It's has been a while since my last post. So today, I am drive up and down the K hunting for my next prey (LOL), but couldn't find anybody looking for a date. Long time lurker. After reading this thread and being in Philly for some work, I decided to go to Kensington for the first time yesterday in broad daylight, not really expecting much. Rest assured you can tell the girl anything you want. Chances are she won't listen to you. She does not give a shit about what happens to you. She's concerned with what happens to her. First thing they will do is separate the two of you to see.
If your stories match up.
Maybe she has warrants and makes a deal with the cop to throw you under the bus.
Or as a matter of self preservation she spills the whole pot of beans and they let her go and detain you.
So you ask "am I being detained? Am I free to go?" They answer yes you are being detained. No you are not free to go. What's you next step to run? You will lose the race. That has a way of playing out bad in Philly. In fact you lost the race when they pulled you over.

This is a great post that every newbie like myself should read. This reminds me of a story of how I almost got caught. One day I was at the intersection of one of the side street when I picked up a girl. I didn't see uncle LEO at the end of the block. It wasn't until I drove off that I notice them. As I drove off with the girl in the my car, we both looked at each other. I acted normal like nothing happen but lucky for me they are writing a ticket to someone else.

Maybe she has warrants and makes a deal with the cop to throw you under the bus.
Or as a matter of self preservation she spills the whole pot of beans and they let her go and detain you.
So you ask "am I being detained? Am I free to go?" They answer yes you are being detained. No you are not free to go. What's you next step to run? You will lose the race. That has a way of playing out bad in Philly. In fact you lost the race when they pulled you over.
Or here's something you may not have thought of. The girl is holding and doesn't want to get caught with anything so she drops it on your side.
Of the vehicle. The cops find nothing on her but now you are dirty. They will not let you go once that happens.
Here's another scenario. I've had this threat made to me already by "Philly's Finest liars". That's to drop drugs they carry specifically for such occasions.
In my vehicle.
Always keep this in the front part of your mind. If they really want you they will get you. Maybe there will be charges maybe not. Will it be worth the expense And hassle to to deal with them?
They deal with people a lot tougher than you and I all day long. They know you don't wish to go public. So the worst thing you can do is be in a position where they have you by the balls. Cause if they aren't getting paid to hold your balls they will squeeze. Ask those on the forum that have had to deal with these issues.
When you flaunt what you are doing by throwing caution to the wind just to have your dick sucked then they will make you a priority catch.

Anybody have any info on her?Her street name is Jen. She always did right by me as I dated her several times but I moved out of the area a couple years back so I don't have any current info. She used to be in and out of the scene. If she had a sugar daddy she'd be gone for a while then come back. She looked real good in Steve's photos but Cooky jar's older "Jen" pics were closer to what she looked like on the street. If you find her please let me know how she's doing.

Maybe they were too busy that night so know one patted her or me down nor searched the car. My point is all SW will tell you they don't have any meds or paraphernalia on them. In short I was questioned but having a clean record was told for her to get out and go and cop gave me say 125 ticket for stopping in a no stopping part of street (guess it was reserved for buses).
My question is what can they really do if you just say your giving a ride and they find nothing in your car or on you or her. Would a SW say he solicited me for fun and would she even go to court to testify after say 8 continuances. She would be incriminating herself.

Thank God I had an insurance company who appealed and then I owed nothing (won). In short all of the attorneys say Philly is the wild west. They make up there own rules. Had some business in Philly earlier, so I decided with the rest of the day ahead to take a spin out on the K. Temps nice and warm for Feb 1, so I figured that it would be a good market available. Started at Torresdale and decided to make a recog run first. Get to Sedgley and see a beaut on the corner. Make the turn around and she is headed towards another monger's truck. Head back onto K and it is packed with SW's. All shapes / sizes / color. Seems like every block has a group. Plenty of LE out in force; marked and unmarked. I keep my eyes out for who to scoop. Get to Front St and loop back. Funny, but on the loop back, it dried up, that fucking fast! I got back near Venango and see Brandy. Scoop her up and off we go. She has a friend who has a $10 spot. She convinced me that it wasn't the typical $10 spot and it was clean and owned by a jewish woman. We get there and it appears normal. In we go and meet the woman. Everything in order. Even has running water and the toilet flushed. Pay her the $10 and we go into the bedroom. Queen sized bed in decent shape; no worries about bed bugs. I take care of Brandy (we agreed to $50 for FS) and off to having fun. She had a kid, so she has the stomach pouch, tits are in good shape (36 C if I had to guess). She was fun to be with, fully attentive to her job. Great sucking and licking with alot of sound. I got on top in MISH to finish. Gave her a ride back to Torresdale, day well spent. Are.Agreed with all due respect Mr Hargow to a degree. LEO doesn't care if the person wins or loses the case. He's trying to make life miserable for the accused. And he will succeed at no expense to himself. My position is if he needs to hire a $750.00 an hour attorney, innocent or guilty, didn't he already lose the war? Win lose or draw thinking logically the person would lose a days pay or burn personal time. Then he will spend a bare minimum $750.00 on the attorney. If he can find a top notch criminal lawyer for that price. No matter how it's sliced I view that as a loss before he even gets to see the judge. If I'm wrong with this advice please correct me. Cheers!You cruise the K in an Uber taxi? Hmmm, that's a twist. Would Uber do it knowing you're looking for SW's? If so, you don't have to worry about damaging or losing you car to LEO. Would that make you "safer" from LEO in some way? One thing that did help me when I got pulled over after picking up a girl was this: I often did business at a warehouse on Church St. And was there about twice a week buying used computer equipment. When I got stopped with the girl in the car, I had all this computer crap in the back seat and a receipt with today's date. So even though the cop saw from my license that I wasn't from that neighborhood, I could prove why I was there. I think he still didn't believe I was just giving her a ride, but he liked my reason for being there. He also liked the "Terrorist Hunting License" on my side window! This put him in a good mood and he let me go. I even pushed my luck and asked him to let the girl go. He said "My job is to get these girls off the street". I thought "You're not doing such a good job with that", but I didn't want to push any further, so I clammed up and left.

Just as it would be for window shopping or checking out the barber shop or nail salon. Any seasoned Monger would agree they would have been in less trouble had they just kept their mouth shut.
As an American citizen you have the right to be anywhere you chose and need not give an explanation to anybody as to why you are there as long as you are not observed committing an illegal act.
A law enforcement officer cannot legally stop and question you simply because you are on Kensington Ave. Out of all the people there why would he chose you over others? Maybe he doesn't like your skin color or nationality. It's a wrong and sloppy way of law enforcement.
You only need to produce your credentials to prove who you are. You do not need to explain to anybody what you are doing there. Hell, you could be studying the local history and progression of building architecture. You could be writing a book on prostitution and the hours they keep. That's a legal defense. It's none of their damn business. A law enforcement officer will never admit it to your face but his hands are tied when it comes to asking why you are here or there.
Case in point, He would never stop a person for driving around City Hall eight times. Or up and down the Boulevard twelve times. Because he knows there are no legal grounds to do so. Unless there's a traffic violation or vehicle infraction he cannot legally stop and question a motorist simply because he thinks you may be doing an illegal activity. He needs to catch you in the act.
It is when motorists answer the dumb questions he's asked with totally dumb answers that he gets himself into trouble. There's an old expression Loose lips sink ships. Many a man has gone to court and even jail because he answered questions that he wasn't required by law to answer.
Unless a monger is detained and placed under arrest he needs not answer any questions from a law enforcement officer without legal council. Uncle LEO knows this but they still work under the premise that you do not.
Again, you are required to produce the vehicle and personal credentials. To be courteous and remain calm. Allow the officer to do his job. Then be on your way.
One time I was stopped with two women in my vehicle at Cambria and Kensington. One girl was a working girl the other was not. It was 2:30 am and we was going to take photos for an ad they both wanted to place. LEO surrounded the vehicle after the working girl had crossed the street to the Chinese store.
I was verbally accused of being in a known prostitution area and being with known prostitutes. I told them the girl in my vehicle was not a prostitute and the other girl as far as I knew was a home cleaning woman. I was looking for subjects to photograph.
The cop saw my very expensive cameras as I had placed them on the dash. Asked me what I might be photographing at 2:30 am. I told him night shots that I am unable to get during the day.
He asked if I photograph the girls naked. I replied I do. Then he reached for one of my cameras as I calmly but firmly moved it out of his reach. I explained they are highly technical and I did not wish them to be damaged and I doubted his ability to operate them properly.
He made a statement saying, sure would like to see those photos. I just said if he got a court order I would be more than happy to share them with him. As they are very private photos I would not be at liberty legally to show them to anyone without consent from the subject or the court order.
He knew he was wrong and didn't pursue it any further. Then he got into the legality of photographing prostitutes.
I assured him there are no laws that prohibit the photographing of women clothed or unclothed that are of legal age.
He knew that going in the door. He wanted to know if I knew that. Once he found out he sent me on my way and went looking for an easier mark.

IF you are more visually oriented, take a look at the the first 20-25 min of this video. Those who want to learn could pick up some exact techniques to use when talking to LE. I have had at least one monger PM me that watching this video saved his Azz when he got pulled over with a SW in the car. But hey 45-minutes of yer time is a GROSS imposition and I'm sure one makes enough in that time frame to pay for the lawyers a bust would require.

Met up with a WSW named Christina on Jasper by Sergeant. We eye each other, I pull down the block, she casually strolls over and she hops in. After making some light convo for a few blocks, we discuss business. Poetry reading for standard talking fee. Best damn session. So good I could hear bongos. She's around the K and A area, but she seems to be out south of there in the usual spots. Decent amount of uncle LEO out, but they seemed more concerned with street pharmacists rather than consumers. Be safe, play safe and good luck hunting. Oh, and I'll double down on what the old gator has to say. Each time I come back from a session, I review the rules and the video. You never know and as it's been said here many times by many others far more experienced then me, it's better to get your education here in the boards than on the streets.

I made the effort to stop through your fine city in late December when I was driving back from NY after seeing all of the positive reviews. NYC is a sad disappointment for the SW scene so I took a few hours out of my drive home to see what Philly had to offer.
First of all, the roads in this fine city are absolutely RIDICULOUS! The age old concept of looping around or circling back around does not exist here. You will either lose your prey before you make back it around. Or get lost in never ending one way streets that DO NOT alternate!
So I finally got parked and started walking on the "Ave" to see what there was. I tried Torresdale first and Frankford, but I found K ave to be the most lively.
I managed to talk to one girl name Miranda (whom I could not find a report on) but she seemed to be in the middle of scoring some dope. She was about 5'4 slim nice ass shot hair / blonde cute face. I park on Sargent, a quarter of the way down and here she comes. I scan the area as she is walking and see the pudgy BSW and a stocky BM walking slowly on opposite of street, obviously watching. The BSW comes up and asked me to roll down window, I roll about half way and say "Hi". She asks "What are you looking to do? Uh-oh, she looks too good and asks what I want before pulling on door handle? Something is not right. I look for the BSW / BM and they're still watching so I say, "Do I know you from somewhere? She responds, "Maybe, I'm out here often". Well, that makes two of us and I've never seen her before. So I small talk her for a few moments and then pull off.

They spoke a few words and she directed him to park diagonal from my spot and she whirls her hand around above her * head and out of nowhere, and I mean suddenly, the mongers car is blocked in by two sedans. The car in front has two female uniformed cops and car behind has undercover BM, not the one from the corner, but that one is now walking towards the scene. The appropriate response when someone won't or doesn't get in the car is, "Oh, I was just offering to give you a lift. " Most experienced girls know the drill.

Wow guys what a night. So I'm cruising the ave literally nothing good. Driving around for like 2 hours. I'm about to call it quits then this one hot blonde catches my eye. She was with 2 other girls. Visiting your fair city, area in the next few days. So I've been reading up on the area. Yes I have RTFF. Yes I have seen the pics yes I have been to your city and seen 2 WSW very fun got pics didn't know how to post them might do it later, since I now know how do it. I will say this. NEVER beat yourself up for driving away, walking away or just plain dropping a date when you aren't comfortable. Number 1 priority is to stay safe and that is what your spidey senses do for you. Most often, trouble finds you when you ignore the spidey senses. Does little good to look back and say "If only I had paid attention to those spidey senses, I would have avoided_ ".
So even if your spidey senses were off, you did the right thing and you went home safe. With experience you'll hone those spidey senses and develop tools to use in suspect situations. But in the mean time, don't beat yourself up.

Corrine had a long, if spotty, presence out on the Ave and I always thought she was one of the more interesting people I'd run across out there. She was bright, intellectual, and had some fierce skills. I ran into her twice in the past 2 months (roughly) and she was in a bad way with her habit, in fact she rued the fact that earlier that day on one of those occasions she'd broken down and done a date for only 10 dollars, a line she said she'd never crossed before. It's all the more tragic since she was all too aware of the trap she'd gotten herself into with the H, and despaired of it. I always hoped she'd get herself straightened out and find herself a more productive life, but tragically, that's not the case. She really will be missed.
Well two years ago I decided to move to Florida given up Camden (Broadway and Marlton pike) and the K in Philly, for greener pastures. I come back up on business but rarely have time to visit the old hunting grounds.

Was driving under the El around mararet and orthodox about 4:30 am this morning and saw what looked like a cute thick WSW with long brown hair (she actually was hispanic with other mixes) pulled on a side street in front of her to see if she was working (looked like a civi) she stops and walk over to the car hops in. Over the years I have formed a trust with many members here that works well for me. There are simple ways to share info with those you know and don't know without putting yourself in jeopardy. Never ever promote prostitution or any other sexual activity. With someone unknown to you.
When sharing contact info just refer to the info as a meeting. What happens after the meeting you have no control over. That responsibility falls squarely upon the shoulders of the recipient. When involved in this activity there is always a certain amount of common sense one must use. Think before you jump. Look before you cross. Think before you open your mouth. All stuff mom taught us.
Another safety precaution is as having two phones. One disposable with no connecting info to you. This number can be used as a playmate phone. Use this phone for all activity you don't wish on your private line.

Was out in aramingo meeting some people decided to hit K And see what was out there after around 4. Met Nicole on K and ontario. Thin blonde about 6/10. Picked her up and she was paranoid the drive to a place she knows. Bbjcim was offered and didn't want to do FS during that time. Damage 3 but got her number and will definitely see her for FS next time.
So I drove along the Kensington for the first time today from around 6-7 didn't see anyone or at least not that I noticed.

Took a stroll down the K earlier tonight. Saw a brunette named Kristi walking towards Lehigh. About 5'7/5'8. Nice body. Thin. About be cups. I made eye contact and then drove down the K till I turned off a couple of streets after Lehigh. She crossed Lehigh and looked down the alley and saw my car. Got in. Exchanged pleasantries. That's some excellent advice from someone that knows his way to the candy store and back home again without getting into any trouble.
It is the guys like CL that have done it all and seen it all that you will learn the most from. These are the guys that have cut through all the underbrush and found the rose. Seriously.
Sometimes I myself will go home empty handed. That's a choice I make. Because every and I mean every time I hit the asphalt jungle I do see some girls. They aren't all jumping up and down saying here I am. There is a fair share of those out there also. So they are there. Girls you may think don't even know what a monger is are sometimes your best bet. One needs to find their own comfort zone in which to work. Finding out what works for them and sticking with it is the best way to find and get girls. Watch whats going on with others that are doing what you are doing. Whether they make mistakes and what the consequences might be.
Not bragging, but I constantly get asked where I find the girls I do. It's because I don't get intimidated with my approach. As some of you know I am handicapped. If I told the rest of you what my handicap is you wouldn't believe that I still get almost any girl I want. So, truth be told, if I can do it so can you. Never be afraid to get shot down. There are worse things that can happen. Especially down the way.
As CL says above, have patients, learn from your mistakes. Go with the flow and lay low. Hang loose and be full of juice.
It has been my constant habit when driving the Ave to scan the sidewalks and upcoming streets about 4-5 cars ahead. Yes I try to be mindful of my immediate surroundings. But if you train your eyes to scan ahead there are a few benefits. First you see what interests you before you are right on top of her. Also mentally you can pull off to the side without causing an accident or a scene. I don't know how many times I've been driving on the Ave and someone right in front of me sees the same girl I see. He goes ass over teakettle to pull over. Making it totally obvious what he's doing. Usually the girl sees the blatant approach and knows if there is LEO close by. If there is she won't even bother with him. I've also seen LEO pull right in behind stops like that and then the guy has a compounded problem.
This is just my way of doing a nonchalant stop. First thing after I stop I cut the lights. I keep my dome light in the off position always. That way if LEO is down the street he can't see if my vehicle door opens. Then I take my phone out and immediately place a text to my second phone. I wont get a response. So I immediately follow it up with this text. Hey Ralph, tried to roust you tonight. Guess you are busy. TTYL. That way if I am approached by LEO I can prove I stopped to place a phone text. Perfectly legal. There are many things one can do to remain safe. One never knows how important this advice is until they need to use it. The biggest thing and most important is to remain alert. Me, I'm just an 'OL Gator.
Yeah for me the roads and driving are going to take a while to develop its not exactly covered in the DMV book.

When I say INTERNALIZE the Flex Your Rights stuff I mean have it cold so it is second nature. When stopped with a girl or under pressure is no time to try to recall any technique.
Second, kudos to you for posting here and being willing to learn. As Gator demonstrates, there is a lot of knowledge around these parts, so don't be afraid to ask questions about techniques.
I know when I started, and was in my "learning phase" (driving & looking & NOT scooping) I came to these boards and asked a BUNCH of dumb rookie questions. One of the reasons I post advice is to payback all of that kindness that helped me as a pup.

Eh, this is bad but NOT totally fatal. However, if you gave her money up front so she could get her drugs, then that is a problem. I have done that before and the girl disappears, never to return. I would NEVER allow a girl to buy dope (or any drugs) in my presence. Period. Drug charges are felonies that don't go away easily and being there puts you at risk of getting arrested too. Doesn't matter if you didn't hand any money to a dealer, Cops CAN and will arrest you and let the courts sort it out. That amigo is just too risky for me personally.

I never go into a situation where there is no easy exit and if that means not doing a date, then so be it. Safety to me is more important than any nut.

Now I know my limitations when it comes to street smarts, but that seems like something I wouldn't do. If I can't look a dude in the eye and give a head nod of mutual acceptance, I am out! If I had seen that I would have bounced, immediately.
So here you have two different styles of managing risk. Point is that I wasn't there, but to me it looks like more risk than I would want to take. Each monger needs to recognize potential risk and evaluate their ability to and willingness to handle situations if "things go bad. " Clearly this dude has a different risk tolerance structure than I do.
I'm just sayin'.

But hey, glad you got the chance to learn here rather than the streets or the "school of hard knocks!" It is tough to learn how to hold the little head back until the Big head is satisfied. I guess a few dangerous experiences helped train me in that regard. But like Gator145, every time I go out, I don't always make a connection. Sometimes the menu is bare and sometimes the risk too high. But I have learned it is better to go home frustrated, rather than going home frustrated and hurt, ripped off or with a Court case.

Today I met a hispanic girl named Sabrina on the K. She is about 5'4 with blue highlights in here hair. As we were on our date, she was able to rob me of my wallet and almost my cell phone. The only was I was able to retrieve my cell phone because it drop from the side. I didn't notice my wallet until 20 min after I left the area. Even though I read the forums about roaming hands, I was not paying attention. I had it good for so long, that I let my guard down.

Usually after that, they will either agree, or say "Can you at least give me half up front" or "Can I at least see the money so I know you have it". Are the occassional SW's over 40 or the BSW's which have terrible attitudes and usually try to pull a scam. Any good providers that used to work the streets in L. A.
Are now only found on the internet and way overpriced. I don't know if this will be the trend, but I have heard similar complaints from other cities and states throughout.
The USA. Have you guys in Phily noticed a drop in young (20 -34 yrs old) WSW talent or has it been the same for a long time?

I plan on visiting Philly next week, I was wondering can someone provide me with a no hassale area to find black women. I strongly prefer to venture out on my own but I'll be in Philly for only 2 days max. A neighborhood will be next I really don't care about 2 intersecting streets.

What's good fellow mongerers. Was really iffy about this. I got busted in a sting on old York road a couple of years ago. Haven't mongered since. But I miss it so much you wouldn't understand. So be cautious out there fellas. And Cookyjar you are a god dude.

Next thing I know LEO comes out ta nowhere and blocks me in and told me to shut the engine down. Got arrested. Got out the next day. Was late for work. Wife left me. Had to pay a fine. And the crazy part is I still want to monger. Smh.

But hey, no reason to NOT follow that mongering desire, just get an education before you venture forth again! A bit of education can help put the odds in your favor.
When I started the game, I read the 22 Rules until I had them down COLD. That meant they were second nature BEFORE I even went out the first time on the strolls. Also I read every post on the appropriate threads and as I was doing so, often found things I didn't understand and stopped and posted questions. I think guys here are VERY willing to help those that are new and those who look like they are trying to learn techniques.
This site is a great resource for learning, if one wants to take the time to do it.
Also go on YouTube, in the search box, type in: "Busted: A citizen's Guide to" and find the video by FlexYourRights. Watch at least the first section until your eyes bleed or that info is second nature!
So good luck learning, don't be afraid to ask questions and stay safe!
