I took a mini stroll on BHA this morning around 3:00 a.m. I saw four girls but LE was everywhere. Even a Staties car. This is just a hunch since I've been away from the game for a bit, but I think they were out with mugshot books, checking girls for outstanding warrants which explains the lack of talent over the last year.
Any chicks with an outstanding warrant are sitting ducks. Also helps explain why prices have gone up. Even the scraggly sws often ask $40 but will take less if you stick to your rule of thumb. I got a outrageous price by a SW this morning!. She wanted $50 for a BJ!. I just left her there in a daze of confusion. $40 I can work with, but you better be giving up the pussy too!.
Hampden St was dead too. Sometimes mornings can be good most times bad of course the weather is a factor). Last week on BHA, I saw 4-5 BSW and one LSW (thick, but not that attractive) There is sometimes a cute BSW nearby the Breezeway Lounge. I've not been able to talk to her because she is not out long and it's a hot spot. LE knows well of this area.
Overall it got too cold so I called it a morning. Once the temps hover about 40-50, I'll get back into a groove.

Strolled along BHA Wednesday around midnight. I saw a dirty blonde LSW around a side street nearby Winthrop St. that caught my eye. It turned out to be one of the regs I have had in the past. Sounds like CT is completely deadsville so i took a ride down BHA, Dudley, Dot. Ave etc. Saturday night at 11 and again at 1. Nothing! 4 Scaries on BHA but nothing else. Is this the worst city for mongering in the country?

I was out in the CT last night and saw at least 3 very ugly SW's with pimps. Right by McD's. Other than that, the Zone was very quiet. This was early evening, around 8-9pm.
Earlier, I had made a PA run. I saw the most amazing two hispanic girls park their car and go into DD. Hope as I did, it was for not.

too early in the season just yet for that sunset stroll. I observed absolutely nothing in the PA, CT and Chelsea. Maybe when the weather cracks 70, the girls will be out. Until then, I'm just wasting gas.

went through Sunday morning. Some idiot had torched the boat storage area just past the bank. What a shame. Not only did they destroy a lot of boats,but now you can count on increase LE presense.

BPD and most city cops won't hassle you for traffic violations unless they are doing traffic enforcement. You would have to be doing something really fucked up to get a ticket from a patrol officer - like going the wrong way down a one way and giving the cop some attitude.

Saturday morning I picked up a gal top of the hill bha and yes she was a wsw. That is rare at 5am in that area. I did see many bsw's and lots of LE!! I got a warning 2 weeks back for going down a one way in Lynn.This was also at 11am in the morning. The cop was a good young guy and I am sure he knew with out of state plates I was looking for something other than a place to get a pack of marlboro's.The only time I ever had trouble with LE is in Lawrence, those assholes they think the are so bad.And the only reason was because I ran my SUCK at them, can you beleave that? The little dink gave me 3 summons and they were all shit and I went to court and the person I saw before court threw all 3 out. The right thing to do is dummy up and stay cool, answer the questions and get out of town. Unless you like making trouble for yourself. The answer is The street scene is vere very quiet now,and I hope that all things change with the weather.You have to spend more time in an area and they "LE" do see and count how many times you turn the same corner day or night.Sometimes you winn big the first pass other times you net nothing after an hour, thats the nature of the business.
The answer is all the old trolls will always be around even when the good stuff finds it's way back to the track.I have given up on getting a gal that looks or acts messed up in my ride for fear of her having something on her and me getting pulled over.All they have to do is put something on the floor when you get stopped and you are in the sinking boat with her !!!Stay away from the chemical users and hold on for the great things we all remember were there no so long ago.I know they will be back with baited breath wanting the jack we have all saved from the lack of quality providers in the area.

I did a stroll up and down BHA Around 1:00AM. At first there was one LE parked on Stanwood, but he drove off. He seemed to be doing a bit of paperwork. While I was getting my act together, three jakes pulled someone over nearby the 24 hour convience store. Not the one to hang around I doubled back down towards BHA.
As I headed down, I bumped into a LSW on BHA/Creston St. with an ass that would make you slap yourself!. I posted myself near the bustop, she walked up and asked for a a cigarette. "Sorry, I dont smoke" I said. Got into a brief convo with which really warm things up.

I did see a couple of BSW's right across from the Sovereign ATM and one nearby the Laundymat. 3-4's for looks and obvious crackheads. Nothing going from sections to Cheney to Seaver St. this section is usually a good hit, but not on this night.

After a while NC you create a pattern that works best for you and stick with it. For example, the one that works for me is that I dress as if I haven't got a dime to my name. The scheme has worked for for almost 20 some odd years and it still works.

I just got back from a cruise during my lunch break. I was out between 3 and 4:30 am.
I cruised through Chelsea and saw nothing. LE was parked at the Roast beef place.
Came back over to CT and made a loop through.

It's not hard, ANYONE can do it, all you have to do is pick your spots, coerce them over with bullshit then all will fall into place. Right now Hampden seems to be the hot spot now...read my report above. Boston Monger knows this area quite well from what I understand as well as Luvdozer.

I decided to give Melena Cass Blvd. a try but only saw a homeless woman shaking a cup begging for change. I then tried Hampden out and I am glad I did!. Took a stroll through CT and was only going to do a quick lap and go home. But this cute blonde WSW was on Kneeland so I scooped her up. After workign out .20 for a cbj we went to the BATCAVE. The area is dead, was never as busy as most people think.
After the Police raid on the King Arthur, 30 odd years ago, where the cops attacked people with baseball bats, because one of their brothers in blue was beaten, at the King.
The area has been quiet for street walkers, yes you may find a girl once in a while, but very rare.
Areas change over time, South End was once a jumping place, with all the clubs, on Columbus ave and the area.
CT was always hot, back in the 60's $15 was good for the best of the best, gas was 60 cents a gallon.
Tremont and Washington streets had houses filled with young girls, most from the south, take your pick $15, clean no trouble, no one got shot or beaten.
The heavy drug scene has changed a lot of the action, to much heat now.
Day time is the safest time for me, I do not do the night time, will do early morning or early afternoon.
I have found Rhode Island to be the best area, many more girls to pick from, and low prices.
Remember school is out, drive safe, obey all the laws, check your tail lights and brake lights, don't give the doughnut boys any reason to pull you over and break your nuts, they love to break nuts.

From a distance I could see she was a little thick BSW in a light jacket and a long dress. There was another BSW up further leaning on the mailbox looking for a date. I had to think quick or both would be scooped up. The decent one on Norfolk I've actually had before, so I opted out on her and went for the one leaning on the mailbox.
This one was a newbie. Not bad looking, a bit pudgy, never seen her before anywhere. After breaking the ice with her she wanted 50 for FS, but I countered with 30 and she accepted. Annoyed....Yeah, sometimes but when you see that happen, you at least know she's not a decoy if the guy drives away with her without anything happening. Then you just have to be patient and wait for him to drop her off.

I started off in the city of sinn.There were 2-3 possible gals out and about and LE was light.
Moved over to the PA, and saw the same old thing nada.

Did a stroll in a hit-or-miss area around 2:30AM on Washington St. Back in the mid 90's SWS were in full force. This was before the MBTA tore down the EL, but that's another story.
I strolled Washington St. for 1.5 hours and posted myself nearby Jim Rice Field. MAN! my dogs were tired!. I was going to give Newmarket Sq a shot until I saw a BSW come out of the Mandela House. She was not that bad looking at all from a distance, so I gave it a shot. She looked a bit jittery as if the Jakes were watching her every move.

Friday afternoon, I stop by the plaza on Essex Street in CT. I'm just wearing a pair of shorts, no shirt, sunglasses. A BSW comes up to me and says "what's up?". I say, "you know what can be." I was over in CT/Bay tonight. LE was out in full force, including the UCLE clown car. At one point there were 4 differents busts going down, with pimps and dealers swarmed over by LE.
But you know what they say, monger where they ain't. I scooted over to a quiet section and saw the same WSW that was out the other night in a white & black skirt only this time unstuck from her pimp. Pulled over and had her hop in. $40 for cbj.

Also, what are the going rates?Last night, for example, I tried the PA between about 11pm and 3am. There were 3 or maybe 4 BSWs and one WSW (might've been HSW). The WSW was about an 8, the BSWs had a larger 5 (if you like larger types. I don't), and the others were around a 7. My guess is that they have a pimp who drops them there at around midnight, since the BSWs were all clustered together at the DD talking and smoking, and they didn't quite look like they were open for business.
I've stopped recently and chatted up a couple of the BSWs and they tried selling me a double feature including the large one, and I wasn't interested. I asked the thinner, cuter one about a solo effort and she quoted me .5$ for oral, $ for all access. When I mentioned my .3$ ceiling, they both kept walking. Last night I took a stab at the WSW/HSW, she quoted .6$ oral, $ for just below the waist, and $.2$ for a half and half. I told her .4$ for just the oral, and she simply had me drop her back off.

Did a quick loop along Harrison, Magazine and BHA on Saturday night around 10pm. Didn't have time to stop but wanted to check things out since I had been out of town for a while. In addition to the usual crackheads, I saw two BSWs and one LSW who were among the best I have seen on BHA in a long, long time. Really dressed the part -- true hooker regalia, not just homeless rags -- miniskirts, bright colors, lots of makeup. Could have been decoys but I doubt it. Anyone see them?
Forgive me for this (or ignore) but I just have to say how insane the mongering scene is in Philly. I have been traveling a lot lately and most places will concur that the street scene is dead. In DC there is nothing but ultra-skanky crackheads and TVs. Across the upper midwest the same is true. Baltimore sucks and is not worth the risk. NYC is nothing like it used to be.
But *Philly* is off the hook. Any time of day (24/7) the main SW section (Kennsington Ave) is literally *crawling* with SWs of all shapes and sizes. But what is most amazing is the large number of young and hot WSWs (as well as young and hot BSWs). The only thing I can think of as comparable which I have personally experienced is Tijuana. In one pass of the main area, you will see at least 10 hot SWs within 20 minutes on a slow day.

That is a fair question, and to be clear, I have seen and personally experienced *much* hotter women than have been recently posted in the Philly forum (notably by Cookyjar). For whatever reason, what they've been posting lately is giving the wrong impression.
Still, we're talking about hookers in northeastern U.S. city. So no, they're not the kind of quality you'll find in Santo Domingo. But yes, I do mean that there are authentically "hot" streetwalkers in Philly (certainly not all of them, but more than I have otherwise seen nationwide).
For example, on my last stroll out of town, from the bottom of Kensington Ave where it splits from First Ave up for about a mile -- I saw (not in these particular groups) 3 VGL BSWs better than I have seen in Boston for years; 2 very young and stripper quality WSWs; 2 decent (7s on SW scale) middle-aged SWSs; 4 okay to fugly WSWs; 2 heavy, but young and good looking LSW/WSWs; and a handful of street-worn BSWs.
That was one pass on a Tuesday afternoon, and that is just rolling through my mental notes -- I am sure there were more out there even at that time of day.
So I do not want to make it out like a mecca on the scale scale of Santo Domingo, Phuket, etc. But I don't have much cause to go to those places (particularly without my wife and kids). So Philly is as closed to a mecca within driving distance that I have found -- and of the half-dozen times I have cruised the area, I have never seen less than 2-3 genuinely good looking and young SWs walking "the K".
Wed and Thrus early morning before 6:00AM was very active. I counted 10 on Wed morning but then 3 LE B&W's pulled in and things came to a fast halt.
Thrus same time frame, two hot ones. One tall BSW in jeans and a beaytiful WSW in a red baby doll.

I have seen equal or better at the Adelita Bar in Tijuana (and I'm sure Phuket has them all beat).

I was not arrested -- I had my cock in the mouth of BSW when a B&W pull up next to me. On went the lights and I rolled my window down. Was asked if I worked in the area and I said yes -- the LEO said "I know what you're doing here, why don't you go home!" By that time the SW was getting out of the car and I cranked it and got the hell out of there.
So I can't speak to what happens when you're arrested. I didn't even provide my DL or reg. I consider myself very lucky (I may be in some system somewhere, but I never provided ID so it is nothing that could ever be seriously used against me.

depends on the city/town and what is going on at the time with the media and municipal government. why are you so interested in what happens? The reality is, you're fucked either way unless you were able to live in a bubble somehow with no concern about friends, family, work, etc.
when you say you've been busted twice, what happened with you? I am surprised if you twice got away with no penalty. Granted I did once, so I guess it can happen. So it sounds like you know better than me. But if it is part of a sting, very often those names make it into the paper. If you're a Selectman or similar, you'll be on TV. Most individual busts don't make it into the paper but I would still count on your immediate community and family finding out. And as Hizark says, depending on the region you can be classified as a Sex Offender, which indeed would suck.

It's been about three months since I last went out to cruise at night. I thought maybe the summer heat would liven up the scene a little so I decided to head out on a mongering run.
Hit PA around 1:30am and as I expected, no SWs to be found. Decided to head to the next stop, the CT area. There were definately a number of LEs around, although they seem to be concentrating on a few busts in the area. Perhaps they were rounding up the chemists? Saw one BSW hanging out near the 7-11 but couldn't really see her face. Stopped to grab a drink in Chinatown before going on a second run in the area. I was walking home when i spotted a wsw in tight shorts and tank walking swiftly down Tremont. I decided to follow her to see if any action could be had on foot. had 3 hours to kill so went to the PA/Chelsea. Nada, BUT there was a yard sale on an alley across from the Stanley.

Took the typical stroll through CT and found zip,zero, nada. But before giving up and going home headed over to Chelsea and did 1 lap through the center of town and got this WSW who looked pregnant but gave me the look. The husband of state Rep. Marie P. St. Fleur, who says he is separated from his wife, was arrested in a prostitution sting in Roxbury late Saturday night after he allegedly offered an undercover female cop $40 for oral sex, according to police.Jean Baptiste Lauture, 47, of Dorchester was arrested at the intersection of Blue Hill Avenue and Woodcliff Street, police said.“This event is not connected to and is completely unrelated to my wife,” Lauture said in a written statement released by his lawyer. “This has been a very difficult year. My wife and I are presently separated while we work through our marital problems.
“I apologize for any ill feelings or embarrassment this story may bring to my wife, my children, my extended family and my community,” Lauture said in the statement. “I expect to be exonerated of all charges once all the facts are revealed. I ask for your prayers.”
Lauture was arrested on a charge of soliciting sex for a fee and booked at Roxbury’s District 2 station. The booking sheet indicates his marital status as “separated” and his 1993 Infiniti was towed, according to the police report. His lawyer, Ernst Guerrier, entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf at his arraignment at Roxbury District Court.
Lauture was ordered to stay away from Blue Hill Avenue and Woodcliff Street and released without bail restrictions, said Suffolk District Attorney’s Office spokesman Jake Wark. Lauture is due back in court Sept. 5.
The bust was part of Operation Squeeze, a crackdown on prostitution in the hot-spot neighborhood that netted four other men over the weekend.
While St. Fleur’s neighbors on Hartford Street in Dorchester expressed concern for the state representative yesterday, they also welcomed the idea that Boston police are tackling the increasing prostitution problem on Blue Hill Avenue. St. Fleur, who was not home, refused comment through a State House spokeswoman.
“I feel bad for her. She’s trying to do her best for the community. She’s trying to stop stuff like prostitution in the area,” said Arnold Berry, 50. “But I’m glad the police are finally doing something out there. The females are wild out there. You don’t need to approach them. They rush you, then their johns try to rob you. They needed to do something about the females out there.”
The family’s financial woes nearly sank Attorney General Tom Reilly’s gubernatorial campaign earlier this year, when it was revealed within a day of St. Fleur’s announcement as his running mate that she and her husband were swimming in tax liens and debt. She then quit as Reilly’s running mate.

yesterday, with only a fin in my pocket, an hour to kill & it being only 6pm, I went walking around CT. Nothing doing at the China Trade Center, but something caught my eye as I went down Essex. Some guy in an SUV was giving away shoes to a few "girls". As I watched, I noticed all three were working ladies. One was outright nasty, the other two were pretty decent, in full working attire (short skirts, tank tops heels). I decided to take a trip around CT last night to see what was up. Right after the clubs were kicking people out, saw one young wsw working right a block away from the Park Plaza. very nice looking with a white tanktop and jeans...... i was going to go right for it but my bigger head got me thinking and saw LE parked right at one of the lights so just passed. CT was loaded with LE, a club called club 51 had a large crowd outside, LE had the street blocked, I drove to park sq, it was quiet, Cortes had LE parked all over the place, saw a few SW's but the heat was hot from LE, drove to an old area that was hot years ago, Symphony area, mostly students walking around, the heat was on from LE.
Will now drive to Brockton.

Saw The Duke's post about late night cruising, and decided to head out since I couldn't fall asleep.
Went through the PA area around 2:40am. Saw a SW hanging around by the DD. Couldn't really tell if she was hispanic or white, but she looked pretty good from the car. I decided not to stop since I thought she'd have a high asking price, so continued down to CT.
CT was empty pretty much. I saw a girl walking near the Park Plaza, but wasn't sure if she was working and didn't want to bother her. Saw a SW near Bennigan's, but there were 2 pimps harrasing her. I couldn't really tell, but it seemed like one of them slapped her.

friday afternoon I went back to CT to look for the two SW's I saw on Thursday. No dice. BUT I saw something I have not seen in years. Some crazy TV was hanging on Boyleston Street lifting his/her shirt up at traffic. This was at 6:30 pm. "She" was crack skinny and looked the TV part. I also noticed a parking garage across the street from "her" where several homeless individuals had gathered. One woman looked ok, but would not break away from the pack. The afternoon saga continues...........

back in the CT yesterday and found the "source" of all the troll SW's. There is a "Y" type place, maybe it is a Y on Boyleston. The local pimps, dealers, etc. are getting real used to me. Did BHA last night around 11:00pm. Saw 4 decent SWs who were not the usual crackheads. Down towards the far end seems to be the most promising (past the CITGO, before it turns into two lanes). I was checking out Talbot Ave Sunday night before midnight. I was hoping to find something decent before heading home. 22 Rules for SW Mongering
1. IS SHE? - It ain't like in the movies -They wear ordinary clothes, and are just walking alone, with no bags, or maybe making a phone call at a pay phone (but if you checked, there's no one on the line). Believe it or not, a girl walking alone and without shopping bags on a hobbyist street is almost always a SW.
2. If you aren't sure, come back in a few minutes. Non-pros who happen to be walking are going somewhere, which isn't up and down the same stretch of road. And on hobbyist streets, the local women tend to avoid looking like they might be in business, unless they are!
3. If she is watching traffic, she's probably a SW.
4. If she makes eye contact with you, she's probably a SW.
5. If she then smiles at you, she is a SW. After all, you're just some dude driving by.
6. If she's with a "boyfriend", who disappears when you come around again, he's pimping her. Be careful! Don't unlock the door until she's ready to get in, with him nowhere to be seen! If you follow these rules, you're in control of the situation.
7. THE PICKUP -DO NOT STOP IN THE STREET read rule # 5... Pull over at the next parking lot, or around the next corner and park nearby. If you're sure she saw you - smile back at her, dummy! - then feel free to pull further down the block, so it's not so easily observed by LE. She'll casually turn down your block, walk past - and then suddenly walk up to see if you're letting her in. Keep eye contact, keep smiling - invite her in.
8. Lock the other doors! You're in a crime-filled neighborhood!
9. AVOIDING LE STINGS - Do not EVER EVER EVER discuss anything with a girl who isn't seated in your car, except to offer her a ride. THAT'S ALL YOU'RE DOING! IT'S LEGAL! Just being a nice guy... On every board I've seen, LE always tries to make the bust without the F LE risking her ass by getting in. READ THIS RULE AGAIN! IT'S IMPORTANT!
10. This is the perfect time for LE to pull you over for rolling through a stop sign, just to harass your ass. Drive like a preacher! It's an effective way of intimidating we hobbyists, and they'll use any opportunity if they're watching.
11. Make a turn or two before discussing $$, just in case. Watch your rear view - you can bet she will, too! I've never heard of LE getting in the car, with a follower, but better safe than sorry. A known LE trick - she doesn't get in, but directs you to meet her around the corner. Guess who's waiting there, instead of her? If she doesn't get in right away, move on!
12. AVOIDING SCAMS - If you do a car date, and you let her pick the spot (she'll try to direct you), be aware that she may be setting you up for a robbery. Don't settle for her spot - or at least, force her to come up with a second choice. Her boyfriend can't be in two places at once.
13. If you go back to a hotel, and she picked it, be aware that this could be a setup for cash&dash, or her pimp busting in & robbing you.
14. If you go back to her place - are you mad? The "boyfriend busting in mad, waving a gun" scam probably happens a lot - since the victims won't report the robbery, they get by with it, even though the victims know where the robbers are staying!
15. If you go back to your hotel, um, have fun! (OK, that's not a rule. If you go back to your hotel, be discreet so the mgmt doesn't call LE on you.)
16. If you go back to your house - are you really ok with a potentially-addicted SW knowing where you live?
17. WALLET - Do not leave your wallet within her reach. If you think you know a clever spot to hide it, remember that 100's of others have thought of it, too. While you're distracted, her free hand can be working...
18. MONEY - Do not have more in your pocket than you want to spend. She (and your dick) will talk it out of you. If she's really worth an extra few dollars, you can go get it (out of the trunk, the ATM, your other pocket, whatever). Current street rates are 20 for BJ, 40-50 for FS, and you can tip later if you think it's worth it. Remember, it isn't worth it just because you came. She'll always demand a tip, if she thinks it's coming. Many will claim they "usually charge more" - the word on this board is: they don't. 19. HUNTING HOURS: They're out at all times, in most weather. I've heard of them walking as early as 4:30am, and well past midnight. If it's lightly raining, there will be less, but there will be some. Most of these girls are drug addicts; their addiction doesn't have a "M-F, excluding legal holidays" schedule.
20. CFS!!! Carry a condom. Usually, they don't have one (which I think is so fuc*ing stupid, but then, if they had a clue they wouldn't be SW-ing). You don't want to be tempted to skip the cover because that pussy is so fine.
And the freebie: Every time some SW claims "I'm the best! I'm worth more", it really means, "I'm a lame-ass lying lazy talent less junkie!" The good ones don't have to brag; they'll get your return business.
21. Don't let her use your cellphone. It's a very common request. She'll call her friend, or her own phone, and that will give her access to your # - which might set you up for unexpected & inopportune calls for business or bail money.
22. Be friendly. As has been noted in other threads, these are people with feelings, not just automaton sex dispensers. If you're friendly, chatty, and warm, she'll open up, relax, and probably be more generous with her service, in all the little ways that matter most. Remember, if she's never hooked up with you before, she's worried that you might be either LE, or some psycho SW-stalker.
A very good summary of conservative precations to take if persuing this hobby. I've been engaged in it for 30+ years. The last 7 as much as 3-4 times a week and have NEVER been caught. As much luck as skill I know.
LE has been concentrating on eradicating street walking because it is an easy way to bring in good press. Let's face it, the general public could care less if the murder rate is high as long as the victims are NHI. Our ranks however are usually otherwise law abiding citizens that are attractive to press yields. Don't become LE or press fodder.
Be careful and be as respectful as posible in the neighborhoods in which you monger. The fewer people that you effect, the less you will be bothered.
Around 1:30am I looped passed cortez and the blonde was working just as I was going to turn onto cortez a cruiser pulls infront of me and slowly rolls down cortez.
