Unfortunately, since the Hogg Family disease has been confirmed multiple times here, it sounds like you are probably royally fucked. There is also a good chance that your fellow monger here (who recommended that you visit Hogg Heaven in a pm to you) also has the gift that keeps on giving. The Philly section of this site seems mostly to generate " K " comments but clearly also enough OYR to warrant discussion. May I offer a few tips?
Firstly, that area is of course well known as a stroll. Oyr has been a little funky as of late. I'm a big OYR fan and pretty seasoned as far as flushing out whatever "talent" is present in that locale, but I have decided to pass on thru the last couple of times. I had heard from one of my regulars that LE had been around pretty heavy and witnessed also for myself. I know that the girls down there are all aware of LE shift changes and I often have marvelled at how after almost a half hour of criss crossing the area, I never even saw LE. Not the case lately.
I have the ability to show up in different vehicles, at different times. Ok so mongering out of town is on of my favorite hobbies... so I found myself in Philly with almost no time to do good research.
