Where's all the action at now? The weather is getting nicer and I'm hoping to find some sw's around the area. Youngstown seems like it's too hot right now.
I drove around some of the old hot spots in Warren a couple of days ago at lunchtime and again around 3:30. Saw a total of ONE definite sw (VERY young looking, slightly chubby but real cute) and one probable sw (old skank). I wasn't able to partake either time, I was just doing some recon.
If you drive on Mahoning Ave between School St and Freeman and turn down any of the streets on the east side of the street and cross Park to Elm Rd between Atlantic and High Street. This circiut will produce alot just about any time of the day but mostly after dark.

I never even knew that area was dirty. Having passed near that area many times I never knew that if I hang a left here I could find hookers. Even after reading the article I never did make the left turn so no firsthand knowledge.
I wonder how many other areas are out there that no one here knows about?

I picked up 2 redheads Thursday night around 10pm. I saw them walking down belmont by mahoning ave and went by. I then saw them again walking past the hot dog shop towards e. Market. They yelled something at me and I went a little further and turned around. BBBJCIM for. 1 from one while the other sat in the backseat and watched. Anyone know if they are always around? They told me they are out around that same area. They looked pretty good.
Cruzed around belmont ,N.Park, school st.did'nt see one girl out lot of dudes walking no women at all I was at it for about 45min.. Then gave up.. this is about the 4th time I've looked and seen nothing...

saw le had a car pulled over on atlantic st last night. I was out crusing and seeing what was out. After about 15 mins I passed a silver ford suv (either explorer or expedition) with the lights on. It had a car with a guy in the driver's seat and a female in the passanger smoking a cigarette. Maybe it was a deal or not, but I decided to go home after that.

I went out for some window shopping today around 4-5pm. Not too much out around this time usually but there was a few definite SW out. A big fat BSW was walking all over the place. There was a WSW that gave me the wave, but by the time I came back around I didn't see her. Also saw another WSW on the corner of prospect and belmont. She was with this black dude every time I drove by. I don't want to stop when they are with some guy. With the weather turning there should be some out.

Dayton has a shop called DeJa Vu Love Botique where there are private booths where a lady will dance for you on the other side of a glass partition. WARREN - Police detectives pulled off a sting operation Thursday evening, charging four women with solicitation after officers said an undercover officer posed as someone wanting to buy sex.
The undercover officer drove around the area of Belmont Street and North Park Avenue between 7 and 10 p.m., approaching women standing on street corners, according to reports.
Those arrested and held in Trumbull County Jail before appearances Friday afternoon in Warren Municipal Court were XXXXXXXXXXXX
All four were charged with misdemeanor solicitation, and XXXXXXXXXXX also face additional counts of possession of drug paraphernalia since police said they found them in a car with crack pipes.
XXXXXXXXXXXX threw her pipe out of a car window, almost hitting an arresting officer in the head with the pipe while he was approaching them, according to Lt. Thomas Skoczylas, the narcotics/vice unit commander.
All four women pleaded not guilty to charges and were scheduled for pretrial hearings Nov. 4 before Judge Thomas Gysegem. Their bond was set at $750. They remained in jail Friday after court.
Skoczylas said the department plans similar stings in the future, some perhaps targeting ''johns'' or men attempting to pick up the women.
Mayor Michael J. O'Brien said the city plans a show of force over similar crimes in that neighborhood, whether it is undercover operations or uniform officers making calls.
''Police can make the arrest and get them off the street. What happens after that isn't up to the officers,'' O'Brien said. ''We will have an emphasis there, though.''

The city qualified for another $41,895 in state traffic enforcement money.
WARREN — In a midsized city such as Warren, it might surprise some drivers to find that police are writing tickets for motorists who are taking illegal shortcuts through gas station parking lots and pedestrians who are jaywalking.
But, like Youngstown, which enacted a zero-tolerance policy for lesser offenses such as traffic violations in 2007 after a quadruple homicide in January in an abandoned house, Warren has been conducting its own war on lesser offenses in recent months.
The biggest difference is that Warren has not had as much police overtime money available to fund it.
With Warren facing a $1.75 million budget shortfall in June, the mayor and service director ordered that most overtime be eliminated for the remainder of the year.
At the same time, neighborhood watch groups complained in August that prostitution, drug dealing and other crimes were rampant in the city.
Warren Police Capt. Tim Bowers said it is difficult for police to conduct undercover stings to catch people who are paying for sex because such investigations require a lot of manpower — but they can attack prostitution and other crimes through lesser offenses.
For instance, at 5 p.m. Sept. 29, a police officer wrote a citation to a 39-year-old Newton Falls woman for walking in the road near the intersection of Belmont and North Park avenues.
At 10:30 p.m. Sept. 26, an officer wrote a ticket to a 19-year-old Warren woman for walking in the road when a sidewalk was available at the intersection of Colonial Street and Adelaide Avenue Southeast.
Writing a ticket to a suspected prostitute for jaywalking just might lead the person to move to another location, Bowers said, because the jaywalking carries a similar penalty to prostitution.
“What we’re trying to do is give [residents] some peace — move [prostitutes] somewhere else, within the budget we have,” Bowers said.
For two weeks in late September, the city attacked high-nuisance areas with additional officers working four-hour shifts to reduce crimes such as prostitution and playing loud music. The extra patrols didn’t require overtime payments to officers. Instead, the extra hours were available by shifting schedules, Bowers said.
I was out Sunday afternoon just to look and saw a few girls. Didn't have time to stop for anything though. Went back that evening with more time and saw a girl. I circled around to take another pass but there were LE lights flashing and all. Hung around the area at a distance just to observe, they were shining spots all over while driving down forest and atlantic. More LE in five minutes than I have ever seen there in the last four months put together. Their not playing games. Search at your own risk.

Women jailed after prostitution busts in Warren
WARREN - Four women charged with solicitation following a sting operation conducted by Warren police Oct. 9 were sentenced Tuesday to varying jail sentences, ranging from two to five months in jail.
An undercover officer posing as someone wanting to buy sex drove around the area of Belmont Street and North Park Avenue between 7 and 10 p.m. Oct. 9, approaching women standing on street corners, according to a police report. All four women were charged with misdemeanor solicitation and two of them also were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia since police said they found them in a car with crack pipes.
Brita Brogdon, 41, 961 Tod Ave. S.W., pleaded no contest Tuesday in Warren Municipal Court to charges of solicitation and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 44 days suspended and credit for one day served following her arrest.
Julie Tenney, 35, 670 Mahan Denman Road, Bristolville, pleaded no contest to a charge of solicitation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, with 30 days suspended and credit for one day served.
Courtney Allgood, 22, 220 Forest St. N.E., pleaded no contest to a charge of solicitation and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, with 30 days suspended and credit for one day served.
All three women also were placed on five years of supervised probation and ordered to report to the Trumbull County Jail Nov. 11. Judge Thomas Gysegem told them if they fail to appear or are arrested before that date, he will impose their entire jail sentence, court records show.
A fourth woman, Keysa Haynes, 39, 1188 Oak Knoll Ave. S.E., pleaded no contest to charges of solicitation and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to 150 days in jail with credit for 26 days served since her arrest. She had several other pending cases, which the judge rolled into one for sentencing purposes, court records show.
Police said Brogdon threw a crack pipe out of a car window, almost hitting an arresting officer in the head when he approached.
Boy, I think the LE has done a great job! All I see now are guys cruising. I see 3-4 guys cruising everytime out this week. No girls all week. We really need to get a network of digits going.

Drove around the north area and tried to find someone else and was about to give up when saw hotter one standing by Save a Lot so I pulled in and pulled into spot by steet and kept car running. Was there on Tuesday and saw some potential girls but my wife was with me so that killed that although it did get us into an interesting conversation because she asked how much do you think they charge? We left that area and started to drive away while she explained how that night her boyfriend (the mean guy) went crazy and started yelling at her b/c she didn't have any pot and he broke her purse from her arm and took it and punched her out of the way and told her to f off. She really couldn't see to well b/c he hit her with the contact but we got that cleaned up (my wife wears contacts.) and she was like I need a drink. She wanted to go to bar but her ID was w/ boyfriend so we got beer from gas station. She then asked so what was I doing out this way? I laughed and said you really want to know? I told her I got her out of the car and how and she got all mushy. She's like you dumped that chick for me. And got all that's cool. We got some cigarettes and another beer and she wanted to go to bar anyways but I told her that I needed to somewhat get home. I asked her what she was going to do and she said she'd probably just stay outside in the neighborhood until morning when her friends came to pick her up. When I started going back we passed motel and I told her can't you just stay there for night and she reminded me about her wallet being taken and I told her I had some more money but she said she wouldn't do that for money. I know I was just shooting in the dark I told her and we both kinda chuckled. She did tell me to turn around and head up Parkman so I did that. She had me pull into some Chinese place (golden gate golden something on the right side heading out of warren) and told me to go around back and park the car and kill the lights. I did this and then she said that I've been so nice that instead of me paying she'd do it casually for me. I told her well if you do that something may fall out of my pocket and I might not miss it if you took it. We both smiled getting the connotations. She said the only problem is that I'm tired and although I'm good at head you can do all the work and just fuck me. Darn, I was so disappointed. (sarcastic) She went out side real quick pee'd behind a bush and came back (wasn't much of a turnon) but when got in the car came over and pushed my seat back and climbed on top of me and started kissing me and playing with me. Right now over half of the Warren PD is laid off due to the budget, and they're taking an hour to respond to 911 calls. I doubt they're paying too much attention to Sw's right about now.

I only went down Summit.
I didn t see Forest Road.Forest is the one that runs parallel to Atlantic/Summit. It has the Save a Lot on one side and Scarpaci on the other. It also ends into Atlantic. If you are leaving the Save a Lot and heading towards Parkman Road/Summit Bookstore instead of veering left with the main road continue straight down the little "residential" looking area. The first road on your right (across from a church which some of the girls sit on the church steps) is Forest. If you don't go right continue straight and the 960 convenience store is a hotspot for the ladies to spend their money.
Remember if you are out of town and lost, it's not a crime to ask someone to get in your car to give you directions or maybe show you how to get out of Warren.

I just got back from a drive down Forest NW in Warren. Picked up white SW and she attempted to shake me down. She got in the car and started crying and saying she needed forty dollars. It was like they were having a traffic blitz. I do know it's beginning to become Christmas shopping season and one would think they would lighten up about the traffic. 25 is rather ridiculous on the downtown stretches since you have 2 lanes in both directions and 35/40 seems to be perfectly safe for the population and vehicular traffic we have in this area. Just seems to me they would rather welcome people shopping at Eastwood Mall then driving to Boardman or Cleveland or Pittsburgh. I do think it is funny as well how "prostitution" is such a major crime in Warren. Better all task to pick up the low level criminals, never mind the shooting and or robberies.

I had a dream earlier tonight. While napping I went on safari in Warren and observed a few targets along side the road. I had an opportunity to travel along N Park around 5:30pm Thursday but saw no ladies. I did see, however, a newer red Dodge SUV cruising around the northern part of N Park. I really didn't have time to find out more, just figured I would test the waters after not cruising for a while. Wish I had more time. Maybe later this week.
So took another detour today at just a little past 1pm, saw two WSWs out and about. The one I mentioned in my last post, longer straight blond hair. Yellow shirt. Got a really close look, wish I didn't. Not a bad bod with clothes, but man she looked ragged. OLD and WAY too much eyeliner. Turned the corner and ran into another girl, this one looks very familiar from years past. Blonde hair also, but shorter, cut at the neckline. Dark sunglasses on, but when I turned on the corner where she stood, she smiled and said "What's up?"
No cash on me and didn't feel like running to the ATM. I guess I wasn't really on the hunt, just doing my homework and re familiarizing myself with the old neighborhood.
I'm not really sure if these posts are worth anything to anyone, but being new here I'd like to put in my. 02.

I was passing through the Park Ave. Are Sunday around 7pm or so. There were girls everywhere. The ususual suspects were out and a few others I hadn't seen before. But I did see KK who is pregnant, Katie, Rose, and the blonde who hangs by Circle K with her boyfriend. There were 3 others that I had never seen before as well. None of them looked all that appealing. Glad I was just passing through and not hunting so to say. I did see a young, slender brunette coming out of the Paris. I had a dream today of Beckie. Short blondish hair, nice body, but as mentioned before, she's had some quick weight loss and it shows in the lower midsection. Took a spin, nice night and they were out. Saw a WSW near washington looked like KK. Went around the block for a better look and she was getting in a pickup. Went up park and nothing. Down 45 and nothing. Back to the loop and there were three more on the corner where KK was. Gumdrop (still not too big) Jenna, and a new one. Drove on and saw nothing else. Went back as Gumdrop and jenna were getting in a car. They hang and live together. The other girl was long gone. There was now a BSW there. Went on home as I was broke but for a change had a nice stroll.

We agreed on usual. Everything was going fine until she sat up and started worrying about how far we were from her area. Told me to start heading back and she would finish me off. She was putting her 2 coats back on and kept saying she would finish. She did start to finish but freaked out when I took a turn away from her place. Told her I was ready so she caught and I headed back to her spot to drop her off. She didn't even wait for me to stop the car before she jumped out. Though she acted weird so I looked in my center console and NO WALLET. She lifted it while leaning over. Luckily I had no money in it, but had to cancel my bank card and get new wallet and drivers license and a couple other things. Be very careful if you pick her up and make sure your belongings are locked up.
