Glad to have you back as a Dude and not a Dud. Passwords can be a pain. I have an app in my phone that for every account I have I attach a clue as to what the password is. Internalizing those rules so they were second nature, helped me avoid a BUNCH of "experiential learning". But keep in mind, every Monger learns by the School of Hard Knocks. Probably a deposit scam. Just right mouse click on a image and select search image with google. The image will pop up to the right. On the top click find image source. It will then show that these images are on escort ads in many different cities. So it is fake.

Guys, another vet is gone. Sam / Samantha died May 12th at 31 years of age. She was loved by everyone and nothing was ever said bad about her. She was a tough little chick. I see some of the corners get worse, some get better, a place I used to park is no longer safe, etc. I've also made note of some clusters of cameras, where the cops hide, and what side streets (if any, but almost none) that the girls hide on.
My take on all of it, after a lot of thought, is that the risk has gone way up, and the quality of the girls has gone way down. I know it's the thrill of the hunt for many of you, but for me it's simply not worth the hassle any more. 15 years ago I could consistently grab any one of 5-6 hotties from Kensington and Tusculum, and they were legit sexy, makeup and outfits, shaved coochie, and they would literally do whatever you wanted and do it well. I couldn't have said it better. You offer good advice. I think the most difficult task on your list might be "Learn to say no thanks". Another good way to hone ones skill / technique is there are tons of videos of guys making pickups on various porn sites etc. Watching a few of those and analyzing what the guy could have done in a safer manner. When watching those we can put ourselves in that monger's position. Of course, those videos are mostly stage-type sets. But we can kind of get the feel of what we would do in similar circumstances.
The most important point you offer is the escape route. Always know how to get out of a situation in a hurry. In Kensington, Trouble and hookers seem to go hand in hand. Find one and the other is close by.
Making a plan and sticking to the plan will often bring us one rung up on the safety ladder. Wouldn't hurt to take a few dry runs to see how that could work in one's favor. Call it an observation run to see what's going on that particular day. What landscape is or isn't for sale? Know where the heaviest concentration of thugs are. Where there are thugs girls might be close by as they try to impress the girls.
Weather is another important factor here in Philly. As we well know bad weather drives the girls into the street under the EL for a little shelter.

A person can keep themselves together easier while on heroin. Old vets told me in the old days they could go hours without needing a fix and that extra time they had they could keep themselves together. Now the drug being fentanyl it's more powerful all while the withdrawal is more severe and the time to feel the withdrawal is short as in just a few hours.
People didn't vote and agree in uniform for fentanyl to flood the streets is something the dealers started to use because it's cheaper to manufacture and has a better profit margin.

I would consider myself a seasoned veteran. I have many regulars out there who go out of their way to see me. I get a long well with all of them.
With that said. I think sometimes you are forced into a situation where violence is your only option. Generally it is best to avoid red flags that lead up to violent situations but sometimes you are forced into it.
Most of the girls out there are at rock bottom. The good ones treat you well if you treat them well and vice versa. But there are some out there that have no problem ripping you off or hurting you for drug money.
There was one time where I had to get violent with someone. She didn't keep her end of the arrangement and I said I wasn't going to take her back. I let her keep the money. She took the money from the beginning but I didn't really want to fight over money, but she was being very unpleasant so I declined to take her back. It was probably just a 5 minute walk. Then she got angry and started attacking me. I'm probably double her size so I easily overpowered her, kicked her out and drove off.
I've been told that I'm much more buffer than the typical monger so even the threat of violence is enough to get rid of most problem girls.
Usually if there is an option to get rid of them for 5-10 dollars, I'd probably take it. I've even given one of my regulars half of what I was going to give her because she looked and smelled very gross and sickly that day.
I think we have disagreed with this in the past. Either you or someone else suggested having some fake bills to throw at them. Personally I'm not a big fan of fake bills. I've seen too many accidents on kensington. Many are completely unavoidable. One guy was stopped at a light in a high end luxury vehicle. The next second a huge tow truck runs the red and crashed into the guy stopped at the light. I heard the tow truck guy nodded off while driving. Mostly likely because of drugs. Then he fled the scene. The guy that got hit was probably a monger because he was driving alone through that area at night in an expensive car and he wasn't a drug dealer. (It's pretty easy to spot the mongers driving around at night. There was also someone not too long ago that was driving 100+ mph and crashed into k and a station killing two bystanders.
Gun violence is pretty crazy out there. Plenty of examples on YouTube from local news in that area. You can even do everything right and be on everyone's good side and be shot because you were at the wrong place at the wrong time. There were two times when people started shootings a few car distances away from me. All the pedestrians around were ducking for cover. If I was driving a few seconds Slower or faster, I could have easily been in the crossfire.
Lots of disease going around. And it's not just in the form of STDs. Lots of needles around. Some SW also dispose of their needles by breaking the tip off and throwing it away in the street. Some SW carry around used uncapped needles to save for later.
It's just a numbers game. The longer you play, the more likely it is that something bad will happen.
You should definitely have all your health / auto / life insurances at high coverage. And if you have a lot to lose, it might be wise to limit your activities to lower risk endeavors.

And I bet we all saw lots of erratic behavior in Kensington. Not too long ago I seen a guy with 2 black eyes cuts all over his face and body and literally was walking towards my car and bumped into my side tire area and leaned up on the hood of my car. No matter how many times I honked this guys was out cold. I got out to wake him up and saw he had a yellow and white bracelet (yellow one said fall risk) and the white one had his name and some numbers and DOB which means he just was discharged from the hospital or left AMA (against medical advice) from a treatment facility. I just looked it up and some crazy people do cut it with this stuff unfortunately(and the 3 tranquilizers are Xyzaline and most likely crushed up of antipsychotics. I got alot of friends who died from this stuff and I bet some of you guys know somebody even if he or she wasn't a close friend like an old ex girlfriend or were co workers in the past etc.. You're not wrong about not taking some things a SW says too seriously, especially about how they make X amount of money and have X many regulars blah blah blah. Just a quick report.
