So a range in price for a particular service should have a range based on quality. If more services are provided, more payment is logical. However, another economics concept is the demand curve. At a low cost for a particular service at a particular quality there will be a lot of buyers. As the cost rises there will be fewer buyers for the same service. You are right there will always be some buyers willing to pay a high price. But if the service is similar as the price rises there will be fewer of us willing to pay. There is also a market for a truly exceptional service or quality of service. The service Candy provides is not exceptional. There a lot of massage and tug providers. However, her quality is quite high. If you are ok paying for a relatively unexceptional service at a very high quality, then Candy is your provider.
You seem to be making a point that a high level of payment is justified due to risk. I do not see how a high cost provider is taking more risk than a low cost provider, but perhaps there is logic there I don't see. Demand curves do not care about cost of production or risk. Low price, more purchases. Higher price, fewer purchasers.
There is a big caveat to all this economic theory BS. It assumes buyers and sellers are well informed. Jin is a legit establishment with serious, professional therapists. They will find your pain and pound it away.

If you want FS, you can go to a provider that concentrates on FS. Part of this is value. A great massage and HJ can be had for $120-150. A hour FS with two pops is in the range of 160-200. So for 280 -300 you can get two hours; an hour very good massage / HJ and an hour FS-two pops. The good massage and FS providers are 300 and up for ONE hour and likely one pop! Is it not better to separate the service?

If I pay for an hour, that's what I expect. As in your case, oftentimes providers want to stop after the finish even with time left on the clock. When that starts to happen I'll ask for her to massage my legs (or head, or whatever) some more and she'll usually take the hint. If she starts making excuses (another client waiting, or whatever), I don't make a fuss because at that point I know she's not willing to put forth any more effort. But when I give the tip I reduce it by at least $20. If she says anything I just remind her that we only did a 45 (or 30) min session and when I see her again for the full hour then I will pay the full tip. Money talks and that's the best way to get the message across. Just my two-cents worth.

I echo almost everything in this report. However, I would say her body is better than average for her age. I visited Candy recently. She provides a deep tissue massage similar to Lucy's, who has given me the best massage I've received, or KK, who is in my top 3. The encounter was in a safe, clean location in McLean One of the typical places for the providers that run this crew. She answered the door in the skin tight, body colored leotard. I doubt the pictures in her early add are her. If they are they have either been touched up or are her from 15 years ago (more on this later). I really can't answer why this is. But if I had to venture a guess, it's simply because for the AMPs it's all about the influx. There's no need to nurture a relationship with a loyal client and make them a staple. The spas typically handle the ads by themselves and more often than not, a bigger player (or players) can enter the market and knock you off your pedestal, especially when you have newbies dropping $$ for a simple HJ. From their perspective they are trying to maximize profit while doing as little work as possible. There's no honor among thieves as they say, and here there's no incentive to reward loyalty.
On the other hand, an independent cannot rely on said advertisement. They live and die by the sword. They have to retain a loyal market to sustain their business and thus you're allowed to develop a rapport and all the perks that may go with it. I've been bouncing off a small rotation of independents (most have been reviewed on here several times) and reaping in the harvest that brings. I get to partake in the full dinner menu that I have to gamble on at AMPs while not having to pay the house fees means I can pocket the extra cash I save to repeat again.

This week I was in Fairfax on other business when I decided to make my way to Main St. For a visit to Diamond Flash. Note: The spa has moved just down the hall to another, bigger office suite. HG2.While it's certainly possible, depending on the personal connection and other YMMV factors, to get a HE from an individual masseuse at a fully legit MP, the most important point to remember is that you can NEVER expect or demand one. There have been a lot of posts in the past from mongers who get a massage from a legit spa and then make a fuss when they don't get anything extra and walk out without leaving a tip.
I can't speak for others but before I ever walk into an MP I'm already 99% sure whether or not extras are available. My experience was very similar. Their facility is very nice / clean. I walked in, and also was met by Vicki, though was joined for part of the massage by a younger Korean since it was slow (didn't catch her name. Probably early 30's. Cute). Gave a good massage. I ventured out of MOCO to try some NOVA action and randomly picked Deep Blue Spa off 123 in Vienna. It is in an office complex and their unit is not visible from the parking lot. It is an older facility and it looks like the spa had a recent coat of fresh paint.

I was fine with that as I was getting a good, non-rushed HE with some OTC and UTC roaming. After a bit of edging I popped hard. She cleaned me up, and instead of hustling me out, proceeded to give me every minute of my 60 with a front and facial massage. Seemed to be worth a little extra from me so I tipped $. 60. She was appreciative.
