I do think there will always be guys that will over pay, they've always been around. Hell if I go 40 they're excited, that's my experience. So I've been driving around mostly on the west side but sometimes on Parsons as well for quite some time but I've never pulled the trigger. After spending all day at the tournament and looking at ladies in short skirts I need some relief.
Took a stroll on Sully starting at the bottom's convenient store. There were 2 WSW blondes hanging out on the corner to start. Not wanting to pickup the first available I kept on cruising up the hilltop.
I saw no less than 15 walking.

Most of the time I'm in the area its a rental car, but sometimes its my own. With out of state plates and a new car, it stands out more in the bottoms than the hilltop, but yes, you are correct, they will smell me out in both areas.
