Is it just me or has every city in the state dried up? What happened. There used to be at least 30 posts a day now there are weeks between a single post. Bremerton SW's has dried all up. Tacoma now has one massage palor from a peak of 20 in the 80's. Have all the women gone to Craigs List? It doesn't make sense.

Most of the prolific posters have switched to a competing board, which is sad because I always really enjoyed it over here. I would love to see a resurgance. But there are still lot's of SW's being picked up and lot's of reports.

I remember a time when you could check this site on the hour and see something new! I'm in the Everett area and don't even waste time with the cruises anymore.

yes. i think there has been some kind of decision made by the various sentencing judges to start maxing out the regulars. there is an article this week in the stranger about what appears to be a new juvenile court policy of sentencing **** sws to echo glen (the equivalent of walla walla) to "protect" them.
i know that one of my faves, marlo of tacoma/ federal way, showed up for a court date the 8th and has been out of commission since.

Has anyone tested the theory of the pressure by LE on SW scene is symptom of 9/11 homeland security finances from the Feds that gives local law enforcement agencies more resources to fight against terrorists but is allocated to eliminating and prosecuting SW instead.
It wouldnt surprise me that instead of fighting terrorism, local govt is just amping up against vices. There seems to be a nationwide campaign that is making the "hobby" less accessible. Seems like a waste of tax money but I guess that is the reality when you dont know where to fight the "real" enemy.

you might have a point but, I would swing to the side of no.i think the war on prostitution depends on complaints, quotas and back door deals to clean up areas to bring in the dollars. In Everett the Broadway strip has completely changed. New businesses are popping up all over the place and good luck seeing a SW. It probably depends on what vice wants to work that week.

You both make some interesting points. I was thinking about this today as I cruised a completely vacant Bremerton area today.
During the Vietnam War when we still had local draft boards young criminals were often given a choice by the sentencing judge. Go across the hall and volunteer for the draft or serve your sentence. I met a few guys who did this. I myself volunteered but for different reasons.
What if these girls are getting picked up and are being encouraged into joining the military in some way. The action started dissipating about the time the military started having difficulty getting their quotas' filled.

i do not think any of the home land security / war on terrorism money is being spent to crack down on prostitution. in fact i think those issues have resulted in less effort being focused on prostitution. there are really very few officers or resorces devoted to vice, other than drugs. most of what sets the priorities for policing, including vice somes from public opinion, or more accurately political consideration.
those influential individuals, and more importantly the special intrest groups (who are mostly just ordinary people, grouped together to become "faceless" orginazations). the nra, aclu, afl-cio, planned parrenthood, madd, moral majority, and the vfw are all "special intrest groups" that most of us have all heard of. there are other smaller, less well (or even virtually unkown to the general public) sig's that influence policing on our streets. this includes the police unions, aclu, and those "dog walkers" near the aurora bridge and in the rainier valley, as well as mothers against police (something, i can not recall, mostly black mothers of convicted criminals). of course budget considerations, including grants from state and federal govt. influence policing priorities too.
imho it is standard politics to try to "clean up the streets" as we head into a major political season. that and several "major" "news" stories about street prostitution, young (****) teenage girls involved in prostitution, and especially stories about prostitution on craigs list!!!! *shocking*
this tends to be the cycle of things. i think the apparent success of craig's list, and other non-street places for providers to get customers. not to mention that a provider can work many fewer clients each week, with less risk of leo busting them, nor having to stand out in the rain. of course some of those providers, and those that can not manage (denny park / rainier valley, etc. types) are limited to street walking.
Despite "News" Stories, the US Armed Services have for the most part met their recruiting goals, despite a (small) increase to the size of the Active and Reserve forces; albeit still only about 2/3rds-1/2 the size they were in the late 80's/Desert Storm. It is also true that they are allowing persons up to 42 years old to join the Army (the other services still have a limit of, 38 or 39 I think, which goes back to before the 60's, let alone the Volunteer Military of the mid 1970's). And yes they are also giving about 5% more waivers for criminal offences (mostly minor drug possesions and simple assault).
Further more it is against the Law and Military Regulations for a JUDGE to Order a person to join the Armed Services in liue of a prison sentance. (Not to say that some {mostly small town/county} policing agencies might suggest it to some individuals, rather than charging them.) I can not believe that any "known" providers are being "sent" into the Armed Forces to "get them off the street".
So while there are no convicted (or otherwise known to the authorities) "professional providers" are joining the Armed Forces. Nor do I think do any (or at least not a significant number) of young women who used to be providers who have no criminal record are joining the Armed Forces. Few of any who might attempt to do so would be likely to pass the screening / training to enter the Armed Forces.
My opinion on their background, however, is irrelevant; for their are many ****** now in uniform. And by ***** I mean Accepting, even Demanding MONEY FOR SEX. In the past (World War Two and since) it was common for women to have sex with soldiers, sometimes for (often even most of the time) for "love" or at least with the intent (often demand) for marriage; of course sometimes just for fun. This remained true into the 1990's.
Then a signifficant, dramatic change occured. It started actually during Desert Shield Desert Storm. Partially it was due to a far higher percentage of women in the Armed Forces, especially in foward deployed units, ships, etc. Partially (IMHO) it was a cultural change (more on that later). These factors (and others) were, and continue to be exaccerbated by a virtual ban on access to prostitutes to the US Armed Forces (and even a rather strict limitation on porn).
The US Armed Forces have been far less tollerant of prostitution than nearly any other military past or pressent. This has been for "moral" reasons, but even more driven by medical issues. This was dramatically true in World War One, where in contrast to the French and British armies who had something like 100,000 soldiers Each who had to pulled from military duties due to Venereal Diseases. The US Army had a rate of less than 1 man in 1000 who had to be treated for VD (by contrast the British and French had 50-100 times that Percentage!).
Preventing VD's was almost an obession with General Pershing, he demanded Daily reports on the matter, and checked up on any VD cases when he routinely inspected a unit. He rejected offers from the French military and civil govt. to open liscened brothels in the areas occupied my the US Army. The US Army chose (in the words of offical historians) a Represive approach to American Dough Boys frequenting prostitutes. The Army did, however, provide prophylatics, and medical checks to local French citizens (not just prostitutes or even just women in general; this was to prevent other forms of disease too.) It was an extremely successful policy.
For many reasons the US Armed Forces were unable to duplicate the success of the AEF in WW I during the rest of the 20th Century. That is until Desert Shield in 1990. The near total isolation of American forces from any civilian population, let alone prostitutes, along with an OBSESSION of avoiding any sort of "negative relations between members of the US Armed Forces and locals"; or any other form of "Bad Press" exacerbated long standing US military proclivities.
But there was an "outlet" of sorts. Of course, as I mentioned earlier, there has been since at least WW II women in uniform, some of whom were willing to provide sexual favors; some probably did so for money. The US Armed Services and their civilian masters did as much as possible to supress any news reports on sex between service members. One of the "better known" incidents was the situation aboard a US Navy logistical vessel the Sammuel Gompers, which became know as "the Love Boat" where over 100 women BECAME pregnant while in the Persian Gulf!!!
Technically this was nearly the entire complement of women on board (about 1/4 to 1/3 of the total crew), because many women were rotated off the boat (mostly due to Becoming pregnant) it was perhaps 1/2 the women aboard who became pregnant. We can only speculate how many women engaged in sexual relaions without becoming pregnant. This is just the "best known" of many incidents. There were also dozens, in fact I believe hundreds of cases of (mostly men) who were charged with Conduct Unbecoming (an Officer or NCO) for having sexual relations with women in their chain of command.
There were a few incidents of women service members being charged with various charges under the UCMJ for offering Sex for Money. The military hushed it up to "preserve its image" and the media and civil govt. mostly hushed it up because they did not want a few Bad Apples to taint what a "good job" so many women did in the armed services. (While many women Did do a good job, there were also Many women who did a poor job, or used pregnancy to get out of theater, or out of the service all together.) Some of them (women in uniform) the "best service" they did, or could provide were sexual services, for cash or not!
Mostly I think this is because of the Huge temptation of Big money! The GI's have quite a bit of avialable cash, and virtually no access to any prostitutes, or even non-prostitutes! While most of the women in uniform who engage in sexual relations with other service members do Not do so for money; many of them do recieve other favors. This might be tradional ones of "love", even marriage, it may also be for easier duty, better evaluations, etc., some of these incidents may be coerced by male NCO's or Officers in charge of these women. In some cases these are other Women NCO's or Officers who are "Pimping Out" female service members who may be Willing, or in some cases (at least innitially UNwilling!
While not that big a number of women in uniform have engaged in sex for money. It is a HUGE increase over what it has been before 1990! Certainly Much Larger a number of incidents in a "war zone" than has ever occured. This is partially because they have a "captive audience" of men that have no other access to pussy. IMHO it is also part of the "Hip-Hop Culture" which extends to Americans of all race, and most backgrounds.
For the most part, IMHO, these women would Not engage in prostitution back in the US. They are the "type" of young woman who might well be willing to appear in a "Girls Gone Wild" video. Now that "Pimp'n" and to a certain degree being a "Ho" is Cool, a significant number of women are willing to engage in Sex for Money; often a LOT of Money!!! While it is definately a case of YMMV I have heard of a common range of $300 to $1000!!! Of course the granting of other favors, such as easy duty, or Not having to go on that convoy that might get ambushed or hit by an IED.
The fact is that very few women in uniform are offering these services, none-the-less, there are now more ****** in Uniform, than we have ever had before! And these women are Not former ****** on a "defered sentance". Nor are they (like prostitutes around here) exclusively blacks or other minorities. It is as likely to be "Mary J. Rottencrotch" from Smallburg Middle (class) America!

I had a fairly extensive dream, and I thought I'd share it with my fellow perverts.
I came across a webpage that gave a fairly comprehensive listing of Bikini Espresso stands in the Puget Sound area, and I decided it was important to take it upon myself to verify the existence of said espresso stands. Since this website does not allow the pimping of other websites, I'll just say that this page listing the varios espresso stands is easy to find in Google, using obvious search terms.
That being said, let me describe the methodology used in this study:
1. The search area starts at Everett in the North, and ends around 175th in Shoreline (with one notable exception).
2. I did not go to any of the big bikini espresso chains. This means no Cowgirl Espresso and no Chicka Latte. Nothing against those stands, I was just more interested in the smaller stands. Larger chains can get more complaints, and therefore stricter standards.
3. I am not going to rate the baristas on their looks in any detail. I like women in general, and my standards of beauty and hotness are not necessarily your standards of same.
Here are the stands that were studied:
Grab 'n' Go Bikini Hut
Java Juggs
Girl Town Espresso
Hot Spot
Sweet Spot
Sweet Shot (not listed on website, but spotted on my cruise down 99)

The things I look for are:

Tips, and the earning thereof.
Outfits and Attitudes are subjective, but I have a specific methodology for tips. If the girl is dressed in something like lingerie or pasties, I will pay for my drink with a $20 and see what happens. If not, I use a $5, flirt a tiny bit, and get on my way.

There are 3 GnG locations that I know of. Fellow Perverts, this is the gold standard of Bikini Espresso stands. Every time I've ordered something there, they flirted with me, earned my tips, and did not hurry me at all. I have chatted with them for more than 15 minutes with any hint that I was annoying or anything. In fact, if the cars hadn't lined up behind me, I would have been there a lot longer. For the guys behind me in line, sorry, but can you blame me?

Java Juggs is right across from the Everett Wal-Mart and one can be excused if you miss it and hit the GnG almost immediately north of it. They claim to be the hottest girls, and while every girl I've seen has been hotter than I could possibly date, the attitude just wasn't there. Go here if there is a line at the GnG, but otherwise, why? Maybe I just haven't found the right barista there yet, but in contrast, I have yet to find the WRONG barista at GnG.
Girl Town Espresso
Outfits: Lingerie, Pasties, Bikinis
Attitude: Friendly.
Tips: Paid with a $20. No effort to get all of it.
Girl Town is a lot like Java Juggs, only with no claim that they are the hottest. The girls are friendly and chatty, and don't make you feel like a pervert, even if you are proud of being a pervert.

Attitude: Friendly
Tips: Paid with a $20. No effort to get all of it.
Here we begin to see the pattern. The Hot Spot girls are pretty and wear bikinis, but they are just friendly girls. Not that there is anything wrong with that.

The Sweet Spot is another chain, but not as big as Cowgirls. They, like most of the other stands I list here, fall right smack dab in the middle of the bell curve. Friendly and cute, but only the most prudish would complain about them.

This stand looks like it could have been a bikini espresso stand in the past -- suggestive name, big windows, window isolated from street -- but has since put more clothes on the baristas. Don't bother, unless you just want coffee.

The sign that said "We've cooled things down!" was my first sign that this was gonna be a lot like the Sweet Shot. And it was. They should take this one off of the website.

This is a stand I hadn't seen mentioned anywhere else, but I found it while driving around. It's on northbound 99, to the south of SR518. They are hiring strippers there, so don't bother drinking your coffee, that is not their primary skill. They are very friendly, and they know what they are selling. This was another one where before I knew it, I had been chatting for 20 minutes.
In conclusion:
My current favorite: Grab 'n' Go Bikini Hut
My second place favorite is Sexy Espresso. I just have a feeling that things will get better with familiarity.
There is nothing wrong with any of the stands I've listed, although it can be observed that the more clothes being worn, the better the coffee. In this case, I was not looking for coffee.

I chase here and in Hawaii extensivly and can say that the Hawaii board is more diverse and has more activity. It provides more information and I have used it to fill my dance card more than once. It focus' on the hostess bar scene, street walkers and AMP's.
There is some action for the internet scene but it pales in comparison to the Seattle scene. There are not other review boards like we have here but craigs list (now worthless everywhere), Backpage, City Vibe and Eros are availble.
One thing that stands out is the amazing tolerance towards BBFS. Its universally described as foolish but the tolerance towards the poster is refreshing. BBFS is understood to be foolish but to each his own. No political correct condemnations and flopping around railing about the evil that is bbfs. Refreshing. Plus this is exclusivly male so no pussy whipped influenced posts. All raw and informative.
The long and short of it is that SW, AMP and bars are the biggest scene and there is good info on these. Honolulu is a good place to poon and WSG is a good forum.
The Seattle forum is about SW. There is a little AMP and strip bars. I read to hear the experiences but any real good info is difficult. Seattle does have two fairly significant review boards that put out a lot of info about the internet scene. If used together WSG and the review boards make Seattle a first rate city to monger in. There is a shit load of PC influenced hooker input that does slant the information but there also is a ton of drama between the active posters and between all this makes for interesting reading but you have to keep up or the info gets lost.
I read arround the US based on the photos section of WSG. The number of pictures and the types of girls pictured lead me to examine the posts and several cities have stood out for different reasons. Obviously Philidelphia is an active City based on the the major photo posters like Cookie Jar, Supereloquent ect. Miami seems to be active, Witicha Falls attracts attention as does St Louis and Rockford. These Cities offer real opportunities with pros, warts and all.
Places like Pamona, Orange County are active but the posts are more stylelized and less gritty that the ones above but appear to be active.
So which Citys above and otherwise do you think are good to poon in and why? I hope some national readers can lend some info
Additionally I have had some real good experiences in Moscow, Kiev and Germany FKK's based on ISG's forum. There has been no substitute for ISG and the info is good, to the piont and extremely helpful. It is less about individual girls but where the action is, current costs and advice for the traveling monger that make a sex vacation successful.
I am interested in CUBA but less so now that I had a friend make a trip and come back with a dissapointing trip story. Owner, employees of Java Juggs espresso busted in sting.
The owner of Java Juggs espresso stands has been, well, busted along with several employees after police said some baristas exposed themselves to customers, according to Edmonds police.
Police launched an undercover investigation last fall after receiving several complaints about baristas exposing themselves to customers at a stand Highway 99 and 212th Street Southwest. The investigation ended last week with the arrest of four employees, including the business owner, on charges that include prostitution and unlawful exposure.
Edmonds police posed as customers to obtain videos of several violations during the course of this investigation. Most of the violations involved employees exposing themselves to customers for large tips, police said. Some of the violations involved physical contact between baristas and customers in exchange for money, police said.
Police said the owner of the business, a 49-year-old Snohomish woman who owns three Java Juggs stands in Edmonds and South Everett, was booked into jail last week for investigation of three counts of prostitution and one count of permitting prostitution, police said.
Three additional employees who have not been arrested will be facing charges as well, police said.
Two years ago, police in Everett busted several baristas at the Grab-N-Go espresso stand for similar reasons. One barista eventually pleaded guilty to working without an adult entertainment license and was sentenced to 20 days in jail. Charges against four other baristas will be dropped if they stay out of trouble through May 2012.

This report is over 2 years old (October 18, 2010) but still contains a useful warning: After raiding a massage parlor, police began running it and arresting customers who came asking for sexual contact, apparently including "happy endings". Be careful how you phrase your requests!

Back in the day, make that the late 80's and early 90's, you could have a regular you picked up or had contact information for going on a year, or even two. XXX zone platnium and kangaroo.I have not tried any, and would not expect any noticable results. For example, one of the ingredients is avina ativa, otherwise known as oats. Yup, the cereal. Another is guarana, a souce for caffine. Angelica Gigas Nakai, which "may" act as an anti-sex hormone antagonist, maybe. Seems it has not been clinicly proven yet. Foti, an herb used for insomnia and high cholesterol, and some other herbal compounds that I don't think are proven to cause or aid erections.
Essentially this sort of stuff is snake oil.

Police sometimes open a massage parlor and arrest customers who ask for anything sexual. Even hand jobs are "prostitution" under most state laws. You cannot safely ask for ANYTHING of a sexual nature for money without risk of being arrested and convicted of prostitution. One technique that has been suggested is asking your masseuse or "escort" to get naked or dance nude for you, for a fee, since that is legal. If she'll do that, she probably isn't a police officer. So far I have not seen news reports of female police officers being willing to get naked to lure a customer into making an illegal request.

When I viewed my profile attachments I found a Show Thumbnails button at the bottom of the page so I enabled it thinking it might enable the thumbnails in the Photo Gallery but it did not.

I just compared a post made before the site shutdown that shows the thumbnail to a post I made today that does not show a thumbnail.
I found the HTML code that shows the thumbnail on the post prior to the site shutdown which is listed below as Good. I also found the HTML code that show the uploaded file/pic only as a link to download from the post I made today which is listed below as Bad.
Good: <legend><img src="images/misc/paperclip.png" class="inlineimg" alt="Attached Thumbnails" /> Attached Thumbnails</legend>
Bad: <legend><img src="images/misc/paperclip.png" class="inlineimg" /> Attached Images</legend>
You'll notice that alt="Attached Thumbnails" is missing in the Bad line.
Now all we need is a coder to fix it. :-)
