She got afflicted by the disease that's seems to be running rampant like the corona. The dreaded GPS. Wanted 350 for FS. I left and never looked back.
So I'm not sure if things changed, but I'll try to TOFTT in my next pay day and see.

For a 20 more you would be treated like king in a K-agencies and the service is exceptional. The girls go extra step to please you. You can ask for a massage and it will be on par or even better than the AMP massages. The best case scenario is that you get a decent massage and a decent FS for 250 in AMP, that rarely happens. Except with the walking appointments there is no other advantage to the AMPs anymore. I will stick with the independent massage providers and agencies.
I'd given up on FE back in Jan. I was in the neighbourhood today, and I thought I'd pop in. In the past, FS was on the menu just once, then off again. So I knew what to expect TS, deep massage and the Nova special. Ended up with a really weird experience from the start.
TL; DR: New girl. Probably not worth it, but it depends on what you're looking for. I left satisfied but not sure I'd repeat. $. 8 H, asked for $$ for FS.
Longer version.

I hear movement, doors opening closing, the shower, etc. Doorbell rings, more movement. 35 minutes go by and I'm thinking, she's with another client and forgot about me. I slooowly get dressed and start to leave and want my money $. 8 back. So I start wandering the hall, I go to the employees only door and knock. Usually there's a guy there or MMS or someone else.
She comes rushing out of another room, apologies says "5 more minutes, just 5 more minutes. " Kinda forces me back to my. I'm a sheep and say fine, just 5 more minutes. Okay, totally with someone else, either forgot about me or previous appointment. Now I'm feeling bad, to have popped in like that. She should've sent me way. I wouldn't have been hurt.

I stopped by Pine Wellness in Herndon a few weeks ago and drew a late 40's lady who obviously had been in the game for a long time. She spoke English without much of an accent. She went right for my D when she came in for the massage. Asked how much money I brought. I told her $60. She called me cheap. I told her she can either give me the 30 minute massage for what I already gave her or she could give me a HJ for $40 of the $60 and if she did a good job she might get an extra $20. She seemed pissed, but started the HJ. Her technique was terrible, kept stopping and complaining that I was taking too long. I finally told her to stop all together and left without giving her a tip at all. Told her that she needed to lose the attitude if she wants any repeat clients. I won't be going back there again.

I told her $40 is the going rate and to get anymore money she will have to allow roaming. I was surprised at her limits because I have always had really great service at Angel Spa.
I seem to notice a lot of attitude from the Korean providers lately. I wonder what the problem is.Like a previous poster said, the providers are not making much money and are being greedy and are desperate to pay rent, bills, etc. Thus the increase in piss poor attitude especially among the Koreans. They want to do minimum work and want a big tip. Not to offend anyone but they are becoming straight up lazy. Thai providers are right up there in being greedy.
I always make a point to take junior out to play before visiting any establishments so he's not the loudest voice in the room, but it never works.
Was cruising through listings and saw something for Sunstar Spa. I didn't see any recent stories about it so decided to check them out. Called ahead for appointment and everything worked out for timing. Was told. 6 for HH and. 8 for H but it's 50 minutes which was a little confusing. But I figured with only one MT on staff and no MMS that there needed to be things in between clients. I wanted the TS so I picked the "H" choice, first mistake but okay. She asked how I wanted the massage and I said medium, she asked if there was any spots I needed and told her my shoulders because I actually do need regular work done there. Her massage was pretty decent, one of the better massages I've had period so that's good. There was already some teasing on the TS so I wasn't worried about sending the wrong message.
After the flip she wanted the tip up front, . 6 for standard which I agree is awful and I know I could pass on, but you know how things get. Second mistake made. She climbs onto the other end of the table so there's no interaction there but it was a nice, slow finish so there's that. I didn't catch her name because I didn't plan on going back after the timing / pricing things, but she's a chatty one. I'm sure if you stay silent during the massage or just grunt she'll probably give up. But her English was really good so if you're looking for a chat and massage it's not the worst thing ever. One down side is because there's no MMS she answered the phone each time but brought it into the room with her. Someone tried to come upstairs during the massage but went back to his car and I'm hoping that's who was out front in his car, tinted windows, and facing the entrance when I left. He certainly wasn't there when I parked but man does it mess with your head.
TL; DR. Decent massage but the prices / timing make it a place I won't return to.

I am posting just because it's a recent topic. I am looking for feedback, though. I can't give a critique of one vs the other because I haven't yet tried an agency. I know how to access their services. Maybe I do try based on the feedback. I have been to plenty of AMPs. I do like Indepents set up in an Apt, or Condo; if their place is clean and their services good. I do realize and agree (even without trying the yet), that an agency girl would treat you "special" and not just like a "John" who rang the bell. I have received that kind of treatment from some of the Independents. With them, I have wanted to return and have. My basic question is in response to the "for a $20 more" comment. I always assumed that the Agencies fee ran up towards $400, or more. Are you saying that I can go with an agency for what: $250, $300. ? What's the total damage for their services? Thanks for any help.

Been a lurker for a while but first post. But been at this for a (long) while now on and off. Used to post on some other forums but they got shut down and only found this one earlier this year.
Made a jaunt to Lovely Spa yesterday. Was the most convenient option for me that day. Never been but read some reviews on here and thought why not. Rang the bell and greeted by a women late 30's / early 40's. Looked Korean but she had a mask on so couldn't be exactly sure about that or age. Said her name was Monica. English was very good, to the point that I was trying to gauge how strong / real her accent was. I did not have an appointment and she said no problem. Took my temperature and then back to a room. Asked me if it was my first time. I said yes, but I had seen some ads so I wanted to visit. I opted for. 60 for HH. She asked me if I wanted a shower and I said I'd taken one right before coming there so no need. She told me to get ready and get on the table and then left. There were multiple layers of stuff on the table -- a plastic liner and a couple disposable liners. So I end up laying down and assume this must not be a table with a cutout for the face, which I have seen once or twice. She comes in and tells me I am facing the wrong way, and we laugh and I turn around. She pops through the liner where I can put my face. Good thing I didn't pretend like I had been there before.
She starts an Ok massage. She spent alot of time on the legs, not much on the back. Leg work was pretty decent. She straddles me and gives me the usual subtle signs / checks to see if I am there for some extra work. Eventually she starts the light touch and ST. Was pretty good at that. She asks me if I want to flip, and I flip. Then starts a Nova. Now when I was face down I thought I heard her taking some clothes off, so I was hoping maybe I'd flip to see the girls loose or at least the top off. But alas, no. I agree Lucy's massage is good. The massage only is worth about $100.
If you are looking for a full on nuru that includes 45-55 minutes of body to body with a true nuru seaweed gel that was available from Naomi a few years ago, you will be disappointed. Lucy devoted about 15 minutes of the hour session to a good, not great nuru. However, there are few good nuru providers out there, so she may be one of your best nuru easily available.
2/3 of the way through the session, I asked her for the expected HJ, She balked and asked for a ridiculous upsell. For me this made the session poor. This may have been partly my fault for not being clear at the start. If I had a do over I would:
Ask for at least 30 minutes of the session to be full on body to body nude nuru. Part with me face up, part with face down. Believe me you want both sides. A good massage for the remainder and a nova release as a part of the session is also reasonable. A nice nuru release is Russian. The gel makes for a good flight path.
Considering Lucy's countenance and looks, I think 200 is a fair price for the above request. If you can get the Russian release and all the rest, perhaps 220. More than that without FS seems silly to me. Others chime in please.

You're correct that an advantage AMP's have is that you can get serviced right now. Sort of like Fast Food compared to a sit-down facility.
Also no extra expenditures to maintain a Monger Phone in case "Ashley Madison" is busted.
Another advantage is expectation management or the "Thrill of the Hunt". Walking in you don't know if you're going to "Take One for the Team" so expectations are low. However if you do your research ahead of time 90% of the time your visit will exceed your expectations.
And finally there is variety, you'll find a spectrum of skills from a excellent massage to other preferences.
Everyone has different preferences.
You won't be disappointed. Not bald but well trimmed. Stopped by a week ago for my regular check-in appreciate the consistency of the performance without GPS. Enjoy!

Made a jaunt to Lovely Spa yesterday. Was the most convenient option for me that day. Never been but read some reviews on here and thought why not. Rang the bell and greeted by a women late 30's / early 40's. Looked Korean but she had a mask on so couldn't be exactly sure about that or age. Said her name was Monica. English was very good, to the point that I was trying to gauge how strong / real her accent was. I did not have an appointment and she said no problem. Took my temperature and then back to a room. Asked me if it was my first time. I said yes, but I had seen some ads so I wanted to visit. I opted for. 60 for HH. She asked me if I wanted a shower and I said I'd taken one right before coming there so no need. She told me to get ready and get on the table and then left. There were multiple layers of stuff on the table -- a plastic liner and a couple disposable liners. So I end up laying down and assume this must not be a table with a cutout for the face, which I have seen once or twice. She comes in and tells me I am facing the wrong way, and we laugh and I turn around. She pops through the liner where I can put my face. Good thing I didn't pretend like I had been there before.
She starts an Ok massage. She spent alot of time on the legs, not much on the back. Leg work was pretty decent. She straddles me and gives me the usual subtle signs / checks to see if I am there for some extra work. Eventually she starts the light touch and ST. Was pretty good at that. She asks me if I want to flip, and I flip. Then starts a Nova. Now when I was face down I thought I heard her taking some clothes off, so I was hoping maybe I'd flip to see the girls loose or at least the top off. But alas, no. I also tried some subtle roaming but got no signals back and some tight body language. So I stopped. She starts making some moaning noises and we complete the job. Right at the end I see her look up at the clock, which wasn't great. She giggles and asks me if I am good. Quick cleanup, dress, and I am out.
Overall, she was better looking and probably younger than some places I have been to lately. But she was not all that personable. Nova was OK, not great. I tipped. 60 in hopes that if I decide to come back some time soon maybe she'll be more friendly. I'm out that way more often now.

I am posting just because it's a recent topic. I am looking for feedback, though. I can't give a critique of one vs the other because I haven't yet tried an agency. I know how to access their services. Maybe I do try based on the feedback. I have been to plenty of AMPs. Arlington Physical Therapy started off my Nova AMP tour, and I have tried many. 8303, Javier, TOP, etc. Mostly convenient to the Falls Church area. I have visited in MD, too. It all really depends on what you are looking for. It's rare that I have a bad experience, it's even more rare that I am blown away, and can't wait to return. I do like Indepents set up in an Apt, or Condo; if their place is clean and their services good. I do realize and agree (even without trying the yet), that an agency girl would treat you "special" and not just like a "John" who rang the bell. I have received that kind of treatment from some of the Independents. With them, I have wanted to return and have. My basic question is in response to the "for a $20 more" comment. I always assumed that the Agencies fee ran up towards $400, or more. Are you saying that I can go with an agency for what: $250, $300. ? What's the total damage for their services? Thanks for any help.The reason I said 20 more is because the original guy spent 280. It seemed high for a AMP.

If anyone else has been to Lovely Yes I've been there, probably over a year ago. My therapist was also younger than average. Since it was my first visit and I had not seen any reviews I wasn't certain if this a happy ending place or legitimate so I didn't just reach out to send a signal. She did an OK massage with no tease, but in my mind kept wondering is she ever going to go for gold. Finally she did but is was too late and we ran out of time. It takes a while for my water to boil. Her comment was next time we start this earlier. So many other places to visit I just haven't made it back.

I am 45, Asian, fairly healthy with an active lifestyle. I have been a regular visitor to the Greenbelt and NOVA AMPs' since so many years. However, ever since covid, I haven't visited the spots fearing contracting the virus from the AMPs and the massage providers. May be I am overthinking. On the other hand, with so much news on positive cases, deaths and the spread of the virus everywhere around the country, I am surprised I haven't heard one case coming out of someone contracting the virus from the AMP scene (I don’t wish that to happen, touch-wood). However, it raises some doubts. I constantly hear how the Thai ladies and other star providers in NOVA offer services to so many people even during such uncertain times. And, many of us agree, have discussed this many a times in the forum about how the washrooms and the massage tables breed viruses. Are the # of cases not being reported? Are fellow mongers keeping issues to themselves and not discussing it in the forum? Or, are AMPs taking enough precautions and strict screening? I would like to take my fellow mongers opinion on this.

Anyone remember this place?That is Lilly from spa fruit. The lucky seniors who were in this fight long before me; have fond memories of their time at V&M spa. She runs spa fruit in FC now, but I think that whole ordeal that happened to her scared her into legitimacy.
I've tried and tried and tried some more to get something to happen during my visits at fruit. Struck out every time.
Lilly gives an amazing massage tho. And honestly she does have a passion for what she does, and I guess also for what she doesn't do any longer.
Fuck that asshat who attacked her, spoiled the fun for everyone.
I'd still recommend spa fruit to those looking to get a good massage, but the chance of making something happen with Lilly risks rehashing awful memories from her so I don't think extras are available. But there are of course exceptions to every rule.

She gets good reviews on The other site. She just reaches under the table. Strictly a HJ finish with you on your back with mutual touching but no touching between her legs. Stopped in here for the first time in a while, and saw Susan. Mature, attractive woman. A little soft in the middle, and soft (in a good way) up top. Decent english, pleasant personality. She really put a lot of effort and time into the massage, which was pretty good. I appreciate a good massage (and actively dislike the soft touch 'rubs' that some providers give in lieu of a massage, no matter how happy my ending is), so I really enjoyed the session. No real teasing during the massage portion (which probably lasted 45-50 minutes), and then she dimmed the lights and asked "soft touch?" I accepted the suggestion, and the rest of the hour was enjoyable (I think we actually went over by 5-10 minutes, without complaint). $80/ hour, plus tip, and I would return.
Not the person in the ad but still a cute enough girl - 5'4", slim, Bs. She's based in LA but visits the area regularly for 3-4 week visits. Easy setup process. Staying in a nice condo complex near Tysons II. Massage was not MCT but reasonably good, no teasing to speak of. On the flip we negotiated nude / mutual touching for. 8 (I know, too much, but the little head got the better of me). Things went downhill from there. She presses her hips against the massage table limiting access to her legs, she immediately starts to jackhammer the little guy. I should have ended things right then. Needless to say, I would not recommend. What is it with the Thai girls in the Tysons area? Once we get past Covid I'm going to head over to PG or start using one of the Asian crapshoots.

Met a nice brand new youngish looking masseuse, Cindy. Apparently she is only there Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Part time job?. She seems a little new and fresh to the business and had a delightful time. She is about 5 feet tall and might be 100 pounds after eating a big meal. My type! Very pleasant and I had a good time. Some years ago, I had the pleasure of being a first customer at one place (now closed) and a first week customer at another.
At both places, I developed "friendships" with management and staff. And, over the years always experienced better than average services (particularly when staff members would move to their next gig, and I would show up at the new place (thus enhancing their value as team members at the new location since I was new business to that place).
Not all places last long (but many do, and the memories of the MMS and staff can haunt or help you), which is why I always conclude with the phrase.

A lot of the ads on bedpage that feature latinas. Especially if they talk about hooking up on WhatsApp. They are linked to cartels in Central America. You can google this and find threads on Reddit. But short time session has been no problem to me. I note time of start and if paying for an hour, I Just lie there and say hour is not up. Go back to work.
I'll also ask them at some point, How much time left? Makes them conscious that you track time.
If all of us hold them to the time or withhold tip with a direct comment, they understand even if they act like they don't.
Always treat the ladies nice, but nicely keep them to what they promise and you pay for.

There was a lot of chatter about this place about 6 weeks ago and I have been meaning to check it out. I was drinking my second bourbon old fashioned last night and said F it and I made my way to Annandale. I arrived at the location and went in. The door opened and an older Korean women opened the door. She showed me to the room and I asked for HH with table shower for 60. Got undressed and then went to the shower area. The girl needs help or she's bound to crash. I would repeat because her prices are reasonable for massage. But the massage wasn't great but like I said she's the only one running the show and I'm sure her rent for that place ain't cheap.

Don't know if she'll do that for everyone but, if things are slow, it's worth a shot. And I always ask for her strongest massage so it's usually been pretty good. And I constantly remind her that I like an unrushed session so I specifically ask that she not schedule someone immediately after. YMMV, of course, but just some suggestions that might make a positive difference for those who want to give them a try.
Also, she occasionally has friends come down from NY to help her out. Not sure if that's currently the case but you can always ask. Can't remember her name but the last friend was quite attractive and satisfying, with a similar menu.

Not sure they can all be lumped into one group but, as I said in my post, I avoid any who I know or suspect are GPS. That generally includes any with a non-local area code and also any I suspect are affiliated with known GPS-provider Laila (aka Mya). I also avoid any who post brand new ads (mostly in the Fair Lakes and Tysons area) unless I see positive reviews. And, since my preference is for a really great massage, I've stayed with locals like KK, Tara, and Nalee. There are a few others, like Sophie, Mint, and Gina, who have decent massage skills and with whom I have good chemistry. Other "honorable mentions" would include Anna, Candy (Sophie's friend in Fair Lakes), Luna, and Apple although she (Apple) can be a bit flaky and hard to schedule with. But I'm a bit older so my preference is to cultivate a rotation of established regulars rather than seek out newer (or hotter looking) providers.
I haven't dabbled in the Sugar Baby area as everything I've seen indicates that it's more effort than I'm willing to put in. To each their own, of course, but I've been mostly successful in avoiding the GPS trap by sticking with established and well-reviewed local providers. If you're a good regular client then you'll sometimes get referrals from the ladies, which is how I met Gina and Candy. There are more than enough to satisfy my need for variety but of course that may not be the case for others.

Booked a couple days in advance, gave her tons of info for screening, much more than what I would expect as "normal", I showed up and asked for apt number (it's now 10 minutes before appt) and 15 minutes later she said she's cancelling and that I didn't pass her screening (whatever that's supposed to mean). She hasn't responded to any follow up messages. Very odd.

Let me share a few things about myself with you all. 1) Taking one for the team is something I embrace with pride. With all the questions surrounding the Native American owned and operated Energy Serenity Spa, I felt like I'd make my spice it up attempt by giving this place a whirl. My name is Frank, but here are my findings "Man With No Name" style.
The Good-
A few posts down a brah suggested that anyone interested in trying this spa out should google the number in the ad as it was a sure fire way to find pics of the provider. Brah is correct. You'll find a pic of a thick, attractive, racially ambiguous woman wearing a black and red kimono that is the home of a pair of big teds. The woman pictured is Vicky and is the woman who will perform your massage.
Concerns of the place being strictly legit can be forgotten as it is not. On the site there were two massage options that looked unusual. The first was "Body Worship" and the other was "The Works". When setting up my appointment I asked what those two were and I was told those were "sensual" options. This was indeed the case. I went with "The Works". Within 10 minutes of my appointment I was getting a nice and passionate Hugh Jackman and had one of those big teddies in my mouth. At the end of my session I Holy Grailed all over the place.
The Bad-
To start, the massage was super lackluster for the smorgasbord advertised on the site. No substantial body weight or finger strength behind the strokes. It was okay, but I need more than just okay when I'm paying Indy prices.
There's also the issue of this providers appearance. I mentioned before that a google search will produce a picture, but in my estimation, that picture is 12-15 years old, easy. Vicky is probably in her early 60's but looks like she's pushing 70. She's also much thinner than the picture she uses. This however isn't an athletic slim though. It's a got gastric bypass surgery, Atkins dieted afterwards, I look deflated like someone poked me with a safety pin, droopy, loose skin, kinda slim. Teddies are still DD+ but are like a pair of wet three ring socks full of mashed potatoes. When I saw her, she was in all black, her hair was disheveled and she wasn't wearing a bra. All she needs is the hat and her witch costume is set for the end of the month.
The Ugly-
Okay. So. Okay. The "spa" itself looks like the set of Sanford and Son. There's random shit and wild plants all over the place. I power through the appearance of the place and hop on the massage table face down, then immediately hop up. There's a blanket on top of the massage table, and, okay, You remember when you were 14 and you started doing your own laundry? Remember how your pillowcase smelled like 9 months of face, drool and good nights sleep because you didn't know you're supposed to change your sheets once every couple weeks? Yeah. The spot where I put my face smelled twice that bad. I asked that a sheet or towels be placed on the table, as the horrors that I imagine would be revealed with a black light filled me with nausea.
Total damage 150.

I've been out of the area since the pandemic helping family through some issues, but I certainly have had some great Thai experiences as recently as early this year. Not sure they can all be lumped into one group but, as I said in my post, I avoid any who I know or suspect are GPS. That generally includes any with a non-local area code and also any I suspect are affiliated with known GPS-provider Laila (aka Mya). I also avoid any who post brand new ads (mostly in the Fair Lakes and Tysons area) unless I see positive reviews. And, since my preference is for a really great massage, I've stayed with locals like KK, Tara, and Nalee. There are a few others, like Sophie, Mint, and Gina, who have decent massage skills and with whom I have good chemistry. Other "honorable mentions" would include Anna, Candy (Sophie's friend in Fair Lakes), Luna, and Apple although she (Apple) can be a bit flaky and hard to schedule with. But I'm a bit older so my preference is to cultivate a rotation of established regulars rather than seek out newer (or hotter looking) providers.
I haven't dabbled in the Sugar Baby area as everything I've seen indicates that it's more effort than I'm willing to put in. To each their own, of course, but I've been mostly successful in avoiding the GPS trap by sticking with established and well-reviewed local providers.
