Legislatures can enact all kinds of restrictive laws which, unless they clearly violate the Constitution, will not be overturned by judges. Laws against prostitution are the norm in 99.9% of the US. And those laws don't prohibit consensual adult behavior, they just criminalize turning such behavior into a commercial business transaction. Consider that laws prohibiting possession of marijuana reached all the way into a person's home, even if that person's actions weren't affecting anyone else. Been a while since I saw anyone talk about Spa Sung. Back in their heyday a year or two back, I couldn't ever get in to this place as they always seemed to be busy when I wanted to visit. I like the somewhat discreet location and as others have mentioned the facilities are very nice.
Paid 80 for an hour. My provider was blonde with small naturals and an average body. More slim than round overall. Average AMP age, late 30's or probably 40's. She had a great personality and was chatty. TS and massage were OK. On the flip, however, she kept pushing for FS. I wasn't really in the mood for it and was going for something more basic. I'm not a negotiator but we went back and forth and I ultimately relented. Old Keen Mill Spa is a small C-SPA, but I've always been impressed by the excellent massage and kind attitude of the staff.
Not fancy, and some might say "not much to write home about," but always an excellent massage at a quiet, clean, well-managed / maintained / business.
