I've known her for the last 3-4 years. When I first met her. She was what I'd call "smoking" hot. Fast forward, current appearance is significantly off but not irretrievably so. That is MY context. Relative to other SWs (YOUR context) maybe she is still top shelf in the looks in spite of the noted items. But, I'd like to see us be more conservative about throwing out terms like "smoking" to describe someone with a chipped tooth, moderate to severe acne / picking scars, and a belly. Appearance and experience are not one and the same though they can influence each other.

So I went down Hague and then east down Sulli. I got to the corner of W Park and saw a plumpy number there. I could have sworn she had some pink in her hair. She had her arms half-crossed with one hand up by her chin. When I turned onto W Park we made eye contact and she waved. I smiled back and it got my heart pounded. As I looked in the rear-view mirror she didn't turn around to watch if I pulled over or anything so I turned left and looped back around. This time she wasn't there but there was a long yellow-ish blond standing there. I turned down W Park again and this time made a right and looped back to sulli.
It was starting to get dark and my eyes aren't the greatest so I wasn't going to be out very much longer. As I passed W Park again (but going west this time) that tall blonde was still out there, but the other girl I saw the first time there was back too, and she smiled and waved again and so did I. So I was thinking about actually trying to pull over somewhere nearby in her view and see what happens but as I was thinking about it I thought "hmm, LEO might stick to standing in one spot for stings so I had better not".
As I was contemplating that I saw the girl with the white coat and beanie again. She was walking down a side road back up to sulli that I happened to be on. When I came to the stop sign at sulli I was behind a taxi and while waiting it looked like she was heading towards my car but I got the feeling that if she was in fact trying to get in that letting her hop in right there wasn't a good idea. Instead I looped around and when I saw her I just turned down a side street and parked behind a car. Suddenly she starts walking towards my car and I'm thinking "Is this happening?

It doesn't sound like you went to far from the pick up spot. I would work on finding some spots of your own that you are comfortable with and make sure they are at least a few miles away from the loop (pick up neighborhood).
Drive for a bit and make sure nobody is following you before talking specifics. I personally like to let them bring it up to me. But I believe chances are if they get into your car and let you drive away it's a good indication they are legit.
It gets easier now but don't let that allow you to get lazy and stop following the rules. I would continue to read them just to make sure they are always fresh in your mind. And never deviate from them.
I find that the SW area ends at Demorest Rd. (KFC) but if you go down by Georgesville Rd. (Casino area) you can find some good spots to park. That area is patrolled by Franklin Township and FCSO so their car count is less. I find quite a few girl I like either a few blocks east of Hague (UDF) or west of Hague to Demerest Rd. But I am pretty much only out around lunch time so there may be other hot spots at night.
There is a trap at the apartments behind Massy's pizza so be cautious around there. You will see a lot of activity around there.
Keep it up as it sounds like you didn't have a good / great provider but at least it wasn't a bad one either. You will find some who you click with and do an excellent job. Others not so much. That's part of the fun. Keep the reports coming.

I doubt it was a SW on brice. I know that area is a bit run down but I think the Reynoldsburg PD would be all over that. I'm there a lot since I live nearby and I've never seen a SW there.

The bottoms has been hit and miss but usually you can always find one between Dakota and Avondale.
Make sure you have a good spot picked out.

Parked at the BP on Sully last night around 6 pm as I waited for my date to txt me she was ready. About 50' away from my parking spot a petite white girl in a blue and red parka stood along side the store. She and I eyed each other for the 5 minutes I was there, dam near canceled my date as I love the look of this girl. Only concern was her possible age but the "look" kept telling me com'on. Saved by the txt but can't get this girl out of my head. Any idea who it could be?

Tons of options, but action was swift. Out swooped several times. Caught a tall Blondie early 20's went by Nicole. Very cute. Standard cruise. I believe her last name must be Hoover. No digits unfortunately.

When you drive by just look at them and maybe a nod till you get better at spotting them. If you get a nod back then most likely you've spotted one. To be 100%, check your rear view, did she turn around to watch you? (She is watching to see if you go down a side street). If she did, and you do, good chance you'll find her walking back towards you in alley or side street.

Cruising Sully last Thursday at lunch time and it was very dry. Not many SW's out. Took about 1. 5 hours before I saw something worth trying. Anna. Thin, petite, white girl with funky red hair. (Not natural red).
She had all the usual complaints; roommate stole all her stuff, including her kids stuff now staying with a friend with no electric, etc. Wow could she talk. We did the typical LE check and then drove to an alley.
BBBJ was good. Climbed in the back seat for some mish. Unfortunately uncovered. I couldn't help myself once I was there and she said she didn't have any. And neither did I.

So I've met her got her face book learned her story, which is no different than mine before I pulled my demons cord. And from the moment I met her I'm thinking about her, we have only hung out twice but I'm taken. Our first meeting was just like we have known each other 4 ever. We just clicked and I don't click with anyone I pretty much hate everyone. But when I picked we hooked up the second time she admitted right off I crossed her mind a few times since our first meeting without coaxing. I've regularly seen two or three BSWs on Parsons. I usually see them in the few blocks north of Reeb.I've seen a couple in Sully bottoms and the same in the hilltop right past the freeway. They appear and disappear quickly though depending on when you are out. There aren't many of them.

Years ago I thought I had connected with a few ladies of the night and quickly got the water splashed in my face. They switched phone numbers with no notice, tried to raise donation fees, tried to hit me up for cigs and booze and most importantly, after a few months of inactivity went by, they barely remembered who I was. Its best to leave her where you found her. No matter how real it seems, some of them actually have enough sense to act like they care to get your loot. They are not out looking for a sugar daddy, boyfriend or husband, they want to get paid. You have a better chance of finding someone real at the grocery store. I have treated my fair share way too nice over the years but my phone stays mostly silent these days. They only needed me for a season. They did not need companionship. And from the moment I met her I'm thinking about her, we have only hung out twice but I'm taken. Our first meeting was just like we have known each other 4 ever. We just clicked and I don't click with anyone I pretty much hate everyone. But when I picked we hooked up the second time she admitted right off I crossed her mind a few times since our first meeting without coaxing.
