit-or-miss fishing hole. Learned to play the online game, sugar babies and AMPs. Also, one thing girls are good at and guys don't do so much: networking. If one is truly starving then learning new skills to feed the hunger sure seems to make sense.

Always really late. Picked up a girl last Thursday around 1:30 or 1:40 am just a block north of Sid's. I've never had a successful pickup in that area before 11:30 pm and almost never after 4:00 am. Pickings are slim (and always black), but there have been some winners there. North Broad / OYR used to be a goldmine and my primary mongering area years ago. You would always see girls on OYR from Wyoming to Ruscomb. The last time I picked a girl up around that area was on Ruscomb around 2 years ago.
Since you seem to be having problems identifying / approaching them, I would recommend:
1. Sedgley, between K and Castor.
2. Jasper, from Sergeant to Huntingdon.
Girls in either of those spots are 100% guaranteed to be a SW, and will approach anyone that pulls over.
As a general rule, any girl who makes eye contact as you drive thru K can be picked up.So, monger from de, here.
Thanks for the tips. Generally don't like the "mayhem " of the Ave, but was traveling north up to nj, figured, ehh, let me try some of the side streets real quick. Not more than a min or two off the highway, saw a young black girl, gave me the eye, I promptly pulled over, she hopped in. Was maybe a block or two from the Ave, ended up turning right onto the Ave. Plenty to choose from on a sat afternoon!! Witnessed quite a few other lookers, as well. And some "not so lookers"! ALL of which, were giving the nod, but I already had my new friend, Diamond, she called herself. Diamond in the rough? Ehh, maybe!! She was very coherent, very friendly, nice girl!! Admitted, was out looking for her "wake up call " as she called it (this was sometime between 1-3 pm) Found a little bit quiter spot to park, negotiated a BBBJ. Got to work, got the goo out, headed back, she mentioned her house was right down the street and then noticed her bf. Hopped out quickly, so the nf didn't see and I was not more than a few feet away and head her calling to him so they could, "go shopping together", as I'm sure many couples do.
All in all, a good experience, quick detour off the highway, quick pickup, good girl, good work, and back on the road. IMHO, "the way it's 'sposed ta be". I know, I just got lucky, but, DAMB if it didn't feel good for a change. I want to say I found her on sedgley, as I set my gps to k & sedgley. Have another pic, but getting an error while trying to upload it🤷8205;9794;65039;. Ok, think I got it.

I did it once a long time ago and it just left weird to me.Pulling hair is something that can be approached nonverbally. Beef you're right about the driving and nobody cares and it seems like an inside job I had some bozo hit me from behind and 2 tow trucks came within 30 seconds. One word of advice people told me is never park on corners because these junkies shoot up and they can go straight to an extent but turning left right ain't easy when nodding off snd hit many cars while trying to make turns. He ended up getting it towed to one of the tow trucks repair shops. Later he wanted to get it fixed else where and he was stuck with a few thousand in tow and storage fees.
I was driving behind some dude on lehigh. we were stopped at a red light and it turns green. he starts driving and then makes a hard right directly into a white mercedes. I'm not sure if he nodded off or anything. he was pissed about the damage to his car but left the scene without leaving a note or anything. probably caused 20k+ damage to the mercedes but didn't care. typical philly driver

Drove around for a couple of hours and just decided to take a loss. Got tired of all the sights, sounds, and smells of Kensington.
Driving is such a pain there. Everyone there just does whatever they want. Need to stay on high alert to avoid collisions. Pedestrians are either jumping into traffic or playing chicken. Been noticing a lot of people are driving with their high beams on now.
There were some talent, but most were the one and done type for me. Some were on my rejects list but they were trying to flag me down.
Maybe I'm just being too picky.
On my way back tried to proposition a good looking panhandler. Gave her a small donation to get her attention and asked if she would be interested but she politely thanked me for the donation and said she does not do that stuff.
Sigh. Double loss.Typically the summer season brings a few new talent to the scene, but it has been a bit slower than normal.

The areas with motels are roosevelt blvd, jersey, airport, and further NE near casinos.
Roosevelt has a string of seedy motels. But for some reason, the payment office and rooms for most are connected inside. But for many, there are side entrances to many of the rooms.

I stand by my post. I try to see both sides of the coin. If you read the post, I also pointed out various locations where I saw a total of fifteen or more workers.
I agree they all may not be everybody's first choice but they are there and available for those that may want them. Many of them can be found daily at the locations I pointed out. I see those same girls getting picked up. So they are still there. Just have to find them.
