"Privacy" may already be a thing of the past, but that doesn't mean one has to serve up their private information on a silver platter. Who knows where the info might end up someday?
I would never give out my personally identifiable information (PII) to anyone I do not know and trust. Especially not my work-related PII. And particularly not in this realm of my life. Not in this day and age! By that I mean post-FOSTA where busts are going down and many websites are being taken over by various levels of law enforcement.
So if that means I will not get to sample the fruit of certain lovely ladies, then so be it. Others offering their wares and comparable services who are known and safe can always be located. In fact, I use the posts on this website to find them.
If enough of us guys took a hard pass on seeing providers (crapshoots, indies & agency gals) who require PII, policies would have to shift more toward confidentiality.

I find K girl agencies are the trickiest to get approved on. Other agencies have different ways to get approved (besides references).
If you don't have any references, then I would look for an agency (or independent) that is relatively easy going with their approvals. Follow through with an appointment even if the provider is not really your type. They will become valuable references in the future.

I managed to get into HT back in the day because they took P411, but I stopped mongering for a bit, and when I came back it was no longer acceptable. P411 also terminated all of their agency accounts which prob didn't help.
My strategy is to just to be patient and consistently request to be verified. Not enough to be annoying but maybe like once a month or so.

A few things to keep in mind before you spend more ink on CP BL Ag etc etc.
These agencies have always been tricky to get screened for; even downright opaque. If you send them a request for screening the most likely response in absolutely nothing. I had a chance to check out Naomi and see what all the hype is all about. She had the tattoo around her waist. I didn't get chance met her last time around, but from tatoo and description, she should be the one was here last Nov.
