I work with the public and believe I had it like last month. I had the weird basic symptoms of extreme fatigue, stomach issues, etc. Several coworkers did too. We work with people similar to those on the ave. I made sure I got daily intense exercise while staying very warm and that really helped.

Thanks.If you can't find the maps, find K Avenue, start at Sargent Street on the South End and drive up to Castor Street on the North End. Turn on a side street or two and find your way back to Kensington Avenue. Look at the people who congregate on the street corners and try to avoid the crowds in favor on the single solider manning her post alone. If she smiles and she might wave, you found yourself an entrepreneur who understands the supply side to your demand side.
Given you are in the right neighborhood, there is simply no substitute for your own effort in finding the crooks and niches where the SW's hang. I too was most curious on how Covid 19 might impact the world's old profession so I took a ride on a weekday and took a couple of laps each in the early afternoon (noon to 1 PM) and a couple hour's later 3-4 PM. A sample size of a single day isn't all that revealing but I saw next to nothing on either trip. If you think picking a gem from 20 yards away in a moving car is a challenge, add a and-95 mask and you have the new realities of K Avenue. What I did see was a lot of people around Needle Park and Prevention Point which seems to suggest that the illicit drug trade hasn't missed a beat but as far as SW's go, it was very slim pickings.
Logic should tell you that if the open drug markets of K Avenue have survived Covid 19, the SW trade is right behind. One hand washes the other, I seriously wonder how these people can afford to do drugs without the cash infusion of the mongers to the SW's who in turn support the drug trade. I think it would make an interesting thesis paper for some PHD candidate in Economics at nearby Penn. He wouldn't have to travel far to interview the industry players.

Rode thru OYR earlier around 10:30. There were around 8 of BSW's chillin on Luzerne st. There was this one thick ass BSW who looked like she should be in someone's strip club. Just counting the possibilities from just one lap thru, I counted a single one down by Clearview, another by the park and two more down at the end by Buckus.

I had no intention of more than a look and that's all I did but was in the area two mornings in a row over the weekend. Sat and Sun mornings between 6 am and 7:30 am it was quite active (considerably more than I expected) and our favorite uncle was nowhere during that window both days but right about 7:30 uncle's presence was heavy everywhere. What I also noticed was a lot of NJ tags with our visiting neighbors displaying some very obvious behaviors like flashing headlights, beeping horns and pulling sudden you turns right on the ave. I saw this at least 4 to six times each day. I cringed a little at that. I've never seen so many being so blatant in such a short time especially with out of state tags but then I don't know if that is the new normal now since its been a very long time since I've done any scouting in the area.
Seeing the area worse now than it ever was back when I was previously active was an eye opener and made me appreciate how lucky I have been to not end up like some of the poor souls down there and it was a near thing a few times in the past if not for some luck and help / support. I doubt I'll go back anytime soon, plus the roads were horrendous and brutal on my vehicle.

It did impact the hobby when the police went on a full court press to find the killer and it nearly killed the street business at the time. So while this most recent body in a suitcase is a horrific crime of the sickest mind, I mostly worry about how it impacts me, whether the street choices will dry up or an increase police presence (fat chance given what is going in Philly these days) makes our hobby more challenging. As if finding a drug addict who looks nice, is sober for the 15 minutes that you need her and isn't passing along STD's (or Covid) isn't a big enough challenge on its own.

Was chilling at my boys house in Fishtown and decided to go up the K as I drove home. Didn't see too much out, the fucked up streets make it so annoying to roll thru. I was grouped with 2 Puerto Rican cell mates who fled from a nasty hurricane, they were actually very kind people, some younger than 21 indicted on heroin possession. I felt terrible, this was only the beginning for these kids. Their ride was going to be at least 2 years which is tough, my ride only had another 24 hours and a series of classes at "Jon School", court dates, meetings, but don't let that fool you, it was a difficult next few months after.
We all admitted the Round House is harder than county jail because of its intensity. I controlled my emotions better than ever before and felt sharp like John Wick when reawakening from the lethargic episodes. At last, a CO screams last names out. I was ordered to see a judge through a tv screen almost 48 hours from the time of the arrest and 4 bites of Wonder Bread in. Social security #'s, addresses, family names were presented publicly in a room of convicts. At that point, there was nothing to hide, oddly enough I had felt so relieved of any outside world stress the last 2 days locked down. The fear and stress of the outside world quickly melted away just a few hours into being cuffed, ironically creating sense of mental freedom inside a physically entrapped environment. In the last holding cell, which had a thick glass window we see 15 hookers picked up. All of us began to laugh because, we'd each got head from at least 1 of them. The room was fluorescently lit, exposing their features. Some hookers were the twin sisters of burnt toast and others were actually really pretty, no exaggerations. Many of them had dependency issues but under control and were perfectly normal. I felt the lack of hope and direction for 98% of the non-hooker related inmates was the biggest problem. The system made me tear for others after my release, some have no other choice but to put their freedom at risk for a dollar on the dinner table. Our system can do more damage to us with no rehabilitation than what we do to our own selves sometimes. Their is an eco system in check with Mongers and SW's, few bad apples mess it up but loneliness or horniness gets replaced with relief and their need for $ MAY not always go to drugs. Help should be given, not harm. To think all this happened for trying to get my rocks off to start my day. For years the vice squad has used the Sav a Lot parking area as a staging spot. I am assuming that's where you may have been taken. Not that it matters at all.
One time a few years ago I was stopped at Cambria and Kensington. Wasn't doing anything. Had dropped a friend to grab some food. LEO saw her get out of my vehicle and whammo, they was all over me. The girl wasn't a working girl.

For the most part the area cops are pretty decent. They have a job, they do it, they go home. There's the select few that have an axe to grind. Some feel everyone is guilty of something. Even if they aren't. Can't do nothing except try and stay legal.
Follow the 30 MPH posted speed. Go to slow looking up and down every street, obstructing traffic, reason to be stopped. Go to fast, reason to be stopped. Watch the red lights. Keep your vehicle documents up to date. Lights all working. Use your signals. No aggressive driving. Here's a good one. I got stopped because my high beams was on. Told me I could get a ticket for that. I had no idea.
Recently I was stopped at Westmoreland and Kensington. Female officer claimed I went through a red light. While she took my documents I thought to myself that light was not red. I have a dash camera. I reviewed the footage. Sure enough the light was yellow. She had a ticket in her hand when she returned to my vehicle. I showed her the footage and told her she was mistaken. She couldn't deny it. They seem to be working still on Front Street, so that was like trying to avoid land mines, but my car survived. Very few cop cars as well-which is always nice.

A older black guy, who seemed out of his mind, either mental health issues or drug issues, and he was shooting off a Roman Candle at people waiting at the bus stop and walking in the area. People running everywhere, as the blast from his Roman Candle are flying everywhere- bouncing of the sidewalk, walls of buildings and whizzing by people. That area always seems to amaze, LOL.

That being said, I'm starting to loose interest in the kensington SW scene and have for some time. Use to cruise around with excitement because there was a high probability you would find that awesome regular, or even better, a new gem, but now I find the area annoying (I. E. , constant congestion, idiots who tailgate, speed, and blow red lights) and there really isn't much of a SW scene anymore. Even regular veteran SW's who I occasionally spot I keep going because you can see the streets / drugs have finally taken its toll.

Use to cruise around with excitement because there was a high probability you would find that awesome regular, or even better, a new gem, but now I find the area annoying (I. E. , constant congestion, idiots who tailgate, speed, and blow red lights) and there really isn't much of a SW scene anymore. Even regular veteran SW's who I occasionally spot I keep going because you can see the streets / drugs have finally taken its toll.
I miss the days on a cold winter night when you could cruise a quiet back street around Huntingdon station and pick up a bombshell reg like Jordan, or another day you would find a total gem but then you would never see her again. Those experiences hardly happen anymore now.I agree 100%, there has been a real lack of quality lately. I am mostly out in the afternoons and I have not really found a whole lot lately. Was there 11:30 pm to 12:00 am saw a whole bunch on mongers driving around, but only THREE. That's right THREE street walkers. And one just got finish her date. WTF? Only thing stopping me from heading over to Camden are my PA plates.
Went yesterday over the lunch hour. The K looks like the after-effects of a war. Sidewalks lined with people getting injections or just lying around. Zombie people just roaming across. Additionally, the work under rail line crowds things more. The amount of debris all over makes it easy to drop things that can stick in a tire.
I saw a few SW roaming around. Most looked like they were days from expiring.

T together to pay for a room and phone, then they would migrate to the notels, but then go back on the streets when things get tight again (which almost always happens unless they slay the dragon and leave the game altogether). Some would also jump from the clubs to online to the streets depending on circumstances. Personally, I just chalk it up to the nature of the game and don't necessarily begrudge mongers for their preferences. Some would shell out a couple jax for a few lap dances, when for the same amount they can get the full menu on the K. And if a girl can get herself organized enough to keep a schedule and work the clubs instead of walking the streets, most would prefer to do that instead.
It's more a matter of timing than anything else. I still have a couple that will hit me up on and off and it's understood we will play for SW rates even though they post online.
The bigger issue is that both the SW and online pool has been dwindling since I first started. The gems are still out there, just seem to take more effort to find them. My biggest regret is that I didn't have the experience and resources to play the field more back in the early 2000's when the pickings were really good. One girl in particular, a long time friend assured me Christina was instrumental in her recovery.

The dad is in recent vacation photos where he looks quite happy. He's a very fit looking older man.

About 3 weeks ago I was with my girlfriend on Somerset getting some pizza at a free giveawy at 3 in the afternoon the line was building up behind me and my girl then right behind me is trouble Meth head Ashley why I know her last name its a ery common one and she is a pretty girl about 28 with avy brown hair she was with her friend a guy thin about six one 170. So he the friend of Ashley from behoind shanks and punches me at the same time. I went to the police and theywill arrest her if you see her call the cops 911 and they weill gt her put her in jail where she belongs she told her frend o slice me I got 26 stitches and it dliced clear through my lower lip and if I hadn't turned I would have gotten my juggler but I'm an older man and this guy was maybe 25 or 26 yrs old so I'm posting this so you won't be hirt by this POS ashley and her friend who is also wanted for attemted murder and aggravated assault they may be in Bucs county. I had dated Asheley but she ropped me off and I would ask her for my money back eve4 ry time I saw her which was maybe 3 or 4 times ince when she ripped me off. I happened to be in the area so took a ride around the K just to see how covid affected the pickings. I started in the morning around 10 and soon came across a STUNNING black girl (mixed, I think) named Tia. To my surprise a guy answered the phone. I hung up as I'm really not interested in dealing with a pimp. I HATE those fuckers! Anyway here's my question. Has anyone here had experiences with Tia? She is a gorgeous super thin tall black girl. And what's up with the guy answering the phone? Bad news or try again next time I'm in the area?

I was coming from my friends crib in fishtown so obviously I decided to ride up the K. Typical night, zombies out from Lehigh to Westmoreland. I saw that thick borderline BBW WSW with black hair and nice titties again but she was walking with her pimp (skinny black dude). Took a few laps up and down thinking I might finally catch her by herself and finally she was walking near Venango & Glenwood. I decide to spin the block and come back around and catch her. I decide to go up Torresdale (its 12:30 am) and there were a couple girls on Howell, there was a girl on Van Kirk (I thought it was Angel so I stopped but it wasn't her). And there was this HSW off Comly and Hegerman, I spun the block to come back around for her and no surprise that she was scooped up. I decide to head home but on the way I rode thru Old York Road, a few stragglers out but none of the one's I would stop for. I get all the way up to Windrim (this used to be the best area of the OYR stroll year ago) and I see a thick BSW. She comes up to my car and Its actually this chick Nina I used pick up all the time. She still has that fat ass so I had to scoop her. We go to my old parking spot and she takes her teeth out (I never realized she had dentures LOL) and gives me a crazy CBJ gum job. I didn't last long at all which even with the cover on LOL.
This is right at the start of Covid. The other girl cornered me at the 711 and almost tackled. Told I wasn't interested. Kept un insisting she get in LOL. Is she always that aggressive. LOL.Here's a few, she's not usually that way.

I tend to think this is street level violence between competing interests over the most minor of transgressions and they have enough common sense not to disrupt the revenue coming into K Avenue by leaving us mongers alone but common sense isn't all that common in Kensington.

After 40 yrs of mongering, from what I've been seeing out there I'd rather jerkoff than let them even near my car. Most of them look like a petri dish. As always to each his own.The girls have all been getting the Stimulus Checks and unemployment checks so they don't have to hook to get their drugs. Not sure how they can get the unemployment checks since they have not been working but they have and I have heard of girls getting up to $6 K - $8 K checks due to backed up unemployment checks with the $600 a week crap. They are even getting the checks sent to homeless shelters that take mail for them and they just go pick them up at the shelter. The girls I have seen recently have either blown it all already or had it stolen from them. I saw one girl who said her last $3000 was stolen from her.

That whole neighborhood is just depressing. During my short time in the game on the ave I can drive through the neighborhood and point out buildings, streets, and corners where individuals were killed. Sometimes if.

I remember when I first spotted Amber over two winters ago around Kensington and Sedgley. Man she had a killer body then. She was built like a gymnast and had a huge round backside.
