I heard a radio report yesterday that the vice squad had multiple decoys out in OTR yesterday, and that "a couple dozen" Johns were busted, and had their vehicles confiscated. Anyone got the hard facts on this? I HOPE no one from this board was affected. We are all interested to know whether those busted followed the rules for mongering:

In particular, did they follow rules 2 through 6:
2) Be VERY cautious if the "SW" on the street looks TOO good i.e., in Cincinnati, they DON'T dress in stilettos, leopard prints, or other obvious hooker outfits. It smells of a sting.
3) Do not call attention to yourself by making a show out of the stop (no U turns, no flagrant traffic moves). Pull onto the next side street and let her come to you. Alternatively, go smoothly around the block, having caught her eye.
4) When you pull up, be willing to drive away if your close up impression of her through the window is not good. (Sores, too thin, wired, dirty & stinky, sullen or "dead" eyes? SWs are NEVER as good as your first impression driving by...) Tell her you thought she was someone else.
5) Ask her if she needs a ride. She should say "Yes" and hop right into the car. Do NOT negotiate through the window. The monger's acid test is that LE stinging decoys will NOT get into the car. Please: if anyone knows differently, let us know. [A Senior poster I respect PMed me that he heard personally from a cop that decoys MAY get into the car, but neither of us has heard specifically of it happening. If you have PLEASE post it.] If she insists on negotiating through the window, tell her you thought she was someone else, a friend, and split. Watch out for tailing LE.
6) Once she is in the car, DO NOT immediately talk about what for how much! Ask her if you can get a feel of her bare breasts (LE would NEVER allow this--even if she DID get in th car...). She may grab your crotch to ensure that you aren't LE. THEN get a crystal clear understanding of exactly what you want (covered or no, catch or no, swallow or no, etc) and for exactly how much (plus tip if satisfied). Extensive bargaining is a warning flag of a troublesome SW, and another reason to turn her out. And--immediately get the hell out of the pick up neighborhood--I was once stopped by LE because he recognized the SW I had in the car.

I was otr last nite and seen the sting going down at walnut and liberty. I also saw some suspicious looking sw's at elm and mickmick and 12th and walnut. The one at 12th and walnut sitting on the bus stop bench asked if I wanted some company as i pulled up at the light and checked her out but I declined because she didn't look good. this was around 730pm last nite. The sws that they used for the sting at 12th and walnut werent very attractive either. It seems you have to be as careful with the good looking ones now as with the ugly ones in otr. Covingtons been a much better as far as action goes latley. Recently picked the famous Monica up over there . In case no one knows who she is its the one who accused the bengals player chris henry of rape.Then got arrested for filing a false police report. She's a good looking young girl who I've never had any problems with though and gives a great bbbj . I guess she saw some big dollar signs with the football player and tried to exploit him. Anyway I have digits on her if anyone wants them.

I don't think it's done very often, but in Salt Lake every once in a while they will do busts with decoys that actually get into the car. The drivers of these cars appear to be mongers. An unsuspecting monger then stops and picks the decoy up and they drive off. Meanwhile these two older cars are still driving up and down the street. I guess when the right words are said the drivers of these two older cars flip on their hidden red and blue lights and pull the unsuspecting monger over. In addition, there would be marked police cars parked a couple of blocks away that would also drive up and assist in the arrest. The process seemed "labor intensive" so I don't think it's done very often, but I wouldn't assume all is safe just because someone gets into your car. (My first post and I didn't even post it in the Salt Lake section!!)
Hey folks--call me paranoid (I'll admit it), but it seems more than coincidence that Attorney General "shmuck" Gonzales visits Cincinnati's OTR in the SAME week as dozens of mongers are busted in OTR, and their vehicles confiscated. Anyone have direct confirmation that this is a federally funded campaign?
Keep your antennae out for bits and pieces--I think Bush and his neo-cons are trying to get press by busting mongers and SWs--easier than busting dealers...

Holy Mackeral! OTR was absolutely CRAWLING with sheriff's cars today when I made a trip into Findlay Market. Among others, they were parked in the lot just past the church on McM--giving every car that passed a serious eye. Patrols everywhere. The strolls were totally empty except for one possible SW on Elm (even the dudes had deserted many of the corners). I had never seen this SW before, and she, in her cuteness and curly hair, eagerly motioned to me with her finger to come to her. I elected not to stop under the circumstances.
OTR is VERY hot these days. Best to be extremely careful--and better to cruise elsewhere for a while--if you have an elsewhere. Who else has reports to make?

and the Laws have changed here almost a year ago. I posted the change and we speak about it. It is not often done that way, because it does put the DECOY in direct danger, but it can be done. The decoy can even touch you and show you whatever. I is very close to entrapment, but who has the Time and Money to fight it. The ACLU is busy with the Patriot Act. Walnut & Liberty are the favor places because the area can be more easily secured and open, in case something happens.
I you don't see the Fags out, look for the Stings/Decoys. Fags will normally clear the area, when decoys are out, especially in their regular areas.
ARE THERE ANY REGULAR SW/GIRLS WORKING THE AREA, and GETTING INTO CARS. ARE THE SW's STANDING AROUND THE DRUG DEALERS.
USE YOUR "UNCOMMON SENSE."
Giani is also right .... This was a Deal to get the Money for the New "JAIL", and getting that GOV. Money, since SW Ohio delivered the White House to BushChester, via Blackwell. So the Jail is another Reward, before leaving the White House.

NEXT TIME WE SEE DECOY .... TAKE A PICTURE, if you can without being noticed and post it.

A friend of mine who does not want to post on the board related this story to me:
He said he had a problem with old one-eye (known on the street as "Patch"). (See a previous post of mine in which I had problems with the same dude.) Walking along the park on Findlay near Vine, "Patch" and his posse were hangin'. "Patch" acts like he knows my friend. My friend decides to grease the wheels, and offers "Patch" a dollar. Within seconds, one of the brothers, slick as a whistle, is into my friends pocket and lifts his wallet! A scuffle ensues, at the end of which a sherrif's car pulls up!
The thief is searched, but no wallet (presumably passed on to another of the posse.) But... he is in possession of a crack pipe. (dumb)
"Patch" tells my friend, in front of the cops "You shouldn't have shown your paper!"
The lucky part of this story is that my friend had taken my advice, and carried only a monger's wallet, with 0.25 and a condom, so it was not a great loss.
What IS the bottom line? Adhere to the monger's wallet advice, do not engage with gangs of dudes on the street, and especially:
LOOK OUT FOR 'PATCH.' He is bad news. I spoke with a trusted SW and she said he is serious bad news--deep into violent crime in OTR...

Picked up a lightskin black girl named RED the other day. Petite with curly hair and a really pretty face. Did the usual LE check but was running short on time so didn't get further but did get her digits. Does anyone else have info on this girl I didn't know if she was real or not because she was so nice looking. Found her around 16th and Garrard. Any info or has anyone else experienced her before she looks about early 20's. Had to report this because I think this is the same girl that used to be downtown on Race and Elm. I haven't had much luck on the chat lines lately, and my last AMP experience was lackluster, so I decided to work the citybeat ads a little the past couple weeks. Saw two girls Erica and Candis- and both were impressive.
Candis has been around along time, I recognize the number from her ads from as far back as last year, but just saw her for the first time. She was a little discourteous on the phone, but went ahead and scheduled me in. She has a decent place way out by Eastgate, so it seemed safe from the get go. She was actually much friendlier once I got there, and gave a nice massage. Typical massage ending, all for a buck sixty. She says she is 34, but I'd guess closer to 44. Big fake titties, nice tight ass. Overall, I'd give the experience a 8.
Erica has an interesting system set up. You call the number in her ad to listen to her recording, and then you call a different number to schedule. She had her own place in Hyde Park, and was very friendly throughout. Her fee is a buck eighty, but I'd say it was worth every penny. She says she is 26, but I'd put her in her 30's. She has a tight body, awesome hands, and the ambience was relaxing. I'd give her a 9.
For those that have seen Kelly and liked it, I say give Erica a shot. She isn't as young or cute as Kelly, but the overall experience is that much better.
For those of you who have had successes like this with other girls, pm me. For all the times I've reported on rushed sessions or rip offs, it'd be nice to get some good tips back.
I find it very hard to believe that decoy would grab your dick or let you feel their tits. Most girls consider this to be molestation and their is a mental stigma that comes with this. Furthermore any police department that allows this is leaving themselves wide open for a lawsuit.
Decoys getting cars:
While it's possible, this is also hard to believe. Since prostitution is only a misdameanor this is why most they don't put resuources into stings and such. I have seen where the decoy will get in car and they bust him before the car has left. In the end it's important to keep up on new police tactics.
Wow... A tour through OTR earlier this week turned up ONLY R***** who was not actually working, but she jumped in my car since she knew me...
I mean ziltch. This was during the day, a time I usually cruise and would expect to see 4-6 SWs (mostly NOT keepers, mind you) on the whole circuit. R***** said that LE has been relentless. Tho they are not necessarily picking up girls, but they are hastling them, and telling to get the hell off the streets--not even allowed them to walk, let alone stand.
Makes you wonder how much $ is being spent on suppressing this victimless crime. [Victimless??? Hmmmm... Actually--R was recently severely beaten by Leonard (her 'keeper" = butter provider). Would love to see HIM taken care of... She had a black eye, possible broken rib, difficulty breathing and moving, etc.]
So... Unless you have sharper eyes than I, or go at different times of day, pickings are slim in OTR. I would again ask if boardsters can suggest other areas to cruise?
Maybe, (if LE is closely screening this board), we have to do this by PM? I thank one Senior boardster who has already made PM suggestions to me--you know who you are, thanx my friend...
I notice that Indianapolis is also experiencing LOTS of LE, but Dayton seems quite active on the SW front.

For the last 6 weeks or more, I've cruised through OTR to see and learn what's happening in the area. Guys it's not good for mongering. The risk are high in getting caught. What I say is based on every time I cruise through ORT and I see a bust going down, cars being towed, and SW's being arrested.
Last Saturday night (Sept 2nd) after midnight, I was driving on Elm St. headed to McMicken when I spotted a Sheriff cruiser parked on Henry St. between Elm and Race. As soon as I got to the light at McMicken and Elm the cruiser came around and pulled over a red truck that was behind me. I was very curious and drove around the block to get a close look. The red truck did something when I drove by the first time. I think he came around from Henry St. and Dunlapp St. The guy in the red truck was out of his truck going through the arrest steps. Poor guy. I wonder if he reads this board?
While this guy getting arrested, around the corner are about a half dozen transsexuals waving to everyone and drawing any attention to themselves. Go figure.
HEY LE how about busting the tyrannies. Get rid of them or pick them up and drop them off at the "Dock" nite club.
Every time I cruise this area I seen SW's and mongers being arrested. One day the Sheriff had two BSW and One WSW standing by a large Red pickup truck (Decoy LE) with their hands cuffed. All three were the ugly ones we all seen in the area. Tow weeks ago I saw another SUV being busted at the corner of Dunlapp and McMicken next to the park fence. I can go on and no but the point I want to make is this area is high risk! And the Sheriffs are all over the place.
STAY AWAY from this area guys. Pickings are next to zero and high chance in getting bagged by LE.
There are a few girls around in other areas that I will be glad to share through PMing but none of them I want to pick up or just to risky because of where they hang out.
Watch out guys for a possible decoy on McMicken and Race St. She tall about 5'-8" 0r 10" with black hair to her shoulders, thin built looks to be in her thirties. I get a bad feeling when I see her and she just standing at a corner and LE drives by her just follows me for a block! I think she was out there in the area when that guy in the red truck got arrested.
Anyone seen this girl? Or any decoys or possible ones? Not much info about LE being shared lately. This brings me to a web site you need to see and learn if your out and about looking of SW and the traps you can avoid.

[Excellent, if disturbing post, Harpo...] I would be interested to know how much $$$$ LE is spending on busting folks in OTR... Granted, the a**holes who are wannabe gangstas with guns deserve to be removed from the streets--but might there be a more effective use of the $$$$ which is being than hastling non-violent SWs and mongers?
Harpo2u: I THINK that the bases are covered in my mongering 101 rules--except for the obvious one of avoiding areas INTENSELY targeted for stings. I am eager to hear if any boardsters have been caught by the stingers, and what exactly went down. I agree with you and Word--I have seen some VERY stupid moves by novice mongers. Harpo--which of my rules would you alter? I think it IS interesting that trannies are apparently being ignored (Word LOVES this...)
As I mentioned before--even if you KNOW the SW, if the cops know her, and see her in your car, they will pull you over and hastle you and her. In the current circumstance, I think LE may well stretch the law, and bust you even if you just TALK with a decoy. Any info on that?
Finally, as Harpo said, we need to report what we see. Harpo has done an excellent job here.

Back from a little Hiatus...
Been cruising OTR the last few weeks and would agree. Very HIGH LE.
The few times I have seen any girls they have been way subpar and not worth the time.
One positive encounter.
Picked up "kiwi" last week. Shes blonde, prolly mid 20's, pretty good looks and body for a SW. After a few minutes of talking realized I had picked her up a few years ago. Her personality is very good for a SW (9) and her oral skills were also good (8). I got digits but tried them as soon as I dropped her off and the phone was turned off. BTW date cost me a Jackson.

Picked up a WSW who was a cute redhead in her 20's with a nice big rack. She was friendly at first but was very nervous when it came to the deed. She directed me to wear I picked her up and got out. Maybe I made a mistake but she gave the signs on the street. I usually don't have to start the conversation about the deed.

Hi Giani. Yes. Every once in a while I'll read the Cincinnati board. It's been a while since I was last in the 'Nati. I made the move and I'm loving it. I haven't mongered in a long while. I got myself an amazing GF... To quote Ludacris, "...a lady in the streets but a freak in the bed. And I said YEAH YEAH YEAH". Believe me, she'll all I can handle right now.
I'm happy, and isn't that what we're all looking for anyway?
Now, how about you guys? I read that LE is tightening it's noose on the old stomping grounds. Really sorry to hear that. It'll blow over soon enough. Right now vice is the hot topic. Something else will happen, the media will jump all over it, and the next thing you know, vice cops will be assigned to do something else and the heat will drop to more "monger friendly" temperatures.

D'NutThats good you noticed the source of the picture and I wasn't trying to omit the source but to post a picture of a excellent provider I found at the Craigslist without mentioning Craigslist. I never said or intended it was a picture taken by me.

Sorry to have gone "dark" on things. I used to travel a lot through Cinci and just don't do it anymore. It was (and could be) my favorite city. Nice girls, good choices and just across the river another stroll where I also did VERY well.
I will never forget (uh, duh...I guess I do forget her name) a cute little blonde I used to catch. Picked her up on Liberty, then other times had her digits and her apartment, used to go up north along I-75 to some place. Really cute, very GFE.

Thats good you noticed the source of the picture and I wasn't trying to omit the source but to post a picture of a excellent provider I found at the Craigslist without mentioning Craigslist. I never said or intended it was a picture taken by me.

That's funny that "Jasmine" has been around, I think she is now going by Kristy. They used to have an ad in the City Beat with general info. However to get there, head south on I-75 past the I-275 exit to the KY 18 (Burlington) exit. Go west (right) for a couple of miles and look for a newer Walgreens on the left. The Trend is in a small strip center behind the Walgreens. You'll see the sign at the entrance to the parking lot. Gina is one of my atf's. A bit older but very skillful. I've never been disappointed, but as always YMMV. Regardless of the doorfee and gratuity, most successful adventures are a result of the chemistry between the provider and the providee. Welcome aboard.

You bring up a good point. Especially today with some of the busts that have been going on in the NE. Word does get around. I know from experience that there are providers (especially asians) who are very careful, offering only the most innocuous of services to the average Joe in off the street. Let's face it. In all likelihood LE is not going to invest a lot of time or money on any given establishment. They'll come in, get naked, plunk money down and hope to score a homerun. Not unlike a lot of customers.
Many providers will never trust this kind of customer. However if you take the time to build trust and something like a relationship, your money and mileage will go much further.
Lex has heard of one owner in Kentucky who has begun requiring the working girls to post a kind of bond ($4K). This is in case there is a bust or any kind of legal trouble. If a girl has that much at stake, you can bet she will be careful.

"That's OK, because I am," the woman said as she pulled out handcuffs and a two-way radio. She barked into the radio: "Move in!"
The officer, concerned the woman was armed and looking to rob him, forced her from the car. Moments later, officers who had been monitoring the situation arrived and grabbed Greene and her radio.
A male officer pretending to be female used the radio to find out who was on the other end. That person was waiting in a car in a nearby alley.
Police charged Lisa Greene, 31, with first-degree criminal impersonation, prostitution and fifth-degree conspiracy. Elena Irwin, 20, was charged with fifth-degree conspiracy and possession of a hypodermic needle.
"We believe these people were going to rob people or extort money," Connellan said.
He did not know if they had successfully used the scam in the past.

Took several loops around OTR Saturday of Tall Stacks. Nearly ziltch... A "mature" bleach blonde was on the bench at McM and Walnut for quite a while, not inviting--about a 4. Two different ?WSWs were walking with brothers, one on McM, the other on Vine. In OTR, that usually either means they are druggies, SWs or both. It's been awhile since I've last posted but I had been looking and keeping track of what's happening downtown. For the last month or so there has been little to none pickings in OTR. Everyone really knows this so why repeat the same old news?
Today - ( October 15th ) there was some activity going on at the usual places but personally I don't feel comfortable about picking up anyone especially during the daytime. Saw a couple of WSW with their pimps near by which I don't trust. Some others that looked too cracked-out for my taste.
Lets see what happens after this November Elections and the local politicians are less worry about being elected and less concerns for LE operations in OTR.
Like I said I've been looking elsewhere and there is activity outside of OTR. I don't want to say exactly what area because of LE. But just start looking away from OTR and save yourself time and gas.

If your in the area around the McDonald's at Victory Park Way and McMillan, watch out for undercover. LE was doing a bust at the McDonald's parking lot. There were about 5 or 6 undercover LE along with regular LE in uniform. I also noticed undercover were driving smaller cars and not your easy to spot undercover autos. Over the past weekend OTR was pretty bare only a few at the usual spots. With the season change and colder weather and rain, less SW's are out for now.

2. If you aren't sure, come back in a few minutes. Non-pros who happen to be walking are going somewhere, which isn't up and down the same stretch of road. And on hobbyist streets, the local women tend to avoid looking like they might be in business, unless they are!
3. If she is watching traffic, she's probably a SW.
4. If she makes eye contact with you, she's probably a SW.
5. If she then smiles at you, she is a SW. After all, you're just some dude driving by.
6. If she's with a "boyfriend", who disappears when you come around again, he's pimping her. Be careful! Don't unlock the door until she's ready to get in, with him nowhere to be seen! If you follow these rules, you're in control of the situation.
7. THE PICKUP - Pull over at the next parking lot, or around the next corner and park nearby. If you're sure she saw you - smile back at her, dummy! - then feel free to pull further down the block, so it's not so easily observed by LE. A known LE trick - she doesn't get in, but directs you to meet her around the corner. Guess who's waiting there, instead of her? If she doesn't get in right away, move on!
12. AVOIDING SCAMS - If you do a car date, and you let her pick the spot (she'll try to direct you), be aware that she may be setting you up for a robbery. Don't settle for her spot - or at least, force her to come up with a second choice. Her boyfriend can't be in two places at once.
13. If you go back to a hotel, and she picked it, be aware that this could be a setup for cash&dash, or her pimp busting in & robbing you.
14. If you go back to her place - are you mad? The "boyfriend busting in mad, waving a gun" scam probably happens a lot - since the victims won't report the robbery, they get by with it, even though the victims know where the robbers are staying!

18. MONEY - Do not have more in your pocket than you want to spend. She (and your dick) will talk it out of you. If she's really worth an extra few dollars, you can go get it (out of the trunk, the ATM, your other pocket, whatever). Current street rates are 20 for BJ, 40-50 for FS, and you can tip later if you think it's worth it. Remember, it isn't worth it just because you came. And I don't have as much sympathy for them as TV5 was trying to get for them, especially the one who dragged their daughters into drugs and trickin. What the "HELL" were they thinking when they did that .... "S.T.U.P.I.D." I did not know there was three sets of M. & D. pairs out there. I just know about two, and one I don't see out anymore. I have observed and posted this over a year or longer ago. NOT that BSW don't do drugs, but the WSW seem to "ALL" do, and they are usually deeply hooked on them .... "DEEPLY." The BSW seem drug the drugs and pay a few bills too. Since they seem to have grown up in the area most of their lives, they have a permandent place in the area to live, and have to put down some money to live. The WSW have to live wherever they can, and have to live place-to-place, week-to-week, etc.-to-etc.. PLUS more WSW end up in jail, and more WSW end up snitching on folks, and helping the Police. Then they are let back on the streets of OTR, with NO Help for their Drug problem, and the dealers have their boyz take revenge on the girlz, and the rest ends up on the, "Street News Just-Us Report." The Police don't subscribe to that paper. Look at what happened to Sauna, that boy damn near beat her to death, and she still ain't right.

They NEVER TALK MONEY over the phone, but the are always looking for a "GENERIOUS Person" whocan help them out in someway, shape or form. It is a different, less direct type of hunt. Look to pay for $50-100. If they are charging more they are wiorking more at the semi pro level, and the quality thus has to go up in both Looks, Body, Skillz,
and everything else. Not everyone will charge money the first night, but they will let you know the deal at some point, in an indrect way.
This method takes "ALOT LONGER" but once you get one, she will have a way to reach her, and will keep you abreast of her moving/relocations, and even turn you on to a few good friends, who need help.

.... Has anyone been paying attetion to the POSTING COUNTER. My counter has been saying #339 for over #7 post. I have tried to email Jackson, but the email I have was returned several times. The counter changes about every ten post for mine.
Maybe it is only counting relevant posts? Or the greater question - why would anybody even care?
Got a couple independant rub and tugs lately from providers in the city magazines.
One was .7 for the hour, older woman, very nice. Good massage, Mechanical ending.
2nd one was .75 for hour. Nice massage, late 30's. Pretty attractive. She allowed touching anywhere and gave a very nice HJ. She also stated that more is avail outcall (this was at her home).

Hey--I leave town for a bit, and look at what happens! This WLWT report is indeed amazing. (If you haven't seen it, it is still posted on the link that "I Need It" posted.) That IS indeed our Cathy in the report (last name changed on the tube from what I know, but probably correct). Maybe they paid her, maybe not. I saw her in the last month. She had been clean for quite a few months. I have always liked her, and wish her the best. In one sense, the cops certainly know what she looks like, so it doesn't complicate it that way. I suspect this may be a way to force herself to leave street life. I'm pulling for her.
One flaw in the report... since WHEN does Cathy have a cell phone that works??? I suspect that was a setup by the reporter...
Has anyone heard of consequences to the report? They said there would be a followup--has there been one? It may be that WLWT promised some kind of treatment? Of course, Cathy has been in and out of treatment over the years, and they haven't found the secret.
So what other news? Any good?

P.S. Here is a question for you. I have a number of screen captures of the report, some of Cathy and also R****l who has an un credited guest appearance. Do you think it is acceptible to post these pix, especially since they are already out in the public? In one sense, I believe the guys on this board are more likely to treat SWs well, and if you recognize Cathy, you might do her right. What do you think?

I would not worry about giving details. Some people on here are waaaay too paranoid. The cops are on the streets 40 hours a week. They see all the SWs 24/7. More then we could ever report on. Us mongers are not out there like that. You don't think they already know what we are posting. The might get some info here and there from this board. I doubt their whole strategy is based on here. Give me a break. Don't hesitate to post all the details on here you want.

I've made my second trip to Colerain to see Jessica, and once again I wasn't disappointed. Called for a reservation and was served within 2 hours. Follow the directions in the City Beat for 100% satisfaction and you will find one of the most beautiful 20 yo bronze godess' you'll ever lay eyes on. My first experience was a great but the second time around was even better. I still can't believe this beauty is available. I'm looking forward to my next visit already.
I've been a fan of the L'burg amps for years, but this is much closer and a younger, blonde in a basement studio is a nice change from the middle aged asian providers that I've been seeing the past few seasons at GG's, L.A. Spa and the Trend.

Anyway, I like to post a familiar picture of a location everyone should know. It's at the corner of Race and Mcmillian. The whole building is boarded up. Anyone knows what happening? I was just driving by the place on Saturday.
On another topic, I've found a couple of real nice girls. One of them (Baby) has a web site as a service provider for 2.5 but I got a deal for .5 for FS. Got the deal through another girl I knew from this summer. Her friend had set me up with her since she couldn't make it to see me. Hey Guys, it's important if the count is accurate. I've been adding posts and would like to reach Senior status.
Nothing really special happens when you become a Sr. Member. You will get guys to send you more numbers - which with these girls usually do not last long.
I never really cared about status on a message board. Even if it does say Sr Member - that still does not mean you or anybody should trust it.
Just make good credible posts that are based on fact, and you will gain what you seek.
If numbers are status are that important to others - then so be it.
Actually, there are three major advantages I can think of right off the top of my (big) head...
1) Sr members' posts appear immediately, without going through the administrator filter (which can take half a day, as I recall).
2) Sr members can edit their posts once they are on the board. This is especially good for the likes of me who makes plenty of typos...
3) Senior members are much more likely to get digits from other members.
Post count is important for guys who are regular members, because it is the major criterion for granting of senior membership. However, in my opinion, once Sr membership is granted, post number is much less important. It can become a pissing contest.
I get PMs requesting digits from regular members, and here is my reply which goes for all regular members--especially if you have few posts on your count:
1) No one feels comfortable giving digits to guys without a track record. It is very easy for LE to get membership, and use that info against both the girls and the Johns.
2) Get the board to recognize your value by making posts which are informative, and help others in our hobby. Although a post saying "I went out and didn't see anything" has some information, it won't count for much in the informative area. Posting pictures you took is a great way to establish credibility.
3) Get digits of dependable providers and offer them to Sr members. If you give digits that work, it is almost certain you will get other digits back (if there ARE any).
4) Be respectful of other posters on the board. All of us become crumudgeons at times... Be like the proverbial duck, and, don't ruffle other's feathers. It may not be fair, but frankly, everyone gets a little pissed if a newbie disses a senior member, even if they diserve it somewhat.
On the streets of Sinsinnati: I have never paid anything like $$. On the street, BBBJCIM can usually be had for 0.2-0.25. FS for 0.4-0.5 (ALWAYS covered). I add on a 0.05 tip unless it turns disappointing. Now of course, these are not all GFE... And if an especially hot girl asks for more, I have been known to go as high as 0.35 for excellent oral service. I am not in the league that can lay out $$ for a good time--good though I am sure it would be!
Look back through my posts for my 13 Mongering 101 rules so you don't get ripped off or busted. Most are common sense, but in the heat of the hunt, big head forgets to work sometimes.

However the consensus is that your posts are loud and obnoxious. I do not say this to offend you. However the large bolded font takes up space, and clouds your message. I think you will find that often your messages are overlooked because of it, and the information you have to share is missed. We get it. We see it - but we do not need it in our faces.
I think you will find that I speak for many on this entire message board, when I ask on their behalf to simply tone it down a bit. Your posts would be more respected without all the big font and bolding.

Well for sure I doubt Word drives as bad as this guy I was behind the other night. He pulled in 3 cars in fort of a Sting going down on McMick trying to land a provider. So if this dude reads these board, wise up man or you will be busted.
Anyways, back to more important things, as it cools down around here I seem to be hitting it lucky in my searches. Last week I scored both times I was out and about.
I got a wsw on reading, and A very nice looking bsw in an ally near liberty. .02 for a bbbj one was a finsh the other was not. I believe the bsw was named Vicky and the wsw was Sylvia. I have never seen either out before but the bsw was about a 8 and the wsw was a 5-6 on the 10 scale. Neither had numbers that they would give to me.

OTR lives on, in spite of Operation Vortex...! Met a young, tallish, svelt, sweetie with short hair and a bit of acne the other day. I really liked her friendly attitude, and her level head. Not to mention her advanced oral skills. She did not know most of the regulars I mentioned--said she has not frequented OTR much (dumb ass me did not ask where she DID frequent...) She said she knew I was not LE because I was too happy (interesting philosophical point there...)

Wow, Had a close call. Tall about 5'9 long brown haired WSW near liberty, Jumps in my car no biggie. We find a nice spot. Spent a little time doing the rounds in OTR last night around 6: 30. Only saw one cruiser from Cincinnati, none from the county. Saw 5 or 6 WSW, and after a couple of circles settled on a short blond who called herself Amy. Once in the car, she was obviously in need. She couldn't sit still and chattered on constantly. By the way, what is the deal with SW's always asking "do you have a wife" or "do you have kids". Anyway, she wanted to run across the river to a spot in Covington that was pretty secluded. BBBJTCCIM for 20 plus a performance bonus. She got a kick out of the performance bonus line. After, I took her back to OTR and dropped her off at a different location, presumably to get her fix. Nice girl, good performance, but the hooks are definitely sunk deep into her.

Try picking up a copy of the local alternative paper, Citybeat or go online to citybeat to the classified section. Lots of info on local providers. The paper lists ads for AMPS listed in NKY and Lawrenceburg.
Spotted R****l, or should I say, she spotted me... Very nice meeting we had, see attached pix.
Then afterward, saw perhaps 8-10 SWs (!), most looking quite good. Advertising Providers:
We have had well heeled posters who have been VERY happy with encounters in the $$-$$$ range with out call girls. (I don't mind saying that, if I had the resources, I might like to sample those goods myself.) However, if you review the board, these girls are by no means free of the risk of SERIOUS problems... (Didn't we have one shot a date this past summer???) I once tried one for an oral encounter at 0.7 (more than twice what I usually pay), and it was a miserably dissapointing encounter, rushed, and her guy was "coming up the stairs right now..." And she, instead of being as advertised, she was fat and grumpy.
Craigslist problems are well known across the country. IF you get a positive recommendation, it increases your chance of a good experience.
AMPs?
I have rarely heard of ANY positive AMP experience in the Greater Cincinnati area (look over posts on the board). On the other hand, I have heard of many AMPs who were surly, overly mature, and who demanded serious $+ for upgrade to what was supposed to pass for a "happy ending." (HJ max). For me, not a good deal. My understanding is that there may be some near the gambling boats in Indiana, otherwise, you have to drive some distance north or south.
SWs?
It is like panning for gold. It takes a little effort and patience, but the nuggets are out there. It doesn't cost to window shop, and is 'educational.' If you have experience cruising in other cities, it is a fairly safe practice if, as always, you strictly follow the rules of Mongering 101:

If you are going to use the high $$$ girls - then use a site like a s p d dot net and not Craigs list or ads in the paper. You will find the cream of the crop on sites like that and others out there. The world of indy escorts is by far the best deal out there once you tap into. It is more discreet I can assure you. There are deals to be had. It is a different way of doing the hobby. You have to build up some credibility and get refs - but it is worth it and it will make the streets seem meaningless afer awhile.
Just think Giani - if you save your resources for about 3 to 5 trips to the street - you could have an hour or more with a woman who would totally blow away anything you meet on the street.

This friend was in a vehicle from a county other than Hamilton (LE looks for out-of-county_cars). He, a white guy, was taking a black female out to a meal (not yet any contact--though it was most likely in the offing). Traveling down Elm, LE started trailing them. He is marking his laundry...
They turned towards Main, and LE flashes the lights. LE takes my friend into the squad car ("you are not under arrest...") while his partner questions the black girl in the vehicle. "What are you doing in this area? Why are you (a white guy) carrying a black girl in your vehicle? How do you know her? What is her full name? Don't you know that she is a known prostitute with a long record?" My friend says that he is taking her to get a meal, no $ exchanged, is that a crime? "You can still get arrested for hiring a prostitute, even with no money exchanged." [Is this correct???]
"Do you mind if we search your vehicle?" My friend, as most of us, seeing that saying "no" would wind up them both up at the precinct, says yes (hoping the girl is not carrying...). Luckily, no contraband was found. [Another lesson: do NOT be carrying when mongering...]
Bottom line, nothing was found, and LE told him (get this) "You don't want to get caught like this... Have them come to your place if you want to engage in this activity..." My friend was relieved. But I am pissed.
Sheesh. I personally have seen saturation coverage with LE, both city and county boys, as reported in several previous posts.
At the same time, I also have seen MANY SWs out there. But... be extremely careful, get the hell out of OTR, and preferably, cruise in areas less extremely hot than OTR for a while.
Sorry for the bummer post--but my friend had the sh*t scared out of him--and who knows what would have happened if she HAD been carrying???

One big mistake your friend made was giving consent to LE to search his car!
Again BIG BIG mistake and I'm sure some people will disagree with me on this point. Your friend was stopped because the LE were trying to find something to arrest your friend and or the girl he was with that day.
Another point to remember everyone, "NEVER BELIEVE COPS IF YOU GET PULLED OVER AND THEY JUST WANT TO TALK TO YOU".
Your friend was stopped and what is called being detained. Obvoiusly he wasn't pulled over for a driving violation.
LE can detain you only if they have reasonable suspicion that you are involved in a crime. Detention means that, though you aren't arrested, you can't leave. Detention is supposed to last a short time, and they aren't supposed to move you. During detention, the police can pat you down and go into your bag to make sure you don't have any weapons. They aren't supposed to go into your pockets unless they feel a weapon.
If LE are asking questions, ask if you are being detained. If not, leave and say nothing else to them. If you are being detained, you may want to ask why. Then you should say the Magic Words: "I AM GOING TO REMAIN SILENT. I WANT A LAWYER" and nothing else.
A detention can easily turn into arrest. If the police are detaining you and they get information that you are involved in a crime, they will arrest you, even if it has nothing to do with your detention. For example, if you gets pulled over for speeding (detained) and the cop sees drugs in the car, the cops may arrest you for possession of the drugs, even though it has nothing to do with you getting pulled over. Cops have two reasons to detain you: 1) they are writing you a citation (a traffic ticket, for example), or 2) they want to arrest you but they don't yet have enough information to do so.
Now it doesn't make sense what the LE said about it's against the law to hire a prostitute and there was no money involved!!!!!!! If you ever been in a sting or watched the tv show "COPS" it's all about money!!!!!! If a undercover female cop posed as a SW and you the monger drives up and say "$20 for whatever BJ, FS,etc" you are caught breaking the law.
Never say anything to a COP than your name and home address and info that identify you. Don't get caught with their lies and tricks to say something that could get yourself arrested.
SEARCHES
Never consent to a search. If the police try to search your house, car, backpack, pockets, etc. say the Magic Words 2: "I do not consent to this search." This may not stop them from forcing their way in and searching anyway, but if they search you illegally, they probably won't be able to use the evidence against you in court. You have nothing to lose from refusing to consent to a search and lots to gain. Do not physically resist cops when they are trying to search, because you could get hurt and charged with resisting arrest or assault. Just keep repeating the Magic Words so that the cops and all witnesses know that this is your policy.
Be careful about casual consent. That is, if you are stopped by the cops and you get out of the car but don't close the door, they can search the car and claim that they thought you were indicating consent by leaving the door ajar. Also, if you say, "I'd rather you didn't search," they can claim that you were reluctantly giving them permission to search. Always just say the Magic Words 2: "I DO NOT CONSENT TO THIS SEARCH."
Giani, your friend made a few mistakes and giving consent to a search was a big one. They were trying to find something to arrest him. If the girl was carrying drugs they probably taken them both in but if there was no search warrant and your friend tells them he dosen't consent then they can't use that against him in court. If he was by himself and got pulled over and all then it would be a different situation. But he didn't know if she was carrying therefore putting himself at risk if LE searches and find her carrying. She had time to drop any drugs under his seat before LE walked up to his car. Get the picture. Under his situation I would said no to the search and go through the hassle and protect my rights even if they make me wait for a warrant or take me to the police station.
Remember, anything you say to the authorities can and will be used against you and your friends in court. There's no way to predict what information the police might try to use or how they will use it. Plus, the police often misquote or lie altogether about what was said. So say only the Magic Words "I AM GOING TO REMAIN SILENT. I WANT A LAWYER" and let all the cops and witnesses know that this is your policy.
One of the jobs of cops is to get information out of people, and they usually don't have any scruples about how they do it. Cops are legally allowed to lie when they're investigating, and they are trained to be manipulative. The only thing you should say to cops, other than identifying yourself, are the Magic Words: "I AM GOING TO REMAIN SILENT. I WANT A LAWYER" And remember the Golden Rule: Never trust a cop.
Here are some lies they may tell you:
* "You're not a suspect -- just help us understand what happened here and then you can go."
* "If you don't answer my questions, I'll have no choice but to arrest you. Do you want to go to jail?"
* "If you don't answer my questions, I'm going to charge you with resisting arrest."
* "All of your friends have cooperated, and we let them go home. You're the only one left."
Cops are sneaky buggers, and there are lots of ways they can trick you into talking. Here are some scams they may pull:
* Good Cop/ Bad Cop: Bad cop is aggressive and menacing, while good cop is nice, friendly, and familiar (usually good cop is the same race and gender as you). The idea is bad cop scares you so badly you are desperately looking for a friend. Good cop is that friend.
* Prisoners' Dilemma: The cops will tell you that your friends ratted on you so that you will snitch on them. Meanwhile, they tell your friends the same thing. If anyone breaks and talks, you all go down.
* The cops will tell you that they have all the evidence they need to convict you, but that if you "take responsibility" and confess, the judge will be impressed by your honesty and go easy on you. What they really mean is: "We don't have enough evidence yet, please confess."
The Miranda Warnings
The police do not have to read you your rights (also known as the Miranda warnings). Miranda applies when there is (a) an interrogation (b) by a police officer of other agent of law enforcement (c) while the suspect is in police custody (you do not have to be formally arrested to be "in custody"). Even when all these conditions are met, the police intentionally violate Miranda. And though your rights have been violated, what you say can be used against you. For this reason, it is better not to wait for the cops to inform you of your rights or ask if you want to remain silent. You know what your rights are, so you can invoke them by saying the Magic Words, "I AM GOING TO REMAIN SILENT. I WANT A LAWYER"
LE was looking to make a bust and your friend was lucky that day. Did your friend called this girl and arranged to pick her up at so and so corner? Or did he drive by and saw her standing there and picked her up? LE is all over the place watching and it's hard to check around to see if anyone is watching you.
If you are in OTR have a good operating plan for driving through the area. Somethings I stop at a business and pretent to write down the address or stop to use my cell phone because I don't want to drive and talk on the phone at the same time, get it. I make stops at the Shell station for gas if I feel LE is following me on McMicken or Liberty St. During the summer I would stop and park near the "Lucy Blue" Pizza place on 12th and Walnut and meet SW near by out of my car. I can't be arrested or stopped by LE while eating pizza and talking to people, get it. Change the way you operate when looking for SW's. Have a city map in your car and you're looking at the area for a condo you're thinking about buying, get it. Have a plan if you do get stopped and more importantly KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!!!!!
I speak from experience.
Don't believe cops if they want to stop and talk to you. They will do anything to make an arrest and let the city prosecutor decide your charges in court. If LE can scared you into confessing or saying something to get you arrested, they will do that any way they can.
Tell me what you guys think about all this because it's going to be like this for awhile in OTR.

It was just posted again last Summer (06). The poster gave a web site to go to, to know your RIGHTS. It should be a part of the Header next to the Home and Forum buttons.
I have been Stopped before and I have NEVER EVER, consented to ever have my car search. Even when threatened by Cops that if I am not hidding anything, what harm is it. Or that they can have a drug dog down in 30 minutes to walk around the car. I still say NO !!! I don't do drugs so, there is nothing to hide, but I will never give up freely my constitutional right(s) regardless.
Ask any Attorney and they will tell you exactly the same. Ask the proper questions, as if you can leave. If you are being detailed or arrested
" KEEP QUIET" even if they say the girl told them everything. A decent Attorney can CRUSH that statement easily.
The Police are hoping you are Too Afraid and will talk, or the you don't know your right, because they will lie to you, or that you are just being a good citizen .... Yea, Right !!!!
That same goes for your Home as Will as your Car. Go on line to
Lexus Nexus ( I think that is the spelling ) and you can buy copies of The Ohio Search Warrant Laws, and the ALMIGHT .... Ohio Revised Code. Get two copies, one for your home the other for your car. And let the Cop know you wish to knowthe code he thinks your have violated. Watch how careful he will become as "NOT" to make a Mistake then.
This especially works for those City Wide small time Police Dept. like Arlington Heights, Reading, Norwood, Springfield/Springdale .... and alike.
If you can go to Finley Market, shop a little, so you have a decent accuse for being in the area, well at least during the day. At night stop at Ollies Troley for a bit to eat. It will cover a little, and Ollies has GooD food.

But beyond all this legal advice below - I say - do not put yourself into the position were the Police even have to ask you to search anything. Then there is nothing to worry about.
If you get pulled over doing this hobby, then you need to stop doing it for awhile and reflect. You have done something to draw attention to yourself and thus the Police came into the picture. I have seen some mongers do some really dumb stuff out there, insofar as driving and the way they approach the girls. If you don't blend into the surroundings then you will stick out and the cops will have an interest in you.
Also be aware that the "Patriot Act" while the intent was to give Law Enforcement powers to fight terrorists, the same laws can be applied to any Americans and the definition of "probable cause" has been severely watered down.
Best thing to do if the Police pull you over is to only answer yes or no to questions and to cooperate. Do not offer information that is not asked for and keep you your mouth shut. Be polite. Do not agitate them or question them. Do not tell them how to do their job. If you do not have something to hide, then do not act as if you do. For me it is not a question of right or wrong or rights - it is a question of how long do you have sit there with them and go through that. For me - the answer is I want it over as soon as possible - thus, the less you prolong them the less time you will be there.
That is my word. :)

I decided to try the Trend in Ky, but on my way I drove through OTR to see what, if anything, was going on. I didn't want to do any business since I'd read reports on Vortex on Tuesdays, but was curious. Sure enough, as soon as I turned onto Liberty, LE showed up. When I turned, they went straight, so I drove through the area to check out the sights. One wsw, redhead, about a 7 on the first pass, and a blonde wsw, also about a 7 further down. I considered my options and decided the area was too dangerous. This was around 10:00 a.m.
Still, it's nice to know there is still some quality around.
To my friends on the board who busted the chops of my friend (see previous posts).
I agree that my friend might have handled things differently. But reconsider several facts:
He had, in fact, NOT picked up the black girl in OTR--he was IN FACT driving through OTR (BIG mistake) to take her for a bite to eat... He made no flagrant traffic moves, did not call attention to himself except... see next. (Yes--he WAS hoping for a little intimacy after the meal--NOT a crime, inspite of LE's claim.)
Yes, he COULD have argued with LE about the legitimacy of the stop (for which there was NOT even a flimsy excuse...) I mean, EXCUSE him for driving in Hamilton County with an out of county license plate--and EXCUSE him for having a black girl in the vehicle, he being white... (LE: "You know--it looks bad a white guy having a black girl in his vehicle..." Sheesh.) No traffic violation, seat belts fastened--the sole reason for the stop? Racially mixed couple, out of county license...
Yes, he COULD have "stood up for his rights" and said, "No way, you can't search my vehicle," even being confident that there was nothing in there by which they could nail him (no drugs, no guns, no nuthin'...). But, as BSG suggests--how much time do you want to spend in police custody to make a point? There are times when we take a stand, and are willing to be held in custody, or even go to jail for it--but (and doesn't LE know it) most of us duck and take cover. Yes, my friend copped out instead of resisting... Maybe I would have done differently--maybe not. And you???

Here's my .02 about your friend's encounter. I am not a lawyer, so take it for what it's worth.

You have every right to ask why you are being stopped. Yes, LE will come up with some BS excuse, but it's a good idea to let LE know that you know you haven't done anything wrong. You don't have to be confrontational about it, just ask why you're being stopped. They have to have a reason. In fact, LE has to have what is called "Reasonable Articulatable Suspicion" that you are involved in a Criminal Activity, or have demonstrably broken the Law (ie. speeding) to pull you over. Asking why you are pulled over lets the LEO know you are, at least somewhat, aware of your Rights. They will be a bit more careful during the rest of the encounter if, in fact, this is just a harassment stop.

Basically, the same applies to a search of the vehicle as does pulling you over in the first place. If a LEO sees something in plain sight which is illegal; drugs for instance, then they have Probable Cause. However, just searching in hopes of finding something is not allowed, and is a violation of your Rights. Unless they have PC, they are required to secure your permission to make a search, and you have every Right to refuse a search. When they do search your vehicle, the trunk of the vehicle is not automatically included in the search. They can only search the area that is in direct control of the driver at that time, that being the cabin of the vehicle. Permission to search the trunk is required, and it is separate and apart from the permission to search the cabin of the vehicle.
Also, regardless of what they would have you believe, if a guest in your vehicle is carrying something illegal, again, let's say drugs, then you cannot be also held responsible, even if you know they a carrying. Of course, if your guest throws them under your seat, then you are responsible, as it is your vehicle.
But, as BSG suggests--how much time do you want to spend in police custody to make a point?
OK, some terminology clarification is in order here. "Police Custody" suggests that you have been arrested, and there are laws regarding how long you can be held before a hearing, how long before charges are filed, etc. I believe though, that you are speaking more specifically about "how long do you want to be stuck at the side of the road doing Stupid Human Tricks?" This is quite separate from Police Custody, and also quite different from being "Detained".
Being Detained means you are being held, basically for suspicion of a crime that they don't quite have enough to tie you to yet. It's the first formal step before "Custody/{Arrest}"
However, unless you are being formally Detained, the longest LE is allowed to hold you, and make you do the Stupid Human Tricks, is 20 minutes. That's why you should always ask if you are free to go/are you being detained. Generally, they will have to say "No", and establishes that you are not Detained/Arrested. Again, it let's them know you are aware of your Rights. You should ask this often while LE is questioning you. If, after 20 minutes, they have no reason to detain you, then you, legally, have every Right to leave. Of course, wording this to the LE is tricky, you don't want to make them think you are trying to escape, etc. and, granted, it takes HUGE cahones to say "OK Officer, we've been here 20 minutes now, am I being Detained? No, OK, well, as per my Rights, I leaving now.", but, those are your Rights.
There are times when we take a stand, and are willing to be held in custody, or even go to jail for it--but (and doesn't LE know it) most of us duck and take cover.
Correction, LE DOES know it. That's why they do it. They know that most people just want to get the whole thing over with as quickly as possible, hoping for the best, and get away with as little hassle, or as small of a ticket as possible. After all, everyone is taught to Respect the Law, and Police Officers. They take that very Respect for granted, and use it against you in order to try to get you to confess to doing something, or into giving up some of your Rights, so they can get a bigger case out of the encounter.
I would love to hear of one of us who EVER said to LE, "No, I will only give you my name, call my lawyer. No, you can't search my car. No, I will not answer ANY of your questions..." If you have, let us know.
Ironically, as for giving them your name, it is your Right not to give them that information either. You don't have to give a LEO your license either. It is up to them to positively identify you. After all, we are not a "Papers Please" type of country. (On a related note, if you are arrested it is your Right to refuse to be fingerprinted and/or have a mug shot taken as well. The Supreme Court has ruled that your fingerprints are your Personal Property, and you cannot be compelled to submit them. In some states (Indiana is one) LE will often times ask you to put a thumb print on a ticket you receive, you have the Right to refuse to provide that print as well.)
You have the absolute Right to Remain Silent. You are not required to answer any questions asked of you. None.

It's too easy to blame to Patriot Act. Granted, there are definitely excesses in it, but the major problems in the System have existed well before the Patriot Act was passed, and, we have all been trained to be submissive, and, as you put it, "duck and take cover".

The Land of the Free is, for the most part, still there. We just have to be willing to stand up, and protect our Rights. "Duck and Take Cover" theories only help erode our Rights. Protecting them is the right thing to do.
Also, keep this in mind: the Supreme Court has also ruled that the protection of your Rights cannot be converted into a crime. If you get arrested because you were protecting your Rights, then you have a Major League Civil Rights Lawsuit you can file for having those Rights violated.
Finally, a quick word about Lawyers. Unless your Lawyer specializes in Civil Rights Law, a Lawyer will not go out of their way to make sure your Rights were not violated during an encounter with LE. Here's the reason: a Lawyer is an Officer of the Court. As such, they are not supposed to do anything which displeases the Court. Their FIRST loyalty is to the Court regardless of what they tell you. You are the LAST thing they are loyal to.
For best results, seek out an independent Civil Rights Group. NOT the ACLU, they don't care about most of the small stuff, they aim too high to be of help. There is a large, and growing, group of independent Civil Rights Libertarians who are more than happy to help. Do an Web Search for some of the topics discussed here, and you will find some info.

Really finally, to answer your question: I have not yet begun to protect all of my Rights when dealing with LE either. I generally give them my license, and answer their questions. I have refused a Search before, and the LEO didn't say anything, just walked around the car, hoping to see something that would give them PC to search. As I learn more from my friend who often deals with protecting our Rights, I learn more, and learn how to protect my Rights. Knowledge is the Answer to fighting the Injustice you speak of.

I would never allow a cop to search my car, especially if sw held drugs and possibly dropped it on the floor. There is no reason to give a cop more ammo to put you in jail. But even if I had nothing in my car, I will never grant permission for someone to rifle through my belongings. We do have rights.

Here's an idea when you want to talk about an Ad on Craigslist. Don't just give the link of the particular Ad you want to discuss. What happens to the Ad when it gets flagged or pulled from the site and you can no longer read it.
I find that frustrating. What you can do is create a file of that Ad and just up load it in your post like you would a picture. It's simple. Open the window of the particular Ad you may see of some hot chick advertising and go to file and hit print but then make a PDF file instead of printing a hard copy. You will then have a file with all the infomation and pictures of that Ad to share. The Ad will eventually be pulled from the Craigslist site but the file you had created will be there.
How many times have you read some guys post about a really great find on Craigslist and you click on the link he has provided and the Ad had been pulled! This way we can always see that Ad months and years later.
Just an idea fellows.

Well guys I did contact her and she is in NKY in the Alexandria area and is a student at Northern kentucky Univ. She was real sweet and was only in the Cincy area only till Sunday Jan. 7th but is back in Kentucky tomorrow. That's why the Ad was pulled.
She offers nude massage for 1 hour at 1.0 and does full service at 2.0 an hour. From talking to her she is the real deal and I would go for it. She was sweet to talk to on the phone and was nice nad answered all my questions.

From what I saw today on the circuit in OTR, LE has won that particular battle... I made two circuits, and saw absolutely nada except for a ?wsw in a hoody with a black dude near Vine--but there were no eyes casting about. Besides that one possible SW, nothing.

I agree that the time of day has a major effect on success of SW spotting. Frankly, I generally cruise in the early afternoon. In the full daylight, one can scope out the scene much better, get a good view of the potential provider, and see lurking LE. However, the obvious traditional time for SW walking the walk is after dark. By the same token, driving the deserted OTR streets after 11:00 PM invites close scrutiny of LE.
However, the pimp I spoke with said that he does not let his girls walk in OTR anymore. Didn't tell me where they DO walk (I got thei mpression they are outcall these days. I might be able to get a number for trusted posters, but you know outcall is probably 2x-3x the street price.)

NEVER seen anything but hot coeds in Clifton, and they are HARDLY casting the eye. Maybe along Vine or Clifton towards the top??? But, and I think I have a fairly sharp eye for such things, I never seen a working girl in that area.
REGARDING PICTURES: The best bet is with girls you have already been with and who know and trust you. Also, ask up front if they mind you taking a picture or two. I figured the original images may not be worth posting in the original size due to low rez. Then, just to show the difference, I FINALLY got the flash turned on, and the last shot shows the resulting resolution.
And PLEASE don't post those postage stamp sized pix... They are more of a tease than satisfying...

Were you in Parrets during the day or at night?
On Scott St. for those unfamilar with this bar. I got a tip from the forum on this spot and stopped in. I got hit on by two WSW's as soon as I walked in. I am concerned because I know that at least some of the boardsters have been looking at WE as opposed to OTR.
A concern I and many others have had and expressed in the past, is the use by LE of postings on this board to focus their efforts... Again, although it diminishes the effectiveness of this board, I suggest specifics be limited to PMs until it becomes clear that board postings will not result in increased surveillance and hastling.

I was in there last Saturday night. It seems pretty much a local neighborhood place. Maybe 25-30 people in the whole place. No working girls that I could see. Mostly just groups of people that knew each other. People were generally friendly though.
Did some cruising recently through OTR, and thought I would share my observations.
Most of the time, I didn't see anything. However, around mid afternoon, I would start to see a few BSWs on the loop north of Findley Market (up Elm, over on McMicken, and back down Race). I think I counted four total. One on multiple days.
The only problem with this part of the loop, is there's hardly any traffic on it. Pulling around the corner and stopping on a side street can still be pretty obvious to a patrol car that just happens to be passing by on one of the North or South bound streets.
At different times, I got the look from 3 of them while waiting at the light at Elm and Findley either pretending to be using the pay phone, or waiting for a bus (I'd then see them somewhere else 30 minutes later).

I also saw two vehicles pulled over in the time it took to do three circuits (two consecutive, then I ran over to get lunch, and did the third about 15 minutes later), which was enough for me. When I noticed one of the county boys giving me the eye, I thought that perhaps I was becoming too much of a fixture in the neighborhood.
I did see several friendly looking faces, but none that were familiar. Today was not the day, however, to get acquainted.

I know that the SW population drops in mid winter, but I have never seen it DISAPPEAR in past years the way it has since "Operation Vortex." Your report of several friendly faces is good news. I would give her a 7-8 (pimples detracted a little), but her face was nice, her hair was lovely, and she had good attitude. Off to my favorite spot. 0.2 for BBBJCIM + tip. I said I would increase the tip to 0.1 if she'd let me take some pix. No problem. Technique was 8 because of the prolonged "treatment" after CIM and subsequent clean up. Thank you T***!

BUT, seeing as I'm an M.I.T. (Monger-in-Training), the most dangerous time in a boy's mongering career when he can recognize SWs but not LE (unless their windbreaker or car says POLICE), I had to ask myself "Do I feel lucky?. Well, do ya, punk?".
I decided I'd rather be good (read that safe) than lucky so this year's spring training will be watching the neighborhood for a while and exhibiting a little self control before taking anyone up on their come hither smiles. I'm sure I'll miss some fun times but better that than a visit with Leis' crowd.
Giani - thanks for the rule book. There are a couple others around on the forum but I thought yours, once I add the thingy about keeping my cell phone safe, is one of the better lists.

Several points:
The Shell station is one of the hottest of spots of all in OTR. VERY risky to pick up there as it is also a center for LE surveillance. Instead, try to pick a spot where you can catch her eye, then turn a corner out of sight and wait for her to come to you (do not keep foot on brake--the lit lights draw attention).
NEVER talk business until you have driven out of the area. Do not pick up anyone who does not get immediately in the car. "Do you need a ride?"
Thanks for the nod to my rules. Yes--As I mentioned previously, my cell phone was lifted while I got oral attention... I did not follow my rule number 1 of emptying all pockets except for what you are willing to pay for service.
Here they are again with a couple of updates:
Here are my 13 rules of "Mongering 101" none of the above problems would have occurred if I had followed them:
1) Only carry as much $$ as you are willing to lose... I always stash all valuables (my wallet, extra cash, cell phone, etc.) in a hidden spot.
2) Be VERY cautious if the "SW" on the street looks TOO good i.e., in Cincinnati, they DON'T dress in stilettos, leopard prints, or other obvious hooker outfits. It smells of a sting.
3) Do not call attention to yourself by making a show out of the stop (no U turns, no flagrant traffic moves). Catch her eye and pull around the corner onto the next side street and let her come to you. Alternatively, go smoothly around the block, having caught her eye.
4) When you pull up, be willing to drive away if your close up impression of her through the window is not good. (Sores, too thin, wired, dirty & stinky, sullen or "dead" eyes? SWs are NEVER as good as your first impression driving by...) Tell her you thought she was someone else.
5) Ask her if she needs a ride. She should say "Yes" and hop right into the car. Do NOT negotiate through the window. The monger's acid test is that LE stinging decoys will NOT get into the car. Please: if anyone knows differently, let us know. [SWs, in order to stay out of jail, may occasionally be forced to serve as decoys. They may get into the car. But if you refrain from discussion business until you are out of the neighborhood, and certain you are not being tailed, you should be OK.] If she insists on negotiating through the window, tell her you thought she was someone else, a friend, and split. Watch out for tailing LE.
6) Once she is in the car, get out of the neighborhood, and get a feel of her bare breasts to be SURE she isn't LE. She may grab your crotch to ensure that you aren't LE. Then get a crystal clear understanding of exactly what you want (covered or no, catch or no, swallow or no, etc) and for exactly how much (plus tip if satisfied). Extensive bargaining is a warning flag of a troublesome SW, and another reason to turn her out. And again, get out of the pick up neighborhood--I was once stopped by LE because he recognized the SW I had in the car.
7) Go to YOUR location unless given a good reason not to. HER location may include a male friend of hers who will rip you off. If she refuses your spot, you have another reason to turn her out. Be cautious of locations where you have no easy exit.
8) NEVER give up the $ before you are finished. You can pay a small token up front, but NEVER the whole amount. If she refuses, then thanks but no thanks. Once she has your money, it is problematic to turn her out. This includes fronting money so they can buy some "butter." Money in their hand may mean you will never get into their bush...
9) The use of drugs is can be a problem, but try to read what it might be. Crack leaves them still cogent, able to reason, may make them more enthusiastic and not totally out of it, in my experience. Heroin (dog food) addiction on the other hand leads to dangerous situations. Crack (in my experience) creates a dependancy, but not the kind of withdrawal that becomes an emergency for them. I have heard that crank can make them very horny--do not have direct experience. If they seem REALLY drugged up, another reason to turn them out. The difficult truth is that the vast majority of SWs do so to support some habit.
10) Do not let outside people get involved. No answering doors, no second girls, no nothing. You are asking for serious problems.
11) If confronted with a dangerous situation, do not get hostile or seriously argumentative. Tempers flair quickly, to what extent, you may not want to learn. GIVE IT UP. After all, you stashed your wallet, extra $$ and valuables elsewhere, right?
12) If you ARE ripped off, publicize the hell out of it on this board with as much descriptive detail as you can. Educate the rest of us about what mistakes you might not make again. Give a detailed description of the SW, her name, exactly where, when, how you connected.
13) Finally, try to get to know those SWs who ARE dependable. They can, and often are willing to advise you about dangerous, drugged out or HIV positive SWs. Remember however, even long-time dependable SWs should not have too much temptation placed in front of them--even they can "grab and run."
Stay safe--even if the thrill of the hunt is part of the deal.

Saw a nice looking redhead WSW hanging at a bus stop on Vine just above the construction at Clifton. Got what I thought was "the look and smile" so I did a quick run around the block but missed her to another ride (and it wasn't a Metrobus).
Only saw one county LE cruser, and he had a car pulled over at Vine/McM. I came back through there about 20 minutes later after a quick delivery downtown and he was still working that car over. Looked like he was pulling carpet and padding out to redecorate the darn thing.
G - thanks for the comments about Shell. It does look like kind of an open arena where everyone can watch/see everything.
When you talk about getting out of the neighborhood, what do you consider a reasonable distance. I've seen some folks talk about "far enough away that your SW won't feel comfortable trying to get out and walk".
Sorry for all the questions but a guy's got to go to school somewhere and this isn't something on the course schedule at UC (although maybe there is something there as part of the b'ball program but that's getting off topic).

The temp was up today and the streets were crowded. The Elm/Henry area seems to be getting busier with a variety of BSW activity. There was a cute WSW with dark hair hanging on Race/Henry and a BSW waving traffic down on Race towards Liberty (I know...avoid the big attention getting shows). From a couple blocks away, I noticed a monger, obviously not a reader of this board, having an extened through the window convesation with a hot, thin BSW up on Elm. As I drove past, she was getting in and he was grinnin' from ear to ear.
LE activity was heavier today versus yesterday but seemed to be concentrated in the McM and Liberty area. Couple county cruisers and a city motocycle cop had some guy in a very (very) flashy convertable pulled over. Not sure what was behind it but he didn't look happy.
Finally...new lesson for the day...driving down Taft in WalnutHill I thought I spotted a WSW waiting at a bus stop, particularly as she sat a waited on a couple busses passing. Note to self...SW do not have iPODs.

I cruised for about a half hour and saw several ladies, mostly bsw, but a few wsw. But, the selection looked like the bottom of the barrel. I saw one LE the entire time. I decided to wait until the selection picks up. It was rainy and that probably had something to do with it.
Play safe.
Took a chance on her 'cause I was feeling really horny. Yikes--what a mistake. She is petitie and fairly pretty, but she acts like she would rather be any place else but with you. She also has very strict rules about touching; ie no touching her and she upcharges to jack you off. It is hard to get off when she acts like she is sticking her hands in a puddle of vomit. She probably weighs 10-15 lbs more than she claims. I agree with an earlier review that she may be retarded. One of the few times I have been so put off that I couldn't jack myself off, much less enjoy someone else doing it. 200 roses wasted.
Would avoid unless you are very desperate and have way too much money.

Last Saturday I'm driving up to OTR to meet with a regular at her place. I make a left turn on a green light, and pull to the right to parallel park. Since I wasn't actually cruising, just going to someone's apartment, I wasn't really my normal overly cautious self.
So as I begin to park, I notice two young ladies walking along the where I'm parking. It occurs to me that they may think I'm stopping for them, and I'll have to wave them off some how. At that moment, a city cruiser pulls up on my left and stops next to me.
Great. Just what I need, and I'm completely not doing anything.
I finish my parking, and roll down the window. They immediately start giving me a hard time through the window about having a tire on the curb (it's a low curb), and my left turn in front of oncoming traffic (which was silly because oncoming traffic wasn't even close when I turned). After wraping up the lecture, they backed up to get the plate (I guess), then drove off.
I meet my friend, and the rest of the evening is fine.
The moral of the story? Don't let your guard down for a second. Normally when I'm driving through the area, I'm completely aware of my surroundings: oncoming traffic, who's behind me, and who's on the side streets. Since I was just passing through, I let my guard down. Now I'm probably on some list.
Granted, the situation looked suspicious, and a white guy parking in north OTR after 5:00 probably looks out of place (maybe I should have complained about racial profiling).
Anyway, keep your guard up, and learn from my mistake.
"Old timer" is not ALL good--but I'll take it as a compliment. A few gray hairs...? Oh well.
On the another hand, OTR may not be how you remember it. The cruise routes are much the same, but "operation vortex" has had LE and county rent-a-cops saturating the place. But you know the rules, and can probably score without singeing your whiskers... LE has been less in evidence in the last month or so.
As usual, SWs with digits are a figment of one's imagination... at least for more than a week or two at a time. But the weather is beautiful at this time, and that always brings out the lovelies.
Look out for the banana seat! That is a dead give away.

Your story sounds depressingly familiar. By the same token... keep your tire off the curb!!!! In OTR, ANY excuse is good enough. I have friends who have been pulled over for no more an excuse than a white guy had a black girl in the car with him... Yes--you had committed no foul, but who cares...? Not LE. To all mongers. Extend all possible antennae when in OTR. If you DO pick up a lovely, do it extremely judiciously, and get the hell out of the area.

The stroll in St louis does not have nearly the people out and about and you can almost bet any girl you see alone is working. Not here. There were hundreds of people all over, reminded me of the south side of Chicago down on Cicero. Not sure if I willl work up the courage to try again. Uncle Leo was way to visiable around every turn. But thanks for the post and all the info and if you every need info on St louis or any other place I may have traveled drop me a line.
GOT UP EARILY Saturday MORNING. To take some relatives to Findlay Market to see the New Place since they use to live here. From the time I got into W. E and OTR I saw young Part-timer that I had NOT seen since the warm weather in Nov. 06. Why Now. When I have got people with me and I can't say a "WORD"?
IT JUST NEVER FAILS. I saw a P/T in a Hot Pants outfit, and she saw me. She gave me EYE contact, but I did not return it like she knows I should, and all stopped at that point.
On the Market I saw near by several WSW, moving along that I know live in the area, and are worth the time, but I was NOT close enough to get their attention and see if they had digits for later.
The Market was a BUZZ, that earily in the morning, and everyone blended in with everyone.
I checked out the area Friday evening earily, and saw a few WSW. They just seem to lack real UnCommon Sense. Near the Fire Station is far too HOT, and on McM and Race is too, and there they were. Of course on the return pass, they all got picked ups, by the LE, and a few were bring cuffed as I drive by.
One even had my attention since traffic was backed up, and I pondered letting her in. But BEFORE I could motion she was looking away and traffic started to move. "DAMNNN"! She wasn't BAD at all. But she was a NEWbie because the Old Timers would have always kept an Eye on car directly near them. They know the OPPORTUNITY will often come very, very quick.
I saw a lot of potential WS's out on a Warm Sunny Day, but they have NOT learned to move from their regular spot to avoid capture, and create new Options. Even the regular part-timers were out, but they lost a little of their edge, over the Winter.
If these GIRLs ever learn NOT to use up their minutes Chit-Chatting about never to no one. They could turn that phone into a MONEY Maker, and almost never get caught. Someone with GooD DiGit, is a Gold Mine. LooK at how often you get PM'ed for Digits, and then when they do have them, they use them up within a few days, and are back out of business. Even the Friends numbers they will give you are off, or the friend is No Longer a friend because they got ripped out by NOT splitting the drugs or money/theft matters. IF THEY EVER LEARNED TO HAVE THERE OWN PERSON "CRAIGLIST" not online, by Word of Mouth. THEY WOULD NEVER NEED TO ADVERTISE a thing. ALL THERE CLIENTS WOULD COME "WORD of MOUTH". Before they sold Cell Phone off the backs of truck, if you know what I mean, most WS's had a number they could be reached at, almost like an emergency number.
I did come back through Saturday Night, and I can see the daytime, is the best time. It is just all the good spot you can use, need the cover of Darkness/Night. I know a few folks with Housetels, but since the Winter I have nOt used them. They run about 10/half. Hr. 40min. That is about all you need anyway. They better Housetels are out-of-the-area, but a lot of WS's won't venture far. I still, have the WINTER ladies, and have shared a few with decent digits. But, now that the Warmer Weather is here, I am LooKing for. "SOMETHING NEW or the BEST of the OLD"

Interesting to read your comparison with St Louis. [I too would be cautious in St L... I think you hit Cinci on a good night, good weather, low presence of LE. You didn't tell us the nature of your "successful mongering..." But yes, I have to say that Cinci can be very rewarding if you know how to a) avoid LE, and b) follow the rules to happy mongering...

That is where the Pink Slip is located. Have you been there or to Roxy's, or the other place, which I can't remember the place. Athlete's were not permitted to be in the place or the area, during the Season, both the Rams and the Cardinals. The area is just that wild
Of course stay away from the SW near the railroad track for they are mostly dudes in drag. But further towards the residential area, you can find some diamonds in the rough.

I don't hand out much on the east side of St Louis but rather monger in South St Louis off Broadway and Penn. between the 7-11 near Holly Hills and the CFM gas station on Steins. Always plenty of WSW to choose from. As long as you play it safe you will be fine. Its alot better(safer) than down town Cincy.

Hmm. The top pictures look great. However, I'm not saying it is, but the bottom two look like they could be a different person. They almost look like a TS.
I do not remember the last time I saw 10-15 SWs out in OTR! They were everywhere! There were FOUR at one location! True, more than half looked like death warmed over or worse (several looked seriously deformed/retarded... sorry). And I saw not a single LE until later...
The great benefit of such a plethora of SWs is that you can be ever so picky. I spotted this VERY cute shortie with short hair, red coat, who gave me half the look as I drove by, but hello, it was out in the open at the corner of Findley and Race! I wouldn't (shouldn't) stop for Ms America at that spot...
Drove the circuit again, and saw her again at a different spot (sorry--I no longer feel comfortable specifying pick up locations). At that spot, there were four candidates. I swung into a side street for her to come to me, and I had to beat the SWs off with a stick! I pointed at Redcoat, and a second SW, toothless, started hollaring that Redcoat took her date... As IF.
We will call Redcoat M***n, and she was tops. Clean, bright, good looking, clear headed, straight up, skilled, hip. Man-oh-man. Why couldn't she have digits...
Excellent BBBJCIM service, almost GFE for the duration. On the way back, she claims that several of the SWs who have been priminently mentioned on this board (and whom we have experienced...) now are HIV positive... According to M***n, a large percentage of these girls are locked up. I hesitate to name names in case the info is incorrect. (PM me for the tentative names.) But it includes R*****, one of my favs from a while back. We both agreed that any SW who offers FS without a cover should be shunned (I NEVER do FS without a cover!)
So... Pickings were excellent Easter Sunday. M***n said they (LE) all had Easter off. Makes sense.

I had some free time yesterday so I decided to check out OTR. Not much action, but found a wsw named Angie (I think). Average looks, but nice red hair, and great attitude. Skills were about a 8-9. I'd definitely look for her again.
I took a tour on the OTR circuit today (Tuesday 17 April), and saw quite a few LE, several with lights flashing. By the same token, I saw at least 6-7 SWs working the streets. A real cutie in camouflage pants, but she was 1/2 block from LE on Race. Looked for her again, but only saw her after I picked up Ronnie--a pony-tailed sweetheart who was a pleasure to be with (in several ways). VERY congenial, straight up, full of smiles, good conversation, smart, etc. Very pleasant oral service for the usual fee. But my caution to her (and you) relates to her use of dogfood. She confided that needles cost too much to use them only once. We had a talk about that--she knows, but the risk is less important than her need. Ouch. Shouldn't Cincinnati at least have a needle exchange? I wish her the best and wish I could help her off the horse.

Note that the risks are always much greater for the servicer than the serviced, all of these are more easily transfered with semen. BTW, which Hep are you talking about, A, B or C? Big difference (see below)
Herpes: can fairly easily be transmitted by oral sex. Herpes simples I (usually oral) can indeed be transmitted to genetalia. And vice versa. My understanding is that this is the most common pathogen transmitted during oral sex. It is untreatable once you have it. It is much less transmissible in the absence of lesions. The worst thing (in my opinion) is that these lesions make it much easier for viruses like HIV and hep 2 and 3 to infect you.
Gonorrhea: Yep. Can certainly infect the throat. Can be transferred to the penis. Sometimes asymptomatic... Worse for females as they can cause pelvic inflamatory disease (leading to sterility). Males can get scaring of the urethra. Most are now resistant to penicillin (PPNG strains), but worse, 5% of gays now carry clap resistant to Cipro... That SUCKS (if you excuse the expression). Good reason to avoid BBBJ by TV--if you would even consider that option... Not my route, for sure.
Syphilis: Yep. Not as common as clap, but, especially among gays, an increasing problem.
HIV: In the absence of lesions (see herpes above), transmission of HIV is extremely rare (the risk of a single BJ from a person with HIV transmitting the virus is 0.04% = 4/10,000 bjs.) I consider this a risk I am willing to take, tho not risk free. Remember that it is blood/blood or semen/blood which transmits HIV. In a person with no lesions, and if the sex does not cause abrasions/bleeding, the risk is low to very low.
Hepatitis B and C: Both of these are rarely deadly. Hep B is said to be 100x as infectious as HIV, thus a risk of 1/25 BJs from a person who has Hep B. It is MUCH more frequent in gay men. It is carried in both blood and semen. Yes, you are correct, there is a risk of Hep B transmission with oral sex.
Hep C is only transmitted blood/blood, and much more difficult to transmit. Sharing needles or blood to blood sex transmit it. In needle sharers, Hep C is especially a problem, but less a danger to receivers of oral sex.
Bottom line? Yes, we all take risks. Each must weigh the cost/risk ratio he is willing to take. I NEVER do FS without a cover. Before I do BBBJ, I try to evaluate the SW for sores, general health, etc. For Ronnie, the little head was in charge... It was only after service that I determined that she used needles. Probably would not do it again (tho the service was top notch--isn't weighing THAT the main story here?)
I believe in realistic evaluation of the risks, and deciding what activity to engage in beyond that. Mongering is not a risk free activity (duh...) I continue to base my actions on the relatively low risk of oral activity, and the ability to treat the STD if I catch something... Probably whistling in the dark?

OK, so Dr. Giani's post might have taken a little bit of the edge off posting but, while I have your attention doc, I have this thing going on with my shoulder whenever I raise my arm up - any diagnosis ? Hopefully you can give me some advice without me having to ante up a co-pay :-)
Spent some time last night cruising the OTR loop. Busy on the north end with very little LE around but quality seemed a little off. Lots of overt waving and walking out in traffic that I haven't seen down there for a while. Maybe it's end of the month despiration starting to kick in. Headed out to NK down on Madison/Scott as far the Kroger. Also busy down there but by then I was running out of time so I decided it was time to chalk this drive up to research.
G - Your point about this being a quiet board is right on target. I read a lot of the other city forums because I do some traveling for work and it seems like there's a lot more info floating around. There are, at times, conversastions about not being too specific since LEO is reading too but the general consensus on most boards is that LEO spends a lot more time in the neighborhoods than we do and probably know at least as much (and probably more) about who's out when and where. That's probably also true here too.
I know you've made comments about being uncomfortable talking specific p/u locations. In other forums, you'll see very specific comments like "picked her up at 4th and State, on the west side of the street, 14 feet from the corner" (ok - maybe not quite that specific but close). My point is that all the board conversation about secrecy and lack of details is probably doing more to set the tone for this forum and stall posting than the detailed (and valuable) biology lesson you offered up a couple days ago. The fact that you (and your 250+ posts) are nervous about sharing makes me (and my 9 going on 10 posts) scared shitless to share anything.
Anyway - I'm a newbie just trying to figure this all out - WTF do I know. You've been posting since god knows when so I really mean it when I say thanks for the advice and I want to grow up and be like you (ok, maybe not that far but you get the point). I just thought I'd share 2 cents on the topic from the single digit end of the posting spectrum.

Took a couple spins through OTR this week.
Met up with Sonya (WSW Redhead with med curly hair, late 30's with a nice be-rack) around lunch time Wednesday around McM and Race. Overall, very accomodating but really chatty. Found a quiet spot at which point she stopped talking to deliver a great BBBJCIM, although that part may have just been my fantasy. Obviously, she's done this before and not the slightest hint of impatience. I may have parted with $0. 2 + a couple whitey-one-bites during the trip. No digits but she's usually around the McM/Elm/Race stretch. I'll repeat.

My recollect is that I may have parted with $0. 2 for a BBBJCIM that was only slightly better than crap and I wouldn't have her in my front seat again if she paid me. Having someone in who plays with the radio is one thing but someone who tries (and succeeds) in reprogramming the buttons makes me absolutely nuts. You're not freaking movin' in so don't rearrange the furniture friend! Add that to the step by step story of the previous night's ecxtasy party and the home rolled cig made with that stuff that looks like oregano she pulled out on the way back and that was it. That lands you in "Get out of the car NOW land. Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200. Or any tip for that matter, walk back to OTR). Pass this one up.

I have also had good luck in OTR recently (see previous posts). Made the circuit a couple days ago (window shopping, no time for pleasure...) Counted 6 SWs and 1 TV (on Duncan, of course). 2/6 SWs looked interesting. One was interesting, but with her shirt pulled down to expose her shoulders. Yes, hot looking, but no, not a good bet 'cause LE must SURELY see that too.
Yes--I have had SWs mess around with my radio--AND reprogram it. "Rearranging the furniture" is a perfect description. And don't light up in my car without permission. Sheesh. And she didn't offer YOU an ecstasy pill? That's enough to kick her out right there... I may have met Sonya, not sure. but never a Beth. Thanks for the report!
Keep hearing of West End cruising possibilities, but I have never scored there (have not tried more than a couple times).

I seem to be having some bad luck on the chat lines. I'm running into more women playing games than producing any action. Someone sent me to a poor woman's house late at night. Obviously she was upset and said I was the second guy who showed up. The person used the name Rita and it's in NKY so be careful guys. This lady wanted to call the cops and wanted my name and address. I was like no way am I giving you that info. I gave her the chatline number and the name they used and took off.
I had another one want the money upfront to buy drugs and then when could play. I was like no thanks and hung up. The best one was a woman telling me that she needed a phone card because she was running out of minutes. She said she would pay me when I got there. The next thing I know, she wanted me to give her the number over the phone. I laughed yeah right. I hadn't even bought it. I said that sounds like some scam. Click! Maybe she ran out of minutes but I doubt it.
I did meet one lady who said she was 26 but was more like 46! She said she was at some group home. I don't know what kind but it was a little weird. I had to pick her up down the street from the group home. She did give a decent BBBJ though for $0.2 in some apartment complex lot. She had a decent body but the face hasn't too good.

I had one ask me on the chat line to contact another girl for her, since women are free, unless they want to contact another woman. She told me that we could all have a 3some. Talk about the scam factor. I did contact the lady and never got back with the other girl. No 3some and no scam-some. I never told the 2nd girl about the first. The second was bi, and I took her a couple of times to the swing club in dayton.
After about a month I did leave the first girl a thank you, for the tip. She left me a nasty message back, so I reported her to the adminstration and they deleted her box. You just gey tried of people thinking you are that stupid. They shouldn't let women on for "free" anyway. They should have to pay for minutes too. If they did we'd get a better quakity of women using the caht lines, instead of the one liner game players, there now.
Maybe a law suit against the chat lines is due. Unequal treatment between men and women. They stop happy hour for women that way, now it is happy hour for everyone.
Otherwise, the chat lines have gotten me though the winter, and the dry times. It is time consuming, but I score a "good" one about 1 out of 7 calls, and it takes about 2 days to a week of talking off caht line to score. Anything more than a week to a few day, then she is playing games, or want a real boyfriend. That ain't in the mix. Not at all!
I am on about (3) chat line and (3) chat rooms. Also a lot of free non SW action in the yahoo adult groups. You will have to see which fit you best, and you budget.

"Someone" (???) sent you to a woman as a practical joke??? First rule, be sure you speak with the person before making the trip!!!
Yes--NEVER $ up front. MAYBE a good faith 0.1 or something like that--but be cautious. ANY money exchanged for specified acts can convict you. I like to place the $ where it can be seen, but not in her hands.
The third "chatee" DOES sound weird... "Group home?" Ho-boy. That is one I would usually avoid. (Group home means what" mentally deficient? or drug rehabilitation? It makes a difference). On the other hand, you broke the ice and got decent service? If she is interested in additional visitors, you could offer her digits by PM (never on the board--duh...) But 0.2 for oral is to going rate on the street, and once you find a dependable, phonable service provider, count yourself lucky.
I have heard from other boardsters that agree with me that OTR is looking up. If that is what YOU find, let us know.

Well of Course I talked to a woman representing themself as "Rita". Obviously it was a joke. If the Lady won't give you her number it is probably a scam or she isn't serious about meeting. Everytime I gave my number without getting her number it turned out badly. I did have one lady act like it was a freebie and it turned out to be pay to play. She said some guys get mad. LOL Well yeah I guess so. You show up and she wants some money. Never having talked about it before hand. I had a feeling she was a working girl by her attitude.
