I just had an incall experience that may have ended the hobby for me.

Two boys are suing a former youth group leader and coach who has been criminally charged with plying teens with money, liquor and drugs in exchange for sex.
The lawsuit filed Thursday seeks unspecified compensatory damages for mental and emotional distress from Greg E. Francis, 52. It also seeks unspecified punitive damages for actions Francis allegedly took that were considered malicious in their disregard for the boys' rights.
Francis was charged in October in Dane County Circuit Court with four counts of repeated sexual assault of a child, four counts of soliciting a child for prostitution and two counts of exposing a child to harmful material. The boys have not been named in the suit.
Francis had been living in rural Stoughton at the time of the charges and has since moved to Madison. He is free on $50,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing was waived Tuesday for Francis who stood mute as the court entered not guilty pleas for him.
New court dates have yet to be scheduled

I think prostitution should definitely be legalized. The only reason it's not is b/c the politicians have to kowtow to the biblethumpers to a certain extent. Of course I'm speaking in generalities: men are way more sexually attracted to women than women are to men. It's a simple biological fact that has to do with testosterone. Men are the hornier of the two sexes and it's not even close (of course there are always individual exceptions to this). Right now the selection is poor out there. But it's mid February and within about 30 days things will pick up a little bit. Mid March will bring a little warmer weather and you won't have to waste much gas (of course that's wishful thinking on my part given that the Madison police-state is as capable of shutting down the stroll in mid July just as easily as it can in February). But nonetheless, the warmer weather should most likely bring brighter prospects.
I think North Street is pretty dead so don't waste much gas over there. The best advice I can offer at this time is to cruise Badger, be sure to also take in the Ann Street loop (you know cruise Badger to Fish Hatch to Ann back over to Badger.). Also be sure to cruise Park (of course it's basically considered the "Badger" cruise) down to about the Taco Bell and back up to Badger again. Don't neglect to go up the Badger hill a couple blocks near the Burger King either.
That's the best advice right now for picking up SWs in Madison. Actually that same path I outlined above is also excellent in the warmer months too.
Oh one more thing, when you're cruising Badger (when I say "Badger" I mean the whole area outlined above of course) also be sure to go over the beltline and go down to the two shady motels that are basically across from Ann Street over the beltline. Sometimes you can see women (SWs) in those motel parking lots or you'll catch them walking to Fish Hatch to head on over to Badger.

For FS at the GH it'll run you .160, but some of the women charge .180. A massage/HJ session is .120.

The Badger stroll is actually "Badger Road" (just to clear up any possible confusion). It runs for about a 1/4 mile east to west from Park Street over to Fish Hatchery Rd. and it's located in Madison's south central neighborhood. It can be fruitful in the warmer weather but generally only later at night on Friday and Saturdays. But of course you can always stumble across an SW at any time on Badger, however off peak hours you're generally gonna waste a lot of gas before you bump into something. I've found (and I've repeated this in this forum ad nauseum) that the best times to cruise Badger are late on Friday and Saturday nights in warm weather. I've seen up to 5 or 6 SWs plying their trade on Badger in the summer months at around midnight or 1:00 a.m. on a Saturday.
You will be disappointed though with much of the quality. I'm sure Houston (being a Major city) has better quality. But Badger can surprise you. About once a summer I'll stumble across some high quality sh't. I remember about three summers ago there was an SW on Badger who looked like Vanessa Williams.
I also remember a couple times a few years ago picking up a couple gals on Badger who used to work at the RS.
Good luck out there. Oh, stings are generally run in April and May (when the weather gets nice) so be careful. If you have any experience at hobbying you can pick them out a mile away. All the usual signs they're LE: they stand in the same general spot and chew your ear for a few minutes outside your car door trying to trick you into your verbal mistake...etc. etc. etc. Obviously stings can be run at any time, but as stated, I've generally noticed them in the late spring when the weather gets hot.

Took a noon stroll last week. Usually only time I'm out and about. Picked up Erin after about 15 min. Most of you have seen her, usually with BF. 2 for BBBJCIMS. What Spitzer should have done is hung on as governor to champion the rights of decriminalization before the next election when he no doubt would've lost, or before and during the impeachment proceedings. But alas, he resigned in disgrace. He would've had a terrific bullypulpit to pontificate to the millions about the role decriminalization could play in an enlightened society.
One more thing that really disturbs me is the way he was nailed. I can't say for sure but it seems that he was sort of targeted by police-state America. The FBI going after consenting adults is a bit absurd. I too came across that statistic: 1 out of every 100 Americans is behind bars; it's an astonishing figure! This country's police-state tactics (I know I sound like a broken record, but goddamn it I'm sick and tired of it!) are really taking affect. Barely any major city in America has a red-light district anymore, police state USA has busted them up. Major cities used to have a fun (dangerous fun) honky-tonk atmosphere pretty much up until the early 1990s, then whammo, the oversaturation of police on the streets has busted up a lot. Major cities are no longer the dangerous fun they once were (except for ghettos which are drug ridden, poverty ridden and full of unemployment).
In the past every major city used to have that redlight district (and it was not necessarily a ghetto) where folks would come in and have a good time, pick out a nice non-drug addicted SW, etc. Sure it was a little dangerous but that was part of the allure and excitement. I think you're right about some heavyweight Wall St type probably being behind the whole thing. I don't think everytime a politician wires money somewhere that alarms ring at the Justice Dept.

I was gonna post that but you beat me to it. I told all of you repeatedly that the MPD runs its SW stings right when the weather gets warmer, true to form, they ran one in late March and a good number of hobbyists who weren't using their correct head got busted. What a damn shame! Keep your mouth shut until you're damn sure, and proper checks have been done, etc. etc.

I picked up Becky the very night following the big bust on Badger. She sometimes goes by Tina.
I think she's one of the better Badger scores I've had in a while. She's blonde (probably dyed), about 5-2 120lbs. What I liked about her is that she's clean and well kempt. Carlie is probably my current favorite at RS. I would even put her in my top five of all time RS favorites.
For those who have not had a session with her or seen her in the line up. She is quite attractive (IMO). Long blondish hair, 5'8, overall pretty slim, but with a slightly wide bum. Generally what I do is:
1.) You have to take over and be the boss, the SW will want to get out very quickly b/c all her mind on is getting her next rock, so you must be the voice of reason and for example, say something to the effect of "NO, I'm not letting you out directly on Badger we're gonna pull down a quiet side street and I'll let you off there." Believe me, the SWs are gonna want you to drop them off directly on Badger or right in front of a crackhouse as fast as possible, thus it's crucial that you drop her off at a quiet spot that's just off Badger. I use Fiedler (and yes, I know the crackhouses are all over that neighborhood, but anything beats letting them out directly on Badger) a lot or some other street. I only drive about a half block off Badger and then tell them to stay safe and have a nice night.
2.) I only try and let them off when I don't see any headlights, b/c given the nature of police-state America any cop who sees a known SW (any Badger beat cop with at least two brain cells knows who all the Badger SWs are) exit your car is gonna pull you over and ask a thousand questions, something to the effect of "What the f'ck you doin' in this neighborhood, boy?" "How the f'ck do you know this crackwhore?!" "Why the fuck you out in my neighborhood trying to get your dick sucked?!" "Go pick up crackwhores in your own f'ckin' neighborhood." "Quit fucking up this neighborhood!" "You also smoke rock with these bitches f'ckhead?!" "C'mon out of the car and let me search the f'ck out of it [and you'll be terrified that she left some paraphernalia in your car]" Etc. etc. etc. you'll get all that nice kind police talk. So, I generally try and drop them off when and where I don't see any headlights. Nothing's foolproof but it still gives me a little piece of mind.
3.) (Actually this should take place right after the deed) CHECK FOR YOUR WALLET AND CHECK INSIDE YOUR WALLET FOR ALL YOUR CASH! One trick SWs like to pull is to pick some bills out of your wallet while they're doing the deed. So when you check for your wallet and see that it's there they assume you won't actually check to see if any cash is missing, thus always check the cash. Of course the best thing to do is only keep as much cash on you as you're gonna spend, b/c these gals will try and steal you blind. Also check to make sure you have your cell phone. If either is missing ask them nicely to return them, if they refuse you're gonna have to get rough, but be careful, they carry knives so if you get rough, be sure to secure their arms so they can't swing a blade at you. I've had to do it myself one time and everything went well for me, not so well for her.

China is not Asian, however she's a nice looking MILFY Native American who does sort of have Asian features (some Native Americans do sort of have Japanese/Chinese/Korean features, of course it has to do with the migration that took place thousands and thousands of years ago across the Bering Strait, but I digress).

Unfortunately that's the biggest question/problem surrounding SW hobbying in my humble opinion. And unfortunately there is no easy answer.
One of the best options is to go through a drive through car wash, as your car's getting washed you receive a spit shine! I've done it myself and it's actually a pretty good way to receive services.
If the drive through car wash isn't for you than I would suggest the following: I usually park in a residential area that's not in a known SW area. Thus I'll usually drive to a completely different neighborhood than North St/Badger (at least a half mile away, and yes the SW will squawk a bit about the drive). That way if pain in the azz LE spots you two just sitting in the car they'll most likely think it's two straights (a husband and wife, boyfriend/girlfriend) chatting in their car. I've actually had cars drive by on several occasions as I was sitting and getting serviced. Of course it's always best to do this at night.
Another option is to bring along a newspaper to hold over her head as she's providing services.
I'm sure other hobbyists will have some thoughts on this. I know I certainly don't have a good answer for you. Nothing is fail safe. Trust your instincts out there, they're usually in the ballpark on what feels right and what feels inconspicuous. There's always a chance a pain in the azz goody two shoes residential person could spot you two in the car and call LE, but that's not very likely unless they actually see her servicing you. And even then they'll probably just think it's a boyfriend/girlfriend or husband/wife.
The best advice I can give is to trust that little voice in your head that tells you whether a spot to get serviced is safe and least likely to involve LE entanglements. That little voice has always worked for me.
Oh, one last thing, sometimes parking in certain lots can be a bad move b/c so many businesses have external cameras monitoring parking lots, etc. So again, trust what feels right in your gut. The whole camera/surveillance society that's cropping up in this country is part and parcel of police-state America and is another big gripe of mine.
(I know there are some SW hobbyists who will disagree with some of the suggestions I made above, that's cool, if they can bring some enlightenment, all the better!)

An award winning reporter in Minneapolis just broke a story that pretty much proves the LaCrosse "river drownings" and other "drownings" across the northern U.S. are connected to a serial killing cult that focuses on tipsy young men. Her sources are two retired NYC detectives who have spent the past 10 years investigating the river drownings in LaCrosse, Minnesota, and Michigan and believe most of them are connected.
It's spooky sh't. Apparently the cult killers use a van and pick up the young men when they're stumbling home from the bar late at night, they torture them for a few days then dump them in a river. They also spray paint a creepy smiley face at the spot where they dump the body. If you go to channel 5 news website out of Minneapolis and f'ck around on their website you should be able to find the articles relating to this serial killing cult. The two NYC detectives covering the case believe this sinister group is responsible for about 100! killings over the past 14 years. They think they know who this group is that's pulling it off and they believe they have a rough idea of when they'll strike again. They say it's a hierarchical organization that generally strikes in Oct, Nov, Feb, March and April, and never in the summer time.
The cult killers probably lure the guys into the van using a hot babe. What pisses me off is that if this was happening to young women over the past 15 years there would be public outrage and it would get saturation coverage, b/c it's happening to young men the authorities don't even think it's a serial killing cult.
The reason the NYC detectives finally went public with their info is b/c they were sick of getting the brush off from the local authorities.
Apparently there will be more on this story upcoming this week on Good Morning America and 20/20.

Just want to say how hard is is to get action in madison, started out with meeting a CL girl but when I called her back to confirm, no answer, I tried many times but same results. A man who met a female acquaintance in rural Ridgeway on Saturday morning was beaten, choked, robbed, abducted and dumped in a ditch, he told Iowa County Sheriff's Department deputies.
Two people, a man and a woman, were arrested at about 6 a.m. Saturday in a car after the victim provided a description of the female attacker. The arrested woman, Tanie Wilkinson, 19, of Mineral Point, was the person the victim had arranged to meet, according to deputies.
They met on Highway 18-151 near Pikes Peak Road, according to Chief Deputy Jon Pepper. He wouldn't say for what purpose the meeting was arranged.
At the agreed-upon site, a man approached the victim, 28, and beat him with a gun. He was robbed of money and jewelry. He was then "abducted" and placed in a car, driven to another location and dumped in a ditch. The victim said he was choked and lost consciousness, according to Sheriff's Department reports.
He was treated at a Dodgeville hospital and released, deputies said.
Wilkinson and a companion, Antwan D. Williams, 27, were stopped in Mineral Point on the basis of the description the victim gave police. The two remained in jail Tuesday on tentative charges of armed robbery, kidnapping, aggravated battery and theft.My guess is the dude who did the battery thought "John" was dead when he passed out. Otherwise, he would have finished the job. This guy is lucky to be alive. Now, he just has to come up with a cover story for the "purpose" of the meeting.

I don't f'ck with any service in which I cannot view the merchandise prior to purchase. SWs, Geisha House, and Rising Sun all have that helpful benefit: you pretty much know what you're getting before you shell out your money. Qjwin, I do, I read this forum, every post put up, but I see what you mean by the lack of dialogue. A lot of posts are by regular members who have quite a time delay in their comments being posted, somewhat discourages any dialogue from happening. I hope they realize that it's only until they "prove" themselves in being able to go unmoderated that the delay gets lifted.
As far as my CL girl goes, I did have some background on her and insight from others having "mixed" experiences. I didn't have much to lead me to believe she would be a no show however.
And to your latest quest, I read in shear amazement clear through the post, sounded like the best score I'd ever heard of.

I have to say that Q is a good guy. He certainly helped me out in my first mongering experience.
I guess the reason a lot of us don't contribute much is because we don't have anything to contribute. But we do find this site and the reports on here very helpful and, often times, entertaining.
In regards to CL. There are just too many horror stories ie., not the same person and no shows. Not to mention their prices are just too steep for me. They're averaging about $200/hr. That's crazy!
Far as SW goes, too many stories of sting operations and quite frankly, I don't really like the pickings in Milwaukee.
I guess in this hobby, there's always some kind of risk or another but my preference is to get info and references on a girl before making contact. This place is great for that and Qjwin is one of the people that's knowledgable and informative.

KennuGo to the south corner of the capital (Right at Inn on the Park). Find a bar named Genna's (ask around). When you find it go west, away from the capital. You will see Rising Sun on the left in between a couple bars. If you get to the road with the parking ramp you've gone too far. You could also ask where Shamrocks bar is. It is right next door. (but beware, it is a gay bar) good luck.

A couple days ago my PM was full, it's now open for new messages.
I was out Friday AM. I hit North. A door nail. Then I went to Badger and it was hoppin. There were four BSW across from the Ann St intersection. A couple worth looking at, but I passed. On the other end near Fish, I saw a blond that was on patrol and thought it might be LE and I head out. I always felt more comfortable on North. Not as big of an LE presence. Badger is intimidating. There is a lot of traffic and it is hard to wait for no traffic to move in. LE is always around. Someone needs to open a Krispy Kreme about 2 blocks away from there. Pull them vultures out of our only good fishing hole.

A Madison man was arrested Monday night and booked into jail on a parole hold after a woman recently convicted of prostitution said he had raped and viciously beat her in a home on Wild Oak Circle and held her captive until she managed to break through a barrier he had set up by a door and run nude to seek help.
Daryl XXXXXX, 52, allegedly raped the woman Friday in the home and was arrested and booked into jail Monday, after police found the woman's clothes in a basement closet while searching the home with a search warrant.
The filing of that search warrant today in Dane County Circuit Court shows the 35-year-old woman victim accepted a ride home from Daryl from an undisclosed location and Daryl took her to his home on Wild Oak Circle.
When the two walked into the basement of the residence, the victim would later tell police, "Daryl hit her in the head with a chair and kicked her," the search warrant complaint says.
The victim said she was forced to engage in sex acts with Daryl and that he told her if she did not comply she would be killed. She also said that Daryl would not let her leave his home and when she was finally able to leave she did so only after having to move a chair and weights that were placed in front of a door to create a barricade, the search warrant says.
At one point during the assault, while Daryl was beating her with a chair, a younger male walked into the house and had a conversation with Daryl, calling him "dad," the search warrant says. When the victim requested help from the younger man, Daryl kept hitting her and despite the victim's request for help the man left.
When the victim got help and police were called officers said the right side of her face was swollen, she had red linear bruising marks around her neck, bruises to both arms, and complained of pain throughout her body, including right elbow and wrist, her entire face and head, her neck and back. She said the beating and sexual assault left her with trouble trying to walk.
In executing the search warrant on Daryl's home police discovered the woman's clothing hidden in a basement closet with the door closed and a bicycle placed in front of it.
Both Daryl and the victim have previous criminal records in Dane County and the victim entered a no contest plea on April 24, to a charge of prostitution stemming from an arrest last February in a parked car with a man in the UW Arboretum. Sentencing in that case is set for next week.

You can bet that if the victim had been a secretary, a teacher, or a homemaker, the press would have been a-buzz with this story. Woman breaks free from captivity, runs for help naked, and all that.
On the other hand, is it possible that she pulled some sh't and that is why she got beat? We'll never know.

What started out as a night of shared crack cocaine and consensual sex ended with a savage beating of a woman recently convicted of prostitution. The man police say is responsible faces charges of kidnapping, sexual assault and endangering safety.
Daryl XXXXX who was jailed last Monday after police conducted a search of his house on Wild Oak Circle and found the victim's clothing hidden in a closet there, was charged Tuesday with kidnapping, two counts of second degree sexual assault and one count of second degree reckless endangerment.
The victim said she was knocked out during the beatings and doesn't remember some of it "because the defendant beat her viciously and repeatedly about her head and face," according to the complaint.

Good points. In the past RS used to have the sexier girls and more open minded girls, but it cost more. Now things have basically reversed.
The smoking ban has not been good for the RS. A lot of nearby bar patrons spend there time outside smoking, like 2 feet from the entrance to the RS. They seems to loose a lot of business because of the lack of a back door. The day shift doesn't have that problem, but they have Ryan working days, and sometimes she's not afraid to get jealous if you don't pick her.

An 84-year-old Madison man has been charged with sexually assaulting a 6-year-old Madison girl, while the girl's mother has been charged with taking $1,000 from the man as a hush payment and with failing to protect her child from emotional harm.
The names of the two adults who have been charged are not being revealed since by doing so the identify the 6-year-old victim would be revealed.
The 28-year-old mother, who was charged Tuesday and released on a signature bond, said she provides in-home care for elderly residents and was doing so for the accused man last November. She said she knew nothing of the sexual assaults by the man until her daughter told her grandparents about it in May, and they reported the incidents to police.
The man was charged Monday with two counts of first degree sexual assault of a child under age 13, both felonies which carry a maximum sentence of 60 years of prison and extended supervision time. Cash bail of $10,000 was set, but Dane County Court Commissioner Todd Meurer said that could change to a signature bond if the man was admitted into the bail monitoring program.
The man has confessed to fondling the girl on two occasions. He said he met the girl through her mother, who he hired as a prostitute three or four times after seeing an ad she ran in Isthmus. The man said he paid her $150 to $200 for each session, and also gave the woman $1,000 on two occasions when she needed money for rent. The accused man said one of the incidents happened when he was watching the girl at his house while her mother was visiting another client.
The man also suggests the woman and her daughter may have set him up for the assault. He said on of the occassions the girl climbed on his lap and asked if they could lay on his bed.
The assaults stopped after the mother walked in* to discover what was going on. She began yelling at the older man and demanding money for psychiatric treatment for the little girl. The man said he gave the mother $1,000 to keep her quiet, but court records indicate none of the money was spent on psychiatric care for the child.
In court Tuesday, Assistant District Attorney Michael Verveer asked for a cash bail for the mother, saying she "works at the Rising Sun massage parlor in downtown Madison," and said one of the assaults against the daughter came when the mother dropped the girl off at the man's home so she could visit a customer.
"This is a signature bond case," countered defense attorney William Ginsburg, who said he was representing the mother only for Tuesday's hearing because he had a conflict of interest. "There is nothing criminal in this complaint," Ginsburg insisted.
Meurer, however, found probable cause existed for the first count -- attempting to extort the man -- but said he would not set bail on the second count -- failing to prevent emotional harm to the child -- until he had time to more closely examine the complaint.
Conditions of bail, particularly regarding contact between the mother and child, were subject of much give and take between the lawyers and Meurer. Meurer effectively handed the issue off to the Juvenile Court system by telling the mother she could not be within three blocks of any location her daughter is at unless the mother has previous approval from either Dane County Department of Family Services or the juvenile court. A separate action has been filed in juvenile court alleging the child is in need of protective services. Whether the mother can see her child will now be determined through that action.

About a month ago I raved about an "Ashley" on Badger, well it was a total bullsh't story. The reason I did it was b/c I was sick of being one of the only people who posts regularly in Madison's general forum. I wanted to see how many lurkers are out there (a lot).
I'm sorry I was manipulative about that but it was one of the only ways I could see who wasn't pulling their weight in the general forum. It's the ONLY bullsh't story I've ever told in this forum! Everything else I've ever posted is 100% true and accurate! I'm sure in the past many of you have been able to sort of verify some of my posts, so you generally know my stuff is 100% factual. I've had a chance to sample a couple of the new faces at RS (they're new to me anyway).

Hey all.
Just a few notes from my driving around. I haven't stopped or anything. I've driven around a few times on both weekends and weekdays, and, as folks have noted Badger and the surrounding areas have been pretty dead. I have seen a relatively large friendly looking african american woman by that lucky 7's restaurant off of Ann / Badger noonish last week. At times, I've seen one or two more people who have given me the look but by the time I double back around, they are gone. I have seen a few mongers out with what look to be ladies in the car, so that could be it. The cops are out, but a little less so.- although the road construction around there isn't helping either. But I've driven by 7 or 8 times at random day time hours between noon. 6pm and have seen little. Last summer, there was a lot around the 5pm drive, but I think that was last summer and this is this.
I did today see someone who absolutely looked like a streetwalker sitting shotgun in a car heading south of the beltline on midvale. Without giving the details, it just absolutely looked like that kind of a situation. I don't know where she was coming from. Raymond and Whitney maybe? If I get a chance I want to give a look around there. You might as well.
