Have to agree with you on the activity level over the past month or two. Eventhough it has been relatively warm outside, the activity is very lame. Just some moderation Conciliator I think is the key, you can still enjoy the fun but have to be safe and when it gets out of hand back off for a while and take a break, thats what I do. Yes, lots and lots of LE out and while some thoughts as to why no one seems to be real sure why. It's not like there are not bigger problems in town that should be addressed so I am not understanding why the effort is being spent on this? It would be interesting to know just to understand. I think the streets slowed down long before the weather got bad. I've found it to be pitiful most of this year. Have the ladies moved to a new area or what? I agree that CL has some bickering going on. Most of the ads you click have been flagged. Don't know why but its annoying as hell. You can usually find reviews on other sites to determine if a provider who advertises there is legit. Now the real reason for my post is the differences between the streets and CL. The little discussion here got me thinking that the two really are different in that outside the type of service the whole culture is different as I see it. Maybe I am off base here but:
The streets is more of the hunt, to find, identify and to pick out in real time. It differs in that you don't have to make appointments, play phone or e-mail tag, hope there is no bait and switch. It is a different type of adventure just much more real and real time I think. That is when there was a selection. You are dealing with a person not a picture from the internet or a voice on the phone. To me it is like the difference of hunting for real in the woods and a hunting game on the computer. Is the hunt a important part of the activity?
The whole attitude thing is another area that is different, you would think that for up to 10 times more you would see a better attitude but that is not always (not normally) the case. I guess I prefer someone with the attitude that is more 'thank you for helping me let me help you 'than you are are lucky to be seeing me, now hurry up'. However if you are only going to spend a few minutes is the attitude even that important?
Quality is another area open for discussion, again with the difference in cost one would expect a difference in quality of appearance, hygiene and skill but again that is not always (not normally) the case. There are some exceptions but there are also a lot of non exceptions to this statement. Read some of the comments on CL if you don't believe that (not that all the comments are honest either). There are some gems in both groups and some non gems.
As for the time, well I guess if you want a hour or half hour all the time that is fine, but if that is not your thing it is hard to find something far less and without the hassle of getting a room or the risk of going into their place on CL. Here again is a difference that needs to be considered. Is it worth 10 times more (or even more than 10 times) for the same results?
Health issues? I don't see any benefits on either side here except statistically we know that quick oral is much less risky than other forms of play so I guess you could say the difference would have to fall on that side in the health issue. Just because you pay up to 10 times more doesn't mean there is less exposure or any less risk of health issues. In fact if they are advertising you might be able to conclude they are more active?

You are right, there are differences. I think the main difference is that using CL seems to be much predictable as to the results. There is a lot of drama going on there and you are right the attitude of the girls does vary a lot. You really never know what to expect. Has anybody increased their use of or started using online sex chat sites? I have not been a big fan in the past, but understand it can provide some fun, if only a very temporary distraction.
Curious what sites people may find that are better than others.

Hello Gentleman.
I have a road trip planned for the 3rd week in May and am in the planning and research phase. I am going to post this in multiple cities and states to make it easy. If anyone has a recommendation for cities on this trip please feel free to chime in. I have tried to break it down by area's I will be over the course of a week.
Here is the itinerary for the work / hobby trip:
Leave Minneapolis with stops (W=work H=Hobby, WH=Both) Sioux Falls, SD (H), then Springfield, MO (WH), Branson, MO (W), Lake of the Ozark, MO (W), St. Louis, MO and Centerville, IL (WH), Springfield, IL (H), Moberly, MO (W), Quad Cities, IA (H). This is where I need to decide if I head for Chicago suburbs or towards Des Moines. Leaning towards Des Moines and save the Chicagoland "work" trip for later in the summer. So opportunities in Cedar Rapids and Des Moines on the table as well. I have already been RTFF in these areas to try to figure out the best bang for my time and money in each area.
Sioux Falls- Asian gal from STG I have seen a couple of times already. She is good and will be the first stop.
Sioux Falls to Springfield, MO. May hit something in Sioux City, IA as it look like I will be going right thru. Green in Sioux City is a maybe. Omaha seems like a bust so will recharge the batteries on way to Springfield. I have very limited experience in Kansas City area so may just travel on unless there is a good AMP that is easy in and out.
Springfield, MO- Hong Kong for sure to try to catch the elusive "Kay" working. HK is always a sure thing and super easy. Have a few independents numbers as well. May spend a couple days here with work and a quick run to Branson or Lake of the Ozark and land back in Springfield to stay. Usually take I-44 up to St. Louis, MO, but have never been in the SE Missouri area. No idea if there is anything worth checking out in that quadrant, but if someone knows I would take a different route to Southern Illinois.
St. Louis, MO / Washington Park, IL- Probably hit one of the IL side spa's in Centreville. They are not great most of the time, but every once in a while is a win. These AMP's just make me laugh every time after a visit. Unless you have been to them, it is impossible to explain. Last time I was down I saw, Blue at Fuji (I think, I always get them confused being so close together and shared parking lots). She was an okay time, but when finished and cleaning up, she was at the far side of the room with her back to me taking a SW shower with the wet rag. Well, goll-dang if she didn't look like a 50 year-old Asian dude from the back! Kind of freaked me out for the rest of the day.
Springfield, IL- From reading the forum, it is looking like this is the Mecca of the Midwest for AMP's. I went to one (Warm or Cozy?) last fall and had a good time. It seems that all the AMP's here are pretty good. If anyone would care to give them a ranking I would be grateful. Won't have the time or funds to hit them all on this trip, but that may be another trip as well.
Quad Cities / Moline, IL- I usually stop at Rose in Moline. I am inclined to try a new joint this trip. I have been meaning to the last few times, but Linda is good so I usually fall back to the tried and true when I am down there. I feel like I should try Island or Asian in Milan. Would like to see Tattoo Tit at some point.
CR and Des Moines, IA- I will probably skip CR and just head to Des Moines. Like to hit Hull Ave. For some fun. Any place else in the area good? I have the number from a lady that was in Ankeny that I will reach out and see if she is still in the area. Had some limited fun with her about a year ago.
Back to Minneapolis. $400 for the rental car and 2400 or so miles, $2000 for hobby funds to start. A bunch of memories I can only tell guys I don't know. Priceless!
Thanks for indulging in a long read, and if after reading, you can offer any suggestions I woud really appreciate it. I will post a follow up late May with a re-cap of how the trip went. I have done a handful of these type of trips in the past, but the COVID got in the way the last couple of years. Really had fun on a couple of trips to Florida and Arizona. Looking forward to the "road" again.
