I kind of don't really want to give this spot away but here's a rundown of it. There's at least 3 different AMPs at 40 Harrison. I've been to 2 so far. 40 E and D.
So E was an older lady but she spoke English alright. She had a good sense of humor and commented on my how my nut was very watery. Asked me when was the last time I nutted because this one was very watery. I got a good laugh out of that.
40 D has younger girls, have had 2 diff ones so far. Don't get discouraged when a not so pretty Asian lady is working the desk, I almost walked out but she said "we have pretty girl for you". Over the last couple weeks I've seen Amy twice and she's an absolute sweetheart and speaks English. Saw a new place open in Stow, MA and decided to TOFTT. I called and was told to come on over. Naturally, I get there and 'Mary' put me in a room because she was finishing with another client.
Said 5 minutes, it was closer to 15. $70 house fee for the hour. Looks like she's solo right now, but hinted that there may be another worker.
Place is recently renovated inside. Still has the new paint smell. Also, the rooms are actual rooms, not short walls or curtains.
On the downside, they share a gravel parking lot with an oil business or something, so you might be conspicuous during daytime hours. My visit was after 6 pm.
Massage was pretty good, with no oil for most of it, until the very end.
I wasn't sure if it was legit or not, but since it was my first time and they just opened, I didn't push for anything when there was no flip. Literally used the whole hour, and I was very relaxed so had no concept of time. But, then she said 'all done'.
Also, I tipped her $15 (thinking 20% was sufficient). She corrected me and essentially ordered me to tip $20, and with that I could get a punch card for 11th visit free. Well, OK then. I gave her the extra $5. What she didn't know is that $5 essentially lost her my business.
I'm still not convinced there's no extras because it has all the markings of an AMP. Perhaps she's being careful to start with.

I just returned from my trial run at this place. It has definite potential including the fact that I can combine a quick 30 with my grocery and beer run, and it's 5 min from my house. The parking is discreet enough that I don't worry.
Got the 30 min for $50, got a very nice massage. One nice touch was she did the kneeling on either side of my head thing, but worked her way down my back to my ass, sitting on my upper back and then my lower back. That was the closest she came to a tease and it was obvious enough to her that it was working as one. However, each time I thought we were headed for a tease and flip, she would go to a new chapter of the massage (back to the upper back, arms, legs, etc).
On the upside, it was by far the best and most comprehensive 30 minute massage I've ever had. I got at least 30 minutes so no complaints there. This place is in a totally bonkers location, right on Quincy street with a tiny, crowded parking area between it the building next door. The building itself is a wacko house-looking thing, but it has a sign on the door so you know where to go in. Inside is a weird empty square antechamber, then through another door into reception. The lady who greeted me was a 40-something, stick-thin lady who didn't offer her name and tbh I didn't ask. The interior of the place is nice enough, with clean rooms and doors that close. Once I laid down, she tried to put on a drape, but I said "no need, you can use oil" and off we went. Her massage is good, and she doesn't short you on the hour. A lot of places will flip you halfway through, then tell you you're all done after you "finish" even with time on the clock. What are you going to do at that point, complain? I just returned from my trial run at this place. It has definite potential including the fact that I can combine a quick 30 with my grocery and beer run, and it's 5 min from my house. The parking is discreet enough that I don't worry.
Got the 30 min for $50, got a very nice massage. Recently went to Green Tea Spa in Lexington for the first time in many years. On my previous visit, it was a totally legit place that cocooned you in many towels and delivered an outstanding massage. Let me be honest here, I do not like getting HE even in my vanila life let alone paying for it. Why to pay someone when I get it done myself for free in my own comfortable bedroom at my leisure while watching my fav porn movies. This does not make sense to me. I would not settle less than BJ.
So I said okay, I do not want any of it, let me get only simple plain massage even though this room was very tiny, not enough space to move around and hot like a oven ready to bake a cake. This room did not have any air conditioner or fan at all. Yet I thought I should try it. But then I asked her how much tip for regular massage and she told me via app that it would be 40.
So I did my math and turned out that 70+40 = 110 just for a massage in crappy massage parlor from a person about whom there are no reviews whether she even can give any legitimate massage so I changed the plan and I said I want my money back and I do not want anything at all.
