I'm just going to say this in regards to LE around the Kensington area. I have had contact with LE during routine traffic stops and sobriety check points.
The main priority I felt was that LE was making sure that I wasn't transporting or selling drugs. Once LE felt certain that I wasn't involved with any of that their concerns seem to switch to my safety.
LE stressed to me that I was in a "open air drug market" and to be very careful. Once particular LE contact stressed to me that if I was in the area as a John that HIV was significantly prelavant in the area. I probably know more about HIV than the LE contact from seeing the Magic Johnson press conference live to learning about Ryan White and the Act Up moment in the late 80's and 90's but I kept my mouth shut and was able to drive away.
To be honest, I feel I need to do a public service announcement and say that getting arrested, as bad as I know it could be for some it shouldn't be the most feared. The main priority should be your health and to play safe if you do decide to play.
I have met street walkers who told me they seen other girls who walk the streets picking up dates pick up dirty needles right off the ground to shoot up with. One SW told me she found out while locked up that other girls who were streetwalkers had HIV because of who they had to see while locked up. Another streetwalker told me of a another street walker who had HIV. And to think that people still do bb with a SW and that quite a few SW's have told me of Johns have tried to secretly slip protection off or try to offer more for full service bb.
I'm not here to preach or judge, all I'm saying is that on the ave 99% of these women are full blown drug addicts and each and every day they are doing only God knows what all hours of the day and night to feed an addiction that never lets up. These girls are extremely high risk and I would hope that fellow mongers think more about using protection and their health then worrying about LE.
You get busted shut up and call your lawyer and later down the line you can look back on it all and laugh. You get HIV and your life as you know it will never be the same again and not in a good way.

In the past, I have been pulled over, and after checking my paperwork the officer told me to leave the area. I don't remember the exact words, but he made it very clear that he knew why I was there, and wouldn't hesitate to make up an excuse to lock me up if I stuck around. Mind you, this was before cameras were everywhere, but I'm sure it still goes on.
Out of state plates and nice cars also get attention along Kensington ave, unless it's during the daytime. Daytime is the easiest time to blend in. Somedays I'll just sit off to the side in the shade, doing some work on my laptop while watching to see what walks by. Nobody gives me a second glance.I got pulled over the other day for nothing LOL.

The main reason is it will appear to the residents they are doing their job instead of sucking up Slurpee's at 7-11 or donuts at the closest donut shop.
Another reason they would stop us before a drug dealer, enforcer, seller, etc. Is that we represent a minimal threat to them. They do enough stops like that and they have a better chance of going home after the shift than they would hammering the illegals on the block.
Now if they go after the people on the block first thing on their mind is getting shot by somebody connected to the dealers. So, the risk factor increases tenfold or more. If the dealer and associates will waltz around selling their stuff in plain view of the police then they wouldn't give it a second thought to pop LEO. The blue shirts or the yellow one simply makes them a brighter target. Also gives them a broader choice as who to kill.
The blocks have their own set of rules and laws as to how they handle issues that bring them trouble. LEO knows that.
It's quite plain which route the beat cop will take. They are just like anyone else. They want to go home after their shift.
Quite rare one would see LEO in the hood upsetting the cart. They like to keep their distance.
One thing If stopped I would never respond to any question about what I'm doing, where I'm going, why I'm in such and such an area. Just not something I will do in the street. They can say or claim anything they want. Doesn't make it right. They will try and trip people up then slap the cuffs on them.
I've been stopped and accused of everything. I also can be counted among those threatened with a letter being sent to my residence. I simply refuse to play the game that way. If they have something on me they will lock me up no matter what I tell them. Best outcome is say nothing so they can't say he said this or that.

Into heart of Center City. On South Broad, the new car pulled up on my left staring into my car. Kept eyes forward and took sip of the soda at the stop light. That car peeled off, but the original car followed me all the way down to Passyunk. Tailed me for about 40 minutes. Never seen anything even remotely like it on the Ave.
A few years ago, I had a similar experience with a SEPTA transit cop. My old posts tell the story. It was all the more strange, because the streets per se are outside their remit. LEO is aware of this board. If you include which PD, the brass will think about their officers wasting time on such remote, low-priority stuff. If you can give enough information for them to figure out which unit, all the better. A vague vehicle description that yours fit might also have been on the radio.

Anyone driving around Kensington should know the district's. All LEO cars have an I'd# on the back. For example, 2438 means district 24, car 38.2616 would be district 26, car 16. I have been tailed plenty of times (although never to the extent of these recent posts) first thing I always do is drive into another district. 9 out of 10 times when I cross district lines, the tail breaks away. Isn't it sad how quickly a few weeks or months on the streets of Kensington will run a pretty girl into the ground. When I first saw the pics of Jordan I really hoped to find her. I did. Dude, if there is a board for every girl that's overslept / missed a date / nodded off / didn't give a fuck about you, it would list every girl that's ever walked the walk. The addiction that has them working the ave or hotel, is the same addiction responsible for them not keeping track of anything. Literally every girl I've ever been with forgets what day it is, name she told me, pocket she had her money in. And that's just AT THAT MINUTE. Forget an hour from then, or even the next day. Nearly all of these women you're dealing with are hard core drug addicts whose lives are absolutely in ruins from drugs.
I have gotten close to a few of these girls and it's the same story. They have family who they're estranged from, children who they don't see or have been taken away, they battle homelessness, they hardly eat any food, they have no real job, no cell phone, no car, suspended DL and many are also wanted by the law. In a strange way I felt bad for her as she told me about her choices recently & trying to get off H.Many of these people unfortunately will be hooked for life or will eventually die from it. The thing is, what's on the street being sold in Kensington isn't pure heroin anymore as if heroin alone isn't bad enough. What's passed off as heroin ranges from any mixture of heroin and fentanyl to pure fentanyl now.
That's a problem because from the girls I know who use they say there is no medication available in treatment centers for the detox and withdrawal from fentanyl and they say the withdrawal from fentanyl is worse then heroin.
Either way it just boggles my mind how young girls many from good homes who were lucky to have a decent upbringing and are now in the prime of their lives wind up smoking crack / meth, and shoot up heroin / fentanyl on a daily basis.

I met Nicole sometime way last summer. She claimed at that time she is Russian decent. Not sure if that has changed since then a lot changes out there over time. She hasn't mentioned it again so who knows. If they look like this who really cares, right?
She was absolutely gorgeous. Back when I first met her she had nice tits and was always clean as a whistle. Around the kitty there's some interesting artwork. She's a sweet girl. Very accommodating. Quiet but will be happy to carry a conversation. Often she does lose her train of thought while talking. She's not a complaintive girl or the type to pressure you into rushing so she can go party. She does the job and does it well.
When she's not extremely wasted she can and will be an active and exciting participant.
As others have said, and we all know, short stretches of time can and do have a dramatic effect on most of the girls. Most recently Nicole has been hitting the bags pretty hard. Tits seem to have taken a dive. Not as nice and firm as they was a short time ago. Quite sad for such a pretty woman. She may have given up showers also. Other mongers have mentioned they need to air out the vehicle when they let her out. I have seen her in the same clothes for over a week at a time with the same stains. For so many girls out there hygiene has quickly become a lost art. Not that they are naturally unclean. Simply the bag of dope trumps the laundry bag.
Even at this point in her adventure she still is attractive. That is most definitely going to be lost shortly.
Now, I'm not sure if this is the Nicole others here speak of. She seems to have a deeper issue going on that she doesn't talk about. Rarely smiles let alone laughs. I could be wrong, but it's my educated guess she is masking deeper issues with the drugs. Wouldn't be the first girl known to do that.

No Maylea, no Jordan. The circus was certainly in full force though. Tioga station, Somerset station, etc. Was a Zoo full of zombies and sk_ _ks. Health department was out sanitizing one side of Somerset station. Took a break at the DD. Resumed the hunt and asked a couple of ladies if they knew Maylea and / or Jordan. One knew both. Was kind enough to go look for them near Somerset. She returned about 15 minutes later. No dice. She did not ask me for a "search" donation but I gave her $5 for the effort. Asked another provider to look and was very aggressive with me. Demanded money from me before she would even look and I said no. She got angry, started the whole drama thing and I drove off. Every year I post this, with warmer weather comes new girls for the summer. The class of 2019 if you will. This year the K wins big with the best new roster. Camden and Wilmington not so much. Hipsters a few blocks away in and. Liberties make it the cool place to score drugs. Be prepared for a lot of fresh new faces.
Some of you may remember a girl used to be very popular around Tioga, Venango Area. Her street name is ATM. She has been away from the hard life a good while now. I want to say at least two years. She took that name because she could ring up the cash faster than an ATM. Very pretty girl. It was so easy to like her as she always had a smile. All the years I've known her never knew her to have any trouble, steal or anything like that. She was very well liked because she had a few extra pounds where others didn't. Most recently she had been getting her life together. She was doing a lot better than most in her situation. She had been off the streets for a good while. She had put the time and effort in to actually feel good about herself and the life she left behind. She was working and keeping family ties. Found herself a great person that loved and cared for her. Everything seemed to be going well for her the last couple years. Something went wrong. I have no idea just what but something. As many times is the case with those that struggle in a world they happened to find themselves in. I find it quite difficult to say as she has been a great friend over the years but over the weekend tragedy found her and she passed away. I can't say how, or why. I can't say it was because of this or that as I don't have all of the facts. I can say she was a wonderful spirit and will be greatly missed by all who cared about her and loved her. Those of you that may have had contact with her know exactly what I'm talking about. Me, I'm just an 'OL Gator.

Clearly you guys never Met Bree or Dixie (unfortunately dixie was a ripoff) or Heather Saw them out there onetime and one time only for a quick car date and got bad ph numbers from them. Had the pleasure of meeting Amy a thin redhead near Huntington Stn on Jasper. I am still amazed at her personality. Effervescent, bubbly, intelligent and a great date lots of fun. Hit the K from around 11 to midnight tonight (Thursday night) and it was dead, as were all my usual side streets. I think I saw three girls the entire time, all of whom were absolute bottom of the barrel. I could basically smell one of them even across the street with my windows up. I've never seen such slim pickings.

The regulars I see or try to see in the early morning in the dark are for the most part OK. I am somewhat selective. I had the opportunity yesterday afternoon to cruise by my favorite spots and low and behold they were both together. Well what's a man to do. So they both got in and whoa. What a differance the light makes. Scary. So to keep my sense of servility to my hunting, I will stay cruising in the early mornings if nothing but to keep my imagination safe and not become a reality. Just some input guys.

Strolled up and down the AVE all day Saturday. Plenty of variety to be had. If you had a type, it was out. One thing a noticed from doing this for decades, is there is a cycle. Saturday a saw a bunch a of girls that reminded me of girls past. All different types. Like that Skinny girl looks like younger Heather from 10 years ago, or the girl in the fresh college hoodie could be Ashley's younger sister, or that girl with the bob hair cut could be Olivia (BTW what ever happen her? Skinny with Tattoed words under her left tiny boob?
Point is this area seems to keep recycling the same type of suburb girl who can take the train get a fix and then go home. Until they aren't welcome back home and then they rot here. This is why I don't worry about the hipsters moving the walkers out. I've seen this cycle repeat too many times to worry about it. If you pick up any of your friends at Jasper and Huntingdon be careful. The home on the corner is filming and photographing. It's the home with a partial wooden fence and partial cyclone fence. Can anyone share decent $10 room near kensington please.Been to this place around Ontario and the Ave. On Potter street. Don't remember the address but has a red star on the door. There are 2 rooms upstairs both $10 - the larger room has a nice bed, sheets, pillows, fan. Not sure if it has AC or works. Older lady lives there downstairs and don't think she makes it upstairs to what looks like used to be her bedroom with her furniture and doll collection. Much better than Hart Lane with the door that doesn't close and just plain shady. My girl told me about this place on Hart lane near emerald street on the station side. She said it was $10 in the winter so since the other places we know OFF Ontario sT WERE not answering we went down to Hart Lane it was available, but the Man that answered the door was rude as shit and taLking shit and yelling acting mentally ill. It will be on your left as you are walking down to the farther end of the block. The first time I went there the girl mistook the place and knocked on another house and they were not happy but still said you need to go down two doors Hence the red star on the door. Usually a guy there watching tv with the old lady. So far so good luck there. If you get the small room not as comfy.

When it's sunny, hot and humid, you have to be more careful, basic hygiene is at a premium as it is but when it gets like this, some girls can become downright rancid.

Quite a night for firsts, spotted a spinner redhead calling herself Dee just off K Avenue. I suggested the Carlyle and she wanted the money in advance to pick up some candy in advance of the session. Sometimes I may gamble with my money if the payout is good enough to justify it. If I lose that's on me. .Yep, this is true. I have gotten close to a few girls with habits and noticed that none of them have any girlfriends or real female friends. It's mostly because they constantly steal from each other.

Saw Jo for the third time the other day. She can be found around Jasper / Sargeant - 5'8"brown hair with glasses not skinny but with a healthy weight on her in her 30's I would think. Ran into another girl named Audrey (the first one I reported about a year ago was a dirty blonde haired one with her hair pulled back in a pony tail all the time. Very cautious with cars passing by. I had a business appt for 9 AM, downtown Philly and the guy calls me at 8 AM to postpone. Trouble is, I am already down there and my next appt isn't unit 11:30 AM so I decide to see what the K Avenue stroll has to offer its early morning mongers. I wasn't expecting much but I was completely blow away by the work ethic of our SW's. There were literally dozens to choose from before I even had my second cup of coffee. My mongering experience has historically been after work hours (5 PM on) because you got to make your mongering money before you spend it.
My choice of the litter was a trashy looking WSW named Lauren with Hoover lips and a dress that hikes up to midsection. She let me pet the kitty while she was busy down below. Totally unexpected and I broke my own rule about mongering during working hours but hey, it wasn't my fault the guy cancelled on me.
