Thought I would take the time to try out a large variety of the ACS's and have found the following as starters.
1) Per the responses on would think the a certain hotel should be designated as rRVA's China town.

I have been spending time trying to find an Asian that would become my go to. In doing so I found that there is a deceitful game being played.
