Was out about 8:30 last night and hit up Arcade and 3rd st. Nothing out and as I was about to head home I see a girl walking. Circle around the block a couple times to check out the surroundings and then do the pickup. Girl'S name is Brittany. 3rd has been dead for me for a while. Haven't seen anything out. Same with 7th. 18 has been spotty. Looks like the action may be moving north on 18.
