When one of my regulars had to cancel at the last minute I decided to see what was on Douglas or see how the Nancyless Nancy Rae's was. At 3:15 the pickens seemed slim as it usually is around the time that school lets out. Nancy Rae's was closed, I'm not sure they have reopened or not. This one may start to get a rep as being a good find! I ran into Anna yesterday morning at about 2am off of Douglas by Nancy Raes. She is not a white girl but a Texican (a hispanic from Texas).

No way CM! I know they wont buy it, but that's OK too.
What I was referring to was how either the CPD or their impound guys relieved my car of a palm pilot and cell phone when I got busted in Chicago, and that since then I try to travel very light.
Ultimately I believe that LE or the Judge don't care about our reasons or excuses for being out, or why we are talking to SW's or giving anyone a ride, and would much less care about us taking photos of nefarious activities! In fact I doubt most of them even care if there is really any crime in this hobby at all, I've always contended it's a revenue thing, especially since most the SW's claim many LE guys are some of their most frequent customers! And I know most of you have heard it from the girls too, so get that WTF look off your faces.
These days solicitation is just like getting a moving violation traffic offence, in the end you get three options: pay now, mail in the payment or pay in court. The only difference is LE thinks mongers are stupid scum and high revenue, while traffic violators are just revenue (unless you get a DUI, but then again, that's a $felony$).
Since our esteemed hobby is still only a misdemeanor crime here in the US, the worst that generally happens (at least here in IL & WI) is a car impound (which is the fine), a full or partial night of detention, and possibly suffer some form of personal embarrassment (especially if you get nailed in an area where you get your picture posted on the web or newspaper).
But just like traffic court in IL, I was offered (and accepted) the option for 6 mos. supervision, and then the damn thing fell off my record and I was a free man! I've done numerous background checks since, and it never has surfaced.
I guess at the end of day, as a result of my bust I was actually liberated. Since I had to come clean with my SO and several close friends about that fucked up night, and sure it was hell at first, and I almost lost my SO, but now those who I was most worried about discovering my lifestyle, now know and I don't have to lie to them anymore.
So I guess your thinking wow! That is long way off from a digital camera question eh?

After my visit night before last, I found myself thinking back to a gem I dated several times back in 2001 & 2002 who went by the name of Anastasia. She was a WSW, about 25'ish, 5"6", and had brown hair with either red or purple highlights.

Drove up Dougl-ass today and whoa! I saw this cute little brunette walking around aimlessly, and immediately the spidey-sense started tingling as well as something else in my pants.
As it turns out I've located the elusive Stacie! She a former stripper and I have to say this was one is a hottie!! She easily ranks a solid 9 for looks on the SW scale, and would probably still score an 8 at most decent strip clubs.

Inventory! Nice, makes you sound like a sheik! LOL wish I could say the same, but with my repeat-a-phobia, I just cant.
Example, I recently met a fairly nice SW (at first) in Kenosha, and the first two visits were cool, but then the chinks in the armour started to appear all over the place, after hearing about her family/drug using kids, living situation/eviction, etc. I had to abandon ship fast! It's all the F'n drama.
In answer to your question and no I don't mind saying it here: Best spot, your motel room preferably obtained ahead of time, that way you can keep your cards/wallet and personal info out of the SWs sight. I like this one since it leaves you in control and you know what you walking into.
Next best, parking lots/garages where I can "blend in" with lots of other parked cars. Just imagine if LE had to go and window check every single parked car in the city! They wouldn't have time to generate revenue for the town, and would come up empty 99% of the time. I have found that sometimes its by doing it in some of the most open spots that no one expects me to, that I find the most seclusion. Lord know I've spent HOURS on end looking for that great alley or remote street end, and then blammo! Out LE comes on patrol rolling by!
One thing is for sure, I wont ever step foot in any providers house/apt/ hotel room or go to her favorite parking location, I've been burned to many times by trusting it's going to be safe. Truth is, I've been lucky I didn't get my ass shot/stabbed or beat up, because more than once I've had some big ass pimp Brotha pop out from nowhere grab the chick make a loud scene, and I end up losing out on both the cash and the ass. Man, I hate to have to make a getaway with a hard on! Plus beat myself up for falling for the trap, but he who drives away lives to monger another day...

I often toyed with the idea of renting a public storage locker for around $30 a month and tossing in a beat up mattress or lamp if there's electric.
Pros: I control the location, its restricted access and I have a right to be there, usually close parking, its only my spunk sitting on the mattress (unless shes dripping crap from some other trick), I can lock it up when I'm done and not worry about theft of crap I don't care about, and its there 24/7 when I need it.
Cons: no heat/AC might get uncomfortable, no washing sink/water/bathroom, and could I get locked in from the outside?

Great idea. If the space was big enough to get a car into, then at least you'd be sheltered from prying eyes and LE. That would also solve the heat and AC problem as your car, assuming it's not made in Bulgaria in the 1950's would have those amenities.
My guess is that no heat/AC otherwise would be a problem. I used to "date" a girl who lived in the shell of an abandoned building off Division in Chi, and while the stiff nipples were nice, the chill was less than stimulating.

Hey Craven. Are we related? I'm from the Boston area and post in MA from time to time. I'm now travelling to Wisconsin on a regular basis. Every other week.
I got a laugh out of the storage unit idea. I actually have one and use it as described. Mine is temperature controlled and I can't drive into it. It's on the second floor. I always keep a few pillows and blankets there to soften the concrete floor.
I've brought a few girls up there already. They got a real laugh out of it but they all thought I was a good idea. The manager gave me 24hr access too.
Not a bad idea.
I'll be in Madison and Fond du Luc this week. Doesn't appear to be too much action out here. I guess we're spoiled in Boston.

I too saw some activity at NRS, a little old lady was standing guard at the door, on Friday, but I couldn't tell if there was more was going on inside or not.

I stopped by Thursday around 2 in the afternoon, and it was all locked up. I rang the bell and the sign (if you can read it through the yellow glass) was in the closed position. I noticed there is paint on the siding above the door, I remember a long time ago there used to be a NRS sign, but it may have been removed a while back or painted over recently. I guess we will still have check in from time to time to see if we can get our granny action (how low we have sunken, to be desperate for nasty, old ladies).

After doing a deed the other day, the girl I was with asked me if I would mind giving her ride just a few blocks west of Douglas. So since she had been pretty cool I figured what the hell.
I ended up by the apartments behind the mall at Rapids and Mount Pleasant, and all I can say is this place a real breeding ground for crazy shit! I saw 3 SWs (2 BSW 1 WSW) 2 were standing around on the street and one more was standing in one of the apartment doorways watching for street traffic and waved at me.
I also noticed a significant LE presence so they obviously know they already have issues in this neighborhood, but I just thought I would share the intel since I've never seen anyone post about this spot in Racine before.

Racine is a strange place to try to set a watch to, but if I was a betting man I'd have to say that from 5 pm up to 2 am are the prime hours. That's not to say that I haven't seen strays walking around at all hours over there, or that on some rare occasions I just came up empty handed either...
But in monger terms, Racine is more dependable than North Chicago/Waukegan or Mannheim (Melrose park) and slightly less predictable than the main Chicago or Milwaukee strolls, but even those seem to be drying up these days. IMHO, the big two pluses are the quality is generally better, and the LE presence is there but less intrusive.
Go ahead and give it a roll and tell me if you disagree.

HHH-My experience with Racine times is it's possible to catch SWs at just about any time, except when kids are getting on & off buses. After dark seems best, but afternoon & early morning works too. It can be hit & miss, but is much more reliable than it was some years back. These comments are not to be confused with the Racine Urinal Times, the local newspaper that's only good for cutting into small rectangles & using in the restroom.
So NRS is open again? Woo-hoo!

I was up north of the cheddar curtain again Wednesday evening and cruised the south loop for about a half hour, 6 to 6:30. Saw a maybe on Greenfield about 21st or so and by the time I circled back she was gone. I decided to head down to Racine on my way back to down to IL.
I stopped by the apartments mentioned near Rapids and Mt. Pleasant, nothing happening. I then went up and down Douglas for a while still seeing nothing. Around 7:30pm I turned west onto a side street, and within 50 yards of each other near Albert and LaSalle were 3 BSW’s and 1 WSW. I picked up a WSW named Lisa. One of the BSW’s was hot, young, and looked like she had a great ass but was too close to a group of gang bangers, if the colors are the same as in Chicago they were Vice Lords. Real bad guys.
Lisa was kinda dumpy, seemed mid 30’s, had a too large flabby belly, maybe a 4 out of 10. She said that the girls have moved off of Douglas because the cops have a camera out there. She gave me a slightly below average BBBJCIM with spit for Jackson. She had me wishing I had went for the hot looking black chick. The camera on Douglas is interesting if true.
I followed the advice of abigguy60084 and called first. They said they would be open til 5:30. I told them I would be there by 4:30, and when I pulled up, they were locking the door. I mentioned I called ahead, they relented and let me in. It's a little different, there are no cards and a slightly different vibe in there, but the same service. So for those who are in dire need (myself for example), or who need to get their GILF on, NRS is back. But be sure to call first and be there before 4pm.

Drove around and around and around yesterday, and nothing but 1 or 2 toothless crack looking bottom dwellers that I passed on.
Cameras: with respect to MB's report, as I drove the usual Ray-town spots I paid special attention for any pole mounted or roof mounted cameras, and quite frankly I didn't see shit. Now I don't doubt that there might be some out there, but if so, it seems very unlikely that they are on Douglass since the purpose of the cams are usually two fold: first, to monitor the area for felony activity (usually drugs) and secondly, to deter further criminal activity from occurring in that area. Since the felons were still in very plain view and the cameras were not, I would say it was either not working or they just don't exist. Just my .02
I stopped in NRs last week, and it was only Sandy or the old lady. Went with Sandy and hated myself afterward.

Sounds like you were in the right area, the apts are right off of Mount Pleasant & one block north of Rapids, they are real shit holes so you cant miss 'em, in fact that's how you know your in the right place. They run about 3-4 square blocks and posted at each door is a "crime watch" poster!! LOL! Like that's working!
Anyway, have patience, I've been there at all hours and seen anywhere from 0-5 either standing in the apt doorways/inside the halls or even walking right on the sidewalks in front, so keep your eye's peeled, and lo and behold something WILL pop out!
Reminds me of when I lived in Chicago and I would drive up & down Lincoln ave in the mid 80's, I never noticed the damn SW's, then one day it was like a light bulb turned on and all I could think was "who left all these ho's out on the street?" Reading the Racine Forum reports had me all primed for my recent trip to Racine. I was hoping to visit NR’s, but couldn’t make it before they closed each day. Some recent observations on the Ra-Scene:
NRS appears to be up & running again judging by the postings & sightings. I saw a middle-aged brunette with glasses outside a couple of times, once holding a broom. I also saw Old Sandy going in & out a couple of times, so I'm sure some customers are going in & out too.
I've looked hard but haven't seen any cameras on Douglas. Let's hope this was a malicious rumor.
This week I spotted a very LE-like woman on Douglas, trying very hard to do the slow walk & fit in, wearing sunglasses & headphones, carrying some papers & looking generally out of place. After you've seen a few dozen genuine SWs you can spot an imposter at 300 yards.
Unemployment is still very high in Racine, per the numbers I see & probably explains the street action. We all have bills to pay.

But what's interesting is that they didn't take any gals out of circulation - only fellow mongers. I was out and about in Racine on Friday night cruising town from 1-3 AM, and it was dead! Although I saw maybe 5 SWs out they were all of inferior quality and not worth a pullover.
Thankfully I did not get busted, but secondly, I did not see anything even resembling a sting at all, and I'm sure I didn't leave any stones unturned in my quest as I really had the "hunger" that night.
I ended up doing the long drive through Racine, into K-town, Zion, & NC/Waukegan. Finally at 5 am with the sun rising this vampire headed home unfed.

Picked up Cathy on Douglas other day. She seems to go through life on slow speed but seems intelligent and talked about normal things not crack drama so that was a nice change of pace. Looks like a soccer mom so that's a plus too.

I got back into town on Thursday (sorry for the delay in reporting fellas). Made several passes through the apartments looking for Stacie but there was no sign of her. Lt. Ray Knapp, public information officer for the department, said in a news release that the reason for tint laws is safety; deeply tinted windows impair driver visibility, especially at night. During February, officers will be stopping cars with obvious illegally tinted windows and issue them a 10-day warning ticket. Officers will verify the degree of tint with a hand-held meter. The $83.80 ticket will be dismissed if the violator comes back to the Police Department within 10 days to show that the illegal tint has been removed.

I haven't been to CLV in years but whenI was there I thought it was a 10. Hot chick, FS was 160 total. Never been to ERS. NRS is a 1. I was there two times. The second time I had Alice and saw her naked, who ever said she was 50-60 was generous. She has got to be 65+. I can't believe I went a second time. I'm not going back. The only advantage this place is that its an indoor venue and there is low risk of LE problems as opposed to street action for those that need to be descreet.

I know it doesn't always carry over in text, but it's my nature to be a smartass. The more important part was that I at least be brutally honest about the place. It is what it is. I would rather warn-off a fellow mongerer from a place that he may not be into. Then we all would read about his terrible experience for the next month on this board. But if you enjoy the company of a mature provider or just don't care what she looks like, then NRS is a good, safe (verses a SW in a back alley) option.
Speaking for myself, I have been there several times before. With all the crackdowns on CL from LE, and all the overpriced, overhyped & self-absorbed escorts that are out there, NRS may be an option for me down the road. I can't just fly off to Aruba or Canada for quality action at reasonable prices whenever I want, and after a couple close calls, I have given up on the SW scene.
The point to all of my ramblings is that with the current state of hobbying in SE Wisconsin/ NE Illinois, we have to live with what we have. Many people, myself included, have used NRS as a punchline in our reviews or answers. If that offends somepeople or if turns the stomache of others, that's life. The irony is that some of us may be current or even future customers of the place, so if that make us hypocrites, then so be it. But with new members to the board asking the same questions every three months or so, I suspect we will still be having this argument all over again.
If anything, remember this: The point of this board is for open, honest discussion of our hobby, if you want fiction, read Penthouse Forum.

NRS is a 1 on a 10 point scale. It's also a 1 on a 100 point scale. It has its place & it must serve a client base or it would have gone out of business long ago. It's like staying at a sleazy motel - it's not your 1st choice but you would go if you were desparate.
We should stop calling the place NRS because they've taken down the cheesy handpainted sign. This week I saw a big sign above the front door proudly announcing their new name: No Loitering.

I have always found that women over 40 know more about pleasing someone. The real question is where have all the SWs been?? Well I have a report from this week:

I once drove home with a used condom stuck to the passenger side of my car!! Imagine my surprise the next day when I saw that!!
5) I’m not your fucking taxi. I don’t want to buy you a pop or anything else before we do business or when we’re finished, expect that the ride is only back to where I found your ass or somewhere else on MY way, meaning I don’t want to run you all over fucking town after I’m done, I just want you out of my car. You don’t have to go home, but you got to get the hell out of here… Watch out for the gotta pick up something at my “friends house” that is code for I NEED to buy DRUGS! Leave her as soon as she gets out, YES DITCH HER- you can be sure at this point that she doesn’t give a shit about you, your safety or if you get busted along with her for drugs. Think of how you'll explain that at your job, family or to your SO.
6) Don’t ask me for a tip, you’re not a fucking waitress!! We already negotiated a fee for your services. If I like you and you really are that special then I might flip you something extra, provided I’m in a cash burning mood. But if I really wanted to waste cash and tip someone for doing what they are already supposed to be doing, I would just go to the local strip clubs like Texas Jays or Baby Dolls. 9) DON’T TALK ABOUT ANY SEX ACT AND MONEY IN THE SAME FUCKING SENTENCE, and don’t do it before you get in the car! And if you’re hanging on my window yapping like that, I will ditch your ass or drive off. This is the stupidest way to get us both busted, if you’re not already a decoy, I’ll think you are!

11) No I’m not a cop, and if I was an undercover cop I probably would lie just to entrap you. Asking me this age old, stupid question does not prove a fucking thing to EITHER of us. Fact is, I won’t trust you until your sucking my cock and even then, I’ll be watching you like a hawk to be sure you don’t rip off any of my shit like my phone or my wallet (if I’m dumb enough to have them on me)
12) NO, I won’t go to your favorite secluded parking spot. And NO, I won’t go in your crack house or hotel room. And NO, I won’t run into the store for you, and leave you alone in my car. It makes the words: AMBUSH, SET UP, and ROBBED or CARJACKED rush into my mind. Not to mention I don’t want to explain how the fuck you were able drive off with my car either!
13) No I don’t trust you, I don’t want to, and I probably never will, and why should I? I've been out here for years, and you'll be lucky if I ever see you again. You SW's move around so much it's tough to find you ever again and ever develop a trusting relationship much less the one time I meet your ass. Then if I do see you again, 9 out 10 times you won’t remember me anyway!
14) Always be suspicious of a SW who is on a cell phone, 1st off they rarely have money and the means to support a keeping a cell phone (unless they just ripped off someone) and in the areas we generally find them they risk getting robbed for having something of value on themselves, so ask your self why is this chick on the phone AND trying to stroll? Answer: because it’s probably a set up!
15) BE EVEN MORE WARY OF CHICKS THAT WONT GET OFF THE PHONE, be it a payphone or cell phone, this is a classic set up, with either a robbing pimp/dealer or a decoy that’s in contact with LE on the other end. Example: I watched a sting operation in Phoenix, AZ going down on Van Buren near the airport. I had driven past by this fine ass LE decoy, and while slowing down I noticed she was on a cell phone (Nextel) but was still eyeing everyone driving by, and not really moving (another flag) either. It still didn’t feel right, so I pulled into the parking lot of the Mexican restaurant about 100 ft up and notice this dude sitting at one of the outdoor tables (with no food) talking on a Nextel phone as well, and his beeps are matching hers from across the lot (flag #3)!! He was trying like hell to maintain constant eye contact with her too, (flag #4) hmm. So naturally I had to give him some shit, knowing how fucked up the set up was for other mongers and started asking him questions, like directions to the airport and was this a safe neighborhood? Is the food good here or what? Since I’m from out of town, etc. He finally gives me hard look (like only a LEO can) and says GO have a nice day, but he’s really busy now! I ended getting a taco there eating it there, then driving off, but not before I noticed he pulled out another police radio from his pocket while I was eating, so that confirmed enough for me.
16) Lastly never let a SW “borrow” your phone, generally its to call in for drugs (just think, if they call a known dealer and the cops are monitoring that number your going to get nailed or questioned), or it could be to try to snatch the cell from you, but lastly, some SW's will try play scams on you, especially if they find out your married or that it’s a work phone, so they’ll call themselves to tag your number on caller ID for themselves and cause issues for you later after your gone, like trying to bribe you or whatever.
Just be careful out there, we as mongers put ourselves at great risk not just from LE but from the whole criminal element when we go out a ’huntin.

Sorry but I didn't have time to post this when it happened and just remembered today to post this.
I was hunting on Douglas back on the second week of Feb. about 9pm. I was having no luck and was ready to call it a night before the cops started recognizing my car. I had an unexpected trip to Milwaukee today, after my meeting did the usual Milwaukee loops with nothing happening so headed south to Racine.

19 arrested in Racine prostitution sting
Racine - Racine police arrested 19 men in a prostitution sting operation that targeted several areas of the city, Sgt. Michael Polzin said today.
The sting targeted several areas of the city - Douglas Ave., South Memorial Drive, Taylor Ave. near 17th St. and High St. - on Friday morning, Polzin said. The areas were selected based on citizen complaints about prostitution, Polzin said. Four female officers posed as prostitutes from 6 a.m. until noon on Friday in those areas, he said.
The 19 men were arrested for pandering, a Class A misdemeanor, and were held in the Racine County Jail on $500 bond. In addition to the pandering charges, there were also eight drug-related charges, including possession of cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia; two arrests for obstructing; seven were wanted on other outstanding warrants; and a traffic ticket also was issued, Polzin said.
It is expected that many of the men will be formally charged today, he said.
"Given the time of day, we were a bit surprised we could come up with almost 20," Polzin said.
Polzin said there will be future stings as time permits.
"We're trying to raise awareness that we are trying to improve the quality of life in some of these areas. Prostitution was a concern for citizens in the area and we hope to curb that activity," he said.

I've had many good hunting experiences between Washington & 16th on Taylor. Over the years though, I've only ever seen a couple that strolled south of 16th, but it does happen from time to time, but just not often enough to make it part of your reg trek, unless its on your way somewhere.
Drove around on three separate occasions over the last few days, nothing to report; R-town seems a bit dry lately. Went home empty on all counts.
Personally, I hope they keep stinging Taylor because enough of Racine is a shit hole and south of 16th is pretty decent. I've had a lot of luck lately. V, M, A to not name a few. All in usual spots.

Anyone ever check out Burlington?
