Gentlemen!
With all this talk about, "crack house here and drug house there." Please be aware, of these "certain areas". 18th st & Scott, 20th st & Greenfield, 25th st & Becher, 15th pl & Scott. Let's just say. Don't be seen picking or dropping anyone off in these areas. They're being monitored for, and you guessed it, illegal activity.

According to the Wisconsin court access records web site there were about six SW busts last week around the 35th. & Lloyd area and just further to the north on 35th. and since there real names appeared instead of street names who knows for sure who they are. The charge was "prostitution sexual intercourse" and "prostitution sexual gratification" Now the question would be, did LE catch them in the sex act or is this just the way it's charged in legal language. Lucky I thinking not my favorite hunting area.
Good luck on the chat rooms and web personals the Yahoo chat room is most likely by location (Wisconsin?) also Yahoo personals Milwaukee location and you can even narrow it down to race and ethnic background but remember the ratio of men to women looking is about 8 men to 2 women so the odds are against you from the start.
Every time I try this approach I get frustrated with the web players and phonies who just want to play on the web and e_mail or chat you to death never thinking about the real like encounter. Then after all of that I find myself cruising the streets and pick up bars again. Oh happy days again:)

LE doesn't need to eye witness 2 citizens in that act. If the girls makes an offer directly to a cop to sell oral, anal, or straight sex, then she'll be busted.
The other possibility is that one party gets interrorgated, and admits to the crime because they are scared shitless.

I had free time this noon and did a south loop. Didn't find anything.

I have never tried the northside loop. The southside loop can be scarry at times I can just imagine what the northside loop is like.

I was staying in Milwaukee a short while back, checked into a motel, and going through the escort ads decided to call one. I cut my mongering teeth on the North loop starting back in 2004, and it can be very scary at times. Some of my best times have been there, but they all fade away at some point. The past few months especially have been rough, the quality has really gone downhill, but as we get warmer weather the gang-bangers are really making their presence known. I see a lot of dealers and their runners on street corners. Although I haven't had anything thrown at my truck (yet) I also am mindful of the ones hanging out on the second floor porches (I see this a lot near 24th & Garfield) and have gotten taunted from above, so to speak. Drove through the north loop tonight at 8 and 10. North was popping with a four BSW all cracked out at 8 (the usual). I too used to hit the Holton stroll in the mid 90s/late 90s. I think primarily what happened is LE focused on that area to root out the SWs. That's all I can think of. I also noticed that ever since the early 2000s it's been fairly dead.

Instead of getting new cell phone numbers for trial periods on the chatlines try a new way. It's called a Spoofcard. www.spoofcard.com will tell you all about it. The cost is about $10 for 60 minutes. They can be found on Ebay also. You call a toll free number put your acct info in then call the chat line. You can put in any number that will show on the caller ID. On Quest to stay on the line you have to use up your minutes with the spoofcard. On Red Hot line you get a account number from them and you can hang up and call back using any linewithout burning up your minutes on the Spoofcard. I am in the process of trying others also. The Quest "happy hour" seems to get hot around 5/6 PM and is a good deal too, it runs only Mon to Thur, early morning until 7 PM.

To answer your question look for the Shepard express. Usually found around coffee shops, laundry mats and other places. In there is info on the quest line and other similar places. Hey guys, do be careful out there especially on the south loop. At 730am a couple days ago I was cruising the south loop Lincoln around 23rd. Saw a suspect that I had never seen before. Tall blonde but looked out of place. She was giving the look but after a couple passes I did not see THE look in her eyes. decided to do a little snooping. Just east of her there were two guys sitting in a car. Same a block north. Around the corner was a white van with two guys sitting in it. i may be wrong but it looked too much like a sting to me. You're always able to say that you're at the very least looking for a viable investment property - and it excuses the camera and at least here on the East Coast, allows you to legally carry a concealed weapon.
Not to mention that if you get interrogated by a cop, he may just end up becoming a client. But seriously, it's the best excuse in the world, and frankly, it's completely unimpeachable by anyone, unless you're actually caught In Flagrante Delicto, but that is another issue altogether. Come to think of it, wasn't Lefty in Real Estate as well? It's a hell of a lot of return for a $300 investment, not to mention the commissions you'll save the next time you buy or sell your own place.

I think I'm going to have to use the bible thumper bit myself - it's just too fucking hilarious not to. An agent at 3 in the morning is a tough one to beat, you're right, but it is beatable. I don't know much about the real estate market out in your neck of the woods, but I can't think that housing is exactly dirt cheap - after all, it's an investment, right?
The W/W loop here in Baltimore is the holy grail of mongering - literally any hour of any day, you can't spit 10 feet without hitting a sw, well, that is of course unless the SW is running up the block to get her crack buzz going, then I suppose it would be more like 30 or 40 feet... but still.... Not even 10 years ago the houses in the neighborhood could be had for 15k-20k. A good one at that. My point is, when officer douchebag turns on his proud lights and asks a real estate agent what they're doing, my answer is simple.
"This is a prime investment neighborhood officer - I'm sure that you're more than aware of that - so tell me, if you were spending 500k to buy and rehab a rowhouse in a city on pace to hit 350 murders this year, and you actually had to live in that house until you can sell it, wouldn't you want to know what the neighborhood looks like at 3 in the morning? Of course you would. I know that crime is going to be a major obstacle in selling a house in this neighborhood - and I want to be able to tell my client that at 3 or 4 in the morning they're not going to hear gunshots on a regular basis - or that they are or are not going to see drug dealers and prostitutes taking over the corners and convenience stores - Officer, can you tell me which 24 hour 7-11 is safer this time of night? I'm sort of hungry and I could really use a slurpee and a hot dog."
The neat part about going through all of that is that by the time you're done, the cop just thinks you're an overzealous capitalist real estate agent. He gets to help you out by teaching you about the stores in the neighborhood so he's happy that he gets to actually do something that doesn't involve paperwork - but the important thing is that built into the story is that he knows that you're going to be checking out the hood several times over the next couple of weeks... so you've going from being a possible monger to being an invisible civilian.

Hit the south loop today in the afternoon 2ish and seeing a few strung out SW and a some LE presence. Hit the North loop tonight and LE was all over the scene. Haven't seen that much LE in a while, but they were busy with lots of stops. I even saw a old LE Station wagon with people pulled over on 2 different occasions, multiple other street stops, and 2 bicycle cops too. Tried to "give a ride" to a 9 on the SW scale around 33rd and and, but hopped in a nicer car that pulled up next to me. Saw here again about 15 min later, but by the time I got around someone else scooped her up. Oh well, I wasted enough gas mongering tonight. Ok so I was messing around on CL somehow I ended up here. Which is great! I start to read through a lot of these posts and got curious so decided take an extended lunch hour and drive around the city. I drove around Lincoln, GF and National and didn't see anything that would resemble a SW. Of course I've never had any experience with one so I wouldn't really know unless they look like what you see on TV.
My point is from reading the posts on here, people make it sound like just drive around and you'll see SW's and LE's. At the moment I'm not really interested in trying anything but I'the still like the idea of knowing that if I wanted to, all I have to do is drive around but that doesn't seem to be the case. Maybe it was the time of day *shrugs*.

What makes a place ideal? How far from the pickup spot do you go? I would think you want somewhere secluded, but that might not be good as it could raise suspicion? Any tips would be appreciated.

This is one of the best posts I have seen and is filled with truth. I too have gone to "her spot" only to find a couple of guys who look like coke machines with feet standing over me. I was fortunate to get out of there with my life. Forget about anything else. I too have "lost" wallets, credit cards etc. to them over the years.
