Most of the girls are out because of a need. As such that is their primary focus in life, so good clothes, make-up, nails, nice shoes, etc are secondary. After a while you get and idea what a street girl looks like and can spot them a block or two away. So something that looks TGTBT or out of place from what is "normal" needs to be looked at carefully. So riding around looking for LE friends is good. Look for the undercover ones in unmarked cars, trucks and SUVs. Look for surveillance vans or trucks that look like they belong to a utility or whatever. Vans with blacked out windows or dudes inside is not a good sign generally.
Another thing the sets me off is the fact that IF she were so stunning and a regular girl on the street, then why hadn't someone scooped her up in all the time you were doing recon. There are a number of precautions one can exercise to reduce the chance of things heading south.
1. Never let the employee choose the working location. Before negotiations begin, let them know you will be going to such and such a spot. It's not negotiable. If they don't agree tell them you changed your mind and won't be doing anything. Or tell them you must have lost your money. Thought you had $50 but looks like you only have two $5's. Tell them anything to get them to leave. If you have to give them a five spot. It's not $5. 00 to them. It's another bag or rock.
2. Pick a spot removed from the area you met her at. A spot away from the activity center is always safer than one closer.
3. On your way to your spot continually check your mirrors. Be aware if you are being followed.
4. When choosing a spot to get the job done try and park so nobody can approach you from the rear or the passenger side. Anyone approaching would need to approach from the front. This is not as complicated as it may seem. Look around. There are plenty of safe spots that offer blend in cover and visibility as well. Use your head, you will figure it out. See someone approaching with a bat etc. Get out of Dodge.

Not a problem. They do have signs posted that say no room visitors allowed. But I have taken many girls to my room and they have never questioned me about it. The only way in the building is through the front door and you pass right by the front desk and the security guard. They know these are working girls but choose to ignore it. I recently stayed four days and took 16 girls to my room at different times of the day and night and nothing was said about it. Rooms are $110.00 Sun-Thur and $140.00 on Fri-Sat. I have two cameras located discretely in my vehicle. One facing forward and the other facing the rear. I trust nobody. Just in case somebody thinks I'm an easy target.
Let me relate this incident. I was pulling into a parking spot. Pretty active area around noon. I felt a thud on my rear right side. I thought oh, shit I hit this guy's Mercedes. I got out and apologized. He's looking at his car shaking his head looking at me. Turns up the guy says he's a retired cop. Flashed his badge which impressed me very little. I shared my info and he was a bit reluctant to share his but he did. Couldn't understand why. I found out why a few days later.
I filed a claim with my insurance company as did the "victim". The insurance claims investigator asked about video. I told him I have a dual camera. He asked to review the footage. Upon review the video clearly shows the Mercedes intentionally driving into my vehicle. So much for the honesty of a retired cop. I had entered the parking space safely. Did over $2,000.00 in damage to my vehicle. Apparently, he had filed a huge claim against my insurance carrier. That happened right at Somerset in front of Martins.
That camera saved me upwards of $2,000.00 in repairs. Possibly a lot more. The cam itself cost me around $100.00 each. They are a lot cheaper. Walmart has one for as little as $20.00 and up. A camera in your vehicle can be the second set of eyes to cover your ass. It can also be used as evidence if you are attacked and the asshole thinks he got away and is smarter than you. Lot' of good tips. I always drive a minimum of 10 blocks or 1 mile or more from where I meet a SW. It is also a good idea to drive on empty streets if possible. This makes it much easier to spot a cop if you are being followed. I also try and find dead end street if possible. This makes it harder for LE to sneak up on you.
It's a shame you suffered significant loss and damage to your vehicle. Safety first is always the key ingredient when dealing with those that could do you harm.
There are a number of precautions one can exercise to reduce the chance of things heading south.
1. Never let the employee choose the working location. Before negotiations begin, let them know you will be going to such and such a spot. It's not negotiable. If they don't agree tell them you changed your mind and won't be doing anything. Or tell them you must have lost your money. Thought you had $50 but looks like you only have two $5's. Tell them anything to get them to leave. If you have to give them a five spot. It's not $5. 00 to them. It's another bag or rock.
2. Pick a spot removed from the area you met her at. A spot away from the activity center is always safer than one closer.
3. On your way to your spot continually check your mirrors. Be aware if you are being followed.
4. When choosing a spot to get the job done try and park so nobody can approach you from the rear or the passenger side. Anyone approaching would need to approach from the front. This is not as complicated as it may seem. Look around. There are plenty of safe spots that offer blend in cover and visibility as well. Use your head, you will figure it out. See someone approaching with a bat etc. Get out of Dodge.
5. Never ever be in need of pussy so bad that you can't walk away from it if things aren't in your favor.

7. This is the most important factor. Never keep all your funds in the same spot. If possible only keep on your person what you intend to spend or can afford to lose. 4. This is hard one, but find a street that doesn't have a high level of traffic, maybe a one way. Park in between cars and never be the only car on the block, never park in front of somebody's front door. And leave plenty of room in front of your car so if you had to pull away fast, you can do it. A while back, I parked a bit too close to the ave. It was very late, I knew the girl, and my guard was down. Even just cruising the stroll while looking always give yourself enough space between you and the car in front of you to cut a turn or pull a you-turn when you stop at lights or stop signs behind another car. It might annoy some people behind you but fuck them especially when cars behind pull right up on your bumper. Any chance is better than no chance.
I have definitely seen some situations on the K. I do believe the more you blend in with the area the better off you will be. Best to drive a good running beater with tinted windows and look a little poor. Best to stay on the main streets then taking chances cruising the side streets.
I feel that if you're white, Asian, or Indian and you drive a nice car on the K you're an automatic target. I have no idea why guys cruise the ave in nice work trucks / cars. This makes it much harder for LE to follow you without being spotted. It is also a good idea to try and find a area that you can enter from one direction only. Thanks.Just my opinion but you are likely to see no difference, you will see Police in both locations but their primary focus is on drug dealing. Only once (I'm shamed to admit this, in 20 years) have I seen police activity aimed at your local friendly service provider. Common sense should prevail, obey the traffic laws, don't do you turns in the middle of the block, use your traffic signals when turning and don't make it obvious. As to the last point, make eye contact and then turn off the main drag and allow your provider to walk up to your car. I tend to be overly cautious so I will pass by a provider at least once to make sure there isn't a cop 30 feet up the road that I didn't see and come back on a 2nd pass to make sure it is safe.
Good luck on your hunt, I about given up on Broadway in Camden for lack of choices and K Ave has been hit and miss lately. There will be a day when the government free checks will stop and maybe then the providers will come back to the streets and make it interesting again.

There are many many uniformed and plainclothes units around. In addition to that, there are foot patrols and bike patrols. Undercover units are everywhere. They watch the area like a dog watches a bone. Many stay in the shadows as they don't want to give their presence away without cause. They drive cars taken from dealers or others involved in the activity in that area. So, they could be directly behind or next to you and you wouldn't have a clue.
If you want to avoid interaction with LEO simply act normal. Don't act like you are at a sideshow at the carnival. Don't stare at every woman that is around. They don't all work. Some may even be selling for the dealers. The dealers do not want you looking for or trying to pick up pussy on their blocks. Mess with them and you will find yourself in more of a confrontation than you may want to be in.

Saw Sharon (large chest, glasses) this morning on the northern end of the stroll, just off the ave. Admittedly, I haven't been to the stroll in a few months. This morning (Memorial Day) saw something pretty unusual. America's finest was using two plain cars with male-female teams inside. Male driving, female riding and in at least one instance operating a video cam. The cars were classic beaters: a dark blue Dodge Durango (damage to the driver side door) and a white Dodge Caravan that looked like it was a former soccer mom car. Fairly heavy tint on both, but they had their front windows down. They would tail a car for a bit and then a marked porker would pull the car over. Somerset area is all but a ghost town now compared to what it use to be.
Everyone seems to congregate around K&A to K and Clearfield now days. Also, surprisingly, many of those people do have housing or places to live. I know one girl that has multiple places to stay but she out in the streets most of the time. As explained to me they have to get well almost every few hours due to the fetty so they can't go away for that long so it's just easier to stay close to where they can make money and go find a dealer to get well.

Came through recently on a warm Sat. There was plenty going on all along the Ave. I'd been hoping to snag Angel again, but it was pretty late for her (any recent encounters?) so wasn't too stuck on the idea. Not near her usual spot anyway.
Found Nellie At Jasper / Hazzard, looked pretty good, had a phone (I figured I'd go take a cruise and call her if I didn't like what else was on offer), but wasn't being picked up because she only did BJs. Granted, my schedule is such that I have to "hobby" in specific time frame. My job has me on the road so I am left to hit stroll immediately after work (5 PM) and on my way home to keep it all under wraps. But last Thursday night, I hit the stroll in the full sunlight of 5 to 7 PM and it was disgusting.
I know there is a subjective numerical grading standard sometime used on this site but here is how I look at the SW's. If she looks good enough to take her to a local mall and you could walk around together without anyone blinking an eye, I consider that a home run. Then there is the next step down and she is attractive enough to do the deed but not might be dressed that well. Another step down is a SW who hasn't seen a shower in couple of days. And lastly, the drug induced stupor of a highly medicated SW. I will only pick up the first two levels and ignore the second two levels.
The point being K Ave yielded only the second two levels on Thursday night. No amount of patience and laps up and down the stroll changed that reality. One of the few times I had to pass altogether. Maybe it was just bad timing or maybe the government stimulus money is still flowing strong but these are tough days for the mongering community.
How many other experienced mongers are getting the same feeling? Its been since before Covid that I've been in for a ride on the stroll. Wondering if its worth it.
