Gatsby's in Akron has been busted for Prostitution. The reports are saying the dancers were offering more than just dances.

Gatsby's in Canton had a raid a year or so ago, but I think they ended up with drug charges against a few of the dancers that they took in to custody but no prostitution charges were pressed. If LE wants to bust a club they can. Every strip club has SOME dancers offering SOME extra's. It seems that the problem is that if they are doing it at the club it draws attention.

It was a photo they had up on one of the news sites about the girls who got busted for soliciting the "older men" at that building .... the story said they were dancers from a nearby club.

Generally The Stadium wasn't worth the trouble. They did have some cute younger girls working there but I didn't go enough to get any offers. I had a buddy tell me that "his friend" tried but got shot down. Maybe he just got the wrong girl. Of course this was before it closed and re-opened so maybe things are different now.

Stopped at the Spot, (old O'banions by the steel mill on georgetown rd east side of Canton yesterday. They still have some trashy dancers as usuall but also 2-3 pretty darn hot ones. I really found that if you go into a strip club and respect the girls you have a much better chance. You would be surprised on how the girls like that. They are just like us, have the same needs. Just had a couple of questions about it. I used to go there some when it was Obannions and you had to have the card to get in. My questions are:
A: is the place still open? My last time driving by looked like it was closed
B: Do you need a card to get in still? Threw mine away a few years ago
C: Is it safe? LOL Got pretty thuggish at the end of the Obannion run.
D: Are any of the ones working there worth trying for extras or are they all rough looking?

This is a good place to relax, have some food and see naked women! They lowered their lap dance prices to $10. Some drink specials but still high in price. Mostly a younger entertainer crowd. Have been going there a long time and got to know many there. Good social hangout.
Prices are $$$.5 for the upstairs VIP.
Their best club is actually in Cleveland. Entertainers are many times more hot. The restaurant is excellent. It is more expensive though.

Lap dances cost 5-10$, great VIP area 15-20$ also dee jay. On an average Thursday night you might see 6 to7 girls. Looks, depending on that night, ranges from 5-9. Received multiple dances and vips. I've been going to Ruby's once a week for about a month, and enjoy it. Only a few girls 2 or 3 at a time. The girls are very friendly after they warm up to you. They have 2 VIP rooms at 15 per song. I think some girls will do take out, but I haven't done that yet (I think most strip clubs have some girls that will offer take out depending on the guy YMMV). Good food and a nice safe strip club.

Thanks for posting about a club rarely mentioned.For the most part things are pretty straight there. My "misses" did a short stint there shortly after they opened. She is no longer there and has not been since early November. However, the VIP area was not done yet. Was just a chair. As she put it the bar stools were more comfortable. As far as action in the VIP, would be a little difficult as the owner has a camera up on the area. However rumor has it, some girls will accidentally throw something over the screen when they go back. The video feed is not recorded to anyone's knowledge.
My best advice, you'll find some nice ladies there. It has decent drink prices for the competition. Great place to get the $5 bar dance, and a great place to find more take out options. As always YMMV, but if your looking for a place to relax and not have the thug (ghetto) element with decent music, this is the place. Just don't go in expecting Mr. Happy to get his way. He could, but would most likely be take out vs. VIP.

I had to be in Canton Friday afternoon so I went a little early to see if there were any SW's out.

Recently I stop in for a quick visit at old Sadie for a little adult entertainment. Dancers started showing up a little after 8:00, I counted about twelve dancers it might have been more there were dancers all over the place and they range from 5 to 9 in the looks department. My past experiences with this club normally have on the average about 4 to 6 dancers working; I guess these women didn't have anything better to do that night.

Had a couple chances this week to spend some the Christmas bonus and I was in the mood to try the chain stores. Diamonds about 6 pm late last week (no cover early). Place was pretty dead so I sampled a dance from 5 different girls. Dances were $10 each and pretty hands off. I would probably not recommend it from my experience but some decent looking gals. They kept raving about the food but should that be the calling card of a strip club?
Last night stopped in to Christies about midnight. Place was PACKED. Front parking lot was full and back almost full. Hard to find a chair and the $20 dance area nearly had a line at times. Christie's is overpriced with $10 air dances on the stage floor, $20 couch dances and behind the curtain is 3 songs for $75. Champagne floor rooms are $120 for 15 min, $220 for 30 and I 'think' $375 for an hour. Can't imagine paying that price for upstairs but I suppose some do. However, the girls (probably 30+ dancers) are the best in Stark / Summit county and it is not even close. Sometimes there is a value in just having a super hot gal in your lap. I got $20 dances from a couple girls and there was decent contact with their hands and 1 gave some very nice nipple play several times so I did not feel a complete waste of my money. Also got digit from one of them who is supposedly traveling and staying in a local hotel so I would imagine there is potential there also. Did not have time last night.

O'Banions/The Spot/City Limits are all the same place. The Spot closed for remodeling about 6wks ago, the girls all went to Ruby Saloon (which is owned by same guy) Just last week The Spot reopened as City Limits. The girls returned there, the place looks nice....a few more mirrors which gives an optical illusion that the place is bigger. There is a new entrance way and I think the bar might have been lowered. As for the talent pool, that is in the eye of the beholder. Same cast of characters. You won't be disappointed.

I've hit this place a couple of times this summer after giving up on it years ago. I'm glad I came back because there is action to be found. They do have an.
Entry fee, so I suggest you get there before 7 to save a couple of bucks. You don't see a lot of girls until after 8, so I suggest you grab a seat at the bar and scope the place out. The $10 couch dances are gone. Now, they're $20. Your best bet is to try out the $25 dances in the curtained area. They can be very satisfying if you have the right girl. PM me for details. I had some great grinding by two little beauties and two AA dancers. They all suggested we move up to a VIP where we could do "even more. " I didn't buy in, but that pretty much opens the door to everything as I've heard some other guys report. The big news is that OTC is definitely available. Was looking to do a tour of Canton last night, swung by Gatsby's pub in Akron on the way down. Used to be the club to visit on a Saturday night, 20 girls and 3 hot bartenders on past Saturday nights. Turned the gps back on and went up to Diamond Lodge, they've got a killer setup and decent beer prices (and a free pass from their website). About 25 dancers, 10 of which were very hot. A new SC, called Clutch, opened last week. It's official opening party is next weekend, September 4 and 5.
It is located at the site of the now-closed Suburb Inn, 1890 S Arlington, on the south side of Akron. That's a block and a half north of the Schwartz Road intersection. From Canton, you'd take the Arlington Road exit, turn right (north, towards Akron), travel a little over a mile, and the place will be on your left. If you go under the bridge, you went too far.
A friend knows the owner. He runs a local restaurant, and put a fortune into this club's renovations. My friend says $300,000, that it is easily the best interior of any club in the area, that the owner plans to hire only the best dancers, and that he is doing a good job of it. He says those hired so far are phenomenal!
Table dances are $5, and VIP is $20. So far, there are no extras that I know of.
It's been slow at the no-extras SC's in Akron. The strippers are hungry for tips, and hope that this place provides for them. Several strippers from Gatsby's and Evolution (old Mars) are already there. This place is between Gatsby's North and South, which are miles apart, and near Evolution, so it is convenient to strippers working at those SC's.

Ran a scouting mission at Clutch, the new SC located at 1890 S. Arlington, near Schwartz Road in Akron. The club has been open just over a week.
My last report gave the wrong distance from the Arlington exit of I-77. Turn right and travel 2. 1 miles to get there. It will be on your left, about 200 feet past Schwartz Road. There is a sign out front.
It's nice inside! Everything is clean and new.
Entry is through a side door, near the front. You enter into a section with low tables and chairs. The chairs have high, solid arms, the kind that makes lap dancing difficult. The center section has a long bar, with a long, clear glass cooler below the bar, so you can see the beverage selection. My beer was so cold that it was icy! The back section has similar low chairs, a platform stage with a stripper pole. On one side, there is a patio entrance, for smoking.
The VIP is located to the side and up a couple steps. It is a long, narrow room, running parallel with the main room, with a high glass wall, with a long, narrow padded bench, without any privacy, except for the distance between a VIP customer and the entrance. There are two large TV screens in VIP. As reported earlier, I know of no extras. In fact, one dancer told me of working elsewhere and being turned off by the availability of extras.
My visit was on Monday night, which is a slow night in Akron / Canton. Arrived after nine. There were four dancers, three W and one AA, and one more, who at first seemed to be an assistant manager, but then danced. Her name is Sierra, and she worked in Cleveland. I recognized Casey, who worked at Gatsby's, and elsewhere in Canton, and Ashley, who was working as a bartender. All of them, including the bar staff, looked great to me!
Within an hour, at least five more dancers showed up, as did about twenty-five customers, coming and going. Also, several ladies came and went. I think that they were asking about working there. Several were knock-outs, and a few were far from it.
Looked like two guys on security, with one staying outside at the door, where a dress and conduct code is posted. One of the dancers told me that they are trying to keep drugs and drugged up dancers out, and that if any of them nods off, they're let go immediately.
Dances are $5 at the tables or bar, and $20 in VIP. At the tables, tops stayed on, with the promise of them off in VIP. One dancer told me how weird it felt to dance with her top on, and that management is reviewing what they can do, with changes possible within a week.
My buddy and I enjoyed dances from several ladies, and had a good time.
The grand opening party is this Friday, September 4, from 8:00 to 10:00 pm. There will be free food and beverages.

Stopped by this past Saturday evening and found out the place was just sold that week. Unless something has changed in the past few months since I was last there, there is no private room at Gatsby's. There is a communal VIP room which is $15 a song (the girls will ask for $20 since they have to pay $5 to the bar per song), but it is far from private. If you get lucky with the right girl and no one else paying too much attention, you might get a better level of contact in VIP but that's about it. If you're looking for action in an area strip club, there are some low end bars in Akron that will yield better results. Of course the girls there are usually a little lower quality.

On a very rare occasion you can get more but all the stars have to line up for that to happen. However take out can be had from time to time.

How successful is takeout options at Christie's in Canton?I've been visiting Christie's on and off since they opened. Had some memorable private dances in the rooms next to the door when those rooms existed. That was years ago.
Have had to head to the bathroom and clean myself up after too much of a good thing upstairs. That was once, also years ago. Slightly embarrassing, but hot, too.
Now then, I've written about the following here at least once:
About two years ago I went in during the afternoon one day midweek. About the only guy in there, only two girls working.
The girl I ended up talking to was olive-skinned, perfectly fit, fantastic body. Agreed that upstairs would be well worth my while. Only downside was that she was a smoker.
Went all the way with her for around 300, including whatever the house took. It was one of the hottest things ever. There's just something about the dark rooms and the music and the hoping that the lap dance will go farther and farther and okay you've got a little bit of this and that and then she goes all the way. I try to emulate it in hotel rooms and it's never the same.
Anyhow, it was great, but also one-time only.

It took several months, but I finally wandered back in. She quickly talked me into going upstairs, but it wasn't until money was handed over and we were in the room that she disclosed that there's a new camera installed. I said it once before and I'll say it again. What is the point in scamming a potentially willing repeat customer? Talk about a long con for 200.

Was in town to visit the Hall of Fame and had a late evening. Drove by the place a couple of times — the lighted sign near the road was damaged. The external appearance of the building was ver impressive, the parking lot well lit, and the doorman polite, but no nonsense — a totally safe feeling here (and as others have said, it's right across the road from a shopping mall on a main drag of the city). The cover at 12:00 midnight was $7. 00 but the doorman told me that if I showed my hotel key card, the cover was waived.
The inside of the club was even more impressive— palatial is the term that comes to mind. And the main stage is a large stage with s stripper pole that must have been a good 30-40 feet high. And there were more than a couple of dancers who did pole tricks that used the entire pole. A beer was six dollars. I sat in the low seats surrounding the stage for about 30 minutes. No one approached to chat until a very cute spinner named Nova sat down and explained things to me. Table chair dances were $10 - clothed will full grind, couch dances along the back wall we're $25 and topless, upstairs was VIP and was timed 15/30/60 at $150/$300/$600.
Nova was very nice and friendly. Asked about dances but wasn't high pressure. I enjoyed her company so I bought her a couple if drinks ($9 each for those of you keeping score at home). After some time and conversation (during which time she was totally encouraging me to get her nipples hard with my fingers) we decided to go to VIP. Did the 15 minutes. The VIP are in separate rooms with couches but no doors. There bouncer was present but not obtrusive at all. The dance itself was very high mileage and memorable, however, with the set up, I totally doubt any extras would be possible. Nova also said there were cameras in the room.
So, it was a very enjoyable evening — not cheap, but fun. As one closing thought, all of the Ohio clubs I visited on this trip had smokers patios outside of the club. This is a huge plus in my book. PA clubs are very inconsistent with this.
