I thought it was years ago but after much hard work I have found at least half a dozen decent providers and several more willing but basically not worth it for me providers. This is not counting those escorts who will come down from Indy, and many of them will sometimes do so even without extra charge. You have to be willing to negotiate some but I've found several willing to do so and for relatively cheap too.
Some of the local providers I know are UTR so I cannot divulge my source. Others like Tessla, Vanessa, and Alyssa (all sisters) are relatively easy to find and usually provide good service. Valentina or riot girl is also good service for a good price (negotiated) but a slightly overweight for my taste.
I like variety so am always trying to figure out new sources. I've tried agencies like Dancing Tiger ages ago and is a big rip off with tons of up selling for be. S. Extras. So whatever you do don't go down that route.

If discretion is important to a client, it'S easy to imagine crossing paths with a familiar face at an in opportune moment. Visiting providers might be better served to find accommodations in nearby Bedville or Martinsford. The 15 miles distance might provide some level of comfort to local clients. A 4 to 7 day notice will help as well.
