Sad to see the general attitude here toward addiction. I hope none of you ever have to go through that ordeal, or god forbid, you might see how little choice is involved. None of you seem to see the similarity between a junkie, and some idiot monger who does dumb shit despite knowing better, because the "little head" was doing the thinking. Do not blame those who do their jobs. It is not LE fault. They are simply following the rules. Want to make change rant against the people who MAKE the laws.
And if you think they could regulate it you are sadly mistaken. They cannot regulate other industries with 100% effectiveness, why would this be any different? The only difference is they would see some tax $ from it. The main reason for the current laws is to prevent people from being forced into this situation. Be it by a pimp or by circumstance. Face it, those doing this to support a drug habit is not all that different than those doing it because someone threatens to beat them up. They are both warped situations that should be stopped in my opinion. With that said those who enjoy doing it, are not relying on the cash to pay for a drug habit but maybe to work through school, support a family, ect. Well, that is a different situation in my view.Yeah you right, it's not LEO's fault. But I still think that the law against prostitution is too harsh. If you get caught with a girl, you get arrested like a criminal or pay heavy fines.

Realize that 95% of Toledo's working girls would never cut it in a legal regulated environment. It's terrible that a drug can take over a person, but eventually it will kill you whether you are saved by narcan or die from overdose. Over the long haul your internal organs are functioning less and less til the point they will shut down. Even if you quit the long turn effects will drastically shorten your life and those years at the end won't be quality ones.

Never have I seen as many police cars out anywhere as I did Tues 1 am-2 am. Damn near every direction I looked there was a squad car moving, turning, or parked. EB wasn't the most truck friendly stroll I have ever been on.
All I saw out walking was homeboys and there was no shortage of them. Not even a hint of SW.
For those of you in trucks the zone is small and there are 6000 lbs weight restrictions everywhere for through trucks.
Its too bad because I will be in the area a lot over the next couple weeks.
R DI was out there last night and it looked like a riot at EB and Starr. I was at the intersection just before the cops arrived, I drove through a little later and there were 5-6 cop cars on EB still trying to break up the crowd.
There have been a few decent looking SW's out on the east this week but it looks like 4 girls got arrested last night.

Toledo Vice detectives appearing pretty lazy and not willing to get out of their cars only popping a group of street walkers that can be found out on any given day. All "known" prostitutes and therefore all known to be of legal age.
Always smart to stay away from the strolls until after the election though.

Drove down E. Broadway and saw nothing. Turned around and started again but this time I decided to go down Starr St. 2 blocks down I meet a tall WSW with red / strawberry blonde hair. Face was not the greatest but she had a descent body. She was about 5'8 5'9. Damage was 20 for BBBJCIM. She went by Olive Oil. I think her actually name was Shirley or Cheryl. But she seemed pretty proud of the nickname Olive Oil.
Day2:
Exited on Alexis and drove to Telegraph / Detroit / US-24 passed Motel, Scarlett SC, a run down asian MP that was closed, a video store that looked interesting, and then another video store that had some cars parked (what goes on at these 2 video stores). As far as SW activity I saw none.
Day 3:
Took the same route as Day 2. This time I drove down Lagrange until it ended at the River. I didn't see any SWs. Not sure where to look on LaGrange. Side streets? Anyway saw a few non-SWs who looked like they were in the struggle and might be open to a friends with benefits arrangement, but no SWs.
Tomorrow:
I might try the the E. Broadway route again? Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Safe hunting guys.
