Last Saturday started great. I texted Jenny in Tysons at 5 pm for a 9:30 massage. She texted back, and confirmed, asking me to text her back at 8:30 for the address. At 8:30 I texted, only to get a response saying, "Sorry Honey. Something has come up. " I was upset, but just responded with "No worries. Maybe next time". I've had nothing but over-priced, with under-valued results on Lincoln. Additionally, I don't recall ever reading a positive review from that place. So my question is this. Is every provider located in Tysons based out of Lincoln? Do they rent out a whole apartment complex? Needless to say, the night ended with a cold shower. I booked an appointment with her, got to the location 5 minutes early, and was looking for parking, concerned about the permit-only signs around the area.
She texted "Are you coming? If not, I'm leaving. " I responded that I was there and asked where to park, and if the street was OK. No response on where to park. A few minutes later, she asks where I am, and I tell her I'm in my car looking at the building but don't want to get towed. She finally answered three minutes after my appointment time that the street was OK.
I park, walk to the building, and the entry is locked. I text her back, and she says it's open. I reply that I'm looking at the lobby, but don't have the code. She tells me that it's around the corner on the other side of the building, and I realize that that she sent me the information about the door while I was trying to park, instead of telling me where to park.
Now I'm walking around the corner, and she tells me that she's deducting the time that I'm late from my session.
I text back that she should look at the time of my first text, and see that I was there early and asked where to park, and she didn't get back to me for almost 5 minutes.
By the time I'd get in, undressed and ready, I'm looking at a 40 minute session while paying for an hour, so I tell her that I'm leaving.
Providers at Tysons should be giving parking and entrance information ahead of time, not waiting until you're there, then not responding quickly.
I had the sense that she was looking for an excuse to cancel and go home, and put me in the position where I'd either agree to spend a lot of money for a rushed session, or bail out.
I can't count how many times providers have kept me waiting 10-20 minutes or more, and this is the first time I've had one get so stingy on time where it's clear that the issue is her communication on parking and entering, not my lack of consideration.
She texted back "cancel" and I let her know that she's too late, because I'm already back at my car.
I went home with $240 in my pocket that I was prepared to leave behind, but she'd rather squabble about 15 minutes than work with the situation.

Interesting that there is a Korean Kiko downstairs. I have known the Chinese 2nd floor Kiko (Diamond) for some time although it's been too long since I've seen her. I doubt very much she's splitting time. Never been to LL/Smooth. Has anyone seen both Kiko's to give a comparison? Through a series of random events I found myself misplaced in Mclean on Curran street with time to kill and hankering for mischief. One located on the second floor called Mila Spa, and another located next door on the 3rd floor called California Massage and Tea.

Driving by Arlington I decided to venture into this building hidden behind a slew of office buildings. Tucked into a corner I was sure this was a prime location for a run and tug, but my instincts lead me astray. I went in and saw an older chubby Chinese lady working behind the desk. Driving by Arlington I decided to venture into this building hidden behind a slew of office buildings. One of the things I most enjoy doing, is checking the (rub) maps for relics. I got an hour here and met with a youngish (maybe 30's) Chinese provider. She was wearing a white hoodie and long black leggings and had her hair tied up in a pony tail. Honestly, she looked a lot like baby hua to folks who know her. Same body type and even similar facial features. I don't recall her name. I want to say Annie or Amy, it was something overly generic. Massage was good. Not great. Which maybe gave me hope that there was a flip in my future.
But flip never came. I did get my hour but not the ending I was hoping to receive. It's possible this place is legit now, but I'm also prone to think that maybe I just struck out. I'll need more data before I can truly bury this place for good.

It is the place I go when my body aches and I need a massage. It is one of few places where they have actually walked on my back using those ceiling bars for stabilization. Was there a couple of weeks ago.
From personal observation it is a revolving door for "therapists" and managers. Always changing. And like a box of chocolates you never know. I recall one therapist that seemed more Hispanic than Asian after the flip and some front rubbing and teasing grabbed my hand and positioned a bottle of lotion and looked for approval. I said no thanks I can do that at home and she laughed and finished the legit massage. Luck of the draw I saw her again a few weeks later and after some teasing I was so horny that when she offered the lotion I accepted. To my surprise while I stroked junior she was massaging my balls and other sensitive areas. Turned out great. From now on when someone offers you the lotion ask if they plan on helping?
As for this place going legit I suspect they give free rein to their therapists to work as hard as they want for their tips. The majority of time it will be a legit massage.
With regards to a back only massage, Several places I've been including Massage Pro wait until the last 5-10 minutes for the flip and maybe a little teasing. Then it is "times up" I've never had one decline to do another 30 minutes at the standard rate. That is what they were planning all along if it was a slow day and they had nothing booked. Your best bet is to find a provider who is willing to listen to your preferences and accommodate them.

The first place, you decided not to stay at is Massage Dragon Spa, which has attractive 40 ish providers who give good massages and NOVA finishes. It's a quality place, clean and good standard service. YMMV, as far as a little more than standard and dependent on the lady.
The second place has ladies a little younger than the norm. Did you really get a BJ there? I'm surprised as they are not known to provide that level of service. Or did you mean to type HJ. $40 is typical for a HJ. I've been there a number of times and never been asked about the type prior to service.

My "last massage" of 2020 was a lot like "that particularly bad year" -- disappointing and masked.

Depending on the area you reside / work in, those "connections" may easily end up tracing back to actual people you know / work with. As you said, if a provider wants PII, I simply move on. Been recently been wanting to take another chance with a NOVA KAMP, especially after the recent reviews of Lucy / Best Chantilly.
I've been frequenting Greenbelt AMPs because I overall felt like they had a higher quality of providers (I'm big on a shapely body), not to mention the 0. 7 house fee compared to the traditional 0. 8 house fee for KAMP that offer TS. Not just that but with NOVA AMPs I've had a lack of memorable experiences, whereas Greenbelt has had me leaving with a smile on my face a high percentage of the time. HG2.Not the OP here, but I feel that a fake LinkedIn isn't the problem here. It's having the fake profile match the name on the other forms of identification you're providing. So either you have a full set of fake IDs setup for this or you'll have a LinkedIn account with a different name on the photo I'd you provide them. If it's on its own, the fake profile may work but in conjunction with other things it would be more difficult tying the profile's name to your I'd's name.

If it's on its own, the fake profile may work but in conjunction with other things it would be more difficult tying the profile's name to your I'd's name.Since it was my post that got the ball rolling on this topic, thought I'd chime in with a few follow-up comments.
First, to do a good job at it would absolutely require an investment in time and creativity. It might also require some trial and error, by which I mean ditching a profile that didn't satisfy you and trying again. For mongers who are fine with providers who don't require verification at all, or minimal verification (like provider references), this wouldn't make sense.
Second, a fake LinkedIn account certainly isn't going to work for any provider with an over-the-top verification process that requires the monger to provide multiple sources of PII. It would only work for providers who are somewhere in the middle of the verification spectrum. Also, as we've all experienced, the verification process is its own negotiation of sorts. Sometimes a provider wants to make the appt but needs a little something, like some kind of work-related info, to raise her comfort level. By combining hobby phone + hobby email + hobby name + hobby LinkedIn, you would hopefully pass that level of screening. Every situation will be different and even the same provider might be inconsistent, but it's a bargaining chip you wouldn't otherwise have.
Third, it's a personal cost-benefit analysis, mostly in terms of the time and effort involved, that everyone needs to evaluate for themselves. It's not the Holy Grail of verification, but it could help someone see a provider who would otherwise be out of reach. Just another potential tool in the mongering toolbox, not necessarily suitable for every situation, but nice to know it's there.
As I said in my initial post, I'm not personally going down this path but I thought it was an interesting idea and wanted to share the discussion from the other forum because it contained useful details from a monger who has used it successfully. It also occurs to me that, once set up, such a profile would probably require very little maintenance. Also, once someone figured out the learning curve to do it once, repeating the process would probably be a piece of cake.

So I was visiting the NOVA area over the holidays, and felt like having a visit, as I usually do when I'm in the area. I had plenty of places to choose from in Manassas, but I was out in the Chantilly area, so I decided to check on Miko's and Smile. I contacted her a month or so ago and I guess she is too busy. She wanted personal information that is not going to happen for me. It was for HER safety. What about MY safety. With too much info I would be set up for blackmail.
