The Tampa, Fl area is the only place that I've been personally that had massage parlors with American women. Warren had one back in the late 90's through the busts called Gemini. I went when they first opened around '97, you got to pick from a lineup & I struck gold got 2 for the price of one because one of the girls needed "training". In the early 2000s I did a lot of traveling to Baltimore & I used to stop outside Breezewood, PA at a place Vista Spa that was all American.
