I found an ad for a new opening of Grand River Spa in Centreville off Route 29. I hadn't heard of it or any AMP down there, so last night I went to check it out.
It's well located, in the back of an office park with plenty of privacy. It isn't new, though. The place is very run down, and the TS room is gross. I didn't get her name, but my provider is someone I've seen at other places; I just can't remember where or when. She was a 5 in the looks department. Older, but gorgeous natural D cups and shapely legs. She gave me a good TS, but the massage was poor. Had fun on the flip, and lots was on the menu (but not too much).
I can't recommend this place, as it's just too dirty. The big "no" came when I was on my stomach, looked up, and behind the CD-radio was a big can of Raid roach spray. Eww.
Standard NOVA prices.
It's near a Dunkin Donuts, so at least I got a couple of good Old Fashioned plain donuts before I went home and lied to the Mrs. :)

After being turned down several months ago when I went to visit the BO, I gave it another try and I am glad I did. I was greeted by mamasan, asked me if I had been there and who I saw... ect.
was greated by Maya, older but thin and in good spirits. Average massage, nice friendly attitude, standard nova finish but with a nice touch, above a few other comparable places. Nice part, seemed thank ful for tip, did not count or even look. I left the standard tip.
I would go back for to see maya. Not sure about the other ladies there.

8300 Old Court House Road, nice clean place, had Lee, she was a nice average looking lady (she was very stoned). 1/2 hr for first time visit, spent the entire 1/2 hour in the shower with Lee. I was greeted at the door by Holly, an average looking but very sweet Korean lady who took me to the massage room, collected the $80 fee for an hour and asked if I wanted a shower. I said yes so she left me alone to undress, then returned to take me to the shower room. The table shower was done on a real massage table with a hole for the face and very comfortable. Holly did a very thorough job, washing all areas, then dried me off and took me back to the room. The massage was one of the longest and best I've ever had. She even massaged my feet and butt, which felt very good. After the flip she asked if I wanted my johnson massaged and began the hj. She stayed fully dressed but did allow some roaming. After the finish she cleaned me up well with a towel and warm wash cloth. After I got dressed she gave me a hug and led me to the door. I was there well over an hour. Very much worth a visit; I will probably return, even though it's a 90 minute drive from my home.

OldtarI've had Holly there recently too. I was hoping for more than the HJ, but I'm still pretty new there so I just wanted to go with the flow. Was in the neighborhood and dropped by. I gather this place is pretty new and the interior is super clean. Table shower area looked good, but I only stayed for 30. Got a tall K-girl named April, probably around 35, little bit of belly on her, but decent body, not so good english, but very friendly. Newspaper article stated that there were a lot of homeless/mentally ill people in the area and the police were looking at them as suspects.

But I can attest to the message there as Oldtar reported, I have a long-standing sports-related physical injury that makes me very sensitive to people that are properly trained. I can generally tell if someone knows what they are doing. The time I've been to mwc suggest to me that the person who attended me had either a license or was at least professionally trained. Also for me even the basic NoVa extras seemed to take some level of coercion. Personally, I'm kinda surprised at the volume of conversation about them here.

Tyco road ... there are three places to go. One of them is under new management, and changed name to Moon. Visited it that morning. Place is the same, even the banner is same. Met Kim, 3XX old K-provider, with very long black hair, little flabby, but cute. Cookies under wathces. TS was mediocre, just spread little water on and put me to sauna for 2 minutes. Great hard massage with roaming allowed. So-so standard finish. Standard fee with some upselling. Even don't know if I'll return here.
That is my third visit here, two previous wasn't great too.

3. Lotus Comfort - 13601 Office Place, Suite 104 (I think), Woodbridge. This place is off of Minnieville Rd across from the Home Depot in the rear of an office complex. Was met at the door by a not-bad-looking 40-something. She was with a customer and told me to come back in half an hour. She was attractive enough for a return visit so I might try her out soon.
4. Rte. 1 Therapy - 13628 Jefferson Davis Hwy, Woodbridge. One old skank was available, smelled like cigarettes and was really unattractive. Didn't stay.
5. Blue Ocean - 5222 Rolling Rd, Burke. One woman was available, close to 50 years old and unattractive, so didn't stay.
6. OTC - 6399 Little River Turnpike, Annandale. Had a session with Lisa. She's 49 but has a cute face. Standard NoVa finish. Had a great conversation with her about the good old days in Korea as we both used to hang out at the same clubs there in the early '80s. In fact, turns out we both knew a couple of the same people. What an odd coincidence to run into someone like that after all these years.

I had a wonderful appointment with Tina today.
The place was empty (even the parking lot).
Although I was only there for the full-hour of my appointment (all 60 minutes), I would have sworn I was there over 90 minutes just because I felt that good as I got in my car.
Tina - over 40, less than 100 pounds, attractively muscled, thin, narrow of hip and bust --- long, long black hair, and dark eyes that flash when she smiles.
I have not visited other places in some time because Tina makes each visit worth the time, the standard house fees, and a generous but not far past standard gratuity.

One thing I always recommend is that mongers take a gentle initiative. If you want a table shower, then simply ask for it. We're the customers and have a right to expect a reasonable amount of service. That includes a TS, not being rushed for time and a decent massage, not just light teasing of the twig and berries. Not chastising you, just hoping you got all that you expected.

OK, I guess it's a little different here than in Atlanta, where the girl will usually ask if you want a TS with the half hour session. I usually go freshly showered but if they go heavy on the massage oil I make sure to tell the girl I want to shower after the session.
Another difference I noticed here in NoVa is that most AMPs are advertised on Craigslist vs. Backpage. In Atlanta, it's the opposite as Craigslist lost some of it's appeal with all the legal hoopla from the Feds. I'm still learning as I haven't lived in this area for 7 years now, so a lot has changed, mainly the new lack of openness with which AMPs are discussed.
I understand the LE concerns as they're the same everywhere, but I'll repeat what others here already have, that if it's reasonable to believe that LE knows about it, then there's no reason not to discuss it openly. However, I'm the type that, if I find a gem or service not normally provided to the average monger, I'll keep it UTR and only discuss it with trusted members.

Go to CL in the therapeutic section. Visit one then come back here and report. Then can you can start sharing and get better info.

Wow, King's closed. No wonder I didn't get any answers to my calls over the weekend. But there are still some left. I did some research on CL and found this place. It's behind Exxon, off route 7. Called, made appointment and after I've arrived to that location, I realized that this is one of the old places, just got new name and they finally got TS. Inside I recognized some ladies from former Green. 1 hour session, nice TS, big table, okay massage, HJ only. Next time I'll try the one accross the street.

AMPs should move out of the office parks, they should stop using word "therapy" or "spa" in the name of their business and we should reduce all the important info into PMs.

Also, people may pick up a pack of condoms at 711, but if they're married or have a family, unless they could find singles in the brand they like, some folks may dispose of the extras along with any other material nearby so as to not take them home. When you have an empty condom box in a parking in a situation where people are already suspicious, then you start having people complaining.

Went by the River the other day. I wasn't thrilled with the service. As I walked in she was very flirtly, but as soon as stripped down she shut down. It was all business, and the business was bad. The massage was medioce at best. She barely rubbed at all. It was soft and not good for the body. After a few minutes, she told me to turn over and started rubbing the front to the boy excited. JJYou don't flush condoms. You just don't. I think I was in middle school when I learned that. The proper way to dispose of condoms is to wrap them in tissue paper and put them in the trash. I must have read the instructions the first time I bought a pack, and that bit of information has stuck with me through all these years. I suggest you go back and read the instructions for condoms again, lest you are missing another basic bit of information. I would especially worry about the "don't use oil-based lubricants with latex condoms" bit.

Have you noticed that, whenever a place starts to offer FS, they are packed with customers?
I guesstimate that they have between 40-50 customers daily. They have to flush about the same number of condoms into a toilet. This is going to block it for sure after a certain time of use.
Once I saw the lady used a scissor to thread condom before flushing it to prevent blockage. That takes a few minutes of her extra time and effort, which adds up to about an hour of condom cutting work for her every day.
It is nothing else but boring!
Guess what? there are 3 more customers waiting outside for her service. That is more exciting. Wouldn't it be easier just hand it to you for disposal?

The management knows that the endings are happy but they didn't want the extra happy endings. I visited King as well as other spas where anything more than a hand shake was a no no. And at each of those places you had to bring your own equipment. In fact at King when I loudly told one girl what I wanted to do, her eyes got really big in fear and she shushed me. And whispered she was willing if I had my own equipment but she was not allowed to do that here. After everything was done she wrapped up my equipment and gave it to me to throw away.
What I don't understand is that there is a trash can on the sidewalk leading to the parking lot, why would some loser throw the used equipment on the ground when you have to right by that trash can to get to your car.
That being said, I am really disappointed that King was raided. I am going to be up there is a couple of weeks and was already coming up with a reason to get away from the family for a couple of hours.

This past weekend decided to visit NSP. It has been almost a year (can hardly believe that) since my last visit which was absolutely sensational.

Well, i'm still recouping from my experience last night. Finally grew some balls to get a massage at an AMP between Annandale and Springfield. Had a pretty good experience.
I was cared for by a nice petite woman. I"m not used to massages but paid for an hour. Had Deep Tissue massage. She was awesome. Gentle TS and finish.
Will definitely return when I need to relax. Great 1st time.

Well, i'm still recouping from my experience last night. Finally grew some balls to get a massage at an AMP between Annandale and Springfield. Had a pretty good experience.
I was cared for by a nice petite woman. I"m not used to massages but paid for an hour. Had Deep Tissue massage. She was awesome. Gentle TS and finish.
Will definitely return when I need to relax. Great 1st time.

Mary has been advertising in Alexandria lately. Since she is so close I dropped in this morning. She's using the same phone number but she's using a room above a hair and nails salon at 407 S. Washington. As you enter the door to the salon, a set of stairs is along the right wall with a doorbell taped to it. The bell rings in the massage room. Upon hearing it, she will stop your massage to tend to the next customer, then return. The staff in the salon happily ignore you as you step in and walk right up the stairs. You don't really need to ring it, just walk up and sit down.
She has no massage skills. Her saving grace is that she's very sweet. She wore baggy shorts for good air circulation and a low cut top to put her best assets on display. Her massage table is actually quite good. Looking at it makes you think you're about to get a good massage, but it just isn't so. There might be a shower in the bathroom because this builiding was obviously a home at one point, but I didn't see inside the room and she didn't offer a shower. She doesn't use a lot of oil and wipes off what little is there with a hot towel. She gives you the impression that she tries to give a massage, but she just doesn't know how. You don't get the slightest hint of bad attitude. She decent HE and seemed enthusiastic about it, then flushed the tissues down the toilet.

Called this morning to see if Mona was working, I was told yes come in. I tried to make an appointment, as I hate to wait or be told "she's busy - come back later", but I was told they didn't take them. So got in my car and made the journey.
Was met at the door by Mona(or so she says) who also seemed to be the MMS (based on her mannerisms). I asked again if she was who she had claimed to be and she said yes, so I let the fun begin. By the end of the session I had my doubts...

A report on a second class forum caused me to do some digging. What I found was that an old favorite in the Chantilly AMP Historic District received unwelcomed guests in late May with multiple charges only being filed early this month. I had not visited in a while as I have found greener pastures but it is too bad just the same. BC

That is the only thing that can identify her, I mean her height/weight is probably a characterization of most AMP girls around here so unless she shows you her navel area I don't know what other attributes would help single her out. This is the part of Sterling (Sterling Park) where the community has most, if not all, of its gang shootings and the local politicians and LE are aggressive in cleaning it up.
If the AMPs wanted to set-up shop in Sterling, best to find an industrial zoned area just like Tyco Road in Tysons.
Be careful about taking a Holiday. I have heard Uncle Leo likes to vacation there. Supposidly he made a visit yesterday. Don't know if they are shutdown, but I did notice the neon sign was off today. I was told this from another talent of a closeby establishment. From what I was told a man's wife found out he went there and called Leo.
I visited a pair of AMPs this last week. TWC in Woodbridge and PT in Annandale. I drew Yuni by random @ TWC but requested Bebe @ PT based on the recent reviews.
Both were beautiful women whose ages I wont guess at. Both had near identical clothing, hair, physical features, etc. They really could have been twins. And both provided excellent service from beginning to end.
Damage @ TWC was .7 at the door and standard tip. Tip was met with a hug and a bottle of water. I left smiling from ear to ear.
Damage @ PT was .8 at the door. Bebe was truly exceptional and throughout the process I was sure I would purchase WHATEVER services were available and include an additional .2 on top. The service provided ended up being one that is standard for Nova, albeit in an exceptional way with some very nice extras. And as I promised myself, I gave the standard tip + .2. This tip was met with a look of sadness and a request for more money. Now I have a look of sadness as I tell her that the tip was good for the services provided and that there would be no more. Kinda put a damper on the session but I can still look back at it as a positive experience.
With some help from a fellow inmate I had a nice visit, my first actually, with a therapist named Tina. She was nicely skilled in the art of Asian Massage and worked me well to exhaustion which included some trimming of some toenails that were a bit long, a nice touch indeed!

Entrance: 6/10 As I arrived I noted someone leaving. I waited a minute to allow for their discretion (as others have done for me), and then rang the bell. We have all determined we do not like waiting outside. And tonight I waited a bit before Lily answered the door.
Fortunately for me, I had called over an hour earlier and scheduled my appointment with Tina. It turns out the client leaving was asked to come back in an hour because the staff were fully booked.
Greeting: 9/10 Lily knows I am a good client and greeted me warmly. She asked if I minded waiting. And even though I said waiting in the room was not a problem tonight, she sent Yung (a new technician) to provide me the TS.
Yung is 30-ish, not very tall (no more than 5 ft), and cute as a button. She was both appropriately friendly and shy (our first meeting). She gave me a great back massage with lots of soap. So good that I think in a future visit I will schedule an appointment with her, because I think the full massage would be excellent. Near the end, Tina arrived and completed the TS, washed my face, dried me off and took me back to the studio at the top of the stairs.

Massage: a good therapeutic massage with light conversation. She even said she had missed me (I had been travelling for the past couple weeks)

I called again a few days ago for another visit but when I arrived at the Alexandria site, a different provider was there. This one speaks very little English, so little that if she even understood my question asking for her name, she couldn't give it to me. Here is their ad from CL:

Per your previous report I assume a NoVa ending is not available, so I assume you're a generous dude for tipping her .4. For that kind of coin I'd expect the provider to be waxing my carrot.

Went to Papaya yesterday. I got a wonderful massage from a late 30s lady whose name I can't remember. She is slim and trim except for her chest. Long straight black hair.
Damn, I wish some of these girls could speak a little better english.
Was out and about today so stopped by Spa Castle in Springfield. I got Kay, who's nothing to look at but she seemed to have decent tits so I stayed for a half hour for .6. Opted for a NoVa finish but it was horrendous. This woman has no skills in that department. Would not recommend.

Was going to go to Lake Spa, but found the address and realized it was located in an apartment complex, which really sent me off the board, and my regular is closed on Sun, so I took the plunge and went to River again. Was pleased when she answered the door - mid 30s Korean with decent face and great tits. Got to room went with hour. She was mamasan, she was answering the phone and trying to give some asshole the directions, but he didn't seem to understand. The same guy called twice during the shower, which was pretty decent and once after we got back to room. Then he got there, she ansered the door, but the butthole only had $50 bucks on him and was trying to get a massage with it. Not happening. But then, the doorbell started ringing, another butthole.

Saw Toni at Garden this weekend.
Was originally going to go to Pine Tree but there were some ladies standing in front of the door (I'm presuming from the adjacent business) talking. As I approached they gave me a glare so I went to Garden instead since its the same anyways.
Garden seemed to be dead, no other customers and all the lights were off. Ended up with Toni, enhanced chest with a bob haircut, 40-50-ish. Good attitude but not that great in the massage department. She also walks on your back, but she didn't seem to know what she was doing, so I politely asked her stop since she was putting her entire body weight atop my shoulder blade and hurting me. No I don't, but they used English at least part of the time, and included me in the discussion "Hey big guy, you want happy happy, yes? Yes! See? I told you they always want happy finish!" (followed by arguing in some language I don't know.) Eventually I gave up and told them that if she didn't want to I wasn't going to force the issue so at least she'd get back to a massage. It was not really until recently. Sterling and Woodbridge were about the only places you could get FS in an actual spa. The rest of NOVA maintained a lower level of menu options.
It was not really until recently. Sterling and Woodbridge were about the only places you could get FS in an actual spa. The rest of NOVA maintained a lower level of menu options.
Of the 5 Woodbridge AMPs of which I'm aware, only two offered me FS. I won't mention them here but the women at both were not exactly noteworthy.
It used to be that anything from Annandale north or west would offer FS, at least pre-2003. DC, MD (Howard County) and the few Balto AMPs were all great.

Hit up Papaya tonight and boy has it been busy lately! Got there the same time as another monger so I was waiting a few mins to give him space but as I waited another guy popped around the corner and went in so I decided I'd better get in before they closed up for the night.
Mamasan asked me to take only a half hour and I reluctantly agreed. Waited for about 10 minutes in a side room before she took me into another room and then brought me "Meena." Mama said I was "good customer" and decided to upgrade me to the full hour I asked for even thought they were busy and near close.
Initially the therapist looked really cute and I thought she was young but as is usually the case when I got a better look later my first impression was generous. Still very attractive though, great body, nice fakes and attractive face. Not much English.
Still, definitely good looking and good attitude. Very affectionate with little touches - washed my face with a wash cloth during TS, behind the ears, between the toes and of course the important spots. Same with massage - lots of nice touches and all without lotion (which I'm not a huge fan of).
Finish was very competent with roaming and a little extra affection. I don't think I have the same luck as some other forum members but I always get above average experiences at Papaya compared to the other Tyson's area spas (especially Tyco Rd). Maybe that's why they've been so busy lately?

I think it also depends on the provider/ client if they click. Some can get easier the shorts off than others.

I know this is not entirely massage but I have to say, Chona Lin gives a superior massage. Booked 2 hours and I think 90 mins of it was head to toe bliss. Started off with mutual shower, light massage and chit chat and I said I liked a hard massage and she gave it to me. It was the best I had in a long time. Needless to say the last 30 minutes was what you would expect and also wonderful. I felt like I was high from being so relaxed from the massage. Give it a go if you are looking for a really great relaxation/therapeutic session. I don't think she offers just a massage rate but she really could. Sometimes that is what I am really after and so many times I am disappointed with the lame attempts at a decent massage.

I basically do the same thing but since MT women want to know what extras you're there for from the gitgo, we mongers have no choice but to pay for everything upfront. The woman I saw wanted $140+ for FS, but I said all I had was $120 and she could take it or leave it.

Absolutely. I have my rate and am always prepared to walk if I don't think the woman is worth it. Too many guys go mongering without a backup plan, meaning if the quoted price is too high, they reluctantly stay. I do that once in a while if I'm in a time crunch but I try to allot plenty of time for mongering so I can get what I want.

Really? I always enjoy Tyco and have good luck on the left side. The right is a bit to OLD for my taste.Not sure which is which cause it depends what direction you're coming but I much prefer Papaya to either Enliven or Ivy. I've always received a higher level of service and the girls tend to be better looking and younger.
Rainbow in McLean isn't bad either and very convenient for me but half the time I show up there they won't answer the damn door - even though they're open and don't appear busy. Decent girls if you can get in though.

Take in only the amount you intend to spend. Personally, I never take in more than the hour fee plus $100. On those occasions when I did take in more than that the little head took over and I almost emptied my wallet.
So, if you have money to burn go ahead and give these women big tips but do not try to convince me that is the normal or correct way to go.
I am not looking to start another pissing contest about tips and such. This is my own opinion and no one here is capable of changing my mind.

Made my way for the first time to a different establishment off Backlick. Way at the back of the office complex. Saw another older monger at another location on the way in (Backlick Therapy?).
The old tall MMS answered the door and took me to the room on the back right. Which was nice because I passed the shower room so new how to act like I'd been before. In walked the therapist and asked for the payment (not the MMS). She was slightly stocky, nice bolt ons, dark straight hair to her shoulders. Pretty typical NOVA AMP age...
In the shower, everything was well washed, including a lot of time with the less clean parts of my body... Not particularly sensual, but not a bad shower. Back to the room. Towel on top, pretty strong massage, not "smooth" lots of hard rubbing. I like a deep "sports" massage, this type wasn't my cup of tea. Then she realized how quiet it was and yelled at the OMA - voila - music began. Before long, the towel was on the floor and she did some of the usual tricks. I would say it was an above average NOVA finish, and likely more could be had. May repeat just to see, but may not due to her massage style. Name was Yo-Yo.

btw - I was a long time LA regular. Back in the 90's there were often younger choices than here, but it still took effort to find your choice options. But when I moved here and was a regular at Downtown, prices were pretty much equal as was quality. (unlike NOVA).

LE actively bothering the Nova sites, Herdon, Dulles, Sterling area. So I think it is to be expected that the menu for services will not open on the 1st visit to a new spa.
I have heard from others on other boards standard NOVA is available at one of these places(I will not say which) after repeat visits.
Understand it may take even a 3rd visit for some especially if you keep changing girls.

Hit the Warrenton amp yesterday and honestly wasn't quite sure what to expect. Rang the doorbell and greeted by a 30 something korean spinner with snaggle teeth. Then another 30 something korean grabbed me and took me back to the room. She told me it would be about 15 minutes.
She came back and it was the 2nd chick. About 5'4 and nice natural large c's. Got a table shower, very nice. all spots hit.
Back to the room and had one of the best massages at an amp I've ever had. on the flip got to nova finish with plenty of roaming allowed, but she wasnt finished. Still got another 20 minutes of time out of her.

It had been too long since my last visit to my ATF place. Went by this week and had a great visit with Yoko at O*****.
She answered the phone and the door when I arrived – no other clients, but two ladies in their front room.
She escorted me to studio 6 at the end of the hall and collected the hours 0.8.
Yoko is very friendly, chatty, and truly a nice west-coast lady. She is a very typically pretty K-girl – but her hair is wavy hair (and long!), slender (100 pounds), very slender arms and legs, and happy eyes that smile when she does (which is frequently).
All aspects were “standard” for a visit here. Yoko’s attention to making my visit pleasant makes her a provider of distinction (at least in my book).
Yoko realizes the visit is about fun.
Standard tip for a nice NoVA AMP visit: TS, great massage, nice timing on the ending
Advice – let Yoko control the time and all events –you’ll want to thank me later!

It was my birthday this week.
Based on my experience, allow me to recommend:
1. Make an appointment at your ATF or current favorite AMP as a birthday present you give yourself
2. Take a "present" for MMS and the staff (for my birthday this week, I took a case of fruit + some fancy chocolates)
3. Schedule your appointment and arrive at a less-than-usual busy time. A quiet afternoon (or late morning) allows the celebration to go longer.
4. Give the "presents" to MMS. Be sure she knows they are for everyone, and say "it's my birthday, but I brought presents for all of you just to say thanks! "
5. Accept their "thank you for the fruit" compliments (and a kiss on the cheek from MMS) for your good natured generosity.
Once upstairs in the room, undress and relax by
6. Enjoying an extra-long TS with your favorite MT (or your new friend – but if someone new let MMS decide because it is likely MMS will make sure your new friend knows you are a good friend of the business). If you really enjoy a TS like I do, anticipate the extra soapy massage. And the hair wash. And the toe-nail clipping and other personal grooming services (score TS this visit as a 10/10)
7. Enjoy the sauna if you like.
8. Really relax during an excellent massage. Medium to deep. Relax. If the visit has been good so far, no need to press or hurry or worry, everything is going to be great! (score this really great massage 10/10 especially fine as the knots in my shoulders were eliminated with strong thumbs and elbows)
9. Be friendly and answer any questions honestly (if you don't usually, this is a chance to actually say what you want). If your MT already knows what you want (because you have been a good and generous client for many visits in the past) then you don't need to vocalize anything (other than perhaps a very satisfied, deep MMMMMMMMMMMM. When you hear others come and go, relax more – they are likely on a schedule – they don't understand that a scheduled one-hour visit is much better than their 30-minute experience (I've tried the 30 minute visits – they pale in comparison). Because, on your birthday you have extra time. It is likely you will be allowed to enjoy more and longer than a usual visit (but, this is likely to be true only if you are a known "regular"). This visit was 80+minutes from arriving to leaving. Score the time I was given a 10/10
11. Even though you brought "gifts for all, " be extra generous to your MT. It is likely you will not know her birthday. So, give her an extra birthday-present on-top-of-your-standard NoVA tip. This is good manners and an excellent way to "be nice to the ladies. " (It is standard practice to tip your barber or other stylist 100% of the visit cost for Christmas or their birthday. Once a year, this is not a bad level of generosity for your ATF MT (who probably gets a lot closer to you than your barber!))

Post-Script: I don't usually indulge in this hobby twice in the same week. But this week, well, it was my birthday. I visited two different places where I am a known good customer. I had two different but nice experiences at each. Happy Birthday to all! Thank you to both MMS and all the ladies. Be nice to them --- they make all our visits celebrations.
Went again to my fave place. Last time was so-so but this week. WOW. Angie is amazing. Soapy TS that was non rushed and really hit the spot. Quick sauna and then the massage was just as I want it. MMS talked to her so she knows my preferences. Tipped a bit more but worth it.
Some enjoy the chase. I enjoy knowing quality. No extra funds to be exploring. lol.

G accupressure is legit. It is unfortunate that at one point they thought it was a good idea to advertise in the Washington Post. It is also unfortunate that others have posted their number on this site, as though it was a place where someone could go and get more than a massage. All reports on this site point to it being legit if anyone would bother to Read The Fucking Forum . It is a very nice massage though.
When in Herndon avoid Herndon Therapy like the plague. You could do better at almost any other place in the Greater DC area.

Visited saturday morning.
Goods : new facility, big shower room, big rooms, .7 for hour.
Odds : second floor, and no stairwell - only very slooowww elevator. Could imagine how it is to go to second floor in the same cabin with someboty else. TS made like shalow bathtub, with rubber mat inside, that is not very hyhyenical - because of mat has waffle like surface, and ... there should be dirt deposits from other mongers.
Met Cindy - 3XX chinese girl. Little extra on heaps and belly, heavily drapped, nice face and nice Bs.
Timeline: fast mediocre TS, very good hard massage, standard finish - exactly one hour.
Roaming was allowed on final stage, but it was very hard to impelment, because of her heavy drappery. Get off top/pants - No-no! Promiced better service on next time. There were many smal turn-offs, like: asked her to put fresh towel under my face in TS; after finish, she get out and returned with wet towel, sweeped my belly, and tried to sweep my face with the same towel after, etc.
Damage: .7 fee + .4 tip
Do not think that will return. Too far, and service is not best.

Ran out to Peach Therapy Saturday during the lunch hour. Had wanted to visit for some time, finally had some free time and wanted to try somewhere new as I am wont to do.

Yoyo was probably 5'2" or so, very pretty in the face, golden skin, and a FANTASTIC body. Not very chatty, but still very personable in a quiet way.
Great TS. Massage was good. Yoyo had an interesting massage style but it was effective. The finish was standard, but great!
When I visit AMPs, I do not look for "FS" nor do I want "FS." However, if it had been offered, and it wasn't, I certainly would have accepted that offer with very little reluctance.
Would I go back? Definitely. I still have my favorite places where I am a regular, but I certainly would like to go back and see the beautiful Yoyo again...

I've tried a number of times to get an appointment and succeeded only once, but then she cancelled. She's in the Riverside apartments on Huntinton Ave. When you try to get to the gate, the guard will take your drivers license and record the info, then call her, so aliases might cause some confusion (What, your name isn't Yakblat!?). She gives a phone number in her ad, but hasn't returned a call yet. She will reply to email from the reply button on her backpage ad, but she doesn't seem to have many openings available. I've only tried to see her because I haven't seen a review here and I thought it might be an interesting contribution. Oh, and she's convenient to my location too. Anyway, I think I've had enough. A few months ago The Nub had reported there might be Latinas working the location in Falls Church. We discussed over PM and I agreed to check it out for him but for numerous reasons never made it there until now.
In short, waste of time. The place is located in a building with a Panera so I took a lap around and found an entrance to go up the stairs. Greeted by a thin older Asian (Chinese maybe? Didn't look Korean) named Linda. First thing I notice is that they have a counter and look far more legitimate than any place I'd been before. Secondly, Linda introduces herself and shakes my hand. I ask if anyone else is working, she doesn't understand. I don't see or hear any traces of other people.
She takes me back to a room and tells me to undress. I leave .80 visible under the keys. She comes back and asks me to lay down and cover up with a washcloth. Her English is very dodgy, difficult to understand. Asks if I've been here before, I say no because I'm a lousy liar and have never had a failure simply from being honest. Tell her I've been to lots of other spas, name some AMPs and she says she knows what I'm talking about. Slightly more promising.
The massage is actually pretty good overall. If only there were happiness to be found at the end. I kept moving aside the wash cloth and eventually I told her I was "too hot" and discarded it entirely. She got close to the package a few times and I assured her it was OK, felt good, but she never went any further.
She finished up and said all done, I told her she missed a spot. I motioned and she shook her head and said "no, no, not here." I nodded and apologized. Tipped her .15 for the massage which she was very happy with. Maybe she was just being overly cautious but this place seems way too legitimate for my tastes and I saw no sign of the Latinas. She also kept coughing and sounded "phlegmy." I assumed it was from smoking but this morning I woke up with a sore throat so she may have been sick. Good service, just wish it was with any of the prettier girls I'd visited there lately. Tipped .80 for effort anyway since it was above normal and because I like the place.

I had a wonderful appointment with Tina today.
The place was empty (even the parking lot).
Although I was only there for the full-hour of my appointment (all 60 minutes), I would have sworn I was there over 90 minutes just because I felt that good as I got in my car.
Tina - over 40, less than 100 pounds, attractively muscled, thin, narrow of hip and bust --- long, long black hair, and dark eyes that flash when she smiles.
I have not visited other places in some time because Tina makes each visit worth the time, the standard house fees, and a generous but not far past standard gratuity.
Score this visit a 10+ for me --- but as in all things, YMMV.

Because I had another reason to be in their area, I decided to visit Soft Touch earlier this week.
The MMS is very nice. She even pretended to remember me (even-though my last visit to ST was in late-2009 (Halloween as I recall and for any that remember Candy, she is no longer at ST BTW).
All of the current staff at ST are typical for NoVA. All are lovely ladies in all the typical ways (slender, dark hair, usually long) and all are good massage technicians.
The facilities at ST are of a higher standard than some of the other places I have visited (so score the facilities as excellent here).
I had a very good massage experience at standard rates and I will definitely return.
I've purposely not named any of the staff because my opinion is all the staff at ST are very good. If you have visited in the past, you already have a favorite, if you have not visited in the past, make an appointment and go find a new favorite for yourself.
I find this type of post not very interesting to write nor to read, so most likely I will revert to my past practice of providing more information in some areas and less in others. Thru PMs, I am told that those who actaully read the forum (vice skim for names and numbers) determine with not much problem the who and where of my posts. I also believe our favorite uncle also knows every NoVA AMP and could translate every post (if they wanted to take the time). For my friends in blue. It was just a nice massage at a nice place by a good therapist.

I was not impressed with this place. There was an average looking Spanish lady and one Asian Lady. The Spanish lady spoke better english and quoted me different rates for an hour for deep tissue or non deep tissue.
Unable to connect with a few promising new leads, I called Massage Angels again and made an appointment for an hour in Alex. Mary had to drive from her Wisconsin Ave place and arrived just a few minutes late, but she called at the appointment time and assured me she was only a few minutes away. After she arrived we went upstairs to the same room and the service began. She actually gave a better massage this time but still not at all skilled. It had been a while since she saw me so I reminded her that I had been there before and seen both her and Mystery Woman. Mary said that soon she would be at a new location along Franconia Road, which is just as well because I think Washington Street in Old Town probably isn't the best place for her services. This time she let me take the girls out to play. After 55 minutes, a bottle of water and a mint I was on my way out the door. Yak
Needed a little TLC this time so I phoned the FCCC.
Visited Ann who is maybe in her 30s, short and chunky with nice, big, naturals up top.
She actually knows how to do a good massage! Worked me over really well and then on to the main event which included everything I was interested in.
Price: $160 NO TIPPING!
The girls there rotate out about every 10 days so if you want to try Ann you probably should go right away. Even if you miss her go with whoever is there because they are usually all good at the tasks at hand!

Even an average visit at your ATF is better than most likely anything else that happens in a normal day. (Kind of like a day on the golf course and your office)...
After a mostly restless day, I decided to depart for my DC meeting a bit early on a weekend afternoon, and enroute I stopped to see my current ATF provider (Tina) at ***.
I must admit, I expected a better than average visit based on the magnitude of my gratuity from my last visit, and the fact I was one (perhaps the only) customer that day (Lily said "everyone on vacation – no customers" as she greeted me at the door).
I called ahead, so Tina was ready – and perhaps, I messed-up because I really had less than 45 minutes for the visit – so I opted for a half-hour.
I am now thinking "always take the hour" even if you don't have an hour, because the extra $20 includes the TS, and. Well. This visit was all business.
A great massage and an all – but. Really just kind of "average" (about what one might expect at any of the nicer spas/AMPs).
So – 35 pleasant minutes.
. 6 for the house // and a standard tip for a standard (and average) visit.
Each of the few times I have opted for a 30-minute visit I have written the following: an hour visit is more than twice as good as a 30 minute visit.
Perhaps, I'll learn that lesson as a result of this weekend.

She had a nice table and oil which smelled of camphor, which more than made up for the Eye of Newt and toadstools stacked in the corner. At times she gave some good pressure with long strokes to the body, at other times she fell asleep. No kidding. She sat down a couple of times and passed out once or twice. During the whole event I wasn't covered with anything so I thought I'd at least leave with a smile, but I didn't get that either. Gotta wait for the full moon for that. There are a couple of new salons just off of Duke St. near Landmark that I'll try next. Yak

First off, I want to thank everyone for all the tips. I've been reading many posts for the past few weeks. Wanted to make sure I knew what to expect.
Had some free time when the girlfriend was going to be out of the house. I looked for some places that were not too far from my route on the way home from work. Decided on the local tributary.
I called up to see if appointments were needed, she said no, just come on in, and giggled. So about 20 minutes later I arrived, no problems finding it; not too many cars around, and probably in the other businesses.
I rang the doorbell (louder and longer than I thought it would be). Was greeted by an attractive lady, definitely not young, but I thought she was pretty enough. Flashed me a nice smile.
Brought me back to a room, asked how long. I opted for a half-hour, against all better judgment and from what I've been told here. Gave her the standard fee, she told me to undress, and left. I did and laid on the table.
She came back, asked a few questions about work, etc. Proceeded to give me a nice hard back massage, legs, arms, neck. It felt quite good.
She asked if just back massage or front massage too. I, of course, opted for the front. First legs, then around to the head of the table to work on my arms. She gave me a nice good look at the girls. Finished the massage with standard nova finish. Received a phone call during this time (D'oh!) but she was able to talk and keep working without missing a beat. Helped me to dress afterward. Didn't ask for any tip, but I think I gave her fair recompense.
Considering I was first time, and half-hour massage, this was fantastic. I'll go again.

Wow, two days in a row. Again, had some free time, was going to make the most out of it. So on my way home, I decided to go way out east.
MMS answered the door, asked, "First time here? " I said yes, she gave me a smile, took my arm, and walked me down to the room, led me in, and then shut the door behind her. L*** came in and asked for how long. She's nice Korean gal, again, not young, but pretty enough. I decided to go for half-hour again. I think once I become more comfortable with the establishments, I'll go for an hour.
No upselling, no asking for tip. While I didn't get standard finish, I did get one helluva deep-tissue massage, and backwalk. I understand first timer not always going to get what they want, so that's ok. She was a very nice girl, gave a great massage, and I tipped accordingly.
She walked me down the hall towards the door where MMS was waiting. I'll try again some time to see what else I can get.
All out of free time for the time being, hopefully I'll get a chance soon.

Returned to Peach this past weekend. My second time in just over a week. Hopeful I would see Yoyo again but drew Mimi.
Very cute, nice figure. TS was fine. Massage was fine. Finish was good (and standard).
Good visit, not great. I thought my session with Yoyo was significantly more enjoyable from start to finish but I'm not complaining.
I did see Yoyo as I left (I think I heard her next door too -- wish I had been in that room). She gave me a hug on the way out.
Did this visit dull my enthusiasm to go back? Yes, I suppose. Enough that I decided to visit a different AMP (NSP) yesterday (Wed) which, unfortunately, ended up being a terrible visit.

Went by Rainbow in McLean yesterday. Their sign was gone and the doorbell was removed. I assume they've been shut down.
They did get busted, but the case was dismissed. Cost her a shitload of money and customers though. I was in the area for business and decided to give her a call. I hadn’t seen her since before her bust. She answered, remembered me, and chewed me out for being gone so long. I stopped by for the hour massage and things were same as before. She did get another little dog. Bonnie and Clyde, fantastic.
Stand up shower by yourself (I should invite her in next time). There is a one person sauna that is nice during winter. She is serious about the massage and as always, it was fantastic. Good lower back, butt and leg work out. You actually can tell she is working the muscles, not just rubbing you down. She mixes in a lot of stretching where she pulls arms and legs in various freak show circus contortional directions. Yes, she takes the stretching piece to extreme sometimes. She also does some of the twisting and popping to crack your neck and back areas. I’m not big into that. But those parts are quick and don't hurt, much. And I always feel great when she is done. She does mix in a lot of pampering with hot towels, icy hot type lotions or balms for your muscles, scalp massage (really good). Overall, fantastic. I hope to keep seeing her, I just need to recover first.
Instead of listening to Fatpig about this location, I was itching to try a new place, so gave it a go.
It is in the back of a townhouse office complex, out of the way with plenty of parking. Interior was new and clean and there was only one attendant and no MMS. Their business has been slow and therefore haven't brought in other ladies. I understand why.
Jeanie was the one there when I arrived after scheduling an appointment.
Stand up shower only but a little help from Jeanie made it acceptable.
Jeanie is 40+, decent face, and ok body from all appearances because there was no way to verify.
Massage was quite good but sterile if you know what I mean and standard finish was not freely offered.
There are much better places to spend our hard earned $$.

I bring this up because after a recent visit this week I was asked to pay upfront from someone I've seen before, something I generally dislike, but it seems that more increasingly people don't leave a tip at all even, or leave like $5 tip, after they received a finish; perhaps due to the rough economy. And MMS are having problems keeping young/good girls in this area.
But I'd agree that $$ is very steep for a sterile and boring nova finish.
PLEASE - I did not pay $$!
I was simply referring to $$s in general.
$80 house fee plus standard tip as has been described herein many times before.

My response was in regards to the expectation the standard nova finish to be freely inclusive in the house pay; which it is not. What you give them is pretty much all they make.
And again, I only bring it up because of of a recent experience, not because I think Funkey doesn't get this or that I don't agree that his $$ could have been better spent.
I stopped by the Tokyo Spa in Woodbridge the other night (formerly Mios). My therapist was 40-ish and gave a very good massage, lots of hot towels on the back for a good rub down. Only a standard finish was offered. There was nothing to set this place apart from the dozens of other joints throughout NOVA that offer the same.

If you are going to be late for a business or medical appointment, if possible you call to explain or reschedule. Today I was delayed for an appointment at the Downy SPA, so I called about 20 minutes before my original appointment and rescheduled for later in the afternoon.
This AMP is just outside the beltway, but less convenient with regards to routing than some other places. Not a problem for me, but could be a problem for others.
I am really glad I called, and then kept my later appointment. MMS was so happy to see me. Said hardly anyone ever calls to cancel or reschedule (and she understands "no shows"). But she thought my courtesy was noteworthy. So much so, she threatened to keep me for herself today instead of my appointed therapist.
Arrival: Lots of parking (some with shade). In an office/medical complex with a fairly discreet entrance (albeit the sign is a bit large). Very sincere greeting once I was inside the inner office. Score 10/10
Therapist: if Mary Poppins was ever reincarnated as a massage therapist, she would be this wonderful lady because like MP, she is practically perfect in every way. About 1. 6 meters in height, maybe 47 kg, lustrous straight black hair, beautiful mocha brown eyes, flawless skin and shape. F/B 10/10/10/10.
Prelude: TS exceptional on all counts: 10/10
Massage: The room was cold. So Mai used extra warm towels and prewarmed the scentless massage lotion. Some of the best back/neck/leg work I've ever had: 9/10 (only because the room was cold!)
Everything about this visit was exceptional. When I arrived I was the only client. By the time the TS was complete, one other, at least 3 more arrived during my visit. But, MMS would not allow any interruption to my appointment. It was only after my full one hour appointment was completed before she called to check was I happy with my experience and escort me to the door.
My answer to her was "Yes, Ajima, I am absolutely happy. "
Standard rates and generous gratuity was applicable today.
Be nice to all the ladies. And when you find a new ATF place and provider, be a good customer and tell your friends via PM but don't post details like name/address/location and other details.

40ish Candy for an hour, asks for specifics on tip at the flip, a real mood buster, decent Nova, and she finished out the hour with decent massage. Left ambivalent and thinking I could have done way better in the same neighborhood. Oh well.

So much so, she threatened to keep me for herself today instead of my appointed therapist.Just to reiterate the PA's message: Even with the "walk-in" nature of most AMPs, the MMS still prefers appointments, as it allows them to better manage their staff (I. E., lunch, rest breaks, etc.) during the long day. Walk-ins are, of course, a recognized ann accepted part of the business, but if you are a regular customer, it's far better to make an appointment. This does two things. First, it tells the MMS (whether fully true or not) that you like her place more than her competition. Second, it shows a certain level of respect for her and her staff. So, as you find a place that, as PA says, becomes "your new ATF, " try calling to make appointments instead of just showing up. And, as PA said, call if you are going to be late or need to reschedule. After all, for them, time is money.
A number of years ago, when the old Golden Spa was in full swing (with FS) down on Prospect Street, NW, across from the Booeymonger. Ironic name. I had an ATF who was sheer pleasure. After establishing myself as a regular there, I always made it a point to make appointments (and keep them). On a couple occasions, due to traffic or work considerations, I had to cancel or otherwise arrive late. Each time, I called to let the MMS know. She appreciated the calls, and made it a point to tell me that when she saw me the next time. And, what's more, I usually received more time than the 60 minutes I paid for. On one occasioon, I arrived about 90 minutes before closing. MMS let me and my ATF enjoy the full 90 minutes. And, even better, as it was my ATF's last night before going on "vacation, " the session was GFE borderline PSE. Un-freaking-believable. Rocked my world. I was sorry to see her return to the Old Country. But, such is life in the world of AMPs.
In any case, the moral of the story is: Always, always, always call if you are going to be late or need to cancel. The ladies will appreciate you for it and, it might just wind up paying unexpected dividends every so often.

One shouldn't go too long between table showers, so I dropped into get re-Oriented the other day. Karol let me in past the ante-room and in short order had me fully engulfed in suds. Bliss. Last week, during my lunch break, I went back to my first stop, and had another nice visit. This time I opted for the full hour, and tried out the table shower. Very nice!

Last week, during my lunch break, I went back to my first stop, and had another nice visit. This time I opted for the full hour, and tried out the table shower. Very nice!
However, the soap they use is something like ivory soap. Not what I use at home. My girlfriend has the nose of a bloodhound, and I know she'd be able to pick up on it. Fortunately I was also getting a haircut that day, so could explain any unusual smells away as the shampoo. Plus when I got home I had the excuse of, "Need to take a shower to get rid of all the itching little hairs. "

Most spas pick unscented soap and lotions for just this reason. Occassionally they use Irish spring or the Old spice liquid soap in the TS, these should be no problem for most men.
Personally if a girl questioned me about a scent, I would say "why do you have a problem if I wash may hands and face somewhere, why do I have to explain that to you?".
Perfume is a DIFFERENT matter entirely. But you shouldn't have to explain soap smells. If its a big problem for you, keep alchohol wipes in your care and why down your hands, arms and neck before you go in.

Yeah, clearly there's a lack of trust. Whether he *merits* trust from his GF, given that he's going to AMPs without her knowledge, is another question. I'm not making any moral judgements here, but as a practical matter, just be prepared for the consequences of her finding out what's going on. If she's smart and suspicious, she's probably going to find out eventually. Better be prepared for that.
The suggestion about keeping some wipes in the car is a good one. But probably not enough. I think some women are downright psychic when it comes to detecting cheating. Best strategy is to plan things so you take another shower at home before you see her again.

Reasonable point about trust, but I for one try not to get in situations where I even have to explain anything. I do recommend, however, joining a health club - then you always have an excuse that you had a shower at the club. And, you can keep the duffel bag in the car with your brand of liquid soap to give to the attendant...

Some of the senior members swear by .4 for an HJ, but I don't paying .8 under for a nude/semi-nude HJ with "touching" as long as there is no haggling from the girl. So far that hasn't been an issue when I leave the money under my watch.
I'm new on this forum, but have been visiting a couple of places in Tysons area for a while. I've been paying $80 house fee + $80 tip for TS, Massage (some very good) with nude or topless HJ with touching. I've been searching to see if this is the "going rate", and from what I've seen on this forum maybe others are getting more service for this rate. I see lots of references to "standard NOVA" rates. What exactly is that?

Most times its dependent on the girl and not the establishment on whether you go anything more then the standard finish. AMPs that do FS as a policy always get busted in 6 months or so (I can only think of one that has been around for 8 years or so). If BJ and FS are the main goal then finding something off Craigslist/Backpage or driving down to DC is the smarter option.
For me, it comes down to the overall experience. If I pay for a 1 hour house, and the girl gives a bad massage, clothed HJ, no roaming, and rushes me out the door in 30 or so minutes then she's getting a $50 tip ($40 if its less then 30 minutes).
If this girl spends the full hour pampering me, knows how to give a good massage, unclothed, and there is roaming, I will give $80 for a HJ.
Sometimes there is even LFK/DFK, which you don't get from most backpage/craigslist girls, and other services even with only a HJ finish. If I feel its really worth it I will even give a $100.

PA, I owe you one. Since I was in that area, I took your recommendation and headed down to the Downy. I was a walk-in (no appointment), but because the day and the time I went was a slow period, I was the only one there. (Of course, there was also only one therapist there, too.) And, by the time I departed, no one else had arrived, so it was a nice time.
When MMS answered and led me to the room, she asked if I had been there before. I told her "Yes, but only when the place was under a different name about 5 years ago. " When the therapist came in a few minutes later, she asked the same, and I told her the same. Then, she said, "Okay, lay down. " I was surprised that she didn't offer a TS, and I said "What? No TS? " She seemed a bit surprised that, for a supposed first-timer, I knew about the TS. But, after a few moments discussion, she said "Okay, let's go. " All during the TS, she queried me about a number of things to mkae sure I was legit. (She asked the same questions later, during the massage, probably because she thought I might have been shading the truth. But, I must have satisfied her, because the standard NoVa ending was very good too.)
All in all, I was thoroughly satisfied (in spite of the many questions initially). She had a particular technique during the finish, in which she hooked my knee and thigh in order to hold my legs apart at the point of Shangr-La. I'd never experienced that before, but it was very effective. That, along with the DFK (another surprise), provided for a fantastic ending.
I provided a slightly larger tip than standard NoVa dictates. Which comports with what Bostonpeter is saying about a tipping range for a particular finish.
In a desire to keep faith with PA and help keep this place lower on the radar, I'll only provide the name of the establishment via PM from senior members. Since the therapist asked me not to reveal her name to my friends, I will hold that piece of information close to the vest.

Thanks!Many places use unscented products. And for your body they should only be putting the bare-minimum necessary to reduce friction. 'Down there' they tend to use a lot more since more friction is needed, but the biggest concern for me is the oil on my body afterwards seeping into my cloths, while I don't have to worry about a significant other, I do have to worry about going back to work if go on my lunch break.
Either way lots of wet wipes are a good idea. If you use a cologne you should lightly reapply it afterward. I also keep those Febreze to Go mini-bottles in my car to take smells off my cloths. If you have a habit of using Febreeze at your home it shouldn't smell to suspicious, also the smell doesn't tend to linger.
For you, I would just take a shower when I get home. I'm sure it isn't much of an excuse to take a shower being how hot and humid it is these days. Just say you feel sweaty. There are a million excuses.

ADInteresting musings, but we shouldn't take code words literally, Like many words we use here "Tipping" is just a euphemism.
A 15-20% tip would be normal if all we were getting out of this place is just a massage, but we could go to the mall for that. We are obviously paying for 'other' services. For Nova, massage quality is more an emphasis then other areas, but we are after-all asking for services that come with a lot of inherit risks in many ways. We shouldn't think of it as percentages based off of 'house pay', since that's mostly for the MMS.

Showed up no appt around 9pm, booked an hour, no problem.
I always show up fresh and showered, allowing extra massage time vs being washed. Just a personal pref. Good back and leg massage, provider name sounded like Nahmay, looks better in the dark, tad too much make up. But nice anyway.
Got right to it, flipped in 20 minutes, and surprise (no saddle) language lesson with outstanding Nova finish, along with some really inspiring talk.
Had time left and provider used every last minute to thoroughly take care of me. I did same. .75 for the excellent service and great attitude. Hugs and happy parties on the way out.
Best part, no $ hassles, did not even ask for the house fee. I had time to offer it. Overall: 8.5/10

Had another good time at my usual place on the way home from work. Went for the hour again, same girl as last time. Nice table shower.
On to the massage, it was decent enough, then the lights went down a little lower, music turned up a little louder, and the touching became lighter and more roaming. On to the flip; LFK, more roaming, and then she asked for tip upfront. This is the first time I've been asked for it up front. I can understand why, but it certainly can bring everything to a halt real quick.
Once that was taken care of, things progressed nicely. Clothes came off, lots of roaming, CBJ, and all was good. Finished up the remainder of the hour with some more massage.
The past two times I've been there, I've only heard the door bell once. This visit it went off three times. Guess everybody needs some stress relief on humpday.

I called NSP and made an appointment with Tina.
She again provided a great massage and I truly enjoyed my end of summer visit.
Visit was similar to many I've made before. Tina is a great lady. Be nice to her and all the ladies!

Maybe she liked your looks or thought you were hot. Who knows? My experiences there, in the short time this place has been open, is that the therapists all give varying degrees of a good massage (no bad ones so far) and the place operates like a typical NoVa establishment. Can't imagine that MMS would condone this as standard (or even occasional) practice. So, enjoy the extra level of service when it happens. And, always treat the therapists nicely.

Thanks to Alpha D. He have me some tips with this one massage therapist in Fairfax, near Fairfax Hospital. You guys probably know who it is. Anyhow, I had a wonderful experience with her. At the end of the session, she smiled and said "Happy Friday" to me... "YES", I responded.
Alpha D, I agree with you, she is the sweetest provider ever. That's was the best experience overall for me. Whoever see her, please be nice. I want to see her again and have another "Happy Friday" next time when I am in town.

I visited a local NoVA AMP (made possible by the Labor Day holiday).
I've patronized this location several times, so I was surprised to learn today they open at 9 (I incorrectly thought all AMPs opened at 10. Don't know why I thought that).
Parking lot empty (except for the largest pick-up truck I've ever seen. And, based on the closed door to studio-1, I think the owner/driver was also enjoying a massage this morning).
I called ahead for a 10:00 am appointment. And was sad when told my ATF was "on vacation". But, MMS encouraged me to visit anyway. So, I did.
Today I met a wonderful and skilled massage therapist named Uyong. She is perfectly proportioned and slightly taller than 5 feet. She has medium-long very black, shiny hair. Her dark eyes can take your breath away, and she has a beautiful face. She is also one of the funniest, easiest to talk with ladies I've met at an AMP.
Off to the TS. And, WOW. 15 minutes of deep massage on my back and legs as well as a thorough soapy wash.
Back to the room for a great medium massage, and exceptional conversation filled with smiles and laughs.
This was a great holiday Monday visit for me....but I am concerned the ladies seem to work every day. Perhaps next time, I'll provide the TS and massage.
Standard rate for an hour with standard tip.
Ladies everywhere -- please be sure to get a real break at times. When you are happy, the visit is much more enjoyed by everyone!

Although I've been to this place a few times, I realized I hadn't yet posted a review of this fairly new facility. So, in the interests of the readership and expanding the knowledge base, the following are my findings regarding MWC (which has been advertising lately on BP).
I arrivied at a time when it was not likely to be busy and, as expected, I was one of only two customers at the time. Parking was not a problem, but the lot was one of those where one might want to be alert during the evening hours. Not to say the place is located in a high-crime area; it's not. But, the area could be a target for unsavory types, if they so decided. Just be watchful coming and going.
I rang the doorbell and, unlike some AMPs, the person who would ultimately be my therapist for this visit weas the one to answer the door. That seems to be the general pattern here (although on one occasion the manager did answer the door), but this might just be a function of the times I choose to visit. She led me to the room and asked whether I wanted an hour ($80) or half-hour ($50). I opted for the hour, gave her the entrance fee, and got comfortable while she disappeared for a couple minutes. I noticed, as we were going to the room, that the licenses, with current dates, for all of the therapists were displayed prominently in the hallway.
When my therapist returned, she asked if I wanted a shower ("Yes") and then led me to the TS, which was clean and modern (new tiling, table, and fixtures, with no hint of any mildew or lime scaling).
The TS itself was good, although the water was just slightly hotter than I prefer (but not scalding, by any means), and lasted for about 10 minutes from beginning to end. While applying soap, she massaged it in good and slow to build a lather, which was a nice touch. Otherwise, the TS was about what one would expect at a decent establishment.
After drying off, I returned to the room with her, and she asked what type of rubdown I wanted. Usually after a workout, I prefer a harder rub, but this time I chose a medium-soft touch. (Afterwards, I thought that I should have chosen the harder massage, as the muscles probably needed more pressure, but that isn't the fault of the therapist.)
Ovreall, the entire session was relaxing and satisfying. My only regret was that I noticed, only after the session was concluded, that they had a "back walking bar" in the room. If I'd seen that to begin with, I might have asked for that instead. However, the therapist did not have the frame and build of a waif, so perhaps it was better NOT to get a back-walk this time. Maybe next time, with a different therapist.

As is often the case after I workout at my company's fitness room, I swung by ATMB for a post-gym bodywork. It had been a couple months since my last visit, so it seemed a good time to check up on it again. (I've noticed that they've been advertising on BP lately, which is something new for this establishment, but didn't expect anything much out of the ordinary.) It's still in the same location and, upon entering, still had the same layout as usual but with a few minor cosmetic improvements to the foyer.
The manager met me in the reception area (foyer) when I entered and asked how long I wanted to stay. I said one hour, and she took me to one of the rooms. This manager was not Angie, as on previous occasions. When I asked the manager if Angie was there, she said "No, Angie is gone back home. " It turned out, the place was apparently sold to a new owner recently but has retained the same name.
Entrance fee ($80) paid, and the manager tells me to get comfortable. In a couple minutes, a therapist ("Bibi") enters and asks if I want a shower. This was new, since I had never had that option before. Curious, I say "Yes, " and she takes me to a room where there is a newish shower stall. Bibi hands me a washcloth and liquid soap and tells me she will retun when I; m finished. The stall was generally clean and new, roomy enough to maneuver around in, but otherwise unremarkable. I lingered there for about 5 minutes, since I had just come from the company gym, and then exited and dried myself off. A few moments later, Bibi knocked at the door to see if I was ready to return to the room.
Back in the room, she had me lay down on the (new?) table and asks how I want the rubdown. Soft, medium, or hard. I opt for medium-hard and, seeing the back-walk bar, ask for that as well.
As in all my visits, the session was good. In fact, this session was very good from the standpoint of the bodywork, which is a hallmark of the therapists at this place. They seem to know how the muscle groups work and the direction andf manner in which the muscles ought to be worked (rather than simply pressing on or randomly rubbing the muscles).
I departed after the full hour, relaxed and satisfied. Like each time before. Although the ownership has changed and Angie is no longer there, I plan to return again to this place whenever I need the bodywork after the gym.

so far for a long time nobody is using this "AMP" forum for its purpose. No more sharing info, experience, recomendations. Only useless and boring talk about tips and other crap. Then one of us decide to share his experience with independent provider and perhaps because he forgot to share juicy details you all go after him like he committed a terrible crime posting here. I have been around the NOVA area and using the forum but have not been anywhere that was not already well reviewed. However, earlier this week I decided to venture out and try something new that I had not seen reviewed before. I searched both CL and BP and found a well fortified place a little south of the Beltway. I called to confirm they were open and was told they had availability and that I could come over. The location is in an industrial area with multiple parking lots. Since it was not a usual business hour most of the lots were empty. I chose to park across a small street where a few other cars were parked near one of the other businesses. The glass door leading to the staircase of the 2nd floor parlor unlocked so I entered and walked up the stairs. As I got to the top of the stairs I heard the door unlock and it was opened by the mammasan who greeted me nicely. The entrance area is very nice and clean. They have a counter and several CC TVs overlooking the parking lot below. She asked if I was the one who had called as she led me to a room. Once there she collected the normal fee and told me she would send in a girl and to get comfortable. The room was very clean, had a hot towel warmer on a table and one of the large massage tables. A chair for changing and a hook on the wall with a clothes hanger. In a couple of minutes Joey, the girl, came in. She was fairly typical of other NOVA girls but maybe a tad older 45-50 I would guess. She greeted me with a smile and asked if I wanted a shower and I agreed. She led me down a hall with a couch to the shower room. It was clean and typical. The shower was OK but no attention was paid to my sensitive areas. She cleaned me up with a hot towel from the warmer and I dressed and was on my way. The standard tip was left which was not counted as I handed it to her. I got a hug on the way out and proceeded out the door and down the stairs. As I exited out the door to the parking lot I noticed a FC police cruiser sitting in a parking lot across the street watching the place. I walked to my car and left. I then called back to the parlor to let them know who was watching, if they did not already know. Overall I not thrilled with this place. I have seen younger therapists who are better at their trade than I got here but by far not a bad experience.

It's been a while since I've been to Best. When I read the report from Lovejugs on 8-27-10, I decided to go and see if I couldn't get a really good performance out of Sunny.
I couldn't help but notice that they've re-done the place. The carpets are the same, but everything else is new. New furniture, new tables, new pads, new towels (really nice new towels), new sheets, new everything. Sunny answered the door and took me to the back. She's about 50 years old, I reckon, but very quickly I didn't care. She's spectacular.
I've been doing this going on 15 years or somesuch, and she's one of the best I've ever been with. She just knows how to touch a man. And as Lovejugs wrote, she really knows how to finish a man.
Walk in, be respectful, smile, put your money under your cell phone in plain sight so she knows what to expect from you, lie back, and enjoy the experience.

I went to a perfect AMP outside the beltway where the hangmen congregate. It was $60 per hour and I got a whole hour!

Many places use unscented products. And for your body they should only be putting the bare-minimum necessary to reduce friction. 'Down there' they tend to use a lot more since more friction is needed, but the biggest concern for me is the oil on my body afterwards seeping into my cloths, while I don't have to worry about a significant other, I do have to worry about going back to work if go on my lunch break.
Either way lots of wet wipes are a good idea. If you use a cologne you should lightly reapply it afterward. I also keep those Febreze to Go mini-bottles in my car to take smells off my cloths. If you have a habit of using Febreeze at your home it shouldn't smell to suspicious, also the smell doesn't tend to linger.

Ask the provider not to use any oils or lotions, or ask for full body wipe off with hot towels after the massage and another one after the finish.
As for the soap smell, brink your own or don't go. Use your computer and your own hand, it'll be much cheaper as well.

Since 112 was one of my ATF, I decided to TOFTT to seen how things might have changed. I can report that it is not the 112 we all knew and loved. That being said, I still had a good time. My provider was Bebe. Her massage skills were excellent. She gave a slow, sensual, rythmic massage that was very relaxing with a standard NOVA ending. The one other downside is the shower is now stand-up, self-service.
