Personaly, I find that $160 is more than enough to pay for a FS "massage". The rent on a commercial space is far more than an appartment so an increase in price would definitly not be justified. If prices do start to rise, my visits will definitly decline.
As for not being written up in the local papers for visiting a "bawdy house", do you not think the same charge would apply if an LE sting hit an appartment as opposed to a storefront?
The risk factor has gone up for the monger now. It seems the risk was always there for the providers. You didn't used to hear mongers listed in the raids like now. Perhaps a price cut or specials like the freebie card should come back to encourage business in light of the recent happenings.

If I found a local, regular Asian incall girl (preferably Korean, Japanese, or Chinese) that charged $160 to $200 a session, delivered a consistent GFE for the agreed to time, and worked out of a condo, I would become a regular for sure and I'm sure many other guys would, too.
Perhaps the extra $40 a visit might reduce the frequency of my visits somewhat, but it sure beats getting written up in the local papers as being charged with frequenting a bawdy house!
I wasn't overly impressed with the McLean Chinese Condo, either. I felt that I was shortchanged on time when I visited. The girl was OK, but her hair reeked of nicotine.

So while I have heard of Korean ladies in California who go independent, I don't think it is very common in the rest of the country and I think that when they do, they do it alone.
LexLutherThese days, Apartment AMPs (AAMPs) are pretty much the standard mode of operation for Korean providers in Northern California. I agree that it is rarely found elsewhere amongst Koreans (although, as you mentioned, there are more than a few Chinese apartment set-ups on the East Coast).
Although it was not the start of AAMPs, the massive West Coast Fed/ICE raids of July 2005 and the subsequent closure of dozens of San Francisco MPs led directly to the current AAMP boom in the SF Bay area. Thus, it might not be out of question for a similar change in climate in Northern VA and DC to lead to a similar change in MP MO.
Some of the SF Bay AAMPs are one-girl, independent places, but the better, larger spots usually feature 2-3 girls. Pricing is remarkably standardized.

From my conversation with these girls, $15000 in one month is a good haul. Based on normal spa hours of 10AM - 2PM and 30 days a month, that's 16 hours a day or 480 hours a month. That means essentially they're making $31.25 an hour or about the equivalent of a $65000 salary.
If we were to claim that their job is actually a 24/7 job (since they have to stay couped up in their little places), their hourly pay would actually be less than $21 and be the equivalent of $45000.
I think these numbers chip away at the myth that these girls live some sort of luxurious lifestyle. The only reason they may seem "wealthier" than you and I is two-fold: 1) They work hard. 2) They play hard.
Not only do they have to stay couped in some dark, danky place 24/7, but they're also sacrificing their bodies and youth. And yes, even those "nasty" 50-year old past-their-prime spa girls are sacrificing something physically, though it may not be considered as "precious" as a young, virgin womanhood.
I am no white knight, but I am a human being which is why I shake my head when I read the occasional post about some guy deciding not to leave tip, or leaving less than the standard amount due to "poor service". If you did the deed, just pay the damn $100 and don't come back. You're the same fuckface who eats the entire steak at a restaurant before complaining to the waiter it was undercooked and demanding it be on the house while making an obnoxious scene and making it awkward for the rest of the diners.

A single girl working out of an apartment (or hotel) would definitely warrant a higher fee, unless you'd like to propose that four girls work in one apartment bringing in an obvious stream of strange gentlemen at all hours of the day.
Also, while I always appreciate a good bargain hunter, I don't think making a price cut or freebie card would make them money. I know various establishments have had VIP cards in the past, but I bet they actually lost money on those. As it stands, they have the same amount of customers with or without VIP cards.

Condos, as private residences, are probably harder for LE to get warrants for unless someone specifically complains about one to LE. Who is to say that you're specifically paying for sex? Unlike a place of business in a storefront, people can legally have consensual sex in residential buildings.
For example, when I visit one, I step inside, give the girl an envelope with the specified donation inside, and don't discuss any money for a specific act, sexual or otherwise. We just get down to fun and what transpires is a private manner between two consenting adults. Like in a storefront or business park AMP, if undercover LE comes in and starts to negotiate a specific price for a specific act, any smart girl will get nervous and not offer FS or other sexual services. If you read the massage ordnances I posted, residential massages are only allowed theoretically in the premises of the client.
I agree with Virile Vito. Many trends originate in California and I believe we will see more Korean girls starting AAMPs. Advertising will need to be very discreet, and like most of the Latino MPs that don't advertise openly and fly under the radar, they can stay open longer without LE or health department harassment.
Finally, this is not a hobby for the poor. Yes, $160 is a lot--it is less in some places, more in others, but most of the girls that get into this line of work know what they are getting into before they start, but are doing so to pay off debts they have incurred, earn money to care for their families, and sometimes support their extravagant lifestyle and spending habits.
The girls are always at risk and I always do my utmost to treat them kindly and with respect, especially those that are friendly and provide a GFE. I have become friends with several providers and they sacrifice a lot as Jeriholic described for what they earn.

I always call first but Sue is never available when I am heading down for my therapy so I roll the dice with whoever and although they have been good, they have not been "Sue good".

Like some of you, this is something I love to do so once things got started, I was looking for some DATY and that is when Connie changed. I wouldn't worry about Connie wanting to be quiet. The cardinal rule is that working girls aren't supposed to fall in love with their customers or go overboard faking passion with lots of moaning. My last post got a lot of response from you guys!! Everyone seems to have valid points.
I certainly do not think the girls have it on easy street. It would really take the fun out of it if I had to DATY and then lay ugly fat women all day every day!! BUT that is the life most of them have chosen and it is probably better life than they had.
I agree with the one poster, even if I have a bad time I just leave the tip and ask for someone different the next time. A few times I have felt too rushed or that the girl was rude, but usually it was just that we did not click or one of us had an off day. Just move on.
As for the finances, I am not sure how many customers they service in a day and yes the days are long. (kind of like many lower paid immigrant workers who must wait to be chosen for an unknown job and be ready when it hits) But I don't usually see the places empty. If a girl does 4 tricks a day (less than four hours working, the rest of the time spent screwing off) working 6 days a week and taking two weeks vacation, that is $120,000 a year. If they really worked (see doing tricks) for 16 hours a day at $100 a pop they would be pulling in close to 1/2 mill a year!! But I think 3 1/2 hours a day for $400 is more realistic. Yes Mamasan might get her cut (I really don't know how it works) but Uncle Sam takes about 30% of my pie each year too.

This is much better than "Pedro the landscaper" who works 12 hours a day (and works hard all 12 hours) to make about $120/day X 6 days a week X 50 weeks a year totaling a whopping $36,000 a year with cramped living conditions because you have to live with 8 room mates to make rent and send a little money home to support his family.
Very similar conditions for immigrant workers who come from poor countries in seach of the all mighty dollar. It's just much easier to feel sorry for the pretty asian girl purring in your ear and stroking your fuck stick than to feel sorry for "Pedro" who is unshaven and reeks of fertilizer and beer who just spent all day busting his ass for the same amount of money that the girl made in 45 minutes.

I have heard that the 50 to 75 percent taken by the house is fairly rare. The few spa girls I have talked to outside or talked to about anything like this, point blank said they made good money. The fact of the matter is, a spa girl getting ripped off if not the norm, it is the exception now a days. And just to touch on another note, girls having to stay in the same spa for a month at a time or whatever, is not unheard of for work anyways. Check the guys who work on oil rigs, or on airliners. It is work, bottom line. I do not get in the game of feeling sorry for someone becuase they have to work. Many hot Korean girls (most AMP girls are Korean, to state the obvious) work shitty jobs and live with their parents making less then 20K a year. Work is work.
With the extremely high salary (untaxed) involving no education, comes sacrifices.
I like about 90 percent of the ladies I see, however, as a great man once said, seek fact from truth. I do not get into the game of feeling sorry for girls who wear 100 dollar mini skirts. Well, even though I have been a little afraid to make my way back down South since I am back in the country, I decided I would call Sakura and see if my new favorite therapist Connie was working. Well, she was on "vacation" so I asked if Sue was available and I was happy to hear that she was.
I was hesitant to go in but after I sat and watched the parking lot to see if anything strange was going on, I headed on in for my appointment with Sue.
It was a weird time but a really good one. For starters, it was crazy busy for a Tuesday afternoon. I have never been there during the day but I figured it would not be busy. When I called to schedule, the bell was ringing and while I was there the bell rang four times.
The down side was that I was in and out in 30 minutes. Sue kept telling me that "we so busy, sorry" but I will say that she made it a great 30 minutes.
It started by Sue telling me that the hot water was not working so I could not have a TS but she would clean me off with cold water. When we got back, the water was hot so she had me lay down and as she rushed through the TS the water got cold and that was a little uncomfortable. Then she did something weird. She kept saying "I warm you up" and as she had me sit on the edge of the table she put her leg up over mine and all of a sudden it was warm! She gave me a little GS on my leg. She laughed and kept saying "GS, GS" and kept laughing. I'm not into that and thankfully we were at the TS. No big deal, just weird.
Anyway, in to a quick massage and then the flip. As before she had her tongue in all the right places and it was great. A little bit of everything, missionary, doggie and ended with no cover and COF.
Other than the short time, it was a good trip and I will look forward to seeing Sue again.

Some of the other expenses they pay are pretty out there, e.g. $100-150 for transport to next working location, thank you tip to manager and kitchen mama when leaving ~$500-700, occasional trip to grocery store $300-350, a newbie paying $500/month for three months for a mattress and empty room in a managers home, $400+ for Ktaxi ride from Flushing to DC, trip to SC/NC/GA for fake id $3000-3500, having someone tweak their visa/passport $5000+, flight from Korea to Bristish Columbia and being snuck across the US border and a flight to DC via Atlanta, your guess is a good as mine, an unexpected day off $500 to the house, fee for money laundering of money back to Korea and/or points on any outstanding debts. But, I'd have to say being stuck pretty much 24/7 during a working stretch, not seeing family for a year or two at a stretch, and not having anything close to a normal life is probably the heaviest cost (IMHO).
Based on a good review I took a chance and headed over to Sakura today for a little rr.
Didn't have a formal request in, just let lady luck do her thing and I was not disappointed(PM for the details).
Though quite frankly, it's been awhile since I've hit the strip mall as these traffic stops have really taken a toll on me, making me even more paranoid then usual, every time the bell rang(and it rang a lot), I couldn't help but wonder...:eek:!!

I did get out to Sakura. wasn't busy so I got the line up. Tammy, Michelle and ?. Michelle looked cute but tired. I picked Tammy since she looked eager to go. LE may may still be in the middle of their investigation and they won't go public until they are ready. As I understand the chronology of the Black Wednesday investigation, it started in February and the Feds didn't make the massive raids and shows of force raids and their announcements to the media until August.
As you may have read in the code extract I posted, there are several government officials authorized to enter massage establishments. Unlike HWC, they may not have found usable evidence of criminal activity. When this happens, I know of instances on the West Coast where LE resorted to legal "harassment" by parking cruisers in front of an establishment and/or the Health Department frequently making unannounced "inspections" and writing up the AMPs for BS violations.
Remember, there were previous reports some time ago of PWC LE questioning guys as they were leaving HWC, so LE didn't bust HWC immediately, but they were obviously working on a plan to raid it and take it down, which they eventually did.

Soon after, the spa let their phone get disconnected to reduce the amount of foot traffic but remained open. Not too many days after, the parked cruisers went away, but now it seems the spa may be closed for real now too. Not sure as there have been conflicting reports on their closure, but who knows.
Better safe than sorry.

Decided I would TOFTT and go to AO in Sterling. It's a short drive and I have always been curious about it even though the recent reports have not been good. Guess it's best to proceed with extra caution...
The bogus ad makes you wonder if someone is trying to set them up for undeserved scrutiny. In Howard County, MD, there was a behind the scenes struggle to push out the independent AMPS. LE and Health officials started puching checks on the AMPs which were not cooperating with another AMP chain. This can be an ugly business. But so many of the girls are so nice, in tough situations. Be Careful!

A few months back somebody posted very descriptive, graphic ads on CL for another place In Springfield.
The rumor after the fact was a former employee was trying to get the heat on them...even though they were a legitimate massage establishment. Never was substantiated, but believable explanation.
Competition and disgruntled former employees can do major damage. It's too bad...because, you're right, these are people's lives that are effected.

In any event, the CL ad is damaging, regardless of whether it is bogus or not. I do feel sorry for Star's mamasan and staff, but at the same time, my empathy is tempered by the fact that about 50 percent of the times I visited Star, the providers there either tried to haggle for more than the standard tip or shortchanged me on time. As a result, I moved my business south about 10 miles where the service was superior, far more consistent, and I never had to negotiate tips in advance.

Hello. I've been reading the posts to figure out where the best place would be.
My history:
Lily's Spa (only HJ)
Supra Spa (the best of the 3) May was soooooo nice 3 months back.
21 Therapists (Rainbow Spa) (lady was too old for my taste)
I'm looking into going back to Supra, but it seems like HWC and Sakura is the way to go. I only visit once a month and would like to get my $'s worth. I could not find any information 'bout HWC anywhere! Could somebody send me a PM that includes the address & fees. I'm thinking $60 for mamasan and $100 for fs. I'd like to go early in the morning so that I'll beat the rush hour.

Got my nerve up and visited H yesterday. It was hard going back after recent events. Saw gina, service was as normal and a good time was had by all. Although she seemed a little rushed it wasnt bad. Trusted can PM.
Stopped by the H and pulled the "J" girl recently. Nice to look at, says she is 24, not much on top but very pretty and a great bod otherwise. Good TS, but the massage was over before it started. Which was a shame because of the earlier posts who said she gave a great massage with back walk I was looking forward to it. The rest of the time she was very enthusastic and very talented. It was a fine visit until another custumer stopped by and was making a commotion with mamason. That put a damper on the rest but the ending was still enjoyable. Still wondering about D, may have to get back before she leaves.

I believe they did have a 'bust' as somehow PWC thought they were doing more than tanning.... Then they had a bad fire that gutted the place. Looks like they totally re-did everything, at least from the outside.

The reports of busts have been giving me the willies, but I was reaching terminal sperm buildup the other day so I visited TK. My provider, let's call her M, has a well established routine, but her teasing was a little too effective given the tension that I was experiencing and I caught her by surprise with a fire hydrant-like dousing before the programmed release, squirting her in the eye and spraying love juice all over the acupressure poster they always seem to have hanging on the wall at these places.

Went to Honto this week Around 5ish but very busy. Door bell kept ringing. I got Tina who I seen before and is always good to me. No TS at Honto. So right to the massage. She is good at it. She gives deep tissue massage and it hurts at first but is nice after the knots out. No AR and not alot of misc wandering that I like so much. On the flip side she has great hand technique. I wish every girl has the same touch. In the end I was happy all around with normal tip for said services.
Honto looks run down. The room I was in smelled of sweat and just funky. Tina is getting long in the tooth and gaining some belly weight. She gives great massage and great personality.

I will say this: When I first ventured out and started to visit the AMPs I sometimes thought "maybe this is too much $ to be spending". But I continued on for obvious reasons.
Well since all of the recent problems in WB, I have tried a number of therapists that are on CL. I now see the value of the 160 of the AMPS! As I have said before I am new to this (about 6 months) and boy have I learned alot. I will never think that 160 is too much. Not after some of the picutre altering, neurotic, overpriced, too many phone calls to make an appointment, half assed, long drive to a hotel, girls I have met lately.
Boy I miss Sue.
Anyone with any info on Sakura? Please PM me if so.
Has anyone been to MT lately? Is it still there?

Was driving by the old champions on 28 last night, saw the open sign on in the window but no sign yet on the building. went in and rang the bell, Very cute girl opened door took me to the room, and then shower. All nice and new, rooms still very small but everything looking nice and new. Had a very nice session, PM for info. Girl said dont know what the name is going to be yet.
Like many that return from retirement only to fail. I said I wouldn't go to anymore AMP's because of all the heat. Well I figure what the hell, Cosmos is new and I should check it out. Don't waste your time. The provider (WONDERFUL), don't let the name fool you, she's a real *****. She's mean the entire time and just a real C word. Well I didn't even want to tip her I was so mad. I wanted to give her 25, but she nagged for 30. I hope's she could read my body language and attitude that I was pissed. It did start well, but that only lasted a minute.
I wanted to walk out so bad, but I tried to just get finished and figure I was out the money, might as well try. I'm so depressed now. I TOFT guys please avoid this place

Once in a while, you find one like that. I went to one many years ago in Glen Burnie, that after about 15 minutes of a really crappy massage, I just got up and left. The girl was such a downer that I just wanted to be out of sight of her.
The internet helps a lot in finding things out, just as your report has helped out many mongers in the near future. Expensive lesson, but WTF, it's only money, right?
Took the advise of a fellow brethren and hit this spot this morning. It is open and it is newly redone, the fit&finish work seems a little sub par but I digress.
New mamasan seemed friendly, the door guard guy made himself barely noticeable...and off I was to my room.
The rooms are comfortable but small, cosy if you will. The shower worked well, plenty of hot water and oddly enough a rather large table(I see potential) for 2.
So far all was to my liking!

TS lacked any deep cleaning, or any cleaning at all in ANY right places for that matter. The massage, if I can be so bold to call it one, lack any enthusiasm and was over in about 5 mins. The main event was pretty much the same as what preceded it(i.e., a blow-up doll would have been more fun)....PMs welcome for name unveiling. :eek:
In any event, with the right staff choice(my understanding is there are currently 3 to pick from), this could be a place I can call home. :p

Spent part of my Saturday afternoon at the H drawing Dallin (Dah-lynn). This 4' 11" spinner has mid back, wavy natural colored hair, a very cute face, enhanced C+ chest and one of the best bodies I've seen in a long time. Flawless skin and swimsuit model curves with proabably a 20" waist.
TS ok but nothing special. Dallin gave a pretty nice, strong massage that loosened things up. Dallin learned French from her Uncle Pierre in Paris and has a deep accent. Overall, very techincally proficient.
She was friendly, but not a GFE...kinda quiet overall. Started to give me a couple of "Come On's" at around 40-45mins, but nothing to kill the mood.
So if you want a very cute spinner with pretty good performance and killer body, Dallin is the one for you.

I agree completely with your assessment VAM. Good report...and yes her boobs are NOT real...but they ARE spectacular.
Some times a second visit expands horizons...but not so much in her case. Although, taking the doggie for a walk is truly rewarding experience. Glad I brought my yo-yo so I could show her that trick!
Personally, I'm hoping I can survive a second massage from Gina.

Any of you that have read my past posts know that I am kind of new here so you guys will know this place as Champions but I have come to know it by its new name.
I am hesitant to put too much info in a general posting with all the stuff going on lately but I will be happy to fill any Senior members in on my latest therapy session. Just PM me.

This is my first post, I have not been to MT in about 2 weeks but last time I was there, amy was gone and luby (or ruby, I don't know) was back from vacation in hawaii. Both say they live in hawaii and luby said amy was on vacation to hawaii. Have been to MT serveral times over the past few months, but it seemed luby was only one there becasue she had to tell someone to come back. I have seen others there in the past (not hot) and had to ask for luby or amy since it was not there turn. In previous visits, I have had 2 girls luby and joy (I think the manger. Not that hot) and luby and amy (now that was a party). Pretty $$s, $2. 2. Last time with luby was ok, the usual $1. 6. She kind of has attidude when you ask for different positions, like she wants you to finish. Amy gives great tounge work to the right parts and lets you take your time with multiple positions. Luby never comes back and gives you little massage (around your big head) after completing like amy did. Anyways, both are good, I like amy a little better than luby. I hope they did not close, plan on going there tomorrow to see, let you know what I find out.
Whatever works...I am not REAL picky about it.

Big sign on. Open sign off. What the heck, gave it a try. Should have kept on going. Min answered the door and ushered me back to the room. Virtually no engrish in evidence, but got the house fee out of the way and back to the TS. Lots of sign language. Min is tiny, older, short, plain of face. Did I mention tiny. All over! TS was OK, nothing special. Back to the work-out room, and with no massage, ordered to flip. I did, to find Min already in work-out uniform. Not much interest, not much happening, just get it over! I did, and then out the door in under 30. Will wait a while before returning.

This is my first post. I'm a refugee from another site that is no longer any good (I am using the same screen name).
Anyway, last week I visited the very low-key ATMB in Arlington. I have been going here occasionally for years. The visits have ranged from excellent to lame, and the providers have ranged from young and hot to old and tired.
Last week's visit was one of the best. The provider was Jenny. I am not sure how much detail I should post, but for now I will say that if Jenny gets comfortable with you, she will make sure you are satisfied with your visit.
Perhaps some senior members can offer advice on the proper amount of detail, and I will provide same. Also, has anyone else had a session with Jenny?

Yes again, another great visit to this "new/old" place.
Reeled in a newbie, Michelle, 4th day on the job and she has not wasted any time getting acclimated to her new environment. I am happy to say techniques were "old school" and quite refereshing(e.g., her grip, control probably worked on for years, was unreal). Session lasted 3/4's of the allotted time but I was completely satisfied with the results*.
BTW she prefers the prepayment plan vs "the pay as you go/after method" so look for that nightstand beforehand, so as not to kill the mood after the session begins, but not to worry...compensate with confidence!
Classic looks, beautiful long black hair, all organic features...along with a great service attitude & willingness to please.

Went to MT today, they are open. Saw Luby. Asked if Amy was there, she said no, don’t know when she is coming back. She then asked me if I wanted two girls (have done this before) because joy was there. I said too much $$$s. Had good TS with time well spent in the important areas. After TS, I told her if joy wanted to come and watch, I would finish sooner. Massage was good but a little short. During the massage I heard the door bell ring and another comrade. Joy answered the door. We flipped and started to get to business (FS) and just then joy opened the door and came in and started AR while I was busy attending to luby. Even though she kept her clothes on, I was roaming all over her and luby at the same time. Joy also roamed on luby. Well it did not take long for me to finish. I tipped her an extra. 40. I asked how business was and she said a little slow, have not advertised because of trouble with LE at other local AMPs. She said they have not had any trouble. I am reg here so thats why I think I got a little extra treatment. Anyways, overall good experience, but would still like to find and FS APM that gave a nice long massage (more than 10 min).

Champs burned out, and the new place--Yorkshire (?) Therapy is clean, bright and actually has hooks for clothes. Playing VERY LOW KEY so all the LE reading this site need to be nice. They do not want to cross the line and get in trouble. So, let's remember they are not providing unallowable services and the therapists are careful and their services and needs should be respected.
That said, my 5 sessions have been great. Michelle was almost as nice as Sue. Be good and stay safe and smart.

Yeah, she didn't seem all that enthusiastic when I saw her a few weeks ago. I've found that the best sessions tend to come from the older, plainer-looking gals as opposed to the younger ones. The best therapy I ever received came from a downright homely girl at Sakura way back when I first began my therapeutic visits.
Finally made it to Ana Vs in Great Falls. Not bad. Nice place. Worth the money. Let me know if anyone else has been there.

D. is a tough nut to crack. Great body and I've never had a bad time with her, but I can definitely see how she could rub some folks the wrong way. YMMV is definitely a factor here.

I dozed off in traffic today and saw the weirdest thing in my dream. It was an eight-legged sea creature holding a neon sign above his head that said "OPEN".
Met Hannah. She was wonderful. She started out as a fake, but we stopped that. Then she gave a tremendous therapy session. However, the shower was inop! Did not like the hygene status, but the little head told the big head that the sink was adequate if used a lot. Of course all this was all in line with PWC LE and health codes. Hope they stay open. But the Yorkshire session was better, and the facility was nicer.
I've been reading up and may decide to pay one of these places a visit. My body's been aching and I need a good massage.
Where's (or what's) HWC? Any other good spots highly recommended?

I just read the abbreviations dictionary linked to via: http://www.usasexguide.info/forum/showthread.php?t=1897
and found that TS means Transexual.
So as to reduce confusion, I think we all need to know that it ALSO means TABLE SHOWER where you lie on a table and the provider shampoos your body. If done correctly this can be the best part of the whole MP experience!
I believe that the majority of the time TS is seen in this forum that it means just that: TABLE SHOWER.
That is also NOT to say that a TS - Transexual experience would be a bad thing! I have never tried it, if anyone else has, please PM me and tell me all about it.

Visited *** today and met a new girl K****, only 4 days. She is a cute little spinner and although she says she is new to the buisness, she left me satisfied completely. Seniors and trusted can PM for details. Also found out today is Gina's last day.

And if LE was to bust in, would they be able to charge me for anything?I'm not a lawyer, but your question comes at an ironic time. The nine or so guys that were busted during the LE investigation and raid of the "old" HWC in December are scheduled to be in court this Friday, March 9th, according to the published article in the Potomac News that appeared after the December 2006 raid.
I don't know if those cases are still on the docket or it has been slipped to a later date, but I believe all of those guys were charged with "Frequenting a Bawdy House." I don't know how the prosecutor intends to try to prove this, but essentially that means that allegedly the guys went there knowing that they could get more than a massage. With all the reports about it on this board and others, combined with TV and print news about the raid, the "old" HWC certainly had quite a reputation. It will be interesting if the prosecutor tries to introduce USG reports about it into evidence to establish that the place had a reputation for giving more than massages. I'm not an attorney so I don't know what the precedents are for blog posts as evidence.
Of course, one guy who was pulled over for a "traffic stop" allegedly told LE everything, so maybe the prosecution will try to base everything on his testimony. There's a good chance he cut a deal with the prosecutor for them to go easy on him if he cooperated in the investigation. Perhaps at least one or more other guys were caught in the act during the raid. If LE found lots of used and unused condoms on the premises, that would certainly be damning evidence.
If you read my previous posts of the PWC code, even having your private parts exposed in a massage establishment (provider or customer) is a crime, so even if LE busts in and they don't catch you in the act, keep a towel close by, cover up quick, and hope the girl can flush a used condom down the toilet if there is time to do so.
Since HWC has now reopened, presumably under new management and ownership, I'm sure all of the services now offered there are totally legal and ethical. Any reports here to the contrary should be regarded as hearsay, misstatements, fabrications, and/or exagerrations unless proven otherwise.

The nine or so guys that were busted during the LE investigation and raid of the "old" HWC in December are scheduled to be in court this Friday, March 9th, according to the published article in the Potomac News that appeared after the December 2006 raid.
Well, JR, why not take the day off and hang around the Prince William Court house. See who shows up and see what happens in court. Could be interesting and probably beats anything else you might have going on that day ;^)

The take away is that this is definitely one list you don't want your name on. Even if you can beat the rap, the humiliation, cost, and time spent to defend yourself against the charges is substantial.

Okay Gents I need your help. Firstly I am new to this forum. I have been all over Beltsville and Laurel, but it's a hastle getting over there from NOVA. Now that that's over I am going to ask you for your kind assistance. I have been frequenting "K" for the past couple of months and am getting a bit tired of A and S. Not much selection. Question 1, What time is the best to visit. I can usually only make it in the afternoon. Question 2: Is "Best" worth a visit? I have heard very negative reports.

I'm looking into going back to Supra, but it seems like HWC and Sakura is the way to go. I only visit once a month and would like to get my $'s worth. I could not find any information 'bout HWC anywhere! Could somebody send me a PM that includes the address & fees. I'm thinking $60 for mamasan and $100 for fs. I'd like to go early in the morning so that I'll beat the rush hour.

I've been to Kinja several times and have been satisfied with the service. It would have been my AMP of choice, but I see that it's now closed. I've also been to the Magical Touch once on Old Bridge. It was an alright HJ with no roaming, unless I would have specified before. She said it would be ok if I had had a glove on. Can someone send me a PM with the locations of some other AMP's or RMP's in the NOVA area. I'd appreciate the heads up. Thanks.

Michelle was a 10, across the board, but has flown away. Too bad! Met with Honey the other day. Great English, but so what. She has great theraputic skills, but rather mechanical throughout. Would probably repeat, but would take a chance on another provider if available. Be safe--and Uncle LEO, nothing happened out of sorts.

BC appreciated at blind_lefty(at)safe-mail.net. Tried to RTFF but only find rt 28, near CVS, community named Yorkshire and I don't know where that is. Will happily report back my experience.
York was harrassed by LE as Champs. New owner seems to want to ensure there is not a repeat of the old problems, and is going to make sure it can stay open. Very clean and nice. Try it for a good relaxing session, but they will not cross the line for you or LE.

I remember waiting in line to see Phantom Menace with some friends, and the line wrapped all the way around the block and up a residential street - and the cops were doing their best to maintain calm and order in the crowd. Eventually they started towing cars from the lot across from some of the houses we were camped in front of - and they ended up towing this old Doctor's car. We knew he was a doctor because we were infront of his house, and there was a sign that said Doctor's Office. We knew it was his car because he came running out the front door in his bathrobe cursing to high heaven that the cops were towing his car, and not one of ours.
Naturally, the whole crowd starts to shout and scream and plead the Doctor's case to the cops - who pulled out a megaphone and guess what he said.
"If you all don't shut up right now I'm going to arrest you for enticing a riot."

K was too busy, so I made the fatal mistake of going around the corner. Agh!
To cut a long story short, I will never go there again. Firstly the quality is lower than I am used to (if you know what I mean), Garlic Breath!!, Second rate massage, I guess the HR was half-decent, Unhappy about tip, Almost asked for the water back!!!

Sign was lit up so I had a little Candy yesterday. Older, not a spinner, but very good TS and went above and beyond to please this old boy.
Didn't see much about the new AMP in my neighborhood, so I thought I'd TOFTT. Cosmo opened recently and according to the therapist hasn't been doing much business. The place is clean and well appointed. Even the TS was spotless. The service, however, was purely therapeutic. Though the massage was excellent and the TS was promising, I did not leave fully satisfied.
Rates were. 8 for an hour with TS (actually had more than an hour), or. 6 for half hour without TS. A bit pricy compared to local rates. For the excellent massage, I tipped the therapist, Nana? , a generous pair of Jacksons.
Don't expect they'll be open long unless they get with the program, lower their rate, and get some better referrals. You won't stumble across this place as the "street" it's on is actually just a parking lot.

MnVGod I love it. You're right, you caught me. I can't figure out the amazingly complex subterfuge going on here. So as a dedicated member of the LE community I tried to pass myself off as a fellow monger. I miss one reference to champs in an earlier post and try to find some help here (aren't we here to help each other? ) and I'm instantly LE. (an LEO would have access to all business licenses and be able to pull up every address in the state without blinking) Oh yeah and I only asked for location information; no desire for anything else. Thanks Dlrzboy btw; the champs reference was all I needed, I know that address.
Does anyone here live under the delusion that LE doesn't know the exact location and activities that go on in every AMP that has a legal shingle out? Raids/busts don't happen because LE found out about a place doing business. They happen when elections are coming, budgets are being reviewed, locals call in complaints, departments need good press to offset bad, the press brings too much attention to a certain issue, etc. The cops don't give a crap about this; they have better things to do (in their own mind and in truth). We all know this.
I doubt there are any that could vouch for me here. If I ever had people to vouch for me it would have been on TBD and I was never an active poster even in my heyday anyway. Hell their archive doesn't even go back far enough to catch any of my reviews on the public board there. There may be some here that recognize my tag from the old days (JJB? ) but certainly not that know me well enough to vouch for me. I came here because I'm now more of a dcspa board type and that board over there is now less than useless.
And sexual favors? Jeez, I don't know what you guys go to massage parlors for, but personally my neck is killing me (isn't your neck your "little head"? ).
Not that it matters; I don't care what you think and my usage of this board will continue to be what it's always been. Lurking and gleaning what I can, when I can, to use when my neck acts up. My mongering has always been spontaneous and unpredictable (why I'm more of a spa side type now); I'd head to my normal spots and/or check the board before heading out. I'd happily post my findings as my way of giving back to the community for responding to a question (otherwise normally I'd go about my business quietly) but if it wasn't for Dlrzboy I don't think I could say I've been given any support here.

Several men who recently appeared in court on prostitution-related charges either got their charges dropped or continued for a year for final disposition.
Police shut down a Lake Ridge area brothel operating under the guise of an acupressure center in December, resulting in prostitution-related charges for eight men and the business's manager.
All eight men and the center's manager appeared Friday before Prince William General District Judge Craig D. Johnston for trial.
Johnston continued the trials for **************, 39, of Fairfax Station and *************, 57, of the Fairfax area, to April 9.
Johnston continued the trial for ************, 45, of the Nokesville area, to April 27.
Johnston continued charges against *************, 21, of Burke; *************, 42, of the Mason Neck area; and *************, 26, of Vienna, to March 10, 2008, for final disposition, pending their good behavior.
Johnston dropped the charge against ***************, 47, of the Manassas area.
*************, 68, of the Haymarket area was charged with fornication for money in addition to the bawdy place charge. Johnston dropped the fornication charge and continued the bawdy place charge to March 10, 2008, for final disposition, pending his good behavior.
Health and Wellness Center, at 12504 Lake Ridge Drive in the Lake Ridge Executive Park, was found to be involved in prostitution after a police investigation in December.
The center's manager, **************, 53, of *************** in Carrollton, Texas, was charged with maintaining a bawdy place. His (sic) trial is April 27 in General District Court.
Police were tipped off to the operation by an unidentified man who was pulled over during a traffic stop after being seen leaving the business, according to an affidavit that was filed in Prince William County Circuit Court in December.
The man, who had been to the center a few times, told police that an Asian woman greeted him at the door and then escorted him to another room where he was greeted by a "younger" Asian woman, according to the affidavit.
After being asked what he wanted, the source received sexual favors at a cost.

I saw an ad in the City Paper for a Bubbles Accup. and called the other week. I wasn't sure of the location, but when I called, it was an obvious two call senerio. Anyway, today I went ahead and checked it out. Saw River, she was very attractive, and fit, but service was quick and to the point. Not much of a massage, but she obviously knew a little about it. Don't normally partake more than once a month, but after seeing the video and my last disappointing visit, had to try out the new York* AMP. I can confirm the other postings: 100% legitimate service, excellent therapy. As a fully satisfied customer, I'm definitely going back in the future. Here is a synopsis of the therapy, seniors may PM for more details (maybe someday I'll be a senior member, too).
Called, no answer, but showed up around opening and found the light on. Ajima (mamasan applies to Japanese whorehouses, which this most definitely is not) thoroughly verified my identity, can't be too careful with all the wierdos out there. Requested Michelle based on previous posts, but was told she didn't work there. I think she smelled the breakfest coming from the resturants opening up next door, bacon or something, but got past that and confirmed the room was the standard fare.
Super hot therapist, slender young and pretty, soon arrived and off to the TS. All areas politely and carefully prepared. A little chit chat in Korean helped to ease the tension that was obviously building. That smell of breakfest still lingered in the air.
Back in the room, massage was firm and thorough, though a little reserved. It took some convincing that I could handle the full therapy, which eventually was executed with enthusiasm. Next time I'll remember to greet my therapist with more zeale to break the ice sooner.

Good report, Jag65. I've learned from experience, though, that the often promised "better service next time" rarely materializes. If I can't get what I expect on a first visit, I won't go back.
I'll take that level of service any day. Actually, repeat service can improve resuls, but usually because of an hour practice in setting up better chemistry. Of course the real booster is a second quality tip, then the chemistry might happen. Recently I enjoyed the services of Mimi at Yorkshire. Not really my cup of tea physically, but by the end of the session I was suitably relaxed! Cuter would be nice, but too often the real lookers are all fanatasy and very limited effort. She ended up providing good service for an hour.
Had a great time at the local three-star AMP (***) with a very young girl named Connie. A bit taller than most with enhanced upper body but not overdone. She's not an ordinary K-girl by any means. This location changed ownership a week ago. They are now advertising in the Post (I saw an ad today.) .7 for 45 minutes, the service is nothing like it used to be in the past under the previous management. Don't waste your money there. Seniors and trusted members can PM me for additional info.

I can confirm this. They have gone to regular nova fare. too bad. Used to be my favorite place. I was treated well, and given the full hour; however, with the change in menus it no longer seems worth going to.

I had a repeat visit today with Sylvia. Took the 45 minutes at .6 and for the second time went over my hr.
I was really trying to see someone different but everyone was busy. She was a little disappointed at first I didn't want to see her. I flipped the script and told her it was her who told me to come back for the changing of the guards. We laughed it off.
I took her up on the TS she hit all the right places. The time spent together this go round was much better than the last. YMMV
I definitely like to change but in all honesty it seems the more you see them the more comfortable everyone gets seems to go a lot better for a couple times. Then they kind of start taking for granite and it becomes routine that's a big turnoff for me.

Had not been to the place above the garden for a while. Reading an earlier post I decided to give Seven a whirl. I definitly did not get the GFE. She is attractive, for her age.... Rushed TS, very short massage but did a nice job with the light massage part. No AR (very dissapointing) allowed limited DATY but stopped early and would slide her finger in the way to block her sensative spot (this was also very dissapointing). Mish off the edge of the table had a nice fit with good muscle control.
Wouldn't walk out if she was the luck of the draw but would not ask for her.
