Our poor little state is full of small towns an small town girls. Here in brattleboo I've had some luck in talking random girls who express ther need fir money into helping me out. It only took a few minutes on google to confirm what these two are really all about. Just wanted to put the info out there to keep anyone else from wasting their time. I guess an ad without a phone number is the first red flag.

Today's report could have easily been a Roger Corman screenplay. I was heading from Burlington to Plattsburgh NY via the Grand Isle ferry. After driving up I-89 and exiting on exit 17 to Route 2 there was a farm type woman hitching a ride. So it was a little after 2 PM and I was heading west on Williston. I hear you, G. But from the sounds of it. There's at least more opportunity to make decisions with the little head. Between the random SWs, and the sweet things still using Craigslist to try and accomplish their earning (most of whom won't even consider a drive down past Montpelier) , Brattleboro seems like a ghost town.
Just traveling down in Asheville last weekend opened my eyes to the fact that even when a bigger town is having a dry night or three, at least you know that will change soon, as the atmosphere and size of the town are proper. But here in a town of 30K or so, the options don't really ever present themselves. So it's cruising the streets of Holyoke, or Springfield down in Mass. I guess that is indeed closer than Burlington however.

Does anyone have experience with getting a hotel room for a few hours in the afternoon in BTV?
With leaf peeping season it is so expensive and sees like such a waste.
Any help is appreciated.

Ads with out of state phone numbers, email addresses, or that show downtown, USA etc usually are spam. Look at other cities, Albany NY, Hartford CT, Springfield MA, Manchester NH. Many of the same ads get posted all over STG and you can learn to spot the fakes this way. Once you have what looks like a genuine ad check here for reviews or TOFTT and post a review.
