1. Go to the Main Philly page and scroll down to the User Blog section, see if you can find the thread with maps.
2. THEN do a search in YouTube for "Busted: A Citizen's Guide to. " watch the first 20-min of that video 3-times until you have the info down cold! When you are stopped is no time to try to "remember" what was in the video. Cops are trained to trip you up, why wouldn't you get trained to avoid that?
3. Read 6-months or more of threads in whatever style of Mongering suits you: AMPs, SW's, Escorts, CL, BP, etc. I know "history is boring" but one CAN learn from it or get taught "experientially" by Law Enforcement, rip-off girls or the street in general. You decide.
4. Come back here and ask basic questions on monger techniques. Recently we had a dude show up that had been busted. He had not seen "the rules" and just did it like the movies. Once he saw the rules, he better understood the hobby. So "get wised up" or get busted!

Me? When I started as a Hobby newbie I was SCARED! Didn't want a reputation or getting caught. So, when I found this site I used it and the kind mongers. First, I read EVERY post in the threads in my area! That gave me an idea where to look, who was out there, menus, prices and where LE might be found. Then I started driving the stroll with a "window shopping only" mentality. I think I did that for 3-months (and 6 tanks of $4 gas) before making my first scoop. Plenty of times I saw what I thought was a girl but knew I needed more education. While reading the threads and cruising, I came back here and asked dumb rookie questions (actually the only dumb question is the one NOT asked!) The Gents here were kind enough to share their views, opinions and experiences. Such a wealth of information, but I am always surprised how many don't take advantage of it.
Shoot I was so green in the beginning that one time I saw a girl on a pay phone at a gas station on a known stroll. I thought she might be available but wasn't sure. I posted the situation on the threads and kind guys gave me excellent guidance! Another time I had some trouble with a girl and got good guidance and help!
It was this site that taught me about using a burner phone and a GV number as a hobbying tool. First started with a flip phone that had a key pad only, so texting one had to hit certain numbers 3 times in order to get the right letter. AND there was no auto spelling correction!
So yeah, I owe a lot to reading the threads and the advice from others here. I still read threads and am still finding ideas and techniques I can use to improve my game. The streets are constantly changing so I think adapt or "die" is appropriate.
Now that said, the street will ALWAYS teach you a lesson or two! No way around it. Since we are dealing with desperate people, in desperate situations and no one can 100% I'd trouble that may get into your car or mail box. But the key is to learn as much as possible so that when the Street decides to teach you a lesson, one can avoid it or make sure the lesson is a small one.
Shoot last year I had a girl do the cash & dash thing on me. The first time that happened to me a girl got the entire poetry reading fee from me. This time the girl left collateral (which turned out to be worthless) and only got a small fraction of the fee. (see my comments on Rule of 5 ths, something I learned from a dude here) No matter how educated one gets, there is always something to be learned: one way or another!
So the point is that we are always learning. If you let your guard down or get horny and ignore the rules the Street is always glad to teach you a lesson or two!

Went out and to check out the local talent. Kennsington north there were a few out. Nothing great. Met this white girl skinny thing she was nice. Went down the street for a quicky. She says she swallows but then stops at the end and expects it to just finish. WTF! Forget her name, dark curly hair tied up on her head. Wouldn't do any business with her again, you don't stop at the end and just block it with your tongue. I didn't even say thanks. Just told her okay walk back from here which was just down the street.
Saw a few others but was tired. Will go back tomorrow and try someone else.

A recent Friday had me in town, so figured I could go have me some ho action. I was in South Philly, so drove up S Broad at close to bar closing time to get there initially. With nothing in evidence beyond something zombielike scavenging from trashcans around Passyunk. Lots of LEO there though. Once to the K it was very quiet, saw maybe 1 girl hurrying down southwards around Cumberland or so, then nothing until after Somerset. No LEO really in evidence. Saw a hot looking Emo girl on corner of Allegheny, should have turned and stopped there but didn't. Eventually settled on a girl by I St, took her to my spot (should have read the problem signs of "so far?" when going less than 5 minutes away). She says she's Roxanne, and been out on and off 15 years. Great I thought, has learned what gets us happy and on our way quickly. But no (she likes that word), allowed her the usual fee up front (have decided it's easier to comply with this if you've taken them far enough from the stroll that it's easier for them to do the job for the ride back than to bail), she took 2 sucks and decided she's too dope sick to do anything. Roxanne is a very dangerous girl. She has been out there for a long, long time. I don't recall a good review to date. She used to work from Venango and K with all the rock stars. She lives right down the street before Tioga. Lately she's been working Sedgely and as far as Erie and Torresdale. (Just don't do it out of ignorance (lack of education) or out of hubris (ego- that will never happen to me) Street girls are not as dumb as one thinks and are aware of their surroundings (survival skill) and with GPS on phones these days, they can have your location in their phone for later use.
So you want a desperate, strung out girl showing up at your house at 3 AM making a huge scene? What if she decides your house is too nice and you should pay more and demands it and if you refuse, runs out in the street screaming "rape" and making a huge scene? You want her to find your real name (if you own), since property records are easily available online? if you rent, you wanna get kicked out of your place when she makes a huge scene with the landlord or property manager? You want her or her associates to visit your house while you are "getting some" next time? After all if you live alone and you are scooping her or her friend, your place is empty.
What might be happening when one is "seeing" a few guys "hosting" is that they are taking her to a 10-spot place or a no-tell. Not too far from the K-Stroll is Le Hotel Carlyle, which for $20-30 one can enjoy a room for a short time. Also IF you trust the girl, she probably knows of a place where for $10 you can "borrow" a room to do business. THAT of course has some risk as she could direct you into a set up. I've dated "nice" girls who were fine one date or several and then all of a sudden pull some BS.
I am sure there are other things I have not thought about or mentioned, but hey, it is all about managing the risk of whatever you do. Just because someone else is taking a certain risk, does that make it right for you? First, sure looks like you read the rules before heading out! HUGE kudos for that as many "think" they know how to do it: after all how hard can it be? So, good that you read the rules and stuck to them! Good job getting an "education" here rather than the street!

Decided to drive up to the ave on a whim, mostly to scope out the talent. Hmmm, the "on a whim" comment has my Spidey senses tingling. I recognize that this could just be a word or phrase used so bear with me. However, when I was new I NEVER did anything "on a whim". BEFORE I went out onto the stroll, I reviewed the rules (all 22 plus the 35 below). Therefore the rules were fresh and the excitement got tamped down a bit. I also had a check list of things I would do and not do. Also car keys were separated from house keys, spare key was hidden, valuables removed from my person and the car, only the money I wanted to spend (loose) was in pockets and that distributed between pockets, socks and some emergency funds locked in the glove box. So, for me, nothing about hitting the stroll was accidental or in the spur of the moment.
Technique was good and she was chill but first time nerves and being in a parking lot with lots of street foot traffic got to me. Now when I started in the hobby, I drove the known strolls over and over again getting a feel for the lay of the land, where the girls were located, what times they were out, who was out, where LE was hiding, what are the traffic patterns, where are the traffic cameras & red light cams and where are potential spots to park for a date! Now maybe my risk tolerance is low as I cruised 3-months (with $4+ gasoline) before making the first scoop. But by then I had more of an education: the safe way. One of the toughest things to do is to manage those nerves & excitement. One is nervous for a reason: it is a safety response. The "training" that one affords them self can go a few ways: learning to ignore nerves (danger signs) or learning to respect them and turn them into useful Spidey senses.

Thanks for being generous with your knowledge. Honestly, I didn't intend to scoop that outing. I was trying to follow your and other folks examples and just get a feel for the area. It just clicked that time and. In retrospect. I was probably lucky in some ways. I drove around way too much, could have flagged LE if there was one nearby. And the whole parking lot thing was weird tho she was right in that it was pretty effective in terms of "camouflage". It was just too strange for me. I'm going to keep at it and apply your tips. Today went to k street around 1:30 pm, not much activities, First 30 minutes I don't even see any ugly scary ones. Before going back, decided drive one more round, then I saw Lauren on jasper street. Out of curiosity, I'm wondering if any fellow mongerer has taken a date to fairmount park? The street you reference is Buckius. That has always been a popular hang out for entertainment. Used to be one of Aundreas early morning office. Just a heads up for that area you may be aware may not. There two issues for that location that can really cause a lot of heart ache. I took a drive on the K last night around 9 am. I normally drive the whole length from York to Frankford. On the first pass I did not see much. On the way back down I saw someone on Atlantic. I once parked around the corner and walked down the street with the girl. That was a dangerous move as the locals on the stoops saw us and made comments: she was streetwise and shut them down. That didn't stop me from wondering about the safety of the car while gone. However, nothing happened.
As far as cleanliness goes. Just realize that ST rooms are used a lot and I don't think they run in and change the linens in between. When I went I was prepared, like I am with any ST notel. Took a "Notel Kit" with me:
- sheet to lay over bedding.
- wet wipes for clean up.
- hand sanitizer.
- condoms.
- extra socks: never let you feet touch the "environment" there.
- trash bag: scoop up sheet & socks when done and close tash bag. Only open trash bag inside of washing machine so bed bugs don't get free in house.
The trick is changing socks when you are done: stand on the sheet or a towel and never let you feet hit the floor.
Also they do not have en suite bathrooms. You share a bathroom down the hall for clean up. But hey on check-in they give you a bar of soap and a towel!

First I want to thank everyone who posts here, traveling here on business and you all have done an amazing job of information sharing. Thank you.

Why are we wasting our tax dollars and insurance premiums on what is essentially a 90% failure rate?? Seems like the prevailing "attitude" is to blame the victim. "Oh, if they really wanted to 'clean up" they could do it! They just don't try hard enough!" Makes it safe to write "those people" off as dirty, wh*res, or less than human so not worthy of attention or compassion. But a 90% failure rate by the standard treatment? When is it time to say the treatment is a failure and do something else?

So you take someone with altered wiring and expect what happened over years of addiction will be cured in a 30-day rehab stint? Yeah, sure, by then the physical "addiction" is over but the brain hasn't had time to rewire or heal. Who knows how long that takes? 6-months? 12-months? Longer? Some studies suggest 18-mo minimum. Then on top of that you have to overcome a bunch of problems that likely lead the person into addition if the first place, Oh WAIT! Let's blame the victim again - "They didn't need to put that stuff in their body! It's their fault!" Well maybe they did take dope and set out to become an addict? Perhaps they got pressured into it by a friend? Maybe they were too young to truly understand the consequences? Maybe that is a way someone uses to keep a girl dependent? Maybe it was a way to escape a hard life, poverty or abuse?
But you run a person through a "treatment program" and then toss them back out into the environment where they came from. A lot of addicts no longer have supportive families because they have lied, stolen, cheated and done everything to their family and the family has take the "tough love" approach. So where is a newly "treated" girl going to go when she gets out? Right back into the environment or new "family" that supported her drug use! So she wanders into the environment where there are many of the "triggers" for her to reuse and any wonder that she relapses? Oh WAIT! "Again that's her fault! She was clean and if she really wanted to stay clean. ".
So yeah, its her fault. An altered brain that hasn't healed, perhaps emotional issues that haven't been resolved and dumped back into the same environment with the same "support" system that encouraged and enabled her drug use! Yep! Is she really wanted to be clean she would over come all of THAT on her own! After all 10% of the people that get treatment overcome all of that, why can't she?
So yeah, there is no solution to the drug problem because the problem is we see addicts as less than human and we toss a failed treatment "system" at them and then expect miracles. As long as there is a source for scoring some type of drug there will be a source for scoring the working girl. So I too first thought the number 70 was alot. Then I thought about it like this. What if the girls were in pockets of 10 per group. Now don't be afraid to read the rules and MEMORIZE THEM! When you get out there the street does not wait for you to remember, it just jumps up & bites you! Once you have the rules down cold then do what I did as a newbie: drive the strolls for several months to get a lay of the land. You MUST know where the girls are, when the speed limits change, where you can turn, where you can pull over, where NOT to pull over, where LE hides, how to identify a "working girl," what constitutes 'the look,' How to ID a decoy, what to do when one has an LE encounter, etc. Mongering looks easy, successful, long-term SAFE mongering is anything but easy!

So I too first thought the number 70 was alot. Then I thought about it like this. What if the girls were in pockets of 10 per group. Yeah, I could see there being 7 pockets or areas along the K stroll where there could be 10 girls around each = 70. More realistically, I wouldn't be surprised if 40-50 got picked up. Depending how wide of an area they were sweeping and for how long, that number could be close to the 70 range. I've seen and counted over 30 numerous times just doing one round trip down the strip. Let me say this. As I was looking I was keenly aware of how much my "experience" fit into looking at who was available and who to pass by.
Bottom Line: If you see a girl dressed the way Hollywood portrays hookers, then that is most likely a decoy and I would NEVER approach her! If she stands out as compared to the rest of the girls out there or is TGTBT, then proceed with extreme caution! Now I know some dudes like the thrill of tempting fate and playing with fire. Talking to a likely decoy and seeing if they can "out" her as a cop or just talk and get away without doing anything illegal. I figure LE is gunna arrest ya whether guilty or not and let the lawyers work it out, so Ill not play that game.

Good advice, from my experience street walkers will give you eye contact back if you are looking at them from your car. A normal lady will definitely not. Also, SW is considered the lowest form of making money because they are taking the highest risk of catching a STD, getting hurt by a John or robbed by a John. These are very desperate addicts who will do something for. 20 Their rates will be at least 60% less than an incall. If the lady looks like a million bucks, trust me she is a plant and there will be a Philly cop within a 2 block radius ready to catch the John. One has to consider if a lady looks like a million bucks what is she doing there, which leads to a setup. Also, another thing for me is that a SW verbally articulates like a street person. Keep in mind that the odds are the SW has already been arrested.

CL.For me the joy also includes actually spotting them and not letting them know you have done so. Sooner or later if you make the loops they will make some aggressive move for you to see them LOL.
The stroll seemed back to normal Wednesday night after 11:30.
Saw action from the bull dealer to Allegheny Ave. There were some at the other end on Jasper by Sargent but that area seems hot right now.
Met Kelly with short black hair at the corner of Little Lou's around 1:30. Never saw here before.
Medium height & built, nice booty.
The TS were also out in full force from Little Lou's to the bull dealer.
Also a couple zombies, one who was standing, eyes wide shut, with a cig. In her mouth.
There were bike patrols at the 7-11 and a couple of cars before 11:30.
After 12 I saw 0 LE.

Also kudos for asking questions and asking about rules and resources! It is smart to get an education from those that have gone before as the street is always willing to "teach" and those lessons can be harsh.
There ARE rules for SW's and any other kind of mongering one wishes to do. If you look on the front / main page of this site, look in the left hand column for a link to the "22 Rules for Street Walkers" That is kind of a mis-statemet as there are three posts in that link: the first AND the THIRD post have valuable "rules" for street pick ups. I think many miss the third post, which is a shame as good advice there too!
Also the point of posting here for most is to leave a record for others to find and use to get educated. Otherwise the threads are nothing more than testosterone: "Oh, look at what I banged!" So the history here is important and valuable. So I suggest going back on this SW thread and reading the last 6 months of posts. Yeah, sure, it will take some time and might take several sessions. But you want safety or you want easy?
My Advice? At the very minimum read those Rules until you have them internalized. When Sh*T goes down on the street, one doesn't have time to think back, now what was rule 13. So read them AT LEAST 3-times, maybe 3 times over three days. Second, recon, Recon, RECON! When I started I did recon for 3-months before making my fist scoop. One needs to know not only where the girls are likely to be found, who is likely out and when BUT where does LE hang out? When? Where do they hide? Where are they RIGHT NOW when you are going to make your scoop? What does a decoy look like? Where are places one can turn to make a scoop? What are the escape routes? Where might one take the girl for a date? And much more.
The point is that this is a very risky game. How you choose to manage risk is up to you. I prefer to manage risk through knowledge rather than avoid it through ignorance (lack of education).
Another point which you have a good start on. WHEN IN DOUBT: ASK QUESTIONS! When I started I asked a bunch of rookie questions. But because it was clear I had read the forums and wasn't asking a question that had been answered 4 posts prior, I found many helped! So read and ASK! Lots of experienced gents here willing to help those who give back and aren't just one-ways.

DarkSoulo. I would try to be more informative than critical. Let's be realistic with your plight. You are on foot, you see a girl you would like to approach. You are not sure how to handle the situation to accomplish your goals.
The stroll is no place for a novice to be alone for any reason. Anything can and will happen. Especially to someone that has no idea how to handle a simple encounter let alone a hostile one. Rest assured my friend, people you don't even see out there are sizing you up for some type encounter. Just to set you up. One may ask for a cigarette, a light, change, directions or any of a dozen other things to put themselves in your space. What seems innocent to most can be a well thought out plan to separate an unsuspecting transients from their cash or any valuable they may possess. Walking in a high crime area with no other motive than to get a BJ is not a well thought out plan at all. This goes for the seasoned monger as well as the novice. Do you think before you attempted this venture you should have figured out your game plan? Maybe what to say or how to handle rejection if you have made an error in judgement, as we all have. Always keep in the front of your mind this one thought. If you don't have or lose control of any situation, then you are in danger. If you don't remember anything else I tell you, remember that. It is up to you to take care of you out there. Going to LEO for any bad encounter out there is not an option. The locals know that and use it to their advantage. First thing LEO will ask is what you are doing there. Which you don't legally have to answer. They will still ask. Again please don't take this as criticism. Not meant to be that. More informative than critical.
Now lets get past the many dangers one may face when on. Foot. If you are still intent on being on foot then you need a plan that will work.
You can always approach a girl with the same methods the locals use to approach you and share your space. That is ask for a light, offer a smoke which most will accept with great pleasure etc. Can always ask if she would like to get a soda and a burger as most girls are also hungry. Ask if she would like to hang out. Just a simple hello can also put you within their space. Everything I mention here is perfectly legal and acceptable public behavior. Once you have their attention they will get into your space. They will want to see what else you have to say. Watch body language. See if they smile. Do they move toward or away from you. Are they social or anti social. The main thing is never ever approach them as if they are a working girl. If you are wrong it could get you in a lot of trouble. Never offer money for anything but to buy them food or drink. If they are working they will come right out and tell you most of the time. They will more than likely say they are trying to make money. Build your own confidence. A confident monger is a secure monger. With out confidence you will never get what you are after out there. You can PM me anytime and I will respond within a short period. There are a bunch of members here with a boatload of knowledge. Most will share if you contribute to the board also. Take your time. Get to know a few of the members. Many are great guys once you get to know them. Last and easiest is this. If you have a phone with video capabilities. Figure out your approach to a girl you may never have met. Record yourself using that approach. Then review the video and see if you find yourself believable or laughable. If not tweak it as necessary. If you are looking for option 1 or 2 I listed above, they are both too high risk (for me anyway). Option 3 - I do it all the time. I park around a corner somewhere when I want to get a closer look. When you are on foot, and approach a SW you can see alot of things you can't ifrom a car. How pretty is she? Is she out of it on meds? Can she stand up right? Does she smell like a dead fish? Is there a handler 20 feet away and you should avoid this one? Does she have an earpiece in and there is a van with tinted windows across the street? Anyway, point is you can see alot more and get a better feeling for the surroundings on foot. But you better have good situational awareness and an escape route. To answer the original question. If I am interested after getting a closer up view, I will usually just start off by making eye contact and saying "what's up" or even "lets go for a walk" ill usually tell them I am parked around the corner. Never had not even one not go with me with that simple approach.

I recently moved here. Mainly on the stroll to investigate (I love kinda close) and ask questions as I really don't know how it goes out here not to mention I was flying blind on the streets of Camden I thank you for everyone's advice and concern.

Took a cruise on the K yesterday and again today and there is plenty of talent out walking. From Front street to Lehigh there wasn't much. One here and there. More hanging out a block to the east on Jasper. From Lehigh to Allegheny I saw probably 5 girls. Then from Allegheny to Frankford there were a dozen or more. WSW, HSW, BSW, you name it. All ages and sizes. I did see a couple I would have spent some time with, but they REFUSED to follow my lead down a side street for the pickup. One of my cardinal rules is I will never stop and pick a girl up right on K Avenue. Most girls get it. What about you guys? Do you scoop a girl right off Kensington? It doesn't feel safe to me. Like to know your opinions.

This morning around 3:30 am was driving around the stroll and saw a HSW Maria blonde hair chunky (how I like them) average rack ok butt for an older woman 47 yr drove by and she was walking toward pacific street so I went around the block and went down pacific she walked up the block as she saw my car she hops in wasn't sure if I was a cop but we actually hooked up for a covered BJ before a few months ago so I wanted FS she wanted $40 but offered $35 so we park on the block diagonally across from the school I believe it's Frankford but it's near a body shop anyway I park and we walk down a driveway to the end which is an ok spot but really need to find a better area to do it outside. BJ was good and did doggy, she was a little scarry asking am I done a couple times I finish but at a better darker spot would've made us both more comfortable. I drop her off on Glenwood asked if she had a phone of course no but says she's lives around the 7 11 I'd hook up with her again but will have to scout out a good area for outdoor fun.

In my opinion all the 10 houses are not safe. The local boys usually sell out of them or out front. The owners usually smoke so they may be capable of anything under the right circumstances. If you think about it for 15 $ more you can get a room at the hub motel all night bring as many as you want back and forth. With regards to shopping on foot or in a vehicle, there are advantages and disadvantages to both methods. Periodically I venture out of my vehicle in an area I'm comfortable with. Usually if there are other mongers around to chat with it tends to be much safer. Although the locals still try to hustle someone. That is an unavoidable risk no matter what method is used. I've had hustlers come right up to my vehicle with my windows closed and try to get a smoke, a quarter, bus fare, etc. So the vehicle does not exclude one from those annoyances. Yet it does make for a quick exit should it become necessary. Case in point, I happened to be sitting watching the world go by about a month ago. Minding my own business checking out the scenery. All of a sudden out of nowhere the bullets began flying. I found my vehicle to be a most efficient way of extracting myself from a very dangerous situation.
Also when on foot there is another great annoyance. Uncle LEO. I've known and been a part of encounters with them simply for being in the area. They care very little if you are on foot or in a vehicle. They can cite a person for loitering. So being on foot in the area I frequent has its drawbacks. That is not to say the foot method doesn't work. It does and very well at that. Many times I have been out of my vehicle and scored some of my best points and walked away with the game trophy. So there are times that can prove to be very productive.
I tend to like my vehicle as it allows me to cover a wide area in a short amount of time. Being on foot limits the coverage area. In this game the landscape is constantly changing. So what may not be available on my pass in one direction may be available on my return trip. On days when the pickings are slimmer than other days that can be the difference between getting blowed or totally screwed.

I would use extra caution along Jasper as there is still more development slated for this corridor, with plans to get new residents to use the Huntingdon station. It came all the way up Berks and I think they want everything up to Lehigh to get gentrified.

If I look at the development trend, most of the new construction up until now has been limited to Coral st, Arizona, and York St. Far enough way from the main zones that those people don't notice anything day to day.
However there are now housing going pending on the 1900 block of E Cumberland which the entirely block was previously a dead zone. New Construction popping up randomly on Jasper, E Firth, and other locations close to the stroll. Believe it or not these people are paying $350 K to $400 K to live a few blocks from the Ave. Have a look at realtor dot com if you don't believe me.

It has been my experience that Working girls always find a way to infiltrate any neighborhood they want. To prove my point. Jasper and Allegheny was a prime pick up spot back in the sixties and seventies. They even had LEO as some of their best clients. Back when LEO had red cars they would pull right up on that corner and get one of the girls put her in the back seat. Take her down by the river pound her pussy till she walked funny and then drop her off. That was a working class neighborhood back then. Yes there was all kinds of community actions taking place. Seemed to make for good business for the girls.
If the guys didn't have a short they would go into the Midway movie theater right there where the open lot is now. Do their business and be on their way.
Another area that seemed to be a thorn for the community was Wamrath Park right there where Kensington meets up with Frankford Ave under the El. That's just below the Church Station. There was all kinds of protests there cause some girls would do a date right there in the park. The neighbors complained and rightly so because the kids could see what was going on. So the area was "cleaned up" for a while. Now look, its right back where it was back in the day.
My educated guess would be if the area around Jasper St changes because of the girls it will be a minor change cause the girls go where the money and drugs is. The drug issue no matter how much money in redevelopment is pumped into an area will never be gone. I've always said the cops are terrified of dealing with the drug problem there. So the developers can build all they want. The only thing going for that area is the El train. Front st shopping is all but destroyed.
As for the activists "cleaning up" the area. Highly doubtful. What the girls have to sell knows no economic boundaries. If that neighborhood faces a change the girls will just wear better clothes so they blend in.
Remember, the surrounding area was once a prime location to live because of the El and the shopping along with the factories to support the area. So with new construction there is really no surrounding support for longevity. People that buy the properties can't shop Front St. The hospital is a disgrace. Whatever the new residents want or need, they will need to leave the area to get. That's a pretty sad reality there. So again its my best guess the drugs and the girls will remain. This is why I think this is different. Philadelphia had decades of depopulation since the 1960's.
Now, new construction homes that are going for $350 K to $425 K are pushing up against Jasper st south of Lehigh.
These are the working class people that made a stink about it in years past. Now, these are big name realtors and developers with deep pockets, and millions of dollars in commissions and developer profits are at stake here. If you go to realtor dot com you'll see the realtors selling these houses 1-3 blocks right off the Ave are the same ones you see on the billboards across the city.
I know the purpose of this forum is to post reviews; however, I think all of us wouldn't mind having a vision of what the stroll will look like in the next 5 years or so. Did your friend elaborate specifically on what those attempts are to improve the stroll? Inquiring minds want to know.
Personally I think that south of Lehigh the stroll is dying if you compare it to 4-5 years ago. The constant police saturation compared to other neighborhoods is also taking its toll.

Thanksgiving day's here. Would like to wish one and all a great holiday. Of course this also includes Admin. I was thinking of inviting some of the girls over for some turkey. I gave up on that idea. I just hate being called a turkey. I just love the girls that get in my car this time of year and after agreeing to terms asking if I would like gravy with that. What are you crazy? Of course I want gravy with that. What kind of stupid question is that. We will be singing Oh Cum all Ye Faithful. Give a little boost to Fa la la la la la la la la.
There's a few girls named Nicole on the Stroll. There is one called noisy Nicole. Can't sing Silent Night with her. She's one of those girls that can't be discrete. When she's on the job everyone knows. Yes sir if you like a screamer then Noisy Nicole is the girl for you.
Another thought is this. There have been some new faces on the street lately. Curious if they are pros or is that on the job training. We've all had that girl that told us "I give the best blow jobs around". How many times I fell for that I'll never know. Usually it's the worst. I'm not a big fan of trainees on the stroll. That is not the place to get there wings. My sincere wish is that there would be a Monica school of cigar smoking.
Yeah that's it. Should be a few levels. Level one would be the girls that just got through the course by the skin of their teeth. They are the ones that go through the motions and leave us wondering why the hell we would pay for that. They are also the girls that think a blow job is not going any farther than the first half inch on a dick. When their head gets pushed down a little they choke and gag and ask if you are trying to choke them to death. All the while they have their hand out palm up waiting for a tip. A tip? For Christ sakes she didn't get past the tip.
Then there would be level two. This would be the girls that don't do BBBJ's. They want a condom and nothing will change their mind. They are not putting that thing in their mouth uncovered. Something about their mother telling them not to do that. But it was ok for mom right.
Level three would be the girl that will do the BBBJCIM but deposit the gifts in the nest area instead of out the window.
Level four, my favorite, would be the girl that graduated "summa cum laude". Yeah she's the girl that jumps in both hands gets naked and slurps and slobbers her way from beginning to end and still wants more. She gets down on a dick until its so hard you think you are in heaven. She will work that dick like a strippers pole in the Vatican. She sucks a dick while she hums "Oh Cum All Ye Faithful". Just to be in the Christmas mood. And cum you will. She's the girl that everybody cheers when she enters any room and none of the women know why. She's the girl that will ask if you came and when you say yes she responds "Hmmm must have swallowed it". Talk about Fa la la la la la la la la.
Some of these girls get their "training" from other girls that don't know dick about dick. It's all new to a lot of girls. Some are born naturals where others should have been born without a mouth. Some can't blow up balloons.
Ahh the holidays. I like the girls that can jingle my bells just by looking at me. I like the girls that can rock me around the Christmas tree without ever getting out of bed.
Yeah the dirtier the better. That's why I always loved the office Christmas parties. That's when we found out about the hidden personality of a lot of women. I think we should have an office party for the street girls. Sadly they have no office. Unfortunately the women on the street don't drink and loosen up. So that idea would go over like a lead balloon. Any way No matter. I just hope everyone here has a great Thanksgiving. Keep sharing all the news about the exciting adventures you have and maybe the not so exciting. Until later lets try and convince the girls how important it is to have a Black Friday sale. Me, I'm just an 'OL Gator.

JPStud1, thanks for your insight with regards to Kensington, which makes one whole heck of a lot of sense. BTW, FYI, yesterday's post was initially grammatically and punctually correct. Must have been that auto correct software.
