An undercover SW will almost never get in your vehicle. Thar is too dangerous for the undercover officer and too difficult to control the circumstances. She will make the deal at the window and wants you you to specify an act for a price with questions like "What are you looking for?" and "How much is that worth to you?" Don't answer such questions, EVER! Chances are the girls you saw are not police. Most police departments have a min hiring age of at least 21 years old. The decoys I have seen are usually in their late 20's or early to mide 30's. Personally I always stop for younger girls that might be working unless it is blatantly obvious they are minors. In many cases girls that age look older or younger.

For those that are new or lurking, this whole situation could be avoided by the monger by following "the rules". Nice that this site has a thread with 3 sets of "rules" for guys to learn from, rather than make mistakes in the wild.

If they're out in force, as much as the nod and pull over is enough to make your day go very bad. First. The police aim with these busts isn't really successful prosecutions; it's arrests and embarrassment. They're less worried about compiling enough evidence for a trial, which won't happen, than they are in annoying you and embarrassing you. And of being seen doing something.
You aren't really safe just making small talk at the window. If they want you, they're pulling you over. The attitude is that most are going to settle it out with a fine / minor charge. At least that's as per my conversations with the police, none of which have been adversarial.
The safe approach is to make contact, and pull around a corner a half a block away. If they want you, that might be an enough for them, but if they aren't being extremely aggressive, it might not be. I also typically avoid anything that looks too good to be true.
All that said. Let's not kid ourselves; the risk of getting pulled over is very real, and it can't be totally mitigated.

I am sure any Public Defender (PD) will tell you that they have one heck of a job because most people who encounter the police spill their guts and admit to committing crimes!
Use to be a dude around her that would post links to a video on how to talk to the police. A valuable arrow in one's quiver, especially since LE is want to do what they want. One can confess, when the purpose is to just embarrass you or you can keep your mouth shut. If you are not prepared for this situation you will fail. As the old saying goes, Failure to Plan is a Plan to Fail.
So IF one is unprepared and scared of being "embarrassed" then street mongering is likely a poor choice. But hey it can be done successfully and well. We shouldn't let generalized fear keep us from our hobby. Just learn "how to", I. E. Improvise, adapt & overcome.

I was told they worked with LE but it doesn't mean they are actually LE I trust the woman who told me, she is on that street regularly. She doesn't walk bc she is clean and pretty enough to pay her habit via sugarbaby but she is friends with many girls who do. If she tells me there are new girls no one knows setting up stings then it's most likely true.

I usually don't post—keep to myself and read. But, since I've posted the LE warning decided to address the stretch lately about pricing and "gone are the $20 days. " And, this isn't directed against anyone in particular but lately have heard some fucking awful stories from some of my regulars.
I want to remind people that these women are human beings. They are addicts and never expected to be in the situation they've created for themselves—but treat them like fucking human beings!
I've made friends with some of these women over the last few years—most are dead now but some get out and I actually have two of my old regulars who became sober. Chat with them AA meetings (was a high functioning alcoholic for years). Yes, I'm exploiting others' addiction but recognize it and man enough not to try to cover it up my own shit with dehumanizing the girls.
Pay a fair price, speak nicely, never abuse or demean, and actually pay! There have been more and more talk of guys pushing girls out of cars without paying them or offering $5-10. If you can't afford $20-30 for a relatively clean girl then stop mongering and focus on your financial situation.
Again, most of these girls end up dead within two years. Most die of OD and some end up murdered by random "boyfriends. " It's most likely their last years on this planet and treating them nicely just makes sense. They had dreams once and were someone's little girl, sister, and etc. I exploit but try to keep my humanity at the same time, bring snacks for them (load up at Costco on power bars and give them two or three because we all know they spend all their money on dope and generally only eat when it's free) and bottle of water. It would be my guess somebody saw you get out of your ride and subsequently get arrested. Hence the busted windows. Guilty as charged. No trial is necessary. Happens all the time to others. So on we go to more exciting adventures. And exciting they always will be in Kensington and Fishtown area. We all know that.
I've said it before, one can never be to careful. If one of us shows up on the L E Radar then there's no way out. They will make up charges if they have none.

Yes, it could be the neighbors but that's doubtful as the seeds have long been planted and grown over time. LEO seems to have the Ho-Hum not again attitude. May 17th could be the stronger driving force. The elections are close at hand. Krasner and Kenny know the ax could fall at any moment. The city will want to imply they are doing something of value as the voter's minds in that area are short-term. It's the same carnival every election. The sideshow begins the neighbors applaud and the show quickly ends when the polls close. Keep an eye out for undercover vehicles. The Sav A Lot on Lehigh is a good indicator of impending activity. Vice will park their vehicles there and gather for last moment instruction. Many of these vehicles will have blacked-out windows. It's always good to observe the various vehicles that arrive in any emergency situation. Especially those that involve drugs or guns. Then we can see the vehicles that are being used by undercover, at least for that day.
Back to potential decoys. Anytime we are in doubt or if there appear to be unanswered questions let one's brain dictate the next move. LE suspects that any out-of-stater has no legit business being on Broad St. And they are probably right.
A few years ago while on business in Philly I was trolling Kensington in the wee hours of the morning, when it is usually dead. But I very luckily? ...found a passable blonde and was headed back to my hotel with her. LE had the cross street ahead blockaded, so I backed up and headed down a side street. They saw me and sent a patrol car to intercept. With flashing lights behind me and another joining to my front, I thought for sure that I would be spending an evening detained courtesy of the city of brotherly love. They recognized the girl and asked me if I knew her. I had to admit I did not, so they asked me what I was doing with her at 2 AM. I said she was flagging a ride and I was giving her a ride to a friend's house. She knowingly nodded. They gave me the raised eyebrow scoff and went back to their vehicles, clearly to run my plates and license. Since I was out of state and my record is clean my guess is that I was more trouble than it was worth to arrest an out-of-town solid citizen on a trumped up charge. They let me go, but not before letting me sweat for almost an hour. And they let me know that they were quite aware what was really going on by asking my passenger to exit and walk to her "friend's house," and telling me that they better never see me back here again. I don't know if they actually bother to keep tabs on such things, but that was enough to keep me out of Kensington for quite some time.

Pimps who have a stable of girls are still around but 99.9% of the pimps now are what you call drug peddling pimps which is the worst way to pimp because getting women hooked on drugs is not only morally wrong, but women burn out quickly due to hard drug use and they're not loyal. Back in the 60's and 1970's women worked the street with a different mindset and influence. I'm not hearing good feedback from him and some people I know were approached by him and refused to do interviews because they don't trust him.
He gives people something like 20 $ per interview. People who I know did interviews with him haven't heard from him since and there is no way for people on the street to receive the donations people sent in specifically for them. Someone could send in $500 and he could just turn around and give someone $25 on the street.
Basically he's living off the misfortune and suffering from others under the guise that he cares and is a videographer. A real videographer would have other content right? Why just Kensington?
Each video racks up views and that produces YouTube income for him and a person in the audience might be motivated to send in money or some clothes to a specific person and he can just take it for himself. These people are pouring their heart out to the camera thinking someone is finally there to listen and it's really just a voyeurist dude looking to make money off their story. He also asks too many questions about what people do to make a living. He's so stuck on trying to get people to self incriminate and seems to get enjoyment out of hearing what people do for a living.
Although I'm not from Kensington I feel just like the locals in that I'm sick of out of towers coming around and shoving cameras into people's faces while people are at the worse moments of their lives just for entertainment.

If you do the same and watch some of the follow ups, he does help many of the people he interviews. There are several instances where he has helped get women off the street and into treatment, or reconnect with family. Perhaps it is done out of kindness, or maybe from the desire to profit. But, whatever the reasoning, he does something, which is more than most. I admire his non judgmental tone, easy going mannerisms, and that he treats his subjects like regular people. For sure the the channel is making money, but I think he gives a lot back to the people he is interviewing. If you watch, his generosity has been taken advantage of several times, but he persists.
Personally, I think Kensington is lucky to have anyone that will treat the people with dignity. Just my. 02.

The best take on cryptocurrency I've seen is that it basically is a pyramid scheme. The people who get in early make money when others join in,
and they make money when people after them join in, etc. It works until it doesn't.
It's not a Ponzi scheme, in which someone is selling you something and then selling it also to others to bring in funds so you'll earn dividends/profit on your investment.
A Ponzi is run by one person or central outfit, which depends on bringing in more and more people/money. Whereas cryptocurrency doesn't have that central figure.
What's happening now is that the amount of new, "real" fiat (meaning government issued) currency going in is decreasing. The base of the pyramid is getting smaller, and the people at the top
are dropping down. And when they see they are dropping down, they get out at a profit, leaving those who got in late holding the bag.
I invested in 100 shares of Coinbase, thinking that as an outfit for buying and selling crypto, it would make money no matter what. Not really, it seems, and when crypto is viewed as a pryamid scheme,
it makes sense. For whatever reasons, people are not ponying to put new money into crypto, so the clearinghouses are losing revenue, as is everyone who got in late. Lesson learned.

The thing about the Kensington stroll is that there are many really bad providers. So if you don't have some good intel, you're bound to get ripped off eventually. Second, driving there is horrible. Eventually every monger would probably get into some time of car incident there. Third, occasionally there are random acts of violence that get innocent people killed.
The one redeeming thing is that occasionally you can bone an nice chick for cheap. You can expect any one there to be some type of drug user at some varying level of homelessness.
As for a places to bone, the carlyle is a popular destination. Be sure to go to the right one. One is an hourly motel and another is not. I think it's like 10 or 20 an hr. It's like 20 min from the stroll, depending on location and traffic. You'd probably want to minimize touching and surfaces and watch out for broken crack pipes and needles.
There are some row houses that let you bone in there. Prices are comparable to the Carlyle. But typically the SW would know these and you would have to really trust the SW not to lead you somewhere for nefarious purposes.
I also heard of a guy that rented a big jeep to have fun in. But I heard he got a heart attack down there and a bunch of homeless people ended up living in the jeep for a while.
Good luck. I'd say gain that the AMP route might be the better option.
