Absolutely planning on going back. Has anyone been able to use the parking lot they mention in their adds? I may be stupid (probably) but I drove around the entire block and saw no off street parking.

It has been a few months since last visit. Favorite regular Lucy Lu is apparently out of town until end of October. In text she said I should visit Yumi or Bebe. Both nice.

If you are a regular you know what the tip should be and I usually just give it to them upfront with the house fee. RECOMMENDATION -- Many well-established small-businesses of NoVA provide great service and are interested in repeat (hassle-free) clients. Better service and value for money is more likely with them.

I also visited Comfort Massage that's on the main drag southbound on Rt 28 near the Manassas Park / Manassas city border. Anna was the one who gave me my massage. 40 for 30 min and 60 for the hour. About the tip, KK's price for the session includes a standard finish and, while a tip is always appreciated, she doesn't demand one. She's one of those masseuses who appreciates regular clients with whom she's comfortable. Now that you've broken the ice, your next visit should go smoothly.
It's also worth mentioning here that the local masseuses who work for themselves, like KK, Tara, Nalee, and Nikki, keep 100% of the session fee and tip. That's not the case for the visiting providers or for those locals who need to pay a "room rental" fee. That doesn't justify a hard upsell, but it might help explain some of the differences between the locals and the visitors.

I had tipped. 4 up front, and she did uncover my eyes and drop her top when I asked, but it wasn't what I was expecting after reading reviews. Second time there was more pre-flip teasing, but eyes were covered again on flip. When I asked for more she got fully nude and got up on the table for B2 B and more contact / nursing and then Nova. Again. 4 tip up front. Probably won't repeat when Tara and Apple are close by. I did see that Tara and KK advertised jointly recently, so they may be working together again (Even then I would opt for a longer session with Tara alone. Hope you have better luck next time.

My research trip was rewarded with a session that was every bit as good as the first, with the added bonus that the repeat visit meant we were already comfortable with each other. No need to lay out the details as I've already done that in my initial report.

But one reason I wanted to post again is to relate a couple of stories Candy told me that might explain some of the YMMV factors. The first one she told me was about a client who had poor hygiene (strong smell which a shower didn't help) and after the massage and flip insisted on FS. When she said no he told her to "f*ck off" and left. The second one was about another guy who asked for FS and that session also went sour when she said no. She said that guy tried to impress her with talk about how he drives a Lexus and has a high-paying job at a big company, as if that would make her change her mind. He went through with a hand finish to the session and put $20 on the floor as he left. IMHO, it doesn't matter what you think about how much tip is appropriate, the act of leaving it on the floor is hugely disrespectful and tells you a lot about that particular monger's personality and mindset.
Now, I've been around the block and heard a lot of provider stories over the years, some true, some doubtful, some clearly false. I thought Candy's tales were spontaneous and contained the kind of detail that normally come with a truthful report. FWIW, I believe her and to me the lessons are clear. While some Thai FBSM providers offer FS, the majority do not and that's why they advertise as massage or bodyrub rather than escorts. Demanding FS from a non-FS masseuse is a sure-fire recipe for screwing up the chemistry and the rest of the session. It also highlights the value of this forum because the intel reports will help figure out the available menu options for the different providers. Whoever these clueless clients were, they're apparently not USASG members or they would have seen my earlier report about no oral or FS with Candy.
But what's great for any monger who does his homework, and isn't a cheap and demanding f*ck, is that he's likely to get a positive benefit because the provider is so appreciative she's likely to go above and beyond to keep his business. At least that's been my experience.

Additionally, residential permanence is another factor, she's getting close to her flee date so it's possible she's milking the city for as much as she can before she moves on which is inevitably a downside I hinted at during my review. Whatever the case, I still stand by the idea of KK Tara and the likes who are permanent residents of NoVa still remain the best deal in town. They have refined their art with elegance, experience, and good general business savvy. They're in it for the long game and as such won't risk putting off a potential client to make an extra buck.

It's been a while since I've been out on a monger quest. I usually get a massage every Friday but hell at work and the partying / bar hopping I've been doing to medicate the accompanying stress from work has kept me from the hobby. The hell at work was in preparation for an out of town conference I was at all this week. I made the mistake of checking the boards here while I was out of town and saw all of you brahs shutouts and recommendations to see Candy and Ava. Thanks brahs. Been lurking these forums for about a year now, figure I should give back a little. This report will be about Candy. I had read good reviews of her here, but there was one review in particular that warned of a hard upsell. After reading that review, I seriously reconsidered deciding to pay Candy a visit, but since most reviews of her were stellar, I decided to just go for it.
Candy is pretty responsive to texts. I was able to set up an appointment after a few back and forth text exchanges. She works out of a very nice apartment complex near the mall. I personally enjoy going to these apartment complexes because they are usually discreet and have an upscale feel. Once I got to her room, Candy opens the door, and yup, I can confirm the pictures are her. She is very attractive in person, speaks good English, but with a Thai accent, and very friendly. Once she led me to the massage room, I decided to negotiate the tip upfront before paying the house fee. I figured if she tried a hard upsell, I would just leave. But we were able to settle on a reasonable price for the standard finish, which was slightly more than half the house fee I paid. I got onto the spacious massage table, which by the way, is about the size of a full size bed. I usually hate how small and uncomfortable the typical massage tables are, but Candy's massage table feels like a bed. So Candy proceeds with the massage. Let me tell you. The massage felt like getting a professional massage in Thailand from a professionally trained Thai masseuse. Candy's massage skills are definitely the best I've had. You can tell she has had training in massage therapy. Also, she provided just the right amount to teasing to get me hard for the flip. And the flip was great. She was very into it and made me feel great. So overall, a very excellent experience and nice conversation with Candy.
BTW, another poster mentioned how Candy told him of hard-to-deal-with customers who insisted on oral or FS. I can confirm that's true, because Candy told me the same thing. If you are not looking for oral or FS, you should have no problems with her. Candy is leaving the area on the 24th, but she told me that she might stay longer if she gets more business / customers. But one reason I wanted to post again is to relate a couple of stories Candy told me that might explain some of the YMMV factors. The first one she told me was about a client who had poor hygiene (strong smell which a shower didn't help) and after the massage and flip insisted on FS. When she said no he told her to "f*ck off" and left. The second one was about another guy who asked for FS and that session also went sour when she said no. Like the weather, there are so many variables (known and unknown) that making predictions is iffy and, just when you think you've got it figured out, it throws you a curve. And local providers aren't immune from GPS. Just considering the Thai FBSM scene, Nadia, Alice, and Laila suffer from that affliction.
Clients also introduce additional variables. One of the lessons I learned from Candy's client stories is how having to deal with cheap and demanding f*cks has an effect on a provider's interactions with other clients. And this is even more true of part-timers with less experience dealing with those kinds of situations.
That's not to say there aren't general trends that can be recognized and followed. Visiting vs local is one of those but, if you recall the various reports about Minnie, Mayya, Candy, and Ava (to name the most recent examples), there hasn't been any rhyme or reason as one man's meat has been another man's poison.
I think it's sometimes easy to forget what a crapshoot the entire hobby can be and how good and consistent service is the exception rather than the rule. Using a restaurant analogy, going to every new opening will bring a mix of discovering both gems and duds.
IMHO, the best any monger can hope for is that good homework, and thinking with the big head, will tilt the odds a bit more in his favor. And that's made even more likely when he recognizes that, whenever he thinks he has things figured out, he almost certainly does not.

Nice bit of reporting on your recent experiences. Thanks for sharing the intel. I have a little feedback about your post. But instead of DMing you, I thought I'd post my thoughts and questions here so others might also benefit.
The best info are details like the name and preferred method of tipping by Kitty at "ST". And the detail about her self consciousness regarding her breasts is a very good tidbit of intel. It's always better to go in armed with info like that. It might help an experienced spa-goer get slightly more miles out of their visit.
I am often drawn to more mature women, so the name of the lady who took care of you at "CC" would have been more helpful. But take that for all it is meant to be: a bit of constructive criticism.
However, the most important feedback I have is that it would be helpful to be more specific about exactly which spas you visited. For example, there are at least two spas named CC in NOVA. (There was a post about this confusion not long ago). One CC is in McLean, the other is further out, maybe in Manassas. So narrowing that down would help.
Also, just referring to a place as ST does not give as much specificity as we need to know about where you meant. Without giving an exhaustive list of places, I can think of two STs off the top of my head: Shirlingron Therapy in Arlington and Soft Touch in West Springfield.
So maybe you could give us their full names or a geographic area for each of those places?

Had the pleasure of visiting Candy a week or so back.
Appearance: She is the girl in the pics so no surprises here (I personally thought she was pretty bangin'.
Personality: Top-notch. Like everyone has reported before, she is really nice and has good English. No problems with communication and was pretty open.

Based on past reporting, she closed up shop. The other Viet place I tried was in Falls Church on Broad Street, 2nd floor, above the Panera Bread. The nail salon on the first floor was connected to this spot. Apple and Pauline were the two Viet providers I tasted. However, the massage studio I think closed up shop and the nail salon was just doing nails and nothing else. Reading rubmaps, the Viet nail salons in Falls Church don't really satisfy a monger's appetite.
If anyone has a Viet recommendation, I would love to get back to tasting some Viet food, even if it's just standard noVA.

I posted in her previously about FHOH and seen several of the reviews and they are all spot on. My usual go to is Leah because I prefer her body type but Sandra who I've seen only once is my favorite. Long time lurker and wanted to contribute! Had a dream with Jesse and she was probably one of the best looking Thai providers I've seen in the Tysons area. The good Got 4 hands. 8 for an hour.
The bad advertise table shower not true.

You might want to read previous forum posts by JmSuttr and others regarding providers visiting the area, as opposed to locally-based providers seeking to build a steady clientele. The bottom line is some of the visiting providers are trying to extract as much money as they can from local mongers during their visits. Again, I don't know whether this particular provider is doing so, but plenty of other visiting Asian and Thai providers have been guilty of similar tactics.

To back up JmSuttr, I agree this is a good legit place. Like most legit places, Yang's does not have a table shower. The do offer a table scrub. I took the scrub option and would say it was quite good and enjoyable. Good overall legit rub experience.
Not sure what you witnessed, or what the squad cars were there for, but I doubt they were investigating any extra-curricular activity at Yang's. Inside the spa they have a sizable area with chairs for foot massage, thin partitions that don't go all the way to the ceiling, both male and female therapists, and a LOT of female clients (especially on the weekend). All of those things, plus my own personal experiences, are hallmarks of legit spas.
Just wanted to post this to make sure no one gets the wrong idea about Yang's. It's usually not a good thing when some monger goes into a legit spa and expects (or demands) extras.
Went to see Hannah again at Concept Spa. The relationship gets better with time. She's slender, about 40 years, skilled at massage. You can get a legit session, standard NOVA, a bit more with time. She doesn't upsell so you have to ask, but that just makes it relaxing for me. I'm a regular with her. Be nice because she's nice too.

I hate it when I go to a provider and when the negotiations starts, they state it is 0. 20 to take top off, 0. 20 for bottom, 0. 2 for BJ and etc. Like they are nickel and diming the whole process (Prices are just examples to get point accross). I doubt it would work but if they start doing that, I was thinking of countering by laying down $$ or $$. 2 and say this is your tip. However, every time you say no, I take 0. 20 away. Then start with the least likely request to be accepted. Something like: Request 1) Let's do anal. Answer "no", take away 0. 2. Request 2) I want you to swallow. Answer "no", take away 0. 2, now the tip is $. 60 to $. 80. Request 3) I want BBBJCIM or FS or whatever is your thing. May or may not work but it is all a game after all.
On another note, at an AMP when the negotiations start, when the masseuse asks how much did you bring? How do you negotiate? Say you are trying to get BBBJ and you know what the price is approximately. You can say that price but she might say ok but eventually does not follow through with the request. I guess it is all a game.

Visited Top Therapy in FC early this week. It was home to my ATF at one time (she has since retired and moved away). The management continues to maintain an excellent facility with very clean everything and large TS space.
Standard (but not inspiring) Northern Virginia massage experience from a typical member of staff.
Not recommending or condemning (as I said, not inspiring and there was a tip issue that I resolved).
It is not likely I will return anytime soon as I am rarely in the vicinity. FWIW, FHOH is in the same vicinity and recent reports for it have been quite positive (albeit I have no first hand knowledge of FHOH).
Always be nice to the ladies.
